I needed a bathroom vanity assembled in a hurry due to remodeling time constraints.  I called Everett Handyman, and the immediately responded.  The job was done quickly and professionally.  I plan to use them in the future as well.

I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable.
ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. Total charge to me was $75. These people are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing work, very helpful. Very clean work. Left a great impression. Made sure that no leaks in any part of the lines or in the bathroom. Made sure to suggest other repairs for the future.

Expensive....  charged $80 for the call then added parts, labor, etc on top.  $200 for a clogged sink.  I thought normally the service call charge was deducted when the service was used.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

I'm out in Florence, and it's kind of a pain to get contractors out here.  Once they here Florence it's like cha-ching, additional trip Charge!!

Eric replied to my VM immediately and did not try to jack the price up at all due to where I lived.  I had him replace three toilettes, and look at two shower head faucets.  The job was done in a timely manner and the cost was about average.   I've got him in my 'Trusted contractors' list which I keep on hand though, because when you find a decent electrician, plumber, or anything out here you damn well remember their name!

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump.  He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was very reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now.  My mom is thrilled!

I reached out to Southwest Plumbing Services and a few other plumbing places via Yelp messages after we discovered a pipe leak in our kitchen. Justin reached out to me right away, and instead of getting the typical response of this is our hourly rate or call us to schedule, Justin actually asked me questions first about the problem. After I called him he was able to walk me through the process and the steps that had to be taken in order to get the leak fixed. He recommended a good water restoration company, and they also responded right away. Justin was kind enough to stop by Tuesday evening and look at things for us. He got us booked for the following day and not only fixed the leak, but he also replaced our hot and cold water valves, too. Overall, we are impressed with the speedy response and the assistance we received. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely recommend Southwest Plumbing Services, and plan to use them for future needs.

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house.  Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

When I had made the initial call for a fix to my exterior sensor floodlight, Mike swung by within 10 minutes to take a look and provide an ETA for the fix. I awoke the next morning a to a ring at my doorbell announcing he was done. All I had to do was show him the location and he took care of the rest. Awesome.

I definitely plan to call on Mike for future projects!

When I first called to get an appointment the shop should have been closed, but, they answered the phone anyways and set me up with an appointment for the next day. The office was in communication with me and let me know when Jesse Guerrero would be at my house. He was there on time. Before he came in put his booties on and went to work had my job finished extremely fast. Jesse was super knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and explained everything to me. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The customer service was excellent once I got someone on the phone. He was personable and arrived at the property promptly and fixed the problem.
HOWEVER!!!!

Rodney F. was accurate when he stated that the website's number for emergencies was not an accurate number.  I had to number hop just like he did. I complained about this. I felt he was vague in his explanation and didn't really take my complaint seriously to do anything to change the narrative.

I almost fell over when he charged me over $800 to stop a water tank leak which was causing flooding in the garage.  I realize it was after hours, but I felt he took advantage of me because I was calling from out of state.

I do not recommend this company.... they tried to install a new water heater for me for $1700. Then when I had my brother in law speak to the plumber on the phone and explain to price he couldn't even explain how he came up with such an exorbitant price. So I told the gentleman I was going to shop around more and he said well what can you do I told him I had another guy that could do it for $780 and he said he couldn't come close but miraculously he could come down to $1400. I felt like since I was a women alone he was taking advantage of me. I still had to pay him$100 because he came out. Then he didn't even turn the water back on to my house when he left. After about an hour of myself trying to figure out how to turn it back on I messaged him and he did eventually come back and turn it on. This morning I had the other company on a Sunday morning come install a new water heater for $780. Don't get ripped off by this company

Tony V. was awesome.  He took the time to explain just what was wrong,  and even showed me exactly what the problem was.  He was through with his explanations, and used language non-electricians could understand.  He's was professional and timely in his work. He actually left the worksite cleaner than how he found it!  Two thumbs up!

UPDATE:  I did receive a call from a representative in the company following my last review.  He was empathetic and even though the damage from the days of wasted time were already done at least he said it was a coaching opportunity.  It is good to hear they will address the problem.  Also, I would like to add that their technicians are all very competent.  I have always been impressed by their work.  By the way, their tech Mark who came out was phenomenal.  They have very hard working techs.  If I could give Mark six stars I would.  Between him and the person who talked to me about my experience they were able to raise the rating of my review.

We purchased a system through Goettl about a year ago.  The installation went alright and overall the experience has been positive but we have encountered severe issues with this company.  First there was some mixup multiple times during the initial part of the installation of the system.  I had to repeatedly communicate everything we ordered and it almost was not done correctly.  However, when it was done correctly they seem very prone to have severe miscommunication issues.  We had both an emergency plumbing issue this week and one regularly scheduled appointment for our AC maintenance.  The appointment for the plumbing appointment was a complete no show and the appointment for the maintenance yesterday was also a no show.  We rescheduled for today and it was nearly a no show as well.  However, the technician will not be at our house until nearly two hours after our scheduled appointment.  This is completely unacceptable as they already give such broad time windows.  To be late or to not show up during a four hour time window for a routine visit with no call is unacceptable.  I initiated contact most every time.  Also, what the representative said to me after the last phone call was upsetting.  She stated every appointment is simply a window time frame.  Yes I understand that but the fact is you are routinely late or did not show for each time frame you give.
