Zach showed up at my house in less than 30 minutes. Picked two master round locks in less than five.
Saved me from explaining to my wife how I left the keys to our moving container in California.
Avid Locksmith saved my marriage.
Locked my keys in my car at the Mesa airport. Avid locksmith was able to meet me at the economy lot ~15-20 minutes after I called him. I had my puppy in tow, so it was pretty important that we got in the car quickly. Would def recommend!
Avid did a great job at rekeying my house. We were here a couple of years, but had my wife's kids living with us the first year and my wife decided it would be a good idea to rekey after they moved out. Avid came out and completed the job providing 3 keys for the door in less than a half hour. Thanks Avid! Nice work. He even was able to make a couple of keys for my master locks that were laying around.
I requested a quote and less than 10 minutes later Zach was on his way to fix my lock! He is prompt, kind, and professional. I would recommend and use him again, anytime!
Zach is wonderful, he helped me secure my wacky gate and create a safe zone in my home. Sooo long story short...got myself locked out of my car while it was in park and running. Not the best situation to be in, however I guess it happens.
I called this locksmith company as a referral from where I live and I wasn't disappointed. I've dealt with many locksmith companies and I have to say that this one was the best so far. Zach had very good customer service, was as quick as he could be and very reasonable in price.
I would definitely use this company again and recommend to other people as well. It's nice to see a locksmith company that doesn't hassle or overcharge!

Excellent service, highly recommend Avid!
They went above and beyond to correct all the lock related issues we had.
Very friendly, honest, great price, and fast. Locksmith came as soon as he could and helped change all locks including a door with a keypad code. I felt he was professional and I was comfortable with him throughout the house changing locks on back doors in different rooms and areas of my home. I would definitely recommend.
Great experience today! Mailbox lock was broken with important medical documents on the way. USPS lock replacement timeframe was 2-3 weeks which would require me to drive to the Post Office daily to pick up mail. Zach answered the call live - no voicemail, booked a same-day appointment, called ahead to confirm his arrival time, replaced the lock in minutes and took payment electronically. He wore a mask throughout without being asked. That's a big deal since my wife had a recent organ transplant and has very little immunity so I have to be careful about any kind of infection risk. Zach also offered some good tips on lock maintenance. Great customer service from start to finish!
Zach was able to provide same day service to help my son get back on the road after locking the keys in his car. His tools and expertise took care of the situation in less than a minute for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Updated to add: Had Zach out to help us with rekeying a new home...a year after posting this. I will always call Zach anytime I need help. He is WONDERFUL! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable.... You won't find better. :)

1) prompt response with an accurate quote
2) next day service; quote was given the evening prior so this was extremely expediant service!!!
3) Zack was polite, welcoming, and professional on site
4) Doubled the size of the job on the fly and it still took only a short time.
5) The final bill was still extremely inexpensive.
Summary: this is the locksmith to call!!!!
Great company! I was in another state with a dog watcher at my home. Called Zach after learning that my cat was locked in the bedroom. His price was beyond fair, he arrived quickly and made a key for my lock from a photo I sent him. Thanks for saving the day Zach. We really appreciate you!

Called this place on Monday 4/17 morning 9:00am and left a message to do some work. It's Wednesday 4/19 and never got a call back! Go somewhere else
This service is awesome. I highly recommend him. He answered my call and came in 30 minutes. Our front door wouldn't open. He replaced the lock and everything was working perfect within an hour. He has good personal skills and very reasonable prices. We will be using him for our locksmith needs in the future.
Our security door lock needed work. Also, we wanted all the locks re-keyed. Based on the recommendations of other Yelp members, we called Avid Locksmiths. Zach arrived right on time, and he quickly and efficiently took care of everything. We could not be more pleased. He has our unqualified recommendation. When we need more lock service, we will only call Avid.

I manage two office buildings and a small apartment complex and Avid is now my go-to locksmith. Courteous, efficient, with clear and honest pricing (unlike the last several locksmiths we've used!).

Today's experience with Avid Locksmith was amazing and very easy. Zach quoted a competitive price to re-key 5 locks which included four keys and he made an appointment that fit my schedule. He called 10 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on-time. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick! I can't say enough about Avid Locksmith!
We were all packed up with our 4 boys and gear and our popup tent trailer. We were going camping for the Labor Day weekend. It was 6 am and we were just leaving the driveway when I realized that we didn't have the key for the camper. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Our 9 year old said that he put the key in the trailer. There was no getting into it since it was locked. Checked Yelp and found Avid Locksmith. There were no reviews but Avid was close to my house so I called. Zach answered and said that he would be here in an hour. He was at our house in an hour and we were on the road in 15 minutes. Zach is the best at what he does! He was fast, knowledgeable, prompt and very affordable! I would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks Zach for saving the day!!

Great Guy--seemed a little bit of a high price to unlock door of older model car which took all of 15 seconds. However he did cut a door lock key for my daughter "free of charge".

I decided to find a Locksmith who I can trust for ongoing services and today's experience with Avid Locksmith is exactly what I have been looking for! After having a SCAM like experience with the ATLAS Locksmith (foreign network inside the U.S.) and nearly being burned by their dubious operations, I turned to Avid Locksmith. Did some online research and noted Zach's stellar rating.
He lived up to the ratings and feedback. He quoted me for the service call, re-keying a front security door and provide 4 keys. His rate was what ATLAS Locksmith originally quoted me, however ATLAS Locksmith did not live up to their word, instead tried to raise the price during their service call. Are you kidding? No, I am not.
Zach was a professional and consistent thru the entire process and took my credit card over the phone. He even emailed me a copy of the paid invoice after the work was completed, just like he said he would.
Zach at AVID Locksmith is the real deal folks. He has been enlisted as one our trusted vendors. Thank you Zach!

I looked around for some locksmiths on this site and was a bit put off since you can run into some really shady people that way and basically all the locksmiths have abysmal ratings. I saw this business listed but only a few reviews and decided to give him a shot. Very nice guy. Gave me the price over the phone to unlock my car. It was a reasonable price and didn't give me any crap. Came out here, met me at my car, and had it open in like 5 minutes. Definitely would recommend him. If you see this and are unsure because there aren't many reviews, go for it. They're not paid reviews or anything, the guy is just professional and nice but you know most people only come to sites like this to post their BAD experiences.

I came home from a week in CA, arriving at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Long story short, I was tired and locked my keys in the truck before I was able to get anything out of the vehicle. Phone, purse, everything. After trying to get into the vehicle for almost 45 minutes (glass does NOT break like it does on TV:) I looked to trusty Yelp and found Avid. I emailed my fiancé (who is working in CA) with Avid's phone number, he called Avid 1st thing the next morning and Zach was at my home by 7:30am...on a Sat. morning! 20 minutes later my keys were back in my hand. I couldn't have been happier that they arrived so early, I wanted to unpack and enjoy what was left of my weekend. Zach was pleasant, professional and VERY reasonably priced. I work in insurance and will refer him to anyone who needs a locksmith!

My home was burglarized while I was at work. My worst fear was that a set of house keys was among the missing items. I called Avid and a very professional Zach came out even though it was after hours. He re-keyed my entire house (11 locks), fixed the security door, secured my garage door. And because I was more than a little traumatized that strangers had been in my home, he graciously checked the crawl spaces in the attic. I felt more secure after he left than after the police left. I give Avid my highest review for exceptional work at an exceptional price at a time I needed it most. Thank you, Avid, for having it together when I needed someone to trust.

I moved to Gilbert and needed the locks changed on my new house. Avid Locksmith was able to come the next day and quickly change the locks at a fair price. The customer service was excellent & I highly recommend this company.
