Sometimes same day service and prices are very reasonable.
They do just about any  key service for homes, offices, industrial, automotive and those hard to find barrel keys for my Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
I've used this service on more than one occasion and find the consistency something that can be reliable.

I dropped by Anderson Lock and Safe with an old double cylinder deadbolt that I wanted to rekey.  The gentleman that helped me said my lock is very old and needed a special key to do a rekey.  He was able to locate the special (blue) key and complete the rekeys at a reasonable price.  I recommend Anderson Lock and Safe highly for your locksmithing needs!

Establishment is clean and orderly. Service professionals are quick and responsive. True locksmith professionals. They cut my Acura car key, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff, you get what you pay for. When it comes to keys for my business or vehicles this is the go-to place. This is a reliable locksmith company that has been in business for decades. So glad to have them on the west side of town.

My kids and I got accidentally locked out of our house about 10pm on a Sunday night. Googled 24 hour locksmiths and Anderson Lock & Safe came up first. Called, spoke to Kyler, and within 25 minutes he arrived and instantly went to work. So professional, pleasant, kind, and caring. He had us in our home in no time.

Great communication.  Fast service.  Fair pricing.  I inquired about service about 1pm on a Friday.  By 5pm, guy had been on-site and re-keyed the lock for me.  No complaints.  No wonder they have a perfect score here.  Highly recommended.

I can't say enough great things about this company, and the awesome Safe Technicians: Cody and Trevor! I found Anderson Lock through Yelp and read the great reviews and figured I'll contact them for a quote to move and bolt down a heavy safe filled with toilet paper and disinfectant. :) Their quote was very fair and laid out the charges outright - no hidden charges or silly add-ons. Tessa and Michael answered all my questions on Yelp thoroughly and so I set up the move.  Trevor and Cody arrived on time and were very friendly while at the same time also being very professional. I definitely felt "safe" *zing* through the whole process.  Cody and Trevor went above and beyond to make the job smooth, quick, and painless. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I won't hesitate to call them again for all my locksmithing/safe needs!

Cody & Taylor installed our new AMSEC safe today. Great guys who were very knowledgeable about their products and installation processes. Our safe is mounted to the floor and before installation they checked the foundation design to ensure they could drill the holes in our desired location. While the usability is pretty simple on the AMSEC products, Cody still gave us a few helpful tips that weren't in the manual. All the people we've worked with from Anderson both in-store, (David was very good helping us choose the right products) and the installers (Cody, Taylor, and Kyler, who re-keyed all our doors) have been great. When we have security needs in the future we'll be using Anderson.

I was referred to Anderson lock and key by longtime friend's dad who buys safes and locks from them.
They are a locally owned and Better Business Bureau verified company. I have great things to say about them and their service. One: they can go Valleywide for mobile service. Two: they have extensive knowledge and products available for all keys, locks, and safes. They do automotive as well at competitive pricing.
This is where and why I came to them. My remote start stopped working on my car key fob and I needed a spare as well. I was disuaded from buying a cheap knockoff one online to be cut and programmed. I went with an OEM key. The dealership wanted to charge me $225 plus tax for the key and another $70 for labor and key code. Plus I needed to make an appointment at the dealership and give them at least two hours. Anderson lock& key cost was the 225+ tax with labor and cutting the key included. They also fixed my original key fob. The Bill Luke Dodge dealership did not want to give me my key code and told me I needed to have my purchased key coded at the dealership. Then they would charge me $47-$70 extra. Heck to the no!
As for the key code, Anderson staff told me what dealership I should be going to and bring a copy of my registration and ID and I would be able to get a print out of my code no problem. They were correct!

Cody and Gabe moved a decent sized safe for us.  Amazing service.  They took such care in moving the safe to ensure nothing was damaged.  They explained each step of the process and did not leave until all my questions were answered.   Extremely professional service and well worth the cost (the price was reasonable as well).  I would recommend Anderson Lock and Safe 100%

My husband bought an "American Security" safe from Anderson several years ago. He was referred by my sibling who currently worked there. At the time, everything seemed great. But today the safe will not open. My husband tried the code several times and even I tried. He called them and they told him that they don't normally recommend that particular safe because it's "known" to fail after several years and recommend one-step up if you were interested in that one. Well, they NEVER told us that safe was known to fail and didn't recommend another one. So now they're saying we can have them come by and possibly reset it for $95 or worst case scenario, drill into it for $400. Unbelievable! I should have known this shady company would do something like this. After all, their men they hire are sketchy and have been known to harass. I will never shop here again. We will be looking for another locksmith to take care of our safe.

Just called at 2:27 am after being locked out of my apartment, because I left my key with a neighbor to look after my dog, while I was in the emergency room. She's currently unreachable. The man who answered the phone was either so out of it, because he was tired, or maybe even drunk, he was incomprehensible on the phone. After finally gaining some composure, he asked, "Where are you?"  I told him my location, and he replied, "I'm sorry ma'am, I can't."  I thought this was a 24hour service. This is the closest locksmith to my home. Should I sleep in my car tonight? Maybe beside the pool in one of the chairs until the apartment opens up in the morning, and I can get a key...
Horrendous service. Not even worth the call. Can I give ZERO STARS?

The quality, service, and employees at Anderson's can not be beat. OUTSTANDING!! I recently stopped in to get a lock opened that I did not have a key for, it is an odd, off the wall lock. They not only unlocked it for me, they made 2 keys for it in a matter of minutes. This is not the first time they have exceeded my expectations. For all of your lock and key needs there is no better place.

