Arizona's finest roofing did a great job, repairing a roof leak and doing a tile tuneup on the house we just purchased last month. The whole process from estimate, to scheduling, to fixing, to final inspection and payment went off perfectly. Every employee that I dealt with was very professional and an expert in their field. I would recommend Arizona's finest roofing to anyone needing roof repairs.

I have multiple properties in Phoenix and just had 4th job completed by this company. They doing excellent job in all respects, starting from communication with Laurie in the office , who almost daily kept me posted on the progress since I am in different state. Matt did very detailed inspection and sent me pictures. I like that I could speak directly with him. The last 2 jobs were done by Jesse. Again , very good work with pictures showing the progress. Should mention that price is very reasonable.

Matt come out to check my roof, very professional and reliable. He capture some leaks I didn't even know before. They gave very good document with pictures and detail breakdown of the work needed with reasonable price. Very responsive, and very good warranty. Definitely a roof company you can rely on.

This is an awesome company. They truly value their customers! Fair, honest, and they do awesome work. From the person who answers the phone and schedules you to the person that shows up to do the work, you can tell they take a ton of pride in what they do. Matt was super freindly and did great work. Monsoons left us with a leaking kitchen ceiling. We had 3 roofing companies estimate the repairs. 2 companies were wanting our business but not very engaged otherwise on the front end. Matt, from Arizona's Finest Roofing not only spent an inordinate amount of time on the roof during the initial review, but he provided us with a vast array of photos for our insurance company, AND, he re-arranged and repaired some existing tiles so that we would not leak should more rain arrive (it did) before we could get scheduled for the repair. OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY, this is the mark of excellence. Further, Laurie Richards in the office displayed the same enthusiasm for great customer service making the entire procedure smooth and painless. Highly recommend.

My mother had some roofing issues and I was trying to help her from another state; which is not easy.  Laurie, Matt, and Enrique were all wonderful.  From my first call to Laurie, her professionalism and ease made them the company to beat when I was calling around.  Throughout the process she was super helpful and responsive.  Matt was so kind to my mother and gave us a few options on ways forward, which was great.  He also dropped back by with roof samples so my mom felt more comfortable with seeing the options in person.  Enrique showed up as scheduled, did a great job, and cleaned everything up.  Since I was in another state, without even asking, they sent me pictures of the progress and the finished product.  Payment was super easy and price was fair.  I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Just had my roof repaired by Arizona's Finest Roofing.  I am thrilled with the process.  Like others who have commented here, we had damage to the room from the storms in August.  Laurie was a wonderful point of contact for me, always responsive and kept me up to date on the scheduling - they were clearly busy repairing a lot of houses.  Matthew came out and scoped out the problem, took lots of photos and too plenty of time to explain the problems to me.  And Francisco and his team did a great job on the repair.  Luckily they finished the job a day before it rained again and no more leaks.

I had water damage at the end of July leaking into my home, this company was the only one that was willing to come out to give me an estimate without trying to replace roof, which by the way does not need replacement . They set expectations from the get go to let me know how backed up they were on repairs, I was patient and it paid off, they did a wonderful job, Laurie in the office kept me up to date and Enrique did a wonderful job. I will call them when I need to replace the roof. Thank you for being there for me.

We asked Arizona's Finest to come out after the monsoon storm a few weeks ago damaged our roof. The person making the appointment was nice but told us because they had such a high volume of calls it would be a few weeks before they could see us. A few days before the appointment they changed the time without asking if the new time would work for us because they were so busy.

Today, Danny came out, told my husband he would look around himself and then left without another word. No letting us know what he found or explaining to us what repairs he felt were necessary. I called the office and they again just said they were very busy right now and quoted me a much higher amount then others I have received. It feels like he just threw a high number out there because we were not worth his time. He also missed a place on our roof in the quote which we would have pointed out to him if he had bothered talking to us afterwards.

Very happy with the service. Installers very careful and diligent on the job early every day. Laurie was perfect, friendly but efficient, Matt a perfect gentleman but no nonsense when it came to the job. I would recommend this business for sure.

