Harmony's Safe and Lock was exceptional!
Quick! Kind! Knowledgeable! The shop has is clean and safe! It's next to a bar in a strip mall. I was Leary at 1st, but went in anyway!
It's old school Mesa! It felt like a throwback in time!
I took in a portable safe which I had lost the keys and in 10 minutes it was opened, with no damage to the safe!!!
So glad I found this hidden GEM

Came in to get a key made for my toolbox that I had lost a few moments later comes in and says the lock is broken. It wasn't broken before I came I just lost the key. Zero stars for being dishonest. If you break something own up to it.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! Mr. Harmon waited for us even though traffic made us an hour late! He saved our trip and and made us the keys we lost on the road. Thank you Harmon's!

What a great experience.

Took a lock and key to Harmon's to confirm if the Key was correct or if the lock was broken. If they key was not correct to make me two copies of the new key.  Within 3 Hours they called to say they had to make a new key.

What a difference from my experience with another local Locksmith with multiple Stores. They had the lock and key for 5 days and not only didn't they do anything I tried to call them repeatedly across multiple days and the Store never answered nor returned my call even after their Corporate Headquarters got involved with them leaving messages for that Store Manager to contact me.  Finally got my lock and key back after someone from their Headquarters went to the Store to get it for me.

I called to have them open a broken lock on our 5th wheel trailer.  Their response was fast.  Ken was very knowledgeable and quick.   I would definitely use them again.   You can not go wrong with Harmon's

These guys did a good job programming a fob for my Honda. They even saved me some bucks by recommending that I buy my fob online, then bring it in for programming.  I spent about 1/3 of what the dealer charges for fob with programming. Monet in MY pocket!

I have been using Harmon Locks for 30 years  and always recommend them to customers as well looking for an obscure key. I called around 11am and by 1pm my locks were changed and re-keyed ! Excellent friendly service ,they are prompt and polite.

Super friendly and the only place to go to make sure that you get what you need. 3rd place I tried! Will not go anywhere  for keys ever again. Super fast and friendly!

The team at Harmons is awesome to work with. They are super knowledgeable and they have re-keyed dozens of locks for me. One time I was out of town and one of my tenants lost their key and I had the spare with me. I was able to take a picture and send it over to Harmons and they made a copy of the key that worked perfectly. These guys are my go to for anything lock related.

What a great treasure. Ive lived in the Gilbert/Mesa are all my life and didn't know about this key shop.  I've had this locked old trunk for over 40 years and couldn't get inside because my wife and I inherited it from her mom who didn't have the key to it.  I took the chest to Harmon's and he was able to get me a key to open the chest. There was an old newspaper clipping from 1968 inside. That makes it 52 years it's been locked up.
Thanks to Harmon, we now have a working treasures. I Highly recommend  them!!

Swift, expert service and a reasonable price.

I needed a duplicate car key. I called Harmon's and was advised I would save money buying the key blank on line. I did so and brought the key blank to the shop. They cut the key, and programmed the embedded theft deterrent chip, all in about a half hour.

The programming required the technician to sit in my car and perform a sequence of command inputs with a programmer instrument. He did so without leaving any mess or changing my driver seat settings. Professional and courteous.

The staff at the downtown Mesa Ace Hardware referred me to Harmon's, a good recommendation and another vote of confidence in this business.

NO STARS...Got robbed by Brian at Harmon's today. I went in to have a key made for my Harley-Davidson tour pack. I've had keys made here in the past for about $6. He brings the key he had made and lays it on the counter and doesn't say anything. Just looks at me. I say thank you, and was really confused with the interaction. I asked him what I owed and he said $20. I swear I thought he was joking! I told him I don't think I've got that much. He quipped, I've got a broom around here somewhere. At this point I REALLY thought he was joking. I shook his hand and said thank you, honestly thinking he was signaling to me that there was no charge. But then...he says "no really, it's 20 bucks."  I asked if he was serious. He stated that he was, that it sure isn't free. I told him that's WAY more than I expected it to be. He said it's cheaper than buying a new lock. In fact, I told him I could have bought a brand new lock from Amazon for $14.95. I expected the key to be half that cost. That's why I went there to have him make the key. Lesson learned. That's what I get for trying to support local business. Fool me once...

Wow! Fast and professional service! I needed help rekeying some locks and someone was able to come out right away. He got the locks rekeyed and was able to cut a couple of new keys for me. Very friendly and professional.

Ralph is nice but everyone else is always so rude and I've been coming here for over 8 years to get keys made. They make you feel like a criminal and  an inconvenience for them to get up and work! Apparently it's time to go elsewhere.

I'd been told by 3 different stores that the only way to have a duplicate key made for my Kia (which didn't have a chip in it) was to make an appointment with the dealer's locksmith, who would charge around $90. Was referred to Harmon's for a separate issue, and as they are all things keys and locks, I asked, and within 2 minutes had a new key made for just $35. Super fast, friendly and inexpensive. So glad I waited to have this done - highly recommend these guys.

Ralph was extremely kind and helpful. If I ever need to get any lock re-keyed, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!!

If you are in need of someone you can trust and that will respond quickly then do yourself a favor and call Harmon's Safe Locks. We were in a situation where we needed to have our locks all changed. Ralph was so nice and helpful. Plus their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

These guys are as good as it gets! We had a complicated problem that not everyone could handle. Brian and Ken were very helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, and got the job done quickly. 5 stars is not enough, they deserve more. I give them my highest recommendation!