My Mother has used this company for lock & key needs for 30+ years. When she was out of town and the dog walker/house sitter broke their key in the lock- I called Anderson's right away. They were at her home within a short amount of time that same day. Her lock was repaired, broken key retrieved, and a new key was made within a half hour. Technician Kyler McKown easy to work with and put us all at ease in knowing the house (and dog) would be ok. He helped me check all the other locks and keys to make sure there would be no other problems while Mom was out of town. Excellent customer service all around. Thanks Andersons!

All-around "go-to" for anything related to locks and keys. They helped me decide which home safe to purchase and install when I remodeled my home. I've relied on their mobile rekeying service. Even something as minor as getting keys copied is a pleasure with these folks, who are consistently professional and good-natured.

So I was having a pretty shitty day. Two kids screaming and shooting muffins at each other. Then it got horrific. I locked my keys inside the car!!!! Remote entry - epic fail. Again. Then. My good karma landed on Anderson's Lock and Safe. And About .5-1 hr? Who knows I was busy chasing my kids. Poof* My life was back in order. Thank you.

I purchased a gun safe here over a year ago.  It was a very pleasant experience since the sales person stuck to discussing the advantages of their produce and not running down the competition.   Their pricing was the best I found for the safe and included delivery.  The delivery crew was  likewise very professional.  Overall a great place to do business and will return if I need any products or services they offer

Al's style of business was off putting. Not only was he priced too high but he was patronizing in way that I regretted calling him. I don't know how he usually operates but my experience was so negative that I opted not to hire him.

To say this guy is sketchy is an understatement. Not only did he try to overcharge me, but turned the tables in to justify it. I ended up calling another guy who said he had heard the same from other customers. Not worth my time.

So, I created a little emergency for myself this morning.  I went out to feed our two "big dogs" and locked myself out of our sliding glass door.  After breaking the handle, contemplating breaking the window to the back yard, and ultimately deciding to break our gate to get through to the garage - I still had no options for getting into the house.  

I walked to a neighbor's house and by sheer LUCK called this place.

Adam arrived in 30 minutes or less to find my bare-footed, still-in-PJs, packing-up-the-house crazy self cleaning up the garage.  (Since I had nothing better to do.)  He was not judgmental at all (I would have been) and he successfully picked our garage lock in about 25 seconds.  He walked into our tornado-hit house and acted like all was normal!  

Then - the best part.  He exited through the garage and CLOSED THE GARAGE DOOR when he went!  That is actually extra effort!  I was just going to gate up the dogs and do it in a second, but I found it already done.

I had a buddy of mine come into town and he lost his motorcycle keys to his gas tank. We called around to a few locksmiths but non of them were able to help us out. So we came across Anderson Lock and Safe and spoke to. John Phelan. He was very courteous and got the job done. He was very professional and courteous. It only took about a half hour and the prices for the job was very reasonable and affordable for a weekend. So if you have lost keys for a motorcycle I would give them a call. Great job guys.

I found this company on the Fix It website.  Which also had a $10.00 off coupon, which is always good.  My roommate had given me a date that she would be moving out.  Of course she did not stick to that and 6 days into the next month she decided to act on it.           Any way i was able to have Anderson lock come out the very next day and change all my locks, quite properly without over charging me.                         They had quoted me $100.00 and that is what they stuck to. Then minus the &10.00 coupon.                            I was happy and they did a good job, came promptly and without drama.  I never want a roommate again!

I have never before met such arrogant and self center a-holes as the people at this locksmith. They did absolutely nothing to help me and failed totally at servicing my needs. I would never ever recommend these guys.

These guys saved me.  Hired them to move my 1500 pound safe.  They were able to get to me the next day and the guys didn't break a single porcelain tile!  Had the right equipment for the job and nice, caring, guys doing the work!  Recommend without hesitation.

This is a top-notch local business that has a loyal customer for life. My office was burglarized, and we were all traumatized. Chris came by within an hour (!!!) on a Saturday to change ALL our locks - front, back, middle, drawers, dispensers, thermostat cover. You name it. He was quick and efficient, friendly, kind and helped us feel safe again. He talked to me about what to look for in a safe, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. He even took a few locks with him that he didn't have parts for in his truck back to the shop so I could pick them up at a later date and not have to be charged the service call fee. Besides being a personable and fast worker, Chris is also extremely intelligent - he configured our locks with basic and master keys to make our business FAR more secure than it was before. In other words, not all keys open all locks so if employees leave, or a burglar enters one door or steals a spare, it doesn't mean all doors and locks are compromised. Also, when I finally swung by the shop to look at safes, I ended up selecting a large, high quality double-walled unit that actually is advertised at $100 MORE on Amazon. Incredible. Chris installed that himself and it just adds to our security. You will not be disappointed in this business- I highly recommend it!

I have used this company several times and they always do a very professional, expedient job. I have used them for residential and commercial. All the way around a great experience. Their service person who came out to my house yesterday was Randolph; he was so nice and did a great job.  I might request him in the future, but I know that I've always been happy with whoever they send out.  Can't go wrong here.

Called for rekeying six locks and they were able to take care of it the next day.  Reasonable price.  Went to look at their safes in their store.  Good selection, good prices, and helpful staff.