This company is everything you look for when you hire someone to replace your roof.  They were prompt, communicative, competitively priced, and did an amazing job with the work itself.  I was out of town when they did the replacement and they took pictures of the progress over the days.  I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We found loose shingles on the ground after the last monsoon storm.  We have a very high 2- story, and couldn't see if the shingles came from our home.  Dawn in the office was kind and scheduled an appointment to check it out.  Steve came out, and was very courteous,  checked it iut and gave us good news that our roof is fully intact.  Best part of the story is there was no charge for them to give me peace of mind.  Any future issues for our home, we know who to call!!! April and Dawn in the office were great to work with, the guys came out and had to remove all the roof including the boards and rebuild us a brand new architectural shingled new roof.  We love it.

Great experience with AFR, from getting my quote via email, to having them come out and get the job done when scheduled. For sure will keep them in mind for any future needs and would recommend to anyone looking for a great roofing company.

I had a tile come off the edge of my roof and fall to the ground, so I looked for a roofing company to come out and fix it. I was able to schedule an appointment no problem. Took some pictures and got a quote over the phone/via email. On the day of the appointment they came out within the time window, fixed the tile, and also found another tile that had fallen off that I didn't even know about. They fixed that one too at no additional charge! Great customer service! Friendly people on the administrative side! Will definitely call them in the future for any roofing needs.

They do not install gutters, despite what the yelp listing shows.

She was very nice on the phone, but could not help me.

My new neighbor needed some tiles fixed and replaced. I came out of my house to see what was happening. Our house is 12 years old and we have never had anyone up on our roof to examine it. I asked them for a business card so I could give it to my husband when he got home. Dave said he would go up and examine it while he was there. He did and it just needed a couple of cracks to be caulked. He took care of it and did not charge me.

Unfortunately I had a roof leak that caused extensive damage to the interior of my home.  Due to the condition of my roof, I ended up doing a full roof replacement for both my tile roof and flat roof over the garage and patio.   I ended up having 5 different roofing companies come out to provide an estimate.  A roof is a big purchase, and needless to say can be a stressful one, especially when you aren't planning for it.    

David came to my home to provide an estimate, and took the time to show me photos of my roof with areas that were cause for concern for him, and to explain the many different options available to me concerning the replacement work.  I immediately felt comfort with Arizona's Finest Roofing above any of the other companies that I consulted with, and I believe that was because David wasn't a sales - estimator pushing a roof replacement.  David's experience WAS roofing - he performed the work, he knows the work, and he lives the work as an expert.  

In terms of pricing - Arizona's Finest was in the mid range of the estimates that I received.   I'm a believer in you get what you pay for... I wasn't looking for the lowest cost - it was more important for me to find a roofing contractor that I was comfortable with.

April was able to quickly schedule the roof replacement work and also took the time to answer my questions and walk through various options with me prior to ordering materials such as the trim, bird stop, and flat roof products.  

The crew (Francisco, Waldo, and Jesus) were WONDERFUL and performed exceptional work on my roof.  They showed up early every day and completed the job on time with attention to detail.  They were a great team, hard working and honest!  My back patio wasn't in good shape and additional wood replacement was necessary - they explained any additional necessary repairs thoroughly and provided photos prior to doing the work.  I was home during the roof replacement work, and was able to see their progress.  In addition, at the close of each day they performed meticulous clean up, removing all debris, nails, and staples.   Even after the work had been completed I hosed my property down expecting to find some debris and I found NONE.  I truly felt like they treated my home as if it were their own.  

Aesthetically my home looks better after the roof replacement.  While the trim and the birdstops do serve a purpose, it adds a nice look to the elevation of my home.  I have also had other neighbors compliment the work.

David came out and reviewed the state of our roof. Immediately noted that someone had not previously repaired the roof to code. Immediately set out to correct all issues. Where necessary, tiles were screwed in instead of nailed and flashing around vents properly installed. All work was completed quickly with outstanding results. I highly recommend Arizona Finest roofing for an honest assessment and quick repairs.

Being on an HOA board for our condos, I got a roofing estimate from a company for 4 different roofing areas in our community. The first total estimate was $1800. Our second bidder was Arizona's Finest. Their estimate is $8575! And that was after the estimator insisted on walking all over our roofs so that he could tell us how much we really needed.

