I shopped around prior and was impressed that they offered a veterans discount. Working with Karie is a joy, she is knowledgeable, courteous, and a great front person in the business.  Zac and Danny arrived exactly on schedule and proceeded to complete the project within an hour and a half. The job required them go from my utility box on the side of my home, up and through my attic, then down to my garage. The city inspector took all of a minute to approve the work which to me is an indication of the quality of their work.

I'm glad I remembered i used Rio Electric for my ring and Ryan texted me back quickly.  He got me scheduled for the next day.  Ryan replaced  my gfci outlet and rewired my Frig to the main line so if it trips it doesn't turn off the Frig like it was doing.  They stay busy and do good work.  I will continue to use them. I used their services on July 27 2021.  Late review but I appreciated the customer service and the good work completed.

Rick is AWESOME! I called him Friday for a quote on Monday afternoon. He showed up and gave me a quick verbal quote which was very reasonable  and offered suggestions to help me save money. I asked him when he could do the work and he said let me go get some lunch and I'll be back. He was in a out in about 3 hrs for several issues that other handymen couldn't solve. He's very knowledgeable, personable and cleans up his workspace. Kudos to Rick, well worth every penny!

Had these guys come out and address a few electrical issues and them ended up calling them out again to  install a few wall heaters. Each time they came out they were professional and quick to get the job done. Even the person I called to set up the job was really kind and took the time to answer some questions I had. I would highly recommend them to address any electrical issues again.

Was having electrical problems with fluctuating electrical power coming into house.  The house was built in 1956 and needs upgrades desperately for safety.  Called out Robert with AMERICAN ELECTRIC SOLUTIONS.  He came out same day at specified time and evaluated the situation.  was quick to identify the problem and explained the options to resolve the issue.  very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the process and cost of the options available.   I feel confident in his ability and integrity and believe he will be fair on the estimate.  Was very impressed and highly recommend this company.

We had Gustavo come to change a ceiling fan and put together a desk and chair. He was professional, helpful and very attentive to the customer's projects and needs or questions you might have. He brought his son to help and both did a great job getting things done with no issues and in a timely manner. We will definitely use Gustavo again for other projects and will recommend him to family and friends.

My husband and I were injured in an accident and were hospitalized for several days. When we returned home, we discovered that our water heater was not working. I requested a quote from Armstrong Electrical. Eldon responded right away and was able to come out first thing the next morning. He solved the problem within minutes and also pointed out a potential fire hazard on our electrical panel. I appreciate his attention to detail and fair pricing. I will definitely use him for any electrical issues in the future.

Len is great and his work is outstanding.  I had 3 outlets put in by Len, he was really fast and professional. Then realized I needed one more and called Len because of the good work he'd already done. He was there when he said he'd be, was clear about what would be done and for it done quickly. If I need any more electric work done I'll definitely call Len.

I had no hot water because my hot water tank wasn't getting any power. Christian not only answered the phone promptly and had a very good rate, but he was also able to come by that same evening to get my situation resolved so that I didn't have to take anymore cold showers. Top notch customer service, and top notch electrical service.

I got Alex's company from Angies List where he is very well rated. And for good reason. He was very responsive from the get go, scheduling was easy and quick. Alex showed up on time, and listened patiently to the issue. We discussed options, and once approved he got right to work. The problem needed more work than originally planned, but he communicated to me the entire time. The work was done above and beyond my expectations. The price was a bit high, but was worth it. I will use Alex and Al-Co Electric again if I need an electrician.

Very happy and appreciative to the responsiveness and quality work with Phoenix Electricians Today.  I recently sold my home and had a list of electrical items to be repaired.  Dennis and Joe came to my home to discuss the best way to approach the repairs and I was very pleased with the quality of work. They even went above and beyond by coming out to my home in the last minute to talk to my nervous home buyer to explain their repairs and alleviate any concerns. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you!

I just redid my master shower and needed some parts of flooring redone. This included new flooring near the base of the shower, around the toilet and to the walls, as well as adding trimming to transition to the wall.

Timeline:
I initially talked to Michele back in May I think to get a quote on a few things. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do and she gave me lots of ideas which was super helpful! I called a couple other people but no one really followed up, were willing to fulfill this small job, or were too expensive. I called Michele back about a month later after deciding to go with just redoing the floor for now and she actually quoted me for $480 (ended up only being $240) and then I was scheduled for July.

Pros:
- Super helpful advice/ideas from Michele during consultation! Definitely helpful if you aren't sure exactly what you want to do yet
- Price ended up only being $240 when it was originally quoted for $480 so that was definitely a plus!
- George was super nice! And he actually came earlier and stayed a little later than planned to get the job done. He also wore a mask and wore booties upon request :)
- George didn't end up using all the materials I bought, so I'll actually get to refund a lot of it which is nice!

Cons:
- Can't think of any actually! Will update if anything goes wrong but so far really happy with everything! :)

To say that I'm disappointed with the service I received from Arizona Electrical Solutions LLC (AES) is an understatement. I paid this company close to $2,500 to install an electric panel. Upon completion, I cannot do the following without tripping the breaker: use my dishwasher, disposal, or printer. I cannot vacuum my living room. Additionally, I cannot even turn on the coffee pot in my guesthouse without tripping the breaker (this is not an exhaustive list, there are other items). It must be noted that all these items worked perfectly fine before AES performed their service.

I attempted to call the owner, Will McClure, to inquire about these problems, yet he could not find the decency to return my calls to discuss. He did send a worker over to check my panel and he only attempted to extort an additional $5,000 from me to fix the problem created by AES!

When I requested some type of resolution, the only response from the owner was to threaten placing a lien on my property and then he contacted his attorney, Gib Zickerman (yes, that's his real name) who has only threatened a Business slander lawsuit if I complained about the services received in any public forum. Furthermore, I believe in an effort to intimidate me, this Zickerman contacted the State Bar of Arizona to complain about me (I'm an attorney). Unbelievable!

How low this company will stoop knows no bounds. And remember, they have been paid in full by me -- I don't know what they're upset about, I'm sure they can use their dishwasher. If you need any electrical work done, I urge you to tread carefully with this company. Please contact me with any questions ([email protected]).

I'm pretty darn self sufficient, so finding someone I can trust to get a job done well and in a timely manner is a god send. Phil does an excellent job with practically everything you need help with. Appliances, plumbing, electrical, anchoring/installation, are just some of the items he'd help me with. If you're looking for a reliable handy man - Phil's your guy!

Mike was on time and did an excellent job replacing all my wired smoke detectors to lithium batteries. He also checked the fireplace wires.
Happy to know I have found the best electrician in PV!

Good work. Got a 30amp outlet installed so I can plug in my RV and run the AC. Quick response and they were able to complete the job quickly.
