I've one word to describe my experience with RSB - Incredible! Peace-of-mind is what my call to them gave me. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. This company is a ripoff!!  We called to have him check a rental property in Mesa. Was told he was in the area and would swing by. The service was performed in early Dec. 2022 he said he just had to reset the GFI in the garage. We did not receive a bill until this week 1/23/23 and was charged $180.00!!! If it takes 2 hours to reset a GFI there is a serious problem plus a $10 fuel surcharge!!  Cannot recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional.

We had RSB Electrical install 5 ceiling fans and three flush mount lights. It was a big job and they sent two guys. They did a great job and we're on time. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Reno showed up which is already better than some lately.  All smiles and great attitude.
ID'd the issue was user error but didn't make us feel stupid about it.
He didn't leave it at that and made the rounds of the house to make sure that all really was well.

I had an after hours issue with voltage fluctuations throughout a property. I messaged RSB via Yelp at 9pm advising about the problem. Reno called me at 8am the very next morning and advised about some of the things that could be the problem, one of which could be directly with the power company. I have called RSB twice and Reno has been super helpful and responsive each time.  The first time he told me what I could do on my own to try and fix the problem before he came out to save us both time and money and it worked!  The second time I called, he was extremely busy but made it out the next day, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.  Added on a couple other things I needed done, charged a very reasonable price and was out the door.  He's friendly, quick, great at explaining issues in simple language I can understand and reliable.  I will be calling him any time I need something and have already referred him to others.

Very happy with their work. We called them and they came out the next day. We had two issues, outlets not working and we wanted to get electrical to a ring spotlight camera. They did all the work in about two hours. The best part was that two weeks later we still had two outlets that stopped working again and they came right out immediately and fixed the problem and then let us know how to fix it again in the future.

Whoever answers the phone is unprofessional and rude (dispatcher? owner?). I was closing on a house I'm buying that needs electrical work so I scheduled an appointment for the day after closing. Due to coronavirus my closing date was changed twice. Here's a rundown of my phone calls:

Reschedule 1
Me: Hello I had an appoint on Tuesday I need to schedule.
(long silence)
RSB: (condescending tone) You want to reschedule?
(I tried explaining my situation, he talked over me then we agreed on a time)

My closing date changed again.

Reschedule 2
Me: Hello I need to reschedule again... (right as I'm about to explain why)
RSB: YOU KNOW WHAT? WHY DON'T YOU CALL BACK WHEN YOU KNOW!
(Didn't have the chance to explain I'm waiting for the county to record my deed)
Me: Just cancel I'm taking my business somewhere else, you're rude.
RSB: GO F*CK YOURSELF!!!

Hung up on him and taking my business elsewhere. It's beyond me why they have lots of positive reviews, perhaps they paid for them.

My son is buying his first home and home inspector noticed problem with breaker panel.  As a first time homebuyer, he proactively set an appointment for 3-30-20 the week prior, then found out closing was delayed to 31st so he rescheduled for 4-1 at 8:30 am.
Today, deed recording was delayed through no fault of his own and he proactively called you to reschedule.
A rescheduling call was difficult for him to make, your reaction was completely unprofessional.  This is how you as the owner deal with new customers?  Telling him to f___ off?  Really???  I told him initially to go to Parker and Sons, guess I was right.
I've been a commercial banker and realtor in the valley for years and never encountered this lack of courtesy and customer service.  
No recommendations here, very disappointed.

Reno showed up with low notice and fixed all the pesky things the home inspector found while we were trying to sell our house. He even said a few of the things the inspector found were totally bogus. He could have just charged us and we wouldn't have know better. My 3 year old son was giving him high fives. Thanks Reno!

I submitted an online request for service on Saturday and received a call from Reno early Monday morning.  Reno came out the SAME DAY and fixed everything on my list. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions.

