I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. I called VITech Mechanical on a holiday and was scheduled for the following day. He arrived on time and went right to work, explaining what needed to be done. Great professional service. This is my plumber from now on!

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. Oh, and he even put my back awning cover on my back bedroom back up, and the screens all around the back patio. I am posting pictures from the before, to the after

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Eric came over to my house and helped get my RO system up and working. We had a leak from one of our filters and a slow air leak in our tank. He fixed both and my I have ice and water again. He was extremely polite and respectful of my house. He was quick to get my on the schedule and gave me a quote on the spot for the other things we wanted installed. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Joe from Peace of Mind Plumbing was such a pleasure to work with! He was efficient and responsive to my request. My husband and I were able to fix our garbage disposal by resetting It 15minutes before Joe was to arrive. He was so accommodating when I had to cancel last minute.

Justin and his assistant Zane came out within an hour of me calling this morning.  After taking a look at our two shower faucets, he gave me an estimate and called around for the parts that were needed.  He ended up having to go do some driving around for what was needed, but I expected that and was very happy that I did not have to go and find what was needed.  He came back and finished everything up really quickly, giving me advice for a replacement that still needs to be done when we can swing the cost.  I'm so thankful for the work that he did and that he was available so quickly.  I should have called a long time ago.

I highly recommend Desert Sonoran Plumbing. First, they were easy to communicate with online. Next, James arrived time and gave me honest assessments of my plumbing projects. He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. I really struggle with writing a bad review for a small business person but I believe my situation warrants it. I actually hired him twice and it was the second time that I have the issue with. I hired him to install a new water heater which he did, but once there were problems with it, that is when he ghosted me. A brand new 40 gallon mid-level water heater should not run out of hot water entirely in 6 minutes. He told me the problem was I had to turn the temperature all the way up on the water heater but I explained that the water temperature was already hot, just for a very short time. I texted and wrote him several times to no avail and I did get a response back twice saying that he would come out and fix it but never came out and fixed it or answered any of my follow-up emails or texts. So now I have a junk water heater that runs out of hot water in 6 minutes.

We had an issue with our toilet and the water kept running.  I called Save-On Plumbing and talked to an awesome and professional man.  He said they would confirm appt. time and arrival time by texting my cell phone.  Within twenty minutes I got confirmation and then a few minutes later Jesse arrived.  What a great guy!  He fixed the problem immediately.  Explained everything and was so professional.  And the good news is they are open on Sundays and Holidays for those emergency issues!  I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.  Again, thank you Save-On Plumbing!!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I am giving this company 3 stars because of the following:

The customer service was excellent once I got someone on the phone. He was personable and arrived at the property promptly and fixed the problem.
HOWEVER!!!!

Rodney F. was accurate when he stated that the website's number for emergencies was not an accurate number.  I had to number hop just like he did. I complained about this. I felt he was vague in his explanation and didn't really take my complaint seriously to do anything to change the narrative.

I almost fell over when he charged me over $800 to stop a water tank leak which was causing flooding in the garage.  I realize it was after hours, but I felt he took advantage of me because I was calling from out of state.

The entire experience was awesome, despite our plumbing issue. They put us at ease and got the job done. Lauren is super friendly. Mike knows his stuff. They are reliable and communicative. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Tonight was my 2nd experience with George Brazil and it absolutely reinforced my positive opinion of this company. My first issue was electrical and Eric did a first class job. This issue was plumbing and Fernando completely exceeded my expectations. He arrived earlier than projected, was professional, friendly and extremely informative. I don't look forward to having more house-related problems, but it's inevitable and I'm very happy that I can rely on these folks to get the job done right! Thank you!

Called for service and was told I was next in line at !:30. Called back at 4 and was told they would come around 6 to 7 pm. Then received call back saying they could not come till the next day. They should have told me the truth in the beginning.
