Adam was recommended by a neighbor on the NextDoor App.  He helped us out with removing and reinstalling some solar panels for a roof repair project.  He was awesome to work with and gave us a great deal on the job he completed. Just completed work with Mike at Starlight Electric (he installed a kiln for me) and felt compelled to make you all aware of this outstanding, local business. The work was impeccable and finished on time and was very fairly priced. In fact, after receiving the quote I needed to make a minor change and it was accommodated at no extra cost (despite some extra material costs). We will most definitely be using Starlight again. Call them! You will be glad you did.

We just moved to Arizona and was looking for an electrician. It seemed like every electrician was either just to busy to respond or don't have any time for small projects. However I came across Tom and that was THE best thing that happened. Responsive, reliable, and reasonable. Scott and his team did an excellent job and beat the price of a competitor when he didn't have to as the competitor decided to get out of the residential business. He took the time to review and explain how they would do the work. Short turn around time between bid and completion of job as well.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I first called Guy on January 2nd to coordinate the replacement of my electric panel. He stated he would call the city to get a date so they could turn the power off for the replacement. We had a verbal agreement over the price and operations necessary to complete the job. It's been two weeks, no communication and I was just told that he's too busy to take on the work. Why not tell your customers earlier? Why is there a complete lack of communication? I now wasted 2 weeks time, my AC units are out and I need to find someone else. Guys reasoning is that he never said he would do the job, Really? What about the agreement on pricing and dates? I have attached screenshots of our conversations for record. If you need someone to rely on I would recommend looking elsewhere

Had Mr.Sunshine over to add a few electrical outlets and run some Cat6 cable to my A/V closet.    His electrician was running late from a previous   job (Called and updated me) and finally showed up 30 mins after a 3 hour window (but I was updated by the employee earlier in the window).  So here it is, Good Friday, at 3:30pm and he shows up, gives me an estimate for the work I needed done.  I was fully expecting him to reschedule but once I accepted the estimate he went to work eventually finishing up around 6:30pm.  I was impressed!  He could have re-scheduled but pressed on and got the job done - that's service!  I whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Sunshine.  Like most Electricians these days, they charge by the job not by the hour.  I'd rather pay by the hour and save some money but nowadays, with Electricians and Plumbers they bid by the job, that's just the way it is.  Great Company!

Matt and his team were super professional! They showed up exactly when they said they would and were able to install the fast charger for our Tesla. Honestly, I was extremely surprised with how quickly they had it done and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Bob does basically perfect work. He's meticulous, detailed, and you can count on him to do the right thing on all the issues that are behind the drywall that you would never see, or know to ask for. Well he just does the right thing, no matter what. I gained confidence in Bob's work pretty quickly, I know I don't have to be around to watch how he implements something, because he's gonna do it right, more right than I would have thought of. This is one guy who does NOT take shortcuts! He won't do anything that is not to code, that is not safe.

Bob is one of those technical types that actually understands circuits and consequences of various shortcuts and previous contractor mistakes. This is good, as when leaves, you can sleep at night knowing the job isn't going to catch fire on you.

He also showed me some new lighting technologies that are available that I can get and upgrade on my own, which I highly appreciated.

This is one of the good guys who are reliable and robust as you could hope for. He might not be the low bidder, but I don't care, he does it right, and won't do something if he doesn't think he can do it correctly and safely.

Plus: he carefully cleans up after himself, protects your floor and counters while he works. I am perfectly confident in having him do any work that he accepts to do, with me being gone and paying before I see the finished work.

Steven is great!  They know what they are doing and charge a good fair price, are reliable and dependable. I had them come back and install lighting after an electrical issue. Love it! I will use them again for anything electrical for sure.

I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for Jon and his company.  I had an issue with power to a pool filter that lost one leg of the circuit.  Amazingly and with great efficiency he diagnosed and fixed the problem.  While he walked around he also made some suggestions for other items needing attention that I could handle myself to minimize future problems.  He also provided an estimate when I decide to re run an electrical line or fix a pool light.   Friendly honest and amazing are three words that come to mind.  He also spent time answering all of my questions and concerns in a forthright manner.   Most highly recommend!   RJ

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Tom is one of the nicest, most honest, and talented electricians you will meet.  He has done expert work for us several times putting in a new load controller for the whole house and fixing some lights inside.  He always goes the extra mile.  You can count on his work to be excellent and reasonable.

Sead was able to come out quickly to diagnose the problem with my water heater, and ended up completely rewiring it for a reasonable price.  I would use his services again.
