Reliable!! We just bought a home with 25 year old Pella doors. Although nice and heavy the locks are very difficult to work. Jeff came over same day and saved the day!! He knew exactly how to fix them when no one else could!! It's nice to have someone who knows about older doors and locks. Thank you. We won't use anyone else!!!

I started my true adulting  adventure by locking myself out of my house. In the excitement of just purchasing my first home during all the hustle and bustle of moving and painting the tiredness of the day had set in resulting in such a epic way to end a long day. After my mother and I spent 30 minutes calling over 15 other "24/7" proclaimed locksmith services, Jeff, was the first one to answer and truly provide emergency services that wouldn't be the next day after 10am. Jeff was prompt and efficient. As soon as he arrived he was very professional and friendly. My mother and I were grateful for the knowledge he provided as well as the expedite service.

Jeff was great! I absolutely recommend using this! As he said to my mother and I, we can trust that we can call him anytime for anything!

What a wonderful service!!
Today we brought our puppies with us to Home Depot.
Finished shopping we put the dogs back inside our truck.  Somehow as we were putting our cart away, one of our dogs locked us out!
I called Spark's Locksmith, 5 stars on Yelp. I was told that someone would be there in 15/20 minutes.
Caleb arrived within that timeframe. Took less than two minutes to open the truck.
Shook our hand and said we owed him nothing???
For children & dogs locked into vehicles, they charge nothing!!
So grateful for their intervention. 107 outside while our dogs were inside with the a/c!
Happy ending.

My son and I are new to the area and on our second night in our new home we locked ourselves out at midnight. We called several locksmiths and all of them denied service. This gentleman answered on the second ring and was clearly asleep. Still, he got out of bed and was to us within about a half an hour and had us in the house in 10 minutes. His rate was insanely affordable and tried to turn down my tip! Well deserved, just like this five star review. Cannot thank him enough for getting me and my son and dog back inside without breaking the bank or waiting hours. Would for recommend to anybody!

A few weeks ago our business got broken into. I called over 30 locksmith and no one answered their phones since it was 2 am!! They all listed 24/7 and no one even replied back. Sparks was the final call I made and he answered (in a sleepy voice :(  but he told me he will be there in 20 min and he was. Replaced our lock and was the nicest man I have met! Especially for being woken up from his sleep lol God bless him and his business for taking care of ours. Had he not answered My husband and I would have had to wait it out until morning when someone would respond and come by. Thank you again because of your service we have switched lock smith companies and will always use Sparks!

Great guy!  Very communicative and friendly.  Super flexible with schedules and VERY honest with repairs and charges.  Used his services to repair a door handle/lock at our rental house in Mesa.

Fantastic guy! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I broke a key off in my door lock trying to get it open. Thankfully I was able to break into my own apartment, probably should secure my windows a little better... It had been a long day so I made an appointment for the morning and Jeff came by exactly on time, explained the problem to me (who knew locks needed lubricant sometimes or they jam?) and told me what to do to avoid it in the future.

Saving his number for all my future lockout problems because I tend to lose my house keys and lock myself out of my car. He's a bargain and the 24 hour service thing is a huge plus. He even gave me a discount because it was my first time using his service and it was an easy fix! Can't say enough good things about him and while I hope I don't need his help anytime soon I'm glad I know who to call.

Availability is Key!

I locked my family out of our house late Sunday. It was raining and cold but that didn't affect the service at Sparks. They came to our rescue in a timely manner. The price was also reasonable in comparison to other companies I called. It took less than 5 minutes to get the door unlocked.

I needed a lock for a door I couldn't find the key to. I was expecting to schedule out a few days but he came within a few hours.

I thought I had to have 2 doors done but he told me it was only one and saved me $$$. Wow!

He was also fast. He was done in a very short time and of course, all the work was done perfectly.

Great customer service, great prices and quite the mustache!

We are still waiting for a call back from the first locksmith we called...2 weeks ago! So glad we moved on to Sparks'!! Called Jeff requesting a re-key of a couple on our new (to us) home. He said he was in our area and would stop by in about an hour...and he Did! Our 2 doors were re-keyed in no time, and at a reasonable price. Loved the fact that this company doesn't charge extra for "after hours". The fact that they are reliable is a Huge factor! Such a rare quality anymore.