My electrical circuit in my kitchen went out so all my food in the refrigerator was at risk. I called RSB Electrical and talked to Reno (the owner). He was able to get me an electrician within an hour! Chase was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix the problem in less than a hour. I am extremely happy with RSB Electrical, his rates are very reasonable and the work is high quality. I will definitely be using RSB for any future electrical work I need. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Wow, HORRIBLE first impression. I had a small electrical fire at 430am on Thanksgiving day today. I called this company at 1pm to see if they did complete residential rewiring to get someone out tomorrow so I can get the process started so another fire wouldn't happen. When the man answered I said, Happy Holidays and I apologize for interrupting his Holiday. I informed him that I  had a small electrical fire this morning and if they do complete residential electrical overhauls. He said whats that? I said a complete rewire update of the entire house as I know some companies dont offer this service. He was abrasive and said, Hey its a Holiday and not a emergency, call during regular office hours. and hung up the phone. I am shocked as I would think a fire is a emergency even if small. Glad I saw the character of this company before they came out. Shame on you for being so rude to someone and making them feel your time is to valuable to take 5 minutes in a difficult situation that potentially could of been catastrophic. There was no reason to be harsh and rude especially for a business who operates 24/7 for this specific incident.

The outlet behind my dryer was smoking and presumably very close to causing a fire. I called Reno and he was able to come that same day! He was quick, friendly and explained everything he needed to do. He replaced the outlet and the faulty cord, and my dryer is back up and running. So glad I found him! Would definitely recommend Reno and RSB.

Existing customer of RSB, called for a quote on some additional work. Our first job went smoothly so we figured we would use the same company for this second project.

Called their main business number and immediately the guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Without even letting me finish describing the project he had already determined that the job wasn't for them. HUNG UP ON A CUSTOMER MID SENTENCE.

When I called back to ask what I did to prompt being hung up on he told me to Go f*ck myself and called me a cunt. At no point did I even raise my voice with this man and for some reason he is so sad and angry that he thinks he can curse out customers on his business phone.

EDIT: Sharee, as much as you'd like to make my review out to be spam I very much am a real customer who one of your employees told to go fuck myself today for no reason. I normally don't take time out of my day to reprimand small businesses on Yelp but after being called a cunt by your scheduling manager at 1:00 PM Feb 11, 2019 I felt inclined to go out of my way to leave you guys some honest feedback. With that information you should be able to figure this out, but you won't because you and RSB Electrical have TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Had these guys out on a Saturday when our panel busted. A main breaker was busted but he had one on his truck that he plugged in until Monday so we could avoid a store opening charge!

A few months later the panel was acting up again they were out within 24 hours and were able to get it covered under warranty. Honest company that I would highly recommend!

This company was absolutely amazing. I had some very strange, unnerving electrical problems at my home and they were out there in no time. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and the charge was so reasonable. They saved my home from burning down. I highly recommend them. And oh yes. They were so personable, so kind, and for those who are very concerned about Covid-19 they wore their masks the entire time they were at my home.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for a day later in the week and was cut off and told to call back during business hours. If RSB doesn't want to be bothered during the weekend, I would suggest letting the phone go to voicemail rather than chasing off business with nasty conversations on the phone. I wasn't even able to discuss what I needed done or whether it was an emergency or not. Couldn't tell you if they do decent work or not because I wasn't even able to get that far

I called RSB late in the day and asked a few questions about a project I am working on. Robert answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and gave me some ideas on what I should think about.

He quoted me a reasonable price and was not pushy. I was really impressed with the whole call.  I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if you need any help.

So my friend has an Airbnb in the Arcadia area and just had a new guest starting a new stay when the bathroom lights stopped working. She was freaking out so I told her to call my electrician in Surprise but he was not available today so we took to the old Google. RSB got a call and Reno answered. Answered her questions and said he would have a guy right out.

He met us at the condo right on time. Turns out it was just the breaker was mislabed and he explained what might have cause it tripping in the first place.  Service call was $80 but they were on time and professional. This problem was solved within one hour of calling them and we were grateful. I get the feeling that if it would have been a bigger repair it would have been just as smooth. These guys are not messing around.

After wasting a lot of time in home centers trying to get my outdoor lighting situation worked out, I realized I needed professional advice. These guys had some great information on their website, so I gave them a call, made an appointment and they came out right away.
I could tell as soon as we started to talk that I'd made the right move by calling a pro. Not only did Reno have an excellent grasp of the problems I was having with my lighting, but he was able to suggest solutions to my needs which far surpassed any of my ideas/ expectations. I also realized that having them do the job would result in a vastly superior result. I'm greatly relieved to have found this company. am looking forward to my outdoor lighting project being expedited because they were really flexible with my schedule. Pictures to follow!