Instead of building a relationship of trust with us and one day getting the job of replacing all of our roofs, this is one of those companies that just want the huge contract without any established business rapport with the client.  Of course they will not be getting to replace all of our roofs when the time comes, and neither will we be hiring them for this initial job.

I just had my house reroofed. This job is expensive, noisy and takes days. What could be more fun?

I got five estimates. I only dealt with companies that were highly rated in Yelp. Arizona's Finest Roofing had the lowest estimate. That's who I went with.

This  business is owned by the Clark family. They have years and years of experience. I dealt with David Clark, a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and very particular. The job took four days. When they left, the place was clean and neat.

During the roofing job, I was also dealing with Cox Communications, a national company. I gave Cox a terrible review, which is lost in a sea of other awful reviews. What a difference in dealing with David!

Decided to go with AFR because of the reviews, the quote Danny gave us in person along with his knowledge and professionalism.  He was by far the lowest quote we received.  We have a mobile home that needed a new roof and evaporative unit removed from roof.  He found extra stuff that needed to be repaired after they started and did not charge us.  Amazing.

We did not get the roof sprayed we got a new roof.  It took around 3 days to finish.  His employees worked very hard and he was here everyday to supervise and ensure it was being done to his high standards.

Have received many compliments on the roof from are neighbors including comments like other roofers viewed were done in one day and did not even power wash.

I didn't use these guys to roof my house but I did just watch their truck drop a guy off with a gas can at his vehicle that had run out of gas ... so when it is time for my roof to be repaired or replaced, I will probably give these guys a call. They seem nice.

This business is aptly named, finest. I can confidently say you will not find a more friendly and reasonable roofing company in the valley. Stop searching now and give them a call.

Incredible response time, pricing, and attention to detail. We experienced top-notch service from Danny about two years apart on different homes. One was general tile inspection and replacement prior to selling and the other was urgent repair where birds had nested and popped off several edge tiles in a high-traffic area of our yard. This presented a serious hazard, as a couple tiles were still hanging precariously. Danny actually remembered us (vaguely, but my goodness - two years later) and handled both appointments with speed and precision.

In addition to holding to their advertised minimum service charge for both jobs (includes five replacements, if my memory serves), Danny remudded all around the house and informed me of some installation weaknesses that he recommended we remedy in the future. He was very honest about the lack of urgency and did not try to push a non-essential upsale service.

After calling around and tiring of other companies not responding in a timely manner, acting as though my business was an imposition to their busy schedule, or quoting outrageous minimums to even show up, Arizona's Finest Roofing stands out as the only way to go.

As I mentioned earlier, save yourself time and money... call this company right away.

Having to replace your roof is a big deal, and no one likes dealing with major home issues like a roof or air conditioner replacement. With that said, I am so glad my in-laws found AZ's Finest Roofing.

I'm in 100% agreement with all the other reviewers here. AZ's Finest Roofing is exactly that -- Arizona's Finest. :) Though located in San Tan Valley, they drove up to my North Phoenix house, super early on day one... ready to go... with a hard working and friendly crew, and they've been working efficiently every day!

Also, my insurance did not cover the wood work, and Danny was able to provide me a great price for that part of the roof! He and April are very friendly, courteous, prompt, and super professional. Overall, best experience ever with a roofer... not that I have so much experience, but I do know good customer service and great work ethic!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Completely screwed me out of $15K in insurance costs due to no due diligence on the front end. Also fell through my roof. Just a complete sh*t show. I'd highly advise looking at other options.

Excellent service from start to finish.  Estimate was done within couple days that clearly outlined what repairs were needed. My questions on type of coating used (for flat roof) were answered with follow up email showing the product details. Premium coating was used. Job started on time by knowledgeable,  professional workers who did excellent work. After completion I was given several pictures of job. I have already recommended them to a co-worker.

