We contacted PLD after noticing our water bill starting to creep up.  Dave came out to the house and confirmed we had no leaks.  To me this was worth the time away from work and the cost, its like going to the dentist,,,IMHO its better to pay a little now and know everything is ok rather than waiting, developing a problem, and pay much much more.
 PLD was able to schedule the appt quickly, gave me a clear window of when to expect Dave, and Dave showed up as promised.  Very happy with PLD and would use them again (hopefully I never need to), but would gladly recommend them.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable.
ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. Total charge to me was $75. These people are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

Sunland Plumbing is THE BEST!!  I had my park model pipes re-done, and Sunland did the work.  I had an unrelated plumbing issue a few weeks later, and I called Sunland.  In both cases, the technicians who came to do the work were respectful, helpful, efficient, hard working, and knowledgeable.  I appreciated their expertise.  They had the work done in a very short time, and they took the time to educate me as to how to keep my plumbing healthy.  I'm very, very impressed with this business.  Kim, at the main office, was so helpful in getting me an appointment as quickly as possible.  I can't say enough positive things about Sunland.

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Great plumber! We had a leak in our outdoor plumbing and he was very prompt, accommodating, and reasonable. We also had him give advice on other projects going on in our home and he was very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!

If you need a plumber, call Joe! He is a true journeyman plumber, and will do the job right the first time. Joe has integrity and knowledge in what he does, and he does it well! Just today, we had a plumbing emergency. We called at 9:30 in the morning, and Joe was here by noon. He did an estimate, had to get parts, and was back within 30 minutes to get started. He showed us the issues and explained what he was doing. While he was there, he also took care of another not-urgent plumbing issue. He also came in under the estimate! Thanks Joe for getting my plumbing working again! We will certainly do more business with you and refer more!

Mike was unknown to me before he did work on my parents home, getting it ready to sell.  He showed up on time, kept in touch by phone and got all the work done and did it well.  I'm planning on hiring Mike for some jobs in my own home.  He is a pleasant, trustworthy and skilled handyman.  I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

After my grandmother was ripped off by Parker and Sons on a toilet install, I elected to  install a new toilet in her other bathroom myself but needed a new shut off valve and just could not get the stubborn old leaking valve  off and did not want to risk damaging the supply line.  
I called The Plumber Guy after receiving a referral of them from a local real estate agent.  The office manager  (Patrice or Patty) answered my questions and informed me there was no charge to show up and there would only be a charge if work was completed.  They notified me by email and phone call of when the plumber, Estevan Leyva, was on his way.  He arrived on time, was professional, provided a competitive quote ($134), completed the job in less then 45 minutes and left zero mess.  Very impressed with the work and the honest assessment of the work needed and the competitive price.  Parker and Sons charged my grandmother $1,400 for the 1st toilet, and installation of the toilet,  a new toilet supply line and 1/4 turn shut off valve.  She is 97 years old and her son who is in his mid 70's was also present when their plumber arrived.  Parker and Sons ripped my grandmother and uncle off!!  Complete rip off and consumers are taking notice.  Not sure if the Sons are taking over but ever since Parker and Sons went to commission based plumbers, I am hearing more stories about them ripping people off.  Thanks to The Plumber Guy, very honest and highly recommend them!!

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

Way too expensive.  In a bind and paid $750 to replace shower valve and replace bearings in a garbage disposal.  Outrageous.  The repairman, Ricardo was great, knowledgeable  and repaired everything.  Just not happy with the price.  Will not use again.

My husband and I have been working with Goettl for over 15 years.  Our experience up until 2012 was not good.  For example, we purchased an air conditioner from them in 2008 and every time a service person came here, they told us we needed something --EVERY TIME.  Of course whatever that thing was, cost us $500 each time.  We were actually sold an older model in 2008, not knowing this.  No manager ever responded to our continuing complaints until 2012.  

At that time new management came in.  The new manager came to our house and listened to our complaints and turned things around.  In 2013 we decided to just buy a new air conditioner and continue to have had it serviced by them.  Since that time, we have found the service people professional and the company very responsive. We had our most recent service today by Steve Michael.   We were present to a very honest and trustworthy man who went above board to help us straighten something out with his manager Nels.  I would request Steve to be our service person.   Thank you Steve and Nels!
