I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

I hired Everette after reading about him on the neighborhood app. Everette is the name of the company, and Phillip is the owner. I sent Phillip an email with a photo of the work I needed done. It involved fixing a hole in an exterior wall where we had something removed. He responded in a couple of hours with a quote.

We set up a time and he was here on time. He completed the work in about an hour or an hour and a half. He took time to protect our new concrete with heavy duty paper and matched the stucco to the existing wall. Overall, I am extremely pleased with his work. If you need handyman services, Phillip is a good person to call.

AMAZING! I have to say we got this company through our home warrenty to come check out a leak under the sink.  They were so kind and so customer oriented. They quickly found the issue and got it remedied. The tech who came out (I think it was Igor) even had to run to a supply place to replace the sink hose. I highly recommend vitech!!

He quickly completed the job also did a leak Detection in the house , he went Beyond our expectations, without hesitation I 100% recommend Right way home repair.

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Wow! Erik is not only a very knowledgeable plumber, he is able to explain in detail exactly the reasons you need to replace parts. Unlike other big name plumbing companies that come to your house and tell you that you need this and that, Erik takes the time to look at all the components and will explain the reasons you need to replace certain things. Called Saturday morning when I couldn't get my water back on from installing a new appliance. Joe was really great and tried to help me over the phone first, was out within a few hours and saved the day. Great pricing for a Saturday emergency. Highly recommend.

Justin did a great job.  He is originally from the Midwest, owns the company and takes pride in his work.  I loved that there was no middle man to jack up the prices. I found him to replace our former plumber that sold his business to a non-plumber (you know how that goes!)  Justin came out quickly, same day,  replaced 4 faucet cartridges and replaced a rusted sink drain.  He cleaned up, was professional and knows what he is doing.  I would hire him again.

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house.  Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

I called Mike at Copper State Electric because of his good reviews.  I needed a plumber ASAP.  This was January 10th, Mike said he was busy that day, which was fine, but I needed an electrician too, but no urgency for that work.  So we continued to text and set up an appointment for 9am on 2/23.  I texted him at 8:20 on 2/23 to confirm the appointment.  At 9:30 I texted again to see if he was coming.  Mike said he overbooked the day, but said he would come by on 2/25 at 9:00am...   On 2/24 he texted at 10:50am and said he could be there at noon.  I said great, but it would probably just be a survey of the what needs to be done (a lot btw), as I couldn't stay home that day all afternoon.  Mike says he will be there at noon.  

I live in a condo high rise, and when Mike got here he asked for what unit, which I told him.  He then said there is no place to park, which when I looked outside I saw there was at least three spots and was texting of that fact, as I watching Mike driving past those spots in his truck, and he continued down the road.  He texted me and said, ...  I do not like to work on buildings downtown.  Sorry to have wasted your time.  And then he continues to insist that my building is a apartment building, which when it was built in 1964 it was, but it has been condos since 1979.

IN SUMMARY:
So waited three weeks for an appointment, Mike missed that appointment, rescheduled for another time but when he arrived he just left without even coming in...  He seemed nice on the phone...  Your milage may vary.  If Mike responds and contradicts any of this, I will post the entire text change where I have taken Mike's quotes.

Tom and Jesse did a great job of replacing our shower valves when they started leaking.  They came in at the price they stated and showed up on time as well.  They did a fantastic job.

They were great to work with; they answered the phone right away, came out the same day, put protective booties on their shoes before coming into my home, were very polite and professional, they educated me on the problem, had all the parts needed to fix the job and took care of it the same day, and they are very reasonably priced. Excellent work, great people, nice website, awesome owner. I highly recommend using The Plumber Guy for all your plumbing!

Cure-All came in to a leaking pipe in my wall.  They sent a tech who worked with the home warranty company to get everything covered, then fixed the problem.  After the work was done, he cleaned up.  He was knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy.  
I have no more to say about this because of how great their service was.  Hire them and you will see how easy it should be.

Service person came on time, was friendly but more importantly efficient and valued both his time and mine.  Snaked our shower and seriously I thought the creature from the black lagoon came out - so disgusting.  A bit expensive for the time that it took but I take this as more the cost of most plumbers and not just this company.  I will definitely hire them again.

all is well came on time and did the maint and put in two new additions  to make it safer for the air conditioner.  Would you please send me my invoice.
