Shelton came to my house to give me an estimate the same day I posted the request. Not only did he come the same day, he also completed the service the same day. His price was reasonable and the work was perfect. I would recommend Shelton to anybody looking for home repairs.

My outdoor refrigerator stopped working and Ty quickly found the problem in the electrical outlet and changed the GFI plugs. He was very professional and I will be using him again!

I highly recommend using Ty at Shelton Home Repairs. I am a big diy guy but am not comfortable with high voltage electrical work. I got a quote from Ty to hookup my pool build electrical that I had almost setup. He came out and found I hadnt set it up correctly. He took the time to do some investigating on my homes electrical setup (older home with multiple add-ons) and he told me detail exactlt how I can fix it and make it to code. He also hooked up the wiring to my pool electrical panel/timer/pump/etc and agreed to come back once I have the main panel wire ran to the correct panel inside. Cant beat that! I will be keeping Ty's phone number for all future electrical and even non-electrical jobs. 5-Stars for sure!

I want to thank Ty and his crew for doing a great job finding and fixing my electrical problems. Two rooms in our home lost power and the breaker wouldn't reset even after I replaced them. He traced the fault to a missed wired switch that caused wires in our attic to fry. He reponded quickly and was thorough in finding the root of the problem. We had some challenges installing a light fixture in our house.
Contacted Sheldon home repairs through Yelp, quick response time (Sunday afternoon) and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8 AM.
Ty showed up 10 minutes early for the job, clean and professional. Ty were friendly and nice.
Got everything figured out and the work completed in a timely manner.
We definitely use again for any project.

My garden hose was fused to the spigot. Rather than create a bigger problem, I went on-line. Shelton was one of several respondents. Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. I chose to go with Ty--not just because he gave me a great price estimate--but because I wanted to support the smaller businesses.  All the other companies sent out technicians for the estimate (which is fine), but Ty is a one-man show.  At first I was concerned that the work may be a little substandard as the other companies seemed more professional, but Ty did such a spectacular job for me that I immediately asked him to do some work for my parents.  Not only did he do the electrical work for my parents, but he also replaced a section of drywall that had been previously damaged by a water leak.  Again, I was initially concerned about his drywall abilities, but he did such a great job with the patching and surfacing that the wall doesn't even need to be repainted.  I plan to use Ty for all of my handyman needs, not just electrical work