I read all the wonderful reviews but our experience was not at all good. I made an appointment three weeks ago for a new roof estimate and Danny was scheduled to come between 8 and 10 a.m.  When he did not call or show up I called after 10:00 and left a message for April. No one called me back so I called an hour later and April told me she did not get my message yet. When I asked her if we did have an appointment with Danny she said yes and told me he was running late. There was never any phone call explaining this or any apology for the inconvenience. I cancelled the appointment of course and was very unhappy with their customer service.

Had a 2 hour appointment window (between 10-12). After taking the day off work, waiting 2 hours, making a call, I was told another 45 minutes or so for my estimate.

Great job. Quality materials. Easy process from quote to cleanup. Had patio roofing and facia replaced. They even allowed me to paint the materials the day before so that I wouldn't have to do it from a ladder. Easier and cheaper. Cut a piece of the metal so that we could take to home depot and match color. Their workers were good guys. Respectful and thorough. The day after the work, sent David out to inspect the rest of my roof. He took the time to seal off a couple spots. He also alerted me to one more potential issue. Great customer service.

Jesus was a few minutes late but April called and told my wife he was running late on his previous job.  Once he got here his was very professional and nice.  He went up on our roof and found 4 or 5 loose tiles which he put back in place.  Took him about 5 minutes and he showed my wife how he repaired/put the tiles back in place.  Jesus did not know the cost and my wife called April to find out what we owed but she was not there.  April called back and said since we were a former customer and he spent so little time on the job there was no charge.  I will definately use this company again if I need roofing work.  My neighbor used them also and he is very happy with their work.

These guys are great they work fast and in an orderly fashion. They did my roofing and I can tell you that they are the best out there. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for new roofing.

Danny is obviously very knowledgeable, and he was able to diagnose my leak issue. I would definitely call on him to do repairs in the future.

I messaged several roofing companies through Yelp and some didn't even reply.  April called and messaged promptly and set up an appointment a few days later.  Danny arrived, did his inspection, bought the supplies and made the repairs before noon.  Prompt, professional and pretty simple for me.  That scores 5 stars in my world!

I had a contractor replace my roof about 2 years ago.  The standard roof portion of the job was subcontracted out, and that portion is fine.  The flat roof, however, was completed by one of his friends with years and years of roofing experience.  Fast forward two years, and the flat roof is leaking like a sieve.  I called three roofing companies out to give their assessment of the flat roof.  All three agreed that the job was done in a completely negligent manner, and that in order to warranty the work, they would literally have to start the entire job again - rip off the old press-down asphalt and start fresh.

David from Arizona's Finest Roofing spent 20 minutes surveying the damage and taking pictures.  The other roofing companies took about three minutes each.  David then took time to explain what was done poorly and how it should have been done properly.  David's initial reaction was also to rip everything off and start over.  After thinking about it for awhile, he proposed a compromise to starting over again.  He suggested that since the original job was virtually new and that it did provide some protection from the elements, we could cover the existing flat roof with an elastomeric compound.  This would provide some additional insulation value while simultaneously providing a leakproof barrier with a no-leak warranty.

I talked to Danny to ask some questions to get a better idea of what I should expect from the work and to ask some questions about the product that was being used.  He answered all of my questions, and gave me the confidence to choose Arizona's Finest Roofing.  I scheduled the job, and they showed up on time, met their proposed schedule, and cleaned up the property nicely before leaving.  I waited to write a review until after the first monsoon storm.  And..............................................  no leaks!

I called Arizona's Finest Roofing Tuesday to see about someone coming out to fix some tiles on my roof as soon as possible. The next day David was at my house and fixed the tiles in no time at all! The entire experience was so easy and painless I would recommend these guys to any and everyone! Another thing I'd like to mention is not only are they quick and efficient, they are very reasonably priced!

We are very happy with Arizona's Finest Roofing! While I never actually met Danny in person, working with April was very easy and we are so pleased with the end result. The price quote was about $800 less than another company we checked out and we couldn't be happier. We haven't yet had a crazy storm since the new roof has been up, but I'm crossing my fingers that we will no longer have shingles flying everywhere! Thanks!!

Top notch from the very first meeting with David and his initial (1-1/2 hour) assessment of our roof. David took over thirty photos that detailed the issues with the original installation and materials. Much of the original installation and materials had been installed incorrectly. Builder's grade bites us in the butt, once again. Homeowners beware of the original roofing on your house.

