Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

I had Mason Mechanical put in my new AC unit because they partner with Lowes.  They were great on the installation, their crews are nice and professional yet friendly.  Unfortunately my new unit was making a whine that was driving us crazy.  They came back out the next day after installation to try and quiet it down, no one was sure why it was making that whine.  They have been out multiple times to address this issue, they finally got it to be quieter but I had to make some concessions on the filter I could use.  They didn't think that should be the final answer and so they continue to work to resolve the issue in the best possible manner.  I've had the installation manager out and even the owner of the company has come out to make sure my unit works they way it should.  They could have very easily told me to just live with it, but they haven't and they continue to make the time and effort to make my unit work the way it should.  I really appreciate their commitment to doing the job right and making sure I'm happy with my investment.  I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to have any work done that they do!

As of 9/11/2017 they have continued to work toward a solution to fix the problem.  They have reached a solution that is more than fair to me.  They have been nothing but kind and professional and have never once made me feel bad about all of the effort they have put into finding a solution.  I am very grateful for their commitment to customer service and excellence.  It's been a long time since I have had the good fortune to work with a company that has the values Mason Mechanical does.  I highly recommend them!

I just finished a job with VETSBuilt and am very happy with the results. DJ and Bob were trustworthy and very responsive to my needs. As with any contracting job the sub-contractors could be a challenge but they kept on them until they got it right. I have beautiful new floors, a cooks dream kitchen and two beautifully tiled bathrooms. They were great to work and would highly recommend them!

I needed to install a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. Kristin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an in-person quote a couple of days later. Jacob called 30ish minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and they arrived as expected. They were able to give me a quote within 3-5 minutes which I agreed to and then they were able to complete the install right there within 45ish minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that was made. Will use them in the future for any electrical needs and highly recommend.

Excellent electrical servicing by two pros-Mark the owner and Brad his assistant. They did multiple jobs for us including the addition of two new interior electrical outlets and new outside service for a Ring Floodcam. They  also troubleshooted an electrical non working switch and also installed a new MBR ceiling fan.
Reliable, friendly and quick response make this company one of the best I have ever dealt with! 5 Stars!

I had an electrical issue that turned off my A/C on a very hot day, called the company and spoke to 2 people, said they would call me in the morning and let me know when they could come out, but they never called back.  Must not need the business.  Disappointing.

This review is based on communications only. I ended up going with another electrician simply due to availability, but Colter was very responsive and gave a competitive quote for the job needed.

I have to say, I wish I had found Farris Electric sooner and that they will now be my go-to source for any future electrical work. Alen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He came by and gave us a very competitive estimate of what it would take to get the job done. His team is very professional, well mannered, knowledgeable and hard working. They communicate with you throughout the install process, letting you know what to expect, i.e, no surprises! I've worked with many different contractors during at least 3 major home remodels--and believe me when I say, it doesn't get better than this. They take pride in their work, and most importantly, they respect you and your home. You wouldn't even know that they had worked here after they left! I wouldn't think twice to highly recommend Farris Electric to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. These guys are awesome!

This company was Fantastic, I called on Christmas Eve to come out  to fix a breaker or find the problem as to why our water heater wasn't getting power. I talked to Rex (this was only after our Terrible Home Warranty company Landmark couldn't get anyone out here for 4 more days) Rex was helpful and told me that if he couldn't get someone out in a few hours he would come himself. Ethan came out, and texted me that he was on his way, he stayed until the issue was resolved on Christmas Eve. God Bless you Ethan and Rex and the rest of your team! We now have Hot water again and can enjoy having our kids here and Hot showers!

It's hard to find a good electrician, one that doesn't shy away from doing the job right and not cutting corners. Garrett is a class act and a great electrician. I own a 50 year old home and he helped me bring it up to speed and did a great job!

A wonderful company that has the absolute best service and employees!  Initially, I had Innovative Lighting/Electric install new recessed lighting.  Due to their outstanding quality of work and professionalism, had them install new custom under cabinet LED lighting in the kitchen.  This installation has made a dramatic difference.  Everybody I worked with and spoke to at Innovative Lighting provided exceptional customer service!  A great company for lighting and electrical service - highly recommend them.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

A/C unit leaked out the freon in less than 1 month.  Called George Brazil guy charged $283 for 4 lbs of freon, $80 for a diagnostic, $336.80 for a leak search, and then $400 for a one-year warranty on any work done.  After a $76.30 sales tax, that equal $1124.44.  

The unit still leaks and he filled it for free one month later (4-5 lbs).  He said he'd come back to isolate the system to see where it was leaking, but he won't return our calls.  The leak search charge for $336 doesn't make any sense...the $80 sounds more like it.  He wasn't here for more than an hour.  

George Brazil guy was very vague and wouldn't explain things very well so I was confused with what was going on with our unit, what he actually did, and what the charges pertained to.  He seemed annoyed when I asked him questions and spouted out quick and unclear answers.

I wouldn't use this company.  I would also ask any company what they will charge before they come out:  what they charge for diagnosing your system, what price they charge for freon, and other service charges.
