Mike Moran Plumbing and his team are amazing true professionals. They are knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up the next day on time. His team was personable, quickly went to work and resolved the issue quickly. The price was extremely fair. I am a lifetime customer, will not hesitate to refer business, and will use him for all my future pluming needs. It's refreshing to know honest, hardworking, family owned businesses are still out there. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Called Everette he went out the next day to look at our tenant's door that was leaking water in and also the stove fan was not working.  He was able to get the materials and come in the following Monday at 8am and got everything replaced.  Price was fair, communication via text and phone was top notch. Invoice sent and easy to be paid the next day. Amazing 10/10 would recommend.

I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

My home warranty sent out 2 different companies. Both said that I had a problem with my sewer and wanted to fix it for me. One said that there were roots in my line and they would replace a small section. They never provided an official quote, but they were talking about somewhere between $3000 and $5000. The other told me that my whole line needed replaced, as there is a crack running all the way through. They quoted me $10,000. I found CTR on Yelp. I sent a request for a quote to 4 different places. Erik provided me his phone number right away and talked to me about what was going on. He viewed the video I had of the line and told me that there is nothing wrong with my line, but he would need to do a higher quality video to give a final quote. He originally thought that he could do a spot lining inside of the sewer to keep out roots.

When he came out, he discovered that the roots are not in my line at all. They are in the city's line! He did discover that my line had become disconnected from the city line. He called the city and worked with them to get things taken care of. The city came out today and confirmed that the issue is on their property. They will reconnect my line to theirs and get the roots out of their line at no cost to me!! I am incredibly grateful to Erik for taking the time to explain what he was seeing in my line and my options the whole way through. My uncles are plumbers in Illinois, and they double checked and agreed with what he was telling me. He is very trustworthy and helpful.  I highly recommend him. He does have a travel fee if he leaves the East Valley. I found it worth the fee to have him come out for something so complicated and potentially expensive.

Joe @ Peace of Mind is a stand-up guy.  He just did two major pieces of work for us - fixing our leaky main out front, and fixing a leak in our house under the slab.  He is conscientious, communicates, and does the work by the book.  Highly recommend him.  Thanks Joe!

Justin with southwest plumbing is the best. He is very knowledgeable and very fare priced. Thank you again for completing the job in a timely manor. Would definitely recommend southwest plumbing and will be my to go to company when i or anyone i know has any plumbing needs!

Michael was prompt, professional, and efficient. I hired him to mount a TV on the wall, which was done perfectly, and he was nice enough to put up a curtain rod, too. He gets bonus points for being nice to my dogs. The next time I need a handyman, this is the person I will be contacting.

We called for what we thought would be a consultation on two somehwat expensive plumbing projects. Dan showed up the next day, resolved 1 issue immediately with a few small tweaks and let us know the second issue had nothing to do with our plumbing. He was very engaging and helpful and we will eefinitely call on him the next time we need a plumber!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The representative came to my grandmothers house and told her it would be $1300 to install a new water heater. She had already purchased a new water heater and had it at her house. All he had to do was take out the old one and put in a the new water heater. This is so disappointing considering he is doing this to other elderly people in sun city. Thankfully she knew better and found a different company that only charged her $200

These guys are great!  I called about a leak in my kitchen (in the wall).  Spencer came out and provided me with a FREE estimate and several different options.  He also strongly recommended I call a water mitigation/restoration company to come make an assessment and even gave them a call to get them to come out.  Long story short, I had the water restoration guys come out and then called Spencer back to do the plumbing fix.  He squeezed me in the same day I called him and kept me in the loop as to when he'd arrive.  Once he was at my house, he told me what he was going to do, about how long it would take and how much it would be - and he was correct on all fronts.  Great service, Great quality of work & very fair pricing!  I'll be using these guys again and specifically be asking for Spencer.  Thanks

So I just want to say that my experience with George Brazil was exceptional, Our air went out. On a thursday afternoon the hottest day of the year so far in July, We called for an emergency service and were told that they would be out between 8pm and 12am that night. To our happy surprise a technician named Rick had called us up about an hour after we got the appointment and told us he was in the area and would be right over to take a look at the problem. Not only did he find the problems but offered us very fair pricing and excellent service as well as quick too. So thankful for the service that was offered. Rick was very good and knowledgeable as well. Great work at a fair price. Thank you

Heard advertisement on radio sounded good. Was told needed new a/c and furnace would cost 14,000. Wanted 1,000 to see if there was a leak in system after I paid 200 to have service call in the first place. Well, had another company come out to give quote. They did leak test for free. Quoted 5500 for a 4 ton unit. Goettl employees who came to house were nice and committed to their brand. Take away is get more    then one quote. Goettl also wanted 2200 do a 40 gallon electric water heater. That I will do myself since I've done it before in another home. Oh, I did get a flashlight and stuffed animal for my 200.00. Life is good.  ***Update supposed to have clean and check today figured I would give them another chance. Never showed up called 5 min ago to try to reschedule sorry not going to screw me a 3rd time .... Please  do not use this company. They don't respond to reviews either they don't care !!!!****
