We contacted Matt to do our basement renovation and our patio. The project was impacted by the fact that our house backs onto  a mountain and to complete the patio (paver stones) his crew needed to carry all the pavers up very, very steep steps. Matt and crew arrived on the first day at the time agreed and from then to the end of the project were ALWAYS on time. Additionally, they dealt with changes we asked mid project in a timely and positive manner. I loved the fact that at the end of each day his crew cleaned up and were always upbeat. The workmanship was outstanding. We have done many, many renos and rebuilds on our own so appreciate the professional, hardworking crew that Matt uses. Additionally, Matt did a great job upgrading our electrical work and ALWAYS  answers texts, emails and calls in a timely, kindspirited manner. I only wish I could take him back to Canada with us. I found Ion Electrical Services while searching for a  highly rated local electrician to install a Tesla charging station in our garage. We also needed an inspection and fix of a breaker.
Paul was prompt to respond via text.  He scheduled and arrived on time the same day for a no cost estimate. We were able to have the work completed within a week. Paul is friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend Ion Electrical. He's got my 5 stars!

Troy was fantastic on his install at my new house.  He gave me an estimate based on some pictures I sent him and what I told him over the phone.  I had over 14 recessed lights installed, moving of several outlets, and rewiring of switches and electrical lines that were hanging from my ceiling.  

He gave me a very fair quote and explained he stands by all his pricing.  He came promptly in the morning and gave me updates throughout the whole day.  At the end of the day, he walked me through everything one more time and actually left the house cleaner than it was before he got there.

I would not hesitate to get Troy's help again, and I plan to in the near future for some more work done.  You should definitely give him a call.  You won't be dissapointed.

I needed a 60 Amp Breaker and Line Installed for my new Tesla.  Rob and Cami were very professional and gave me a fixed bid.  The breaker box and garage were on opposite sides of the house so Rob had to route the electrical line thru the attic and fished down into the wall for a VERY PROFESSIONAL installation into the garage.  The next day I started charging my Tesla using the new line.  I could not be happier with the installation.  The job was finished in 1 day and the response from my initial inquiry to finishing the job was way above my expectations.

If you need a Licensed Electrician, look no further!  David was responsive, prompt, honest, and reasonable.  He told us exactly what we needed moving forward and DID NOT over sell us on a solution.  He has earned a life long customer in us.

C Read and Son Electric exceeded my expectations. I had a huge two day job done. From start to finish it was excellent. Clarence came to my home to review the work and Jacki sent me an estimate in a timely manner.  I changed several things and nothing was ever a problem with them. The work was done effectively and efficiently. All my questions. We're answered from the beginning to the end.

Clarence covered anything  countertops, beds, anything that might get dirty in the process. My attic access is in my closet and he even covered over my clothes.  He returned things to where they were if he needed to  move them to do the job, and he cleaned up after himself.  Even my dogs were not a problem for him. He was respectful and knowledgable in every way.

I have found my electrician!  Professional, courteous, no job is too big or small.  We had several items that needed work done and everything was completed without any issues.  I will not be calling anyone else for any electric work for my house.  RG and Louise were both great to work with.  They started the full day project two days after taking my initial phone call.  We could not be happier with the work that was done.  Thanks again fellas!

We have an older townhouse in Scottsdale that needed an electrical panel upgrade. After reaching out to multiple electricians who gave us outrageous quotes for the work, we gave Castle a call on a whim. John came out to take a look around the same day and was able to get us on his schedule at a price that was more than fair. Castle took care of everything (including permits) and was very easy to communicate with. We'll be reaching out to them for any electrical work we need down the road.

Left my house an absolute mess. Uses the hole saw to cut holes in the ceiling and doesn't put down any tarps whatsoever. When he spackled the drywall, a ton of the mud was left on the floors so it has been a full time job trying to scrape it all off, and it still isn't done. A light in the bedroom doesn't work, another ceiling fan light doesn't work, a light he was supposed to put in the closet never got installed. Once I paid him in full prior to the job being done he stopped being as responsive and I currently don't even know what's going on with the rest of this. I'll have to hire another electrician to come out and finish the job.

Super nice guy and down to earth. Have nothing bad to say about him as a person but very disappointed in the end result of this

My outdoor refrigerator stopped working and Ty quickly found the problem in the electrical outlet and changed the GFI plugs. He was very professional and I will be using him again!

Mike has come out now a couple of times to fix my garbage disposal and my leaking washing machine valves. He is always friendly, personable and gets the job done! And he doesn't try to over charge me for his work. I would recommend Mike for others and I know I will definitely call on him for future home maintenance needs!

Thom is very knowledgeable on electrical.  Super nice man. He changed so breakers in my electrical panel and moved 6 electrical boxes.

They responded to my request and fixed my problem same day! Couldn't ask for anything more.

5 Stars.   Greg made sure we were happy.  Arrived early, did great work and very neat and clean. We will definitely call them for ANY future work we do.
