Reliable and kind family business. Chad helped us install an ionizer on our HVAC - it was an unfamiliar and difficult job but he was up for the task. Customer for life!

I called a company called Peterson Air to fix my ac unit on July 2. Don't ever do this. The tech failed to fix it the first visit and then came out and said the compressor was bad.  I realized he was just guessing what the problem was. So I called Mason and they came out and found 3 different problems. They had to order parts and couldn't get them until late on July 3 but they returned on a very hot 4th of July and fixed my ac. It's running fine now. Never got a refund from the other company so I wasted $289. Won't make that mistake again. Calling Mason from now on.

Our experience with VETSBuilt was nothing short of excellent. Bob, our contractor, stayed right on top of things and was responsive to our concerns as well as keeping us informed as to issues, and schedules. We are experienced remodelers ourselves so appreciated the level of skill demonstrated by the crews and the attention to detail. The lead carpenter, Craig, was nothing short of amazing.

This was, unfortunately, not a typically remodel.  We started with fixing the floor that was an inch higher than the rest of the house, along with enlarging a window, ripping out a closet and adding cabinets. When we started with the floor the persons who had remodeled the room before caused us to have to remove everything they had previously done and start all over again. We wanted it done correctly. But even though we started from scratch Bob, kept the job running smoothly.

The subcontractors he hired were amazing.  We had to pour a new cement floor.  The cement masons were excellent. Roger the tile guy, did everything we asked him to do. The cabinet maker was very concern about what we wanted, again the cabinets are beautiful. The room we call an office/craft room is everything we wanted. They did an excellent job. We will hire them again if we ever need help again.

Wade & Bill were very informative.  They did first quality work!  All the appointments were on time. They did excellent work and responsive.  Couldn't ask for anything better!  Great work and customer service. Thanks Guys!

This is worst experience I ever had with a company from hell. They sent Jason who was rude as hell very unprofessional. Didn't know crap, as I recorded everything thing and told them to leave my home after an hour of
B/shit. This company is not certified from there b/cards I am now getting the BBB involved as the owner was also an asshole. nothing was resolved on there coming to my two people didn't know jack shit. Beware Do not waste your money. Jason was an arrogant rude ass.

Thanks to Mark (owner) and Brad (assistant) for their excellent expertise and customer service.  We had a major reconstruction kitchen remodel with a challenging wiring situation.  Mark and Brad were able to trouble shoot and come up with the right solution for our lightning needs.  Great customer service, it was a pleasure having them in our home. We recommend this company and will use them in the future. Thank you Mark and Brad.

I had an electrical issue that turned off my A/C on a very hot day, called the company and spoke to 2 people, said they would call me in the morning and let me know when they could come out, but they never called back.  Must not need the business.  Disappointing.

A couple panel change jobs. More to come. Jason and company is ready for the job. Will not disappoint.

These guys are awesome!  Adam was great to work with over the phone.  I explained what I needed done, Adam was able to get an idea of the time and scope of the work quickly.  Set a date and time for a few days later.  Patrick arrived right on time.  He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable.  Patrick completed the work and it exceeded my expectations.  Patrick also discovered that what we thought needed to be replaced, just needed to be rewired.  Save me money to boot!  Awesome!  Call these guys first when you need an electrician.

Alen is simply awesome! Great communication through the whole process of quote to installation. Always on time and ready to solve whatever electric issue you have. He's super professional- as are the people that work for him. The area is always spotless when they are done! I just can't recommend Farris electric enough- we've used Farris electric twice now and will call them again and again as we complete our home improvement plans!

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

This company was Fantastic, I called on Christmas Eve to come out  to fix a breaker or find the problem as to why our water heater wasn't getting power. I talked to Rex (this was only after our Terrible Home Warranty company Landmark couldn't get anyone out here for 4 more days) Rex was helpful and told me that if he couldn't get someone out in a few hours he would come himself. Ethan came out, and texted me that he was on his way, he stayed until the issue was resolved on Christmas Eve. God Bless you Ethan and Rex and the rest of your team! We now have Hot water again and can enjoy having our kids here and Hot showers!

Garrett talks down to females. I would explain it to you but did not want to confuse you. Refused to take down  2 wall sconces, and said the painter could paint around them.
Went behind my back as he was going to install a transformer in my brand new cabinets. This was going against the knowledgeable lighting specialist's design. After the discussion with the lighting specialist, Garrett tells me Don't worry, I have your back.  
At the end of the visit, he said, ok give me $500. What for?

He was out once to assess the project, free of charge. He had another appointment after the second visit. Obviousl, he did not schedule enough time to complete the work.
According to the hours he worked the bill should have been $250. I gave him $300. He did not give me change. That electrician has no integrity. I hired a great electrician for the rest is the projects.

WARNING!!!  If I could give less than one star I would, but to leave a review you have to give at least one!  Got a quote from CastleGate for my TESLA home charger install, was happy with it, so signed a contract with them.  All of that happened three weeks ago.  After MULTIPLE attempts over the last three weeks to schedule the work by calling not only the office, but the technicians direct cell phone, and MULTIPLE messages left on BOTH voicemail systems all have been unanswered!    Pathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE which is extremely uncommon for a TESLA approved vendor.  They need to be removed from TESLA's electrician list.  I am contacting TESLA next!
Use anyone else on the list!!!

This is a great company. Our landscape lighting was installed years ago and We had some problems with some fixtures shorting out after the many rain storms we had this winter. The electrician, Patrick, took care of it all. Very courteous too!

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

I needed to get a sink and bathtub drain snaked. They came over and quoted me $377 to snake two drains. I was appalled by the pricing. I called the manager and he said over the phone they can do it for $177 total which I reluctantly agreed. I mentioned to him that they have done this before, price high and then blame the computer generated quote as an excuse if the quote comes too high. I am in the construction business and snaking two drains is a simple task and should not cost $377. I was then charged $354 and currently in dispute as he said he quoted me $177 per drain not total. I would never agree to this total as I have had drains snaked for less than $150 from a competitor for the exact same issue. Never use this company. They prey on the vulnerable and have archaic pricing methods.
