Rhonda was very responsive and kept at it until our hard to find leak was identified and resolved. She seemed to take a personal interest in our water issue and was determined to help us get to the answer. She is personable and friendly. While I hope I never have reason to need a leak detector again, if I do, I will call Phoenix Leak Detection.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

Great service at a reasonable cost. They repaired my sink in a jiffy, and told me what else needed to be done.  I already knew what they were talking about, so it's not like they were looking for more money. Will definitely use again!

AMAZING work!  We had Phillip out to repair a hole where we had a leak and he did a great job.  One of the few contractors we've had that actually showed up on time and was even early!  We also had him replace a broken floor tile!  He has a great work ethic which you don't find too much anymore! I recommend him highly!  He's extremely talented, personable and a pleasure to have in our home and I'll call him again when needed!  A+

My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

I chose CTR plumbing based on recommendations from a community page. I have had Erik here on 2 occasions to address issues that arose in a home inspection. Erik was very accommodating of my schedule, reliable in notifying me before coming and if he was running late. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You would not go wrong hiring CTR Plumbing!

Can I give a ZERO?  he never showed up made an appointment 10 days in advance for 9 AM November 9th...9 am..nobody  comes by so I texted him at 9:30 am ..to see if he was coming. Never even bothered to answer. Still waiting for a response 12 hrs later.,I take it Justin had a bigger better paying job at 9 am on a Friday morning or he figured it wasn't worth getting out of bed for. Do not call these people...unless you like to waste your morning. My time is worth money too.  All these 5 star reviews must be fake because NOBODY would have that kind of customer communication and get 5 star reviews.

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

I would give Mike 10 stars if yelp would let me. I am grateful to have found him, by searching reviews. I have used him repeatedly, for a myriad of repairs and improvements - from lighting/electrical to plumbing and plumbing fixture installation to small oddities such as garage door seal replacement and other tweaks. He is reliable, on time, incredibly competent and professional and extremely reasonable. He also just happens to be a wonderful person and nice guy to spend time with and have in your home. If he doesn't do a particular job, he has no trouble saying so. He never tries to extend a repair, up-charge you on labor or materials and there is never a question about what falls into his realm of work. If he doesn't do something, he will tell you willingly, though he seems to be able to do almost anything. I have worked with a myriad of contractors, repair people and home service personnel in my life time. Mike is right up at the top of people I appreciate and look forward to seeing and using, again. I'd want to keep him to myself but he already has a loyal following. It's earned. The only thing you might need to know is that his work load is consistent, due to his great service and pricing. He's worth waiting for, if you have a project that calls for him. And he diligently aims to get to you as fast as possible. Mike is truly a great man to have around.

Our kitchen sink was not draining and we were looking for a family owned plumber to help us out. Sav-On Plumbing was at our house within 2 hours!  Their technician, Jesse, took one look under our sink and saw that the contractor who had recently installed a new sink and disposal had done it improperly.  He immediately went to work replumbing the sink drain and cleaning the backed up drain line. Sav-On plumbing answered our call on the first ring, were polite and responsive to all our needs.  We got the real sense that they take pride in their company and their work.  They are professional in all phases of what they do with reasonable pricing. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work.  Could not have been more satisfied.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

We had a great experience with this company.  They just came to give us an estimate because we had a sewage odor coming from an area in our home.  They are great with communication, from emailing and texting and calling to let you know about your scheduled appointment, to letting us know when the plumber was en route (along with sharing a photo and name of the person who would be coming to our home).

Jeremy the plumber who came explained everything that he was doing.  He consulted with another plumber about our issue and suggested that we try a lower cost solution before bringing them in to do a more expensive procedure.  We really appreciated their honesty and for not immediately trying to sell us on the other service.  Based on our experience we will definitely call them when we need plumbing service and would recommend them to others wanting honest and efficient plumbing services.

This is our 2nd time to use this company. Employees Wes and Spencer did an amazing job. They fixed our backed up sink and used state of the art technology to diagnose the problem.  They were safe, on time and quick I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees.  The cost was not outrageous and you get excellent quality.

I was a loyal long time customer of GB. Both of my homes had been serviced and I was always pleased which is why I continued to use them.  

When I requested help with an electrical problem, the tech arrived as expected and proceeded to work. He was unable to complete the job since he needed additional parts and told me that he needed to go to the warehouse to get some parts, he actually went to Home Depot.

Lastly, the manager sent me a follow-up email and misspelled my name.

I am rarely swayed by advertising, but in the case of Goettl Air Conditioning radio spots, I decided to give them a call. My a/c is nine years old and I felt that I might have a leak in my ducts. Brandon came over and tested them and found there were no leaks. He recommended I have my coils and condenser cleaned. The write up was very thorough, explaining the necessity. I agreed and was prepared to set up an appointment. Luckily Tano came the same day. Just as the ads said, perfection is their game. Tano spent the rest of the day cleaning my ducts, condenser and coils. He would take pictures of before and after. I was amazed at the difference. When he turned on my a/c i was amazed at the air flow. What a difference. This is the first a/c company to make my a/c work as it should. I recommend Goettl. It is obvious to me that Brandon and Tano care about quality and take pride in their work. I'm confident the other employees are the same. Oh yeah, and I received the flashlight!!
