I paid Matt before completion of a $9755 job. I trusted him as he was a friend's neighbor and came recommended. But he got mad at me because I complained that the he didn't separate two units of the house into separate sub-panels. He did refund approximately the amount for a line item relating to the separation of circuits. Later I found that he had mis-wired the dryer as a 120V circuit, and also wired up two 120V circuits to a 240V dual-pole breaker. But, he neglected to finish or refund $280 worth of work that was on the invoice. Moreover, he left a major junction box in the attic attached only to a loose board sitting on rafters, and he wired an additional circuit into a breaker box in the attic, which are against Scottsdale code to begin with. I've talked with another electrician I trust and he estimated about $3000 to correct the half-finished work Matt left behind. I called the city of Scottsdale and confirmed that the work as-is would be in violation of code, but unfortunately, they apparently did not inpsect this part - just the panel replacement. For any work that requires attention to details or communication, I would look elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was no written contract, so while there was a gap in our communication, the AZ ROC was unable to find violation of any contract.

Troy was fantastic on his install at my new house.  He gave me an estimate based on some pictures I sent him and what I told him over the phone.  I had over 14 recessed lights installed, moving of several outlets, and rewiring of switches and electrical lines that were hanging from my ceiling.  

He gave me a very fair quote and explained he stands by all his pricing.  He came promptly in the morning and gave me updates throughout the whole day.  At the end of the day, he walked me through everything one more time and actually left the house cleaner than it was before he got there.

I would not hesitate to get Troy's help again, and I plan to in the near future for some more work done.  You should definitely give him a call.  You won't be dissapointed.

Rob was great. Professional and creative. I had a handful of electrical work that needed to be completed. Some of it was my trying to do it myself. I hit the point where I needed to phone in the pros and I'm glad I went with RCT.

David is a skilled and seasoned electrician. He came very quickly to our house in Apache Junction, AZ and fixed all of our safety issues pertaining to wiring. He is fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him.

Romel did a great job at my house, I needed a few fans, outlets and plug points replaced. He was prompt in his communication and timely in getting the work done. Once he started the job, he didn't nickle and dime us when we asked him for some small changes. I would recommend Romel to everyone.

My son is buying his first home and home inspector noticed problem with breaker panel.  As a first time homebuyer, he proactively set an appointment for 3-30-20 the week prior, then found out closing was delayed to 31st so he rescheduled for 4-1 at 8:30 am.
Today, deed recording was delayed through no fault of his own and he proactively called you to reschedule.
A rescheduling call was difficult for him to make, your reaction was completely unprofessional.  This is how you as the owner deal with new customers?  Telling him to f___ off?  Really???  I told him initially to go to Parker and Sons, guess I was right.
I've been a commercial banker and realtor in the valley for years and never encountered this lack of courtesy and customer service.

Told him I need my Tesla charger installed and that I had the charger already and the car was arriving that coming Friday. He couldn't do it that Friday but he could come out at 9am the following Sunday and do it. 8:55am Sunday he was at my door and done and gone 2 hours later!! Definitely my go to for electrical needs from now on!

I initially found All Around Electrical Services on the Nextdoor app. There were multiple positive recommendations for this company, so I gave them a call. I had a pretty simple job; I wanted to attach to an existing flood lamp and go around a corner to add a second one over my BBQ pits. When John came out to install the extension, my only request was to obscure the conduit under the eaves. We were initially planning to install rigid conduit, but John explained that the bends would be too sharp for rigid conduit. He decided that flexible conduit would do a much better job at giving me what I wanted. The end result was exactly what i had hoped for. I am very pleased with the professional work and excited to have my new lights. Let there be light, then let there be BBQ! Yahoo!!!

Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. This the best and most proficient Handyman that I have ever used. He has installed lights and made various repairs around my house 3 times this year. He is the only one that I would consider to do these things for me since the first time he did a great job and every other time he did too. He gets the job done and quickly and and economically and would trust him with almost any repair around my house. My house is pretty well the way I want it after living in it for 30 years in Phoenix. My house needed some electrical work done. One bathroom and four electrical outlets in the bedrooms lost power. Thomas worked in my house and was terrific!  He was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of the wiring issue. The work quality was outstanding, he was quick, and his price was excellent.