100% satisfied customer.  My telephone call was answered like a 9-1-1 call and the RSB Team immediately triaged my situation and sent out a experienced and qualified electrician within 90 minutes of my request for service.  Upon arrival, one of the owners / electricians (Reno) identified the problem as a bad GFCI outlet and initiated repairs.  To a civilian, the GFCI appeared to be operating normally but to the RSB expert, it was clear that a bad GFCI outlet was the reason that multiple outlets connected to that circuit were de-energized.  As a residential customer, I have a high level of appreciation for this company's responsiveness and consummate professionalism.  The funny thing was, Reno sincerely apologized for not getting to our house sooner.  RSB is now on speed dial......

Finally got around to finishing this review for Reno and his team. Simply put, they run a marvelous electrician service. Talented, capable, and courteous.

I called them because we were having a lot of issues with out outdoor lighting and a finicky bathroom outlet. Reno answered right away and we schedule a service call.

They were on time and hassle free. Took care of everything and were in and out for half of what we expected to pay. They just seem like really good people and now I can use my hairdryer in the bathroom like a normal person. I cannot recommend them more.

Bought a new house with a (high) ceiling fan that didn't work. Even though the fan itself looked fine, I figured the problem was in the wall. Thankfully, I made the right choice and bought a new one. Called another electrician first but got no response, so I tried RSB. Sure enough Reno showed up on time and was able to replace it at a very reasonable price.  Definitely calling RSB again for the next electrical issue.  Thank you!!!!

Reno is great!! I fried one of our circuit boards today which left half the house without power. He helped me troubleshoot exactly what the problem was. Once we realized it was fried and needed to be replaced, the cost to replace it was unfortunately out of my budget, no matter what electrician I called.

He walked me through, step by step, how to replace it myself. A trip to Home Depot later, we have power back in our house! He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and required us to have him come out for a service call, troubleshoot it himself, and fix it himself. Instead, he gave us the tools and information to get it done ourselves. He's our number one guy now, should we ever need anything!

Awesome! I had to get some work repaired after the Maintenance Man from hell messed up. I loved that I was able to schedule right away and he worked with my schedule. And he showed up early (how often do you get an exact time instead of a 2 hour window AND they show up on time?). So we are off to a great start.

He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem fast. This job wasn't dragged out to increase the price but done very quickly.  His charge was VERY reasonable. And he's just a really nice guy.

So excellent service, price and customer service - can't go wrong by hiring! I will be recommending him to family and friends.

I'm a small business owner in Mesa, AZ and one of my restaurants blew a leg in the 3 phase converter. Half of my stores power was out. I searched for a reputable company online and came across these guys. I was nervous to use someone I wasn't familiar with, but the owner assured me he could have a guy on site within an hour. 25 minutes later a very professional service tech showed up and had the problem resolved within 20 minutes and I was back in biz.

I called RSB Electrical when the bathroom lights at my rental property went out. They were there within the hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave me a lesson on my circuit breaker. I also found out they are open 24 hours a day for electrical emergencies! I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

We own a rental in Mesa, AZ. Our management company had RSB perform work at our house and we just received the invoice. They seem shady on the work performed at a cost of $250.99; just so happens no owner approval is required for $250 invoice, no one contacted us. Even their invoice looks shady with $49.20 vs $99.20 written in pen/pencil; they charged $99.20 for a fan? Not sure what to think.

