Just had the greatest experience with Robert and Jay who came out to help me with wiring an appliance.  On time, extremely professional, and very efficient and knowledgeable!  What more could you ask for!  I'm really looking forward to having Simple Electric help me with my future electrical needs.

I would definitely give this company five stars when it comes to customer service, being able to schedule an appointment and the work that they completed for me.

My only issue is that when I called to ask about scheduling an appointment, I was quoted $199 for the first hour and $145 for every hour after that plus any other material fees. When I received my bill I noticed that it was high, when I called to inquire I was told that it was $145 per technician and I had two technicians on site. I was never told that the fee was per technician and I was never informed that there were two technicians at my house (I had a family member there as I could not be). In fact when I received a text message informing me of the technician that would be coming it only mentioned the one technician.

Again everybody that I dealt with at this company was fabulous and great I just wish that it had been communicated about the fees.

Tom is a hard worker and reasonable he did a great job in little time. His work crew was very professenal

I worked with both Daryl & Paul at Wiring Pros for a major project to trench and add a new 200a service for a pool at a small apartment complex. I met them for the initial site visit, and they were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and prompt with providing a written bid with a few options, and their bid was the most competitive.

When I authorized the work, despite some unexpected complications coming up with the permitting process, they both kept me appraised of the progress and stuck to their initial bid. And they delivered quality work on time.

This alone would be worth five stars, but I probably wouldn't have written a review but for two other points where they were great.

1) There was some modest other dead service mast removal and outlet repairs to complete; though they knew I was out of town and unlikely to do a competitive bid on this additional work, they gave a very fair and reasonable bid for these pieces so that there was no hesitation on my part in awarding that incremental work to them.

2) There was yet another piece of work in adding a new pole to adjust the position of the overhead utility line; though they gave a good bid which I approved, after I approved the bid, they started getting mixed signals from the utility on whether they could perform the work or the utility would only allow it to be done in-house.  Paul spent the next two weeks repeatedly calling and following up with the utility to resolve this confusion, rather than starting and charging me for work. We ultimately found out would not be able to be put into service, which was a lot of effort & research into something that didn't turn into a paid job. But yet Paul was incredibly helpful, communicative, and even apologetic for the hold-up (which was the utilities fault, not theirs) 'til the end.

So, if I could give it, six stars, for Paul & Daryl, I would: honest, fair, communicative, competitive, and good quality - a rare combination!

I needed a ceiling fan installed where there was no power. They installed the switches and the fan and did a great job. They also installed a light in my attic, which also turned out great. They were very respectful of my house and laid down plastic everywhere to protect my furniture. I would definitely use them again.

Reached out to get a quote for ceiling fan troubleshooting, and Gabe was very quick to respond! Communication was excellent, and when he came over to investigate the problem with my ceiling fan, he was quick to identify the issue. Will definitely be reaching out for other future projects

I'm very happy and got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. A dimmer switch in the dining room and a new kitchen light installed. Damon was on time, professional and really nice. I would definitely recommend and I will call them again for another project.

We were blown away by the quality and timeliness of the work. Not only did he do an AMAZING job, he was significantly less than the other quotes we were given. If you need electrical work done, you should definitely given him a call. He is very responsive and will have you fixed up quickly. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend.

Very pleased with the work done by Preston at Dodge Electric.  Arrived early for his appointment.  Very pleasant and explained exactly what caused the outage in the outlet on my back porch.  Also aligned the outlet face plate so it doesn't shift anymore when I plug something in.  I also appreciated the $10 off my service call since I mentioned Yelp.com, who helped me find this gem.  I will definitely use Dodge Electric again.  Reasonable price, too!

I had installed new Lutron Caseta Wireless switches throughout my house  and had a pretty good job on most of them but in the laundry room I managed to break the connection to the garage and couldn't figure out how or why.  I check the ground/common several times and they were good.  So I reached out to several vendors (Eavenson, Super, and Apollo) but got the best responses REEDCO (specifically Michael).  In the end another vendor upset me badly by telling he couldn't give me a quote because he could gauge how bad I had jacked it up.  Based on that I decided to check the garage and found that all the switches and outlets were all hot.  Turns out it was just open neutral which you can easily test with any $8.00 outlet tester.  So I reconnected all the neutral cables in the swtich box and the garage came back online.  In the end i didn't use REEDCO but I will not soon forget the level of professionalism shown to me throughout the process, and will definitely use them for my next electrical project.

We had a great experience working with Fan Doctor and I would absolutely use them again without hesitation. They had a great selection to choose from and patiently assisted us with our choice of fan. We had 2 ceiling fans and their associated switches installed. The installation was quick and professional and in the year since they were put in, our fans have worked flawlessly without a single squeak or wobble.

Arc Electrical and I had multiple phone calls and texts regarding the date and time he would be coming to my home to install and wire 2 ceiling fans. He was scheduled to come on a Saturday morning at 8am. I woke up early and moved all of my furniture so he would have easy access to the walls. He did not show up! I called and texted him asking when he would be arriving and NO RESPONSE. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

It was an unpleasant job running cables through my attic but Zimmerman Electric did the job with a great attitude. They were conscientious of every nuance. They will be the first place I will call for any future projects.

I was 100% impressed with the services today. James and his partner Dave were extremely nice and friendly. They had to ground a few outlets for us which was requested by our home inspection report because we are selling our house. They are dog friendly people and also kids friendly. I'm always impressed when people have a real positive attitude which is rare in Arizona. They also charged a very reasonable price. Very happy our friends recommended them to us. We wish this business well in these trying times.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
