After being up since 3am with a faulty smoke detector that would not stop beeping , I called RG's for help,
Romel answered and rearranged his time to come fix it and did. Super nice guy, great service !! I am having him back for some other issues next week. Amazing to have this kind of response in the world today , saved my hearing too would definitely recommend them!!

I removed an interior wall and had them come out to run the electric to other locations that was in the wall. Then I had them run electric into the slab so I can have power when I install a kitchen island.

They were on time, pretty reasonably priced, and their availability was very fast. Very happy with their work.

I required some outlets installed into my new kitchen island in an urgent matter due to a scheduling issue with another contractor. Romel contacted me and made every effort possible to ensure that I could have the work done. His work is TOP NOTCH. He is priced well and takes pride in his work. They were fantastic, I would highly recommend them. They installed an exhaust fan in our master bath, wired for a fan in our living room, and wired and installed lights on the outside of the garage. Since moving here to Arizona this past summer, we have experienced some pretty lackadaisical customer service for any home improvement needs. I'm extremely grateful to have called RG (Romel Garcia) yesterday to have him help us install some dimmer light switches in our home. Not only is RG extremely responsive, he's also punctual and personable as well.

He came to do the work within 24 hours.
-Did not need to turn our power completely off to complete work
-Educated us on some wiring
-He's also a father of three sons; we have sons, hence why I was even drawn to call these guys

We definitely have our go-to electrician now and excited to have RG and his crew work on some other electrical projects we have upcoming.

They accepted a claim through my home warranty. Sent a date and window of time they'd arrive. I took time off from work. They didn't show up. Didn't bother to call that day or the next day. Didn't answer calls from the home warranty to see what the deal was. Horrendous customer service.

First, I was impressed when RG showed up to give me a quote to install a new exterior outlet. He was quick to offer more cost-friendly options that accomplished what I needed. I added I had a non-functioning outlet and said he could fix on the spot, which I agreed to his reasonable price. I had him come over today to install two chandeliers and he did a fantastic job! We love his work ethic, his responsiveness, and his knowledge.

Romel & team are hands down the best in the area, DO NOT call anyone else. He is a real professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He will dive into any challenging project without any pushback, he just gets it done. Romel designed and installed our entire landscape lighting renovation at our home. Romel came out and looked over my electrical project (installation of a new sub-panel in preparation for a new air conditioner). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything relating to the project. Before I was not exactly sure what I needed to proceed, but from him I really understood exactly what it was going to take to complete the work. He walked me through the math of the electricity amperage and really made things clear. His price estimate was exactly in line with the others I received from competitors.

I have had to temporarily delay this project due to some other, higher home improvement priorities. But I will absolutely be calling when I am ready to proceed.

We wanted to install upgraded bidets (heated seats, water, and blow dryer) in three toilet areas. This required installing 3 new outlets with GFI. Romel and a helper installed all three in a short time at a reasonable price. Now when we need to go we have what I call some time at the butt spa.

Today I asked them to replace a ceiling fan that went bad. It took less than an hour for a good price. Watching him do the work clearly showed I had a significant chance of hurting myself or damaging the floor by dropping the heavy fan. One must accept one's limitations.

These guys were super quick and professional. I had them install 3 ceiling fans, a kitchen above-island light, and a 240v outlet for my electric car and they got it all done in just a few hours. He even explained to me exactly which type of adapter I'd need to get the best charge out of the outlet for my car.
I will definitely be calling them for any future electrical services.

Romel installed a 4-foot fluorescent strip light in our garage (which was complicated by a lack of crawl space above) and moved an outlet near my workbench. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly and kept me informed about scheduling and the project itself. In addition, his prices were very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything about this company is top notch, from the initial estimate to completion of the project. Romel responded to an inquiry I had in reference to needing a sub-panel for a pool, and wiring for our spa. Romel was able to come out that day and give an estimate. Romel was very thorough with explaining everything he needed to do for the project and answered all questions. Romel is down to earth, and very professional.

I agreed to the estimate and a few days later we started the project and it was seamless! Everything looks great, and was done with precision.

Romel was able to very quickly give me an estimate over the phone. He came out a few days later to go over the project in detail and give me an exact price on the project. While here he gave me an idea on how bury the electric lines over running conduit against the front of my home. This is the route I wanted to take initially but every quote I got was out of my budget. Not only did he get the line buried but was able to do it for an affordable price. I was faced with the seemingly impossible task of finding an electrician who could complete a job for me within one week, in order to keep my backyard landscaping project on schedule. Romel to the rescue! He made room for me in his schedule (on a Saturday, no less) and did a great job running power to my new outdoor area, complete with a new light fixture, light switch, and two power outlets. He was professional and courteous, and he even selected some very nice looking GFCI outdoor outlets for my project. He explained that since they would be in full view, he wanted them to look nice! He also accommodated my request to spray paint the exposed conduit black to blend in with my gazebo. His pricing was very competitive compared to another bid I received. Our back room and bathroom lights went out yesterday, after attempting to troubleshoot ourselves and failing I began calling multiple electricians to see if someone can come out following day or two because showering in the dark isn't fun. If you need any electrical work done inside and outside this is your guy. I had an awesome experience working with Romel. We had an outlet outside we wanted to get installed, pool wiring that was illegal and needed fixing, and some lighting inside. He worked really hard to make everything work. He also did a great job explaining everything to me and showing me what needed to be done and what he was going to do. He made it all work and it looks fantastic!