I initially thought it would be a great idea to do my own electrical work but quickly realized I am way outside the ability to tackle the task efficiently and, well, safely. I live out of Arizona but own a residence in Arizona that needed an electrical issue resolved. This was the end of Dec. 2014 and I have just finished fixing the damage they caused. My caretaker called RSB and a man by the name of Robert came out. He tore out multiple switches and said the house needed rewiring. Even said a board in kitchen was burned and it turned out it was a marking in the board. I knew that was not possible as I had an insurance issue a couple of years ago and the restoration company had to work on over half the house. I knew that an insurance company was not going to pay unless the job was inspected and done right. I felt that he was wrong and asked him to put back the electrical the way he found it and he refused. He turned everything off so the refrigerator food was ruined and it ended up knocking out the mother board and motor on our new furnace and a/c.
I called Reno the owner who had given me a quote that was so above board that I wanted him to still put back the way they found it. He refused to let his guy put back the switches and he wanted to get this job done immediately which was going to go as high as $3300 to $4000. He knew I was in another state so he thought he could tell me anything and I would go for it. I told him I wanted another electrical company opinion before going ahead.
On the 31st I called Reno and I told him I felt hustled and I would not work with his company. He called me back a couple of times. I did not take the call and he left no message.
I only had one area in house that was not working and he took the whole house apart and left me with no electricity.
Another company has resolved the issue for me and the furnace and a/c company have fixed that problem. I find it very odd that all Reno could tell me was that all the electricians that had worked on the house did not know what they were doing. The only ones are the original when house was built and the restoration company that worked through the insurance company.
I would advise through my experience that you get a second opinion before hiring this company . Pamela

I just want to say, Reno, was such a lifesaver to me today! I called in after 5pm with breaker box issues and inquired about a quote to have someone come out. However, Reno was beyond friendly and more than willing to troubleshoot the problems with me over the phone. I had contacted my electric company before hand but I was still left with no real solution. Reno helped me not only to solve my electric problem at no cost, but he also saved me from a huge headache and a hefty bill. Such integrity and eagerness to be helpful is such a rare thing to encounter in this day and age. I may not have had any actual service provided by this company but those qualities are definitely what anyone could want to find when hiring an electrician. I will no doubt be contacting Reno when any electrical issues arise in the future.

After completing several home improvement projects around the house with the help of some handymen, my wife and I discovered 5 electrical outlets not working on the inside of our home.  The circuit breakers outside were still on, so I wasn't sure what was causing the loss of power. I was sure that one of our handy men may have inadvertently caused the problems but we were unable to figure what was causing the loss of power after a couple hours of checking the outlets out, making sure all the wiring was secure to the outlets.

I used Yelp to find an electrician nearby who was highly rated, and came across RSB Electrical. The reviews seemed good, so I gave them a call around 3:30 pm, not expecting I would get a service call the same day, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out Reno was available to swing by less than hour after placing my call for help.

Within an hour of checking all the outlets and the main breaker box outside, Reno tracked down the source our problems to two causes: too many GFI outlets on the same circuit (apparently you can only have one GFI outlet per circuit) and to a junction box up in the attic where apparently one of the handymen probably snagged a wire bundle with his foot while installing exhaust ducts from our bathrooms to vent through the roof.  It seems that the wire leading into the junction box came loose from its wire nut.  Also, while in the attic, Reno also noticed a couple of unshielded wires running to a light switch and ceiling fan and replaced those as well due to it being a potential fire hazard.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with Reno's level of service, knowledge (especially working with aluminum to copper wiring), troubleshooting skill (I should know because I have done field service for large industrial equipment before and have spent days troubleshooting simple problems), and his prices are fair.  I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they ever need an electrician for any work!

Last Sunday we lost power in only half our house and our electrical box smelled funny. We called R.S.B hoping to have someone come take a look. Being it was Sunday we didn't think we would find anyone to come out. RSB was at our house in under an hour! On a Sunday too! The electrician was very honest friendly and I trusted him and the job he performed. I  recommend  this company 100% and will use them for all my electrical needs. Btw the price was extremely fair! Great company, great owner.  I used them for years in my business.  I was doing some work in my house, so I called them out.  Robert installed an exhaust fan in my master bathroom and some motion detectors in the hallway.  I was going to install the fan myself.  The bathroom would steam up like crazy.  If I had done it, I was just going to put it up and let it vent into ceiling. Glad I didn't do it and had it done right. Robert said that could cause a mold issue in the attic.  He went into the attic and vented it out the wall.  Did a great job.  The motion detectors on the hallway lights are perfect.  No more wasting my breath telling the kids to shut the lights off.