I'm Kinda embarrassed to have to update a review so early and with yet another crazy situations; but as highly expected (Thinking about my last call only 18days ago) Mr. Sparks, has done it again! This time locked out of my house in the P.M. and as advertised for 24/7 service...Mr. Sparks answered my call, in less than 20mins. Mr. Sparks arrived, less than 5mins open sesame. Sad to say, but proud to do it... Mr.Sparks not only will be added to my book marks on yelp but to my contacts on my phone. So would I recommend Mr. Spark? In A heart beat;)

Wow!  Jeff Sparks is a very helpful and even billed us for the visit. So basically we left our teenagers at home overnight and our beagle got locked into our bedroom. The only keys were in the car with us 3 hours away. Jeff came by and opened the door quickly and left me a bill on the table. Thanks Jeff for your timely and professional services.

Just moved to Mesa and got locked out of our house. Called the first web ad I saw for a random locksmith - it was one of those where you call a service line and they connect you with some nameless locksmith. I waited two hours and they still hadn't showed. Checked online again and saw Jeff's great Yelp reviews. (Wish I'd seen it first). He came out right away and fixed our problem. Dependable, fast, and friendly service. Very reasonable pricing as well. With Sparks you'll be getting a local person you can trust. I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and daughter were locked out of the car on a Sunday afternoon. I found Sparks on Yelp and gave them a call. They were back in the car and on their way within 30 min. Incredible service! Jeff even called me to let me know they were out of the heat and safely back in the car. I can't say enough good things here, so I'll just tell you that if you need a locksmith look no further than Sparks!

I have had really good luck with yelp in finding the help I need.  But I don't often rate with five stars, due to some companies being a bit pricey or scheduling services more than a week out.  I called sparks and he was out in a half hour to change out my front door dead bolt lock and mail box key.  He was fast,efficient, and not overpriced.  I gave him a tip too :)

Jeff is fantastic! Prices are extremely fair and he is quick to get to the job. He helped me open a cash box one night after I was closing my store. I have been recommending him to all my friends and family. Save his number in your phone in case you ever have an emergency that way you don't end up paying a crazy amount of money with someone else in a pinch. I will continue to use Jeff's services as long as he's in business.

Jeff Sparks shows up for less, does the work quickly.  His price per lock was great too.  He is also honest by repairing a lock that I had asked him to replace.  Jeff could have made a little more, but he gave me the option to save money.   I think he is a vet too, so I just like supporting

So like an idiot I locked my truck keys inside my truck at a target way out in fountian hills on a Friday around rush hour! Luckily I had my phone still on me and I called around to like 4 different places! Each one of them came off rude over the phone and said they couldn't help me. So I called these guys and they picked up RIGHT AWAY! I told him my situation and location and jus like that, he said he be on his way! Awesome!! He saved me! Make sure you call these guys first before you call anyone else!

My Mesa AZ house keys were stolen, and I called Sparks. They came that same day and re-keyed all my locks. I was fit into an already busy day, which I very much appreciated. Their prices are very reasonable, and I will definitely recommend them, and will absolutely use them again!

Jeff is the best locksmith in the valley.  He's the only person we trust with our rental properties. Super customer service, clean and quick on the job and a very good price for the work.

What can I say about Sparks' Locksmith that hasn't already been said? We just purchased a new home and were prepairing to change the locks on the home soon...well on Chrismas Eve we found someone looking around our home just enough to make us feel uncomfortable. We called Sparks and he was out within 20 minutes! Not only was he fast, he was friendly AND I was able to take advantage of the student discount that was offered! One of our doors also had a broken piece and he replaced it for us without any charge. He was absolutely amazing and we now feel much safer in our new home. I would highly recommend using Sparks' Locksmith to anyone and will use him again!