Kip and his crew did an extremely thorough job, sending progress photos every two days to provide visual evidence of how the problem areas had been rectified. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. At job completion, Danny (David's brother) came out and walked us through the project and talked about the entire project. This company is GREAT. If I ever build a house, I will have these guys do the roofing.

Roofing is expensive, but it is worth installing it correctly!

Danny was great to work with, he patched our roof several times before we finally replaced it. Every time we dealt with him he gave us a great price and quality workmanship. We would highly recommend Arizona's Finest Roofing for anyone who needs a new roof or repair.

Detected a leak in our sky lights and based on Yelp reviews called this company immediately.  April in the office is utterly a delight and so very pleasant to work with.  She had someone come out to assess the problem.  That initial process had some hiccups and finally we arrived to what needed to be done. The stellar people are David and Charlie.  They know their business and after a couple of call backs had us 100% happy and they did what was asked and MORE!  Note David and Charlie's names are the names you see over and over in the reviews.  Great company!!!  Next time I will go direct to David and Charlie and skip the first step.  Thanks guys!  Hubby and I are happy campers!!

After the BIG rain, we had a small leak....
One of the neighbors was using Az Finest roofing, so we tried their service.
The crew was excellent, fast, and the leak was gone after a very fast and
efficient problem fix.  The crew chief was David and the crew was great.
We recommended to a neighbor, who also thinks highly of the crew and co.

Timing being of the essence (since my home is up for sale and scheduling is critical) and like ships crossing in the night, I had already selected another company to perform emergency repairs on my home when Earl Clark - third generation roofer - came by.  No problem though, he was gracious and despite the turn of events was still very helpful by making several additional recommendations about this job and more importantly after the home is sold, about roofing inspections and issues that I might expect in the area we will be moving to.  I got the impression that there is a great deal of pride and professionalism in how this family run business operates.

Only Roofer That Didn't Say NO WAY-WON'T TOUCH THAT ROOF
When you are in a jam, lets face it, you are in a jam. We have a property that needed a roof pretty badly. The problem was due to cost we could only afford to put on 1/2 of the roof now and the other 1/2 in six months. The only roofer that offered a price quotation was Arizona's Finest Roofing. The day of the job, they tore off the South 1/2 of the roof and realized it was not possible or practical to stop there. Their employee on site decided to tear off the whole roof without authorization because he realized there was no way the roof would stop leaking if only the south 1/2 was completed. (He had our back.) Since this was not in the agreement, Arizona's Finest Roofing explained the situation and didn't ask for payment for the unauthorized work-in fact they apologized. As it turned out, they stepped up and looked out for us so I actually offered to pay for the extra work if they could wait a bit. they were shocked that anyone in this day and age would agree to do the right thing. The way I looked at it, they did the right thing by me. They deserve no less than to have the right thing done by them. By the way, they are extremely nice people from the roofers themselves, to the office staff and I even met one of the owners. They are very approachable, practical and fair people who will try to work with you and won't rip you off. They are now my roofer and I recommend them to anyone that asks about roofing. Stick with this company for any roofing need and beware of STORM CHASERS. You will be able to find this company in 6 months or a year should a problem develop

Came home from vacation with tiles falling off our roof...called and Danny had his brother there pronto.  Repair was minor and price was extremely fair.  So glad to know to look on Yelp to check out reviews and get the best.

I don't typically write reviews, but the guys over at AZ's Finest Roofing deserve it. Danny and David are fantastic. I searched for several roofers until I landed on them. I am a woman and it's hard to find someone that is good at what they do and honest. I've found that in Danny and David. They have taken exceptional care of me. Their rates are very reasonable. They stay on the job. Sincerely, meet these guys and you'll be glad they are on the job!

Arizona's Finest Roofing is amazing!  The quote for repairs was quick.  Both April and Danny are friendly and professional.  They gave us a more than a fair price.  After calling other roofers, AZ Finest Roofing exceeds their competitors by far!  I would highly recommend this company for repairs or a new roof to family and friends.

David of Arizona's Finest Roofing is the person to talk to if you need any input regarding the condition of your roof.

