David is a skilled and seasoned electrician. He came very quickly to our house in Apache Junction, AZ and fixed all of our safety issues pertaining to wiring. He is fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him.

I had an emergency at one of my apartments when a tree limb snagged a power line and damaged a panel and meter socket on one of the apartments. I also had a number of homebound tenants who required constant access to power due to medical and other conditions. This happened, as luck would have it, on a holiday. I called Pro Solutions Electric hoping I'd find someone who could respond to check on the apartments while the power company reconnected service to the complex. Pro Solutions Electric took my call and immediately responded to assess the problem. They checked on the at-risk tenants once power was restored and provided a fair estimate to repair the damaged panel and meter socket. Throughout the process they provided photos (I'm a remote landlord) and excellent communication. They even helped me out by putting a lock box key I sent them for the gates on the property back in the lockbox when the original was lost. Once they installed the panel and meter socket, they came back after the utility restored power to the affected property to check out the power inside the apartment. Pro Solutions Electric is a professional company in all respects and act with integrity in their transactions. I highly recommend their services.

Everything about this company is top notch, from the initial estimate to completion of the project.  Romel responded to an inquiry I had in reference to needing a sub-panel for a pool, and wiring for our spa.  Romel was able to come out that day and give an estimate.  Romel was very thorough with explaining everything he needed to do for the project and answered all questions.  Romel is down to earth, and very professional.

I agreed to the estimate and a few days later we started the project and it was seamless!  Everything looks great, and was done with precision.  

I wouldn't use anyone else for my electric needs as this company has earned my business moving forward.

RSB electric was professional, on time, thourough & obvious experts. I had some outlets & light switches that weren't working. They took the time to figure out what the problem was and fixed it. If I need any more electrical work done, I will call RSB.

It is ironic that I dismissed the previous reviews where folks had said that Brian was great doing the initial assessment but would never responded to provide the work quote or return calls/texts to actually do the work after saying that he would. That's exactly what happened. Brian came out, assessed the work I needed done, had some good ideas and said it would be no problem and that he would provide a quote by the next day. After a couple days of silence, I called. I was assured that the quote would be sent over by end of day...  I followed up again 5 days later after no response or quote with a text asking if he was still interested in the job. Have heard nothing since. Went with another company.

I needed a last minute fan/light install, I called John left a message. He got in touch with me right away and quoted me such a fair price! He was able to come the same day w/in a couple hours and had it installed with in about an hour. I am very happy with the prompt customer service. Very friendly. I highly recommend. This will be my guy for all future electrical.

All I have to say is..DEDICATION!! Prior to hiring Superior Electric.. I went with another company.. after 14 hours all they left me was with a hole in the ceiling and messed up lights, along with taking my money.

Not only did Superior Electric fix the problem they did it a quality job! I was already upset at the last company and nervous I would be taken advantage of. Nope as soon as Superior came in he reassured me he would get the job done, and explained every step of the way how they fixed it..

They didn't take one penny from me until the job was done!

I have nothing but high respect for this company.

Ty came out and replaced/wired new coach lights outside of my home. He was courteous, reliable, and did a great job. I would easily recommend him to my family and friends.

In summary, Mike did some nice work for a very inexpensive rate for me.  I needed a few plumbing, electrical, and misc household items taken care of.  He showed up to do the walk-through of the items needing attention exactly on time and showed up at the scheduled time to do the work itself, actually finishing a bit early and charging less than what he originally estimated.  

I would normally take away a star on my rating because he was difficult to get a hold of at first.  It took an e-mail through the website and two voice mails before getting a response.  Mike gets the star back because he went above and beyond during both the walk-through and while doing the repairs.  When he came to provide the estimate, he indicated that one of the electrical issues was very minor and he spent two minutes fixing it right there for free.  He also pointed out how about three other things on my list were things I could probably do on my own and gave me a few tips on them (he was right...I'm not very handy but he pointed me in a direction that enabled me to get them done myself).  When he was onsite doing the work, he commented that my front door kept sticking, basically said let me take care of that real quick, and did so in about two minutes.

I'll definitely be calling him back for any future household repairs.

Found Tom on Craigs List and got lucky.  I needed service on my grandmothers home and I'm not from the SR area.  Tom showed up on time and did a great job fixing several projects around the house including a light switch and electrical panel work.  Thanks again.

Jon just installed a dining room chandelier for my parents in Sun City West. He did an expert job in under half an hour and was super professional and friendly even when my mom was hovering and asking a hundred questions. He even took off his shoes because we just got new carpet. You should have complete confidence hiring AZ Top Shelf, they are fully licensed pros at what they do, offer very fair pricing and they are nice people too!