About 9 months ago I stupidly walked out of the house without my keys and of course I didn't realize until I slammed the locked door shut! I called three other locksmiths that were in the area and couldn't get one of them to pick up the phone or return emails. It was 4am so sat outside in my car trying to figure out what to do and decided to look for another locksmith farther out and came upon this company. I called and no one answered, but as soon as I hung up I received a return call back. I set everything up and about 20 minutes later I was let into my house by a very nice gentleman named Jeff. I would definitely recommend calling if you ever get locked out. I put his number in my phone so I'd never have to look up another locksmith again. Good thing I did because a few months later it happened again and I received the same excellent treatment. For late night/early lockout I absolutely recommend calling. I almost had to use him today, but I finally got a hold of my husband so I had to cancel. Jeff was very gracious about my cancellation, he is a real class act. That is why I definitely had to write review to let other people know about this great company.

Best locksmith and prices in town!!! I never write reviews on Yelp but this company deserves it. Jeff is a true professional. I needed help keying my new home and mailbox. Jeff quickly did all 7 key holes and made them all match one key. He is very understanding w service call prices and key hole prices. I definitely recommended him! O and he has an Epic mustache for some flare! :) Thanks Jeff!

My brilliant dog locked herself in the bedroom - the only room whose hardware we didn't replace when we bought the house so we didn't have a key. I called at 6 on a weeknight and the room was open by 7, including new keys. I would definitely use Sparks again.

Jeff Sparks is an easygoing, kind, and thoroughly professional gentleman. I was not only totally pleased with the work he did (rekeying seven locks including one I kinda messed up - tried to do it myself), but I was also HAPPY to have him in my home. He's available 24/7, he does cars, and his rates are on his website. Call him. He's good.

Mr Sparks came out to replace the lock on our mailbox today.  He did a great job!  He replaced the lock quickly and his price was very reasonable.  He also had good advice for maintaining the locks on my security door.  I will use Spark's Locksmith anytime I have the need.  I will also recommend him to my employer for all of our locksmith service needs.

Wonderful service. Locked my boyfriend's key in his car and called this service, showed up in 10 minutes and the guy unlocked the door in 5 seconds. It made me feel pretty stupid but he was so kind and friendly! I definitely need to invest in these tools he uses. Haha

He did a good job re-keying my house but he charges a $60 service call, which I think is exorbitant, especially when he's unprofessional enough to use my bathroom and to bring a small child with him.  He also had a young apprentice with him.  I felt like an expensive guinea pig.  A company should not charge a customer just to come out to do the job.  Do you want the business or not?  There is absolutely no value added to a service charge; it's a flat out "I'm going to rip you off up front."  Tell me what your rates are minus the service charge and then I'll think about using you again if I ever need you.  And next time, I will charge you for using my bathroom.

Great service on a Sunday afternoon after my wife locked the keys in the car! Very professional and friendly!!

Got in late on Sunday evening from a out of town trip.  Got home and couldnt find our keys.  Went to Yelp and found Sparks.  He answered his phone and came right out.  Jeff is a super guy and very honest.  Highly recommend.  Charged me 60 bucks.  Best deal in town.

I needed two deadbolts installed and two doors rekeyed. I already purchased the deadbolts on my own. The day he was scheduled to come out, he called and left a voicemail that he was running late and would be here at a different time and to call if it's a problem. I had no problem with him running late. But, then it was 30 min past the new time he said he would be here and I hadn't heard anything from him so I called. He assumed I couldn't do the new time because I didn't return his call, when the message he left only said to return the call if i couldn't and I could. He did end up coming out to my house that evening. At this point I was a little frustrated. Later, I heard him cursing and I had to ask a few times why. He was hesitant to answer. Turned out he drilled the wrong size hole (too big) into my door because he didn't read the instructions for the locks I had. He had to come back the next day with a new deadbolt that would fit the hole that he drilled too big so the one I already purchased for $40 was not used. He seemed angry and irritated and I was uncomfortable with him being in my home with this poor attitude. When he finished with the deadbolts and I went to pay, I asked about the rekeys....he never did them. He never even offered or set up a time to come back and do them. I ended up paying another company to come out and rekey locks, which took 10-15min. I had a horrible experience and I DO NOT recommend Sparks Locksmith for installing locks.

Sparks Locksmith did a great job unlocking and re-keying an interior door.  He was fast, accurate, and reasonably priced.  Will definitely call again.

I have had Jeff Sparks (Sparks' Locksmith) ply his trade twice at my home. Both times he was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. I will call him again when I need any type of lock work performed.
