Anthem Roofing

I procrastinated in writing this review, which I felt compelled to do after a great experience with Anthem Roofing LLC. However, I'm glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company.

First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call!

Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier.

He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly.  

Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you'd really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I'm glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable!

Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. And thanks to Brendon for coming out and doing a great job on the additional, yet unexpected work. For the cynics like myself, who feel as if it's a roll of the dice to find a good contractor, look no further for a professional roofing company that will absolutely WOW you with the way they conduct business.

I have been a contractor for 35 years and took pride in never having a complaint. Wayne at Anthem roofing is a true professional! Anthem roofing came out and with no hesitation knew exactly what to do. From start to finish all work completed to a 5-star standard! Highly recommended! You will not regret hiring them. You do not have to worry about substandard work, and can rest assured that their performance is way above the rest! Highly recommended!

This company is a disaster: poor management/supervision; poor organization; absolutely poor communication; and, poor value. From the beginning to the multiple trips here to repair leaks and more leaks and finish work that was never done, or not done well. We have called the owner, a personable man when he quotes and gets your business, after that you are on your own. No customer service. No concern about a job well done. For example, we discovered that there was no supervisor on our job, so that is why the workmanship was so bad. The owner admitted that much. Be careful.

Had some roofing repairs prior to closing on a home.  The workmanship was good, however left all of the old nails in the landscaping and blew the remainder into the pool.  Dangerous and careless to people and animals!  Just could not be bothered to clean up the worksite.  Would not recommend.

What an incredible guy. Wayne encompasses all the attributes you would like to find in a company you do business with. He is friendly, easy to understand, punctual, hard-working and most of all honest. Couple that with the fair prices he charges and you have an awesome combination. He knocked out a tough job on my roof that required replacing tiles and mortar. I contacted several other companies and they didn't come close to Wayne's fine service, in price or punctuality. He will be placed on my speed dial since he not only does roofing but is a handyman, and works throughout the valley. Thanks Wayne for a fantastic job, I won't hesitate to recommend you to all my friends and family.

You specially asked for a cross street, I provided it, along with the address. You should have told me right then, you don't work that far south, instead wasted a full day of my time.

I highly recommend Anthem Roofing. Wayne provides great, honest service and made my small roof repair easy. It feels good to have a company I feel good about using for any roofing service.

Called Anthem Roofing after we noticed a leak. It was was a Saturday and Wayne answered and said he was on a job but if he got done on time he would swing by since we weren't too far from where he was. He came by and while he was up there he was willing to lay some plastic down for us since it was just starting to rain again and rain was in the forecast.

He gave us an onsite estimate and also emailed us the estimate that night. We ended up calling around for other estimates and at the end of the day Anthem was the best. The price was very competitive but the decision came from the the first time we met Wayne. He went the extra mile. The other companies came and left and said they would get back to us with an estimate.  Wayne explained what he saw and the steps he would take if he got the job.

We called to schedule and he was able to do it within a couple days and on a weekend. He showed up at the time he said he was and even though the damage was more then what was originally thought, he kept to his price and worked till it was finished.

Hard to find honest and dedicated contractors these days. Wayne and Anthem Roofing showed me they are still around.

I saw a recommendation for Anthem Roofing on our community website (Next Door) when I was looking for someone to repair our roof. During monsoon season, Valley roofers are all busy, but Wayne came out right away and ended up giving me a quote that was literally over 50% less than the next closest bid. I accepted the bid and he and his son came out two days later on a Sunday morning (!) and did a fantastic job, leaving the worksite and area spotless.
My highest recommendation - I wish dealing with all contractors was this great.

Wayne came out on a Saturday to assess our roof leak issue. Wayne came back on Monday after the roof dried and competed the repairs. Wayne offered to come check the roof once a year to ensure there are no broken tiles or issues at no cost!!! Now that's service! We will use Wayne for all of our roofing needs! Wayne came on a Sunday to check out a leak in my roof. He coordinated with my solar company so they could remove the panels to reach the leak. His work was amazing. His crew polite and professional. The cost was very responsible too! I recommend him highly and wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Wayne from Anthem Roofing is top notch. He is the owner and came out to do repairs on our roof here in Anthem. I called him and he came out the same day to assess my issue. He was on time, very professional and very honest. We scheduled the repairs which were very reasonable and he came out for the appointment on time. I will always use him for any of my future roofing needs. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and is very honest

Wayne with Anthem roofing was the first roofer to call me back when I needed a quote, the first to have a flexible date that wasn't months away, and the first to have reasonable price. He was very affordable, very professional and took care of my house so I could sell it! He fixed my concrete tile roof and I would certainly recommend him. Thanks!

Wayne was great.  Came and looked at roof.  Took the time to show us what was going on and fixed in a timely manner.  Did a fantastic job and wonderful to work with.

Wow. Wayne is excellent. He came to check the job the same day that I called. He had it fixed in a couple of days. To top it off he did these extras and barely charged us. Great great pricing and a guy we would, and have, strongly recommended to family and friends. This is your roof guy!!