I had concerns that the roof of our home had extensive issues and needed some pretty big repairs. I had several Roofing professionals come out to bid on an evaluation and estimate of repairs. I was a bit disappointed that each and every one of the 3 companies I had selected (will not mention them by name as this is NOT a review of them) came out...and were here less than half an hour...and only one of them even WENT UP ON THE ROOF.

So...I had little faith that any of them had actually had any concern about the actual condition of the roof and they only wanted to up sell service to me. The lowest bid was $8200...and that was work I have no clue how they could have actually quantified as that particular contractor never even went onto the roof! Then, one random Tuesday morning I noticed that my neighbor, whom I have known for more than 11 years, had a roofer over at his home doing some repair on his patio. Sometimes the best endorsements are the ones you don't seek, but are given freely without you knowing. My neighbor knew that I was interested in getting my roof checked...and he came over and said If anyone's going to give you what you're looking for...it's David... and he points at the guy up on his roof.

Thinking little of it, as I was still reeling a little bit about the idea that would have to sink $8000+ into my roof based on some ground level visual inspection of my home, I made note of the recommendation and didn't think much more of it. Two days later, late in the afternoon, I was pulling up into my driveway after work and noticed that the roofer was finishing up across the street. So I decided to take a chance and see what this guy would say about coming back out sometime and checking out my roof. I had already surrendered to the fact that he probably say yeah, call the office and schedule something, and I'll come out and give you a quote., so I walked over the truck where he was loading stuff. I introduced myself and explained briefly that I had some leaking inside the house and wanted to see about finding and resolving the issue. He said, sure, let me finish up here...and we can chat. 20 minutes later, he's at my door...and spends the NEXT HOUR AND A HALF talking to me then climbing up on my roof, thoroughly inspecting EVERY FLASHING, EVERY EDGE, EVERY JOINT/JUNCTION on my roof. He took took pictures, removed a few loose tiles to check the underlay of the rook...and then, after all that, spent another 30 minutes going over everything he had seen, discovered, identified.

I didn't need $8000+ in materials...I didn't need 3-4 days of labor. He quoted ~$2500 worth of labor and materials, was done in a day, and took the time to show me before, during and after what he was doing.

I don't know the other guys that work at AFR...but I really don't need to. David is, and always will be, my roofing guy. If you have any questions, comments or concerns he listens...and takes the time to answer. He cares about what he's doing...and it shows in the work he does. You are making a mistake if you don't at least call AFR and ask for David to come out and check out your roof. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I have received from AFR and David!

Had a few tiles damaged on my roof and with monsoon coming soon I didn't want to wait any longer. These folks were at my house giving me a quote within a day of calling. The prices are very reasonable and the folks are professional and friendly. I recommend these folks if you need help with your roof. Job was done within 2 days of quote and they fixed issues I didn't even know I had while they were up there. I wish all business's were this good!! Thanks!!

I cannot believe how awesome this company is! After being given the runaround by other roofing companies, I called Danny and he had someone out there to fix my roof within hours. Even though it was a small job, he wanted to help. No job to big or small for this company! Fantastic prices too!

I recently needed to have the roof of our house reshingled.  After reviewing bids from several companies, I decided to have Arizona's Finest Roofing do the work.  I met with Danny to discuss the work to be performed.  I told him my expectations and he explained the work that would be done.  We discussed the materials, the color of the shingles (we chose Painted Desert) and the color of the flashing to be used.  After our meeting, we had a written agreement of the work to be done and the cost.  The crew (lead by Danny's brother David) arrived as scheduled.  They thoroughly removed the old shingles (there were two layers) and prepared the roof for the new shingles.  They replaced all the flashing and laid down the new shingles.  As part of the work, they cover an old evaporative cooler hole, put in new attic vents and painted the flashing around the air conditioner and the bath vents.  The crew did excellent work on all phases of the job and was very professional during the entire process.  Upon completion of the work, they completely cleaned up around the house, using a magnetic tool to pick up all the old nails.  All the refuse was hauled off when they left.  The entire process went very well and the new roof looks great.  Arizona's Finest Roofing definitely lived up to their name.  I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof.
