Fast response, even though I messaged them on a Sunday night.  Good communication with scheduling.  They had someone out the next morning.  Mike went  above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of even though it wasn't an easy fix.  He and his helper were excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with both Bob and DJ Jenkins for a complete renovation of my home (master bedroom addition, new pantry, both bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, family and living rooms and new yard). From the initial meeting through completion, I found both Bob and DJ to be outstanding general contractors as well as human beings. Since this was the first time I had ever embarked upon such a major project, I was entirely at a loss in terms of how to progress.  Bob and DJ were extremely patient and kind and guided me through the entire process. They both had some wonderful design ideas and set me up with a fantastic architect who planned a master bedroom addition as well as many other much needed updates. DJ especially enjoys the design element and has exquisite taste. He helped me with the product selection ranging from granite to kitchen cabinets to blinds to paint colors. My front and back yards were in sore need of an update and DJ arranged for a fantastic contractor who created a gorgeous yard complete with a circular driveway. Both Bob and DJ are excellent communicators and I was immediately informed of issues or change orders. Of course, there were some glitches as this was an extensive project. What I appreciated was that Bob and DJ took ownership of the various issues and always made it right.
On a side note, DJ Jenkins is also a realtor. He arranged for some minor renovations in my other house and I had an offer within 5 days. He took care of all of the requested repairs from the inspection report. Thanks to his dual roles as a realtor and contractor, he took almost all of the stress out of selling that home.
In short, I had a very positive experience with Vetsbuilt in all respects and am pleased to offer them my highest recommendation.

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

We moved into our house in 2008.  The contractor had installed hardwired with battery back up smoke detectors that last for approximately 10 years.   At 14 years, we were finally replacing ours.   Jason explained the smoke detectors to us before installing...then meticulously checked each one to be sure they were working as an interconnected group.  There were 6 detectors so there was a bit of sound in the house but we were so comfortable knowing it had been carefully installed.   We also had Jason replace two exterior sconces on the house.   Also done to perfection.   Finally, I'd like to give a shout out to Kristin - their office manager - she answered my never ending stream of questions quickly and thoroughly.   A very professional company from our perspective.

MK Electric does work under OneGuard Home Warranty. I had a nice sounding fellow call me from MK Electric to inquire about a service order that I had with OneGuard.

He called and we spoke for 30 seconds to one minute. He was certain that OneGuard had called him in error, and that they should have contacted a mechanical contractor as his company doesn't work on mechanical aspects of broken equipment, only electrical.

But in calling OneGuard, he led them to believe that he had diagnosed the issue. He hadn't. He'd only spoken to the homeowner briefly, and the coverage we had on this broken item was cancelled due to his call and the phony diagnosis he left with the insurance company.

I don't need headaches like this-- I'd find another electrical contractor if I were you. The contractor should be on the side of the end customer, supporting that person and their repair. I guess the big bucks they get from OneGuard put him into that corner and the sneaky way we were dealt with did not leave a positive impression.

Excellent service! I needed light fixtures installed and an outlet relocated but I live out of state and would only be in town for two days. They were able to fit me in and showed up on time! Phillip was personable, neat and quite efficient finishing my work very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Thank you SO much for accommodating me. It is so nice to have found an electrician that I can call when I need other services!

Home Depot gave Farris Electric as a Pro Referral when we asked if they provide ceiling fan installation. We needed to have a 20+ feet high ceiling fan installed plus 4 other ceiling fans, 3 LED ceiling lights for the garage and laundry room and dimmer switch for dining room chandelier. Alen called us that Saturday evening from Flagstaff. His team arrived Monday and only took 2 hours to install everything. They hauled off the old fans and vacuumed. They showed us how to use the remotes for the fans. Used Zelle to pay. Definitely will use again when we need the other lights replaced.

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

I need a outlet put in my garage. I called Micor and Ronnie called me back a little while later. He came to give me an estimate very quickly and were reasonable. After my esitimate, he did the work immediately. If you mention yelp, you get a little discount. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was Fantastic, I called on Christmas Eve to come out  to fix a breaker or find the problem as to why our water heater wasn't getting power. I talked to Rex (this was only after our Terrible Home Warranty company Landmark couldn't get anyone out here for 4 more days) Rex was helpful and told me that if he couldn't get someone out in a few hours he would come himself. Ethan came out, and texted me that he was on his way, he stayed until the issue was resolved on Christmas Eve. God Bless you Ethan and Rex and the rest of your team! We now have Hot water again and can enjoy having our kids here and Hot showers!

Garret did work for us when we first bought our home.  He did such a great job that we called him again recently for work we needed done.  He set up an appointment with us knowing my husband had work that day so he would be getting up an hour earlier than normal.  That morning came and the appointment time came.  After 30 minutes past my husband tried calling him but he didn't answer.  My husband texted him asking if he was running late.  He received a reply.  Garret said he wouldn't have time for us afterall and gave us a number for a different company.   If he knew he wasn't going to have time then he should have been professional about it and called to cancel instead of making us reach out twice before telling us.  If you want someone reliable then definitely call a different company as this guy wasted our time and couldn't be bothered with calling us to tell us he was blowing us off.

Contacted CastleGate to install a 100 amp wall connector charger for my Tesla. Within 24 hours the owner came to estimate. Price was reasonable and I approved, job was scheduled, installer showed up on time and was one of the best we've ever worked with. Walked through work before and after completion to make sure I was satisfied. Install looks fantastic and tech not only cleaned up after himself but swept out the entire garage!! Quality work with quality office and field staff, great experience and would definitely hire again for next project.

Needed a chandalier installed - they were able to come the next day and had the most competitive price. Benji the technician couldn't have been nicer and more professional. It was done quickly and correctly. Very happy with my experience and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Victor was prompt and was able to get out to my house to help me install a couple of newer style lights into an older home. He was very helpful and helped me out with a couple of other projects as well.

Also he gave me a quote to get the job done where as other electricians gave an ambiguous price based on hourly rates. Will definitely use again.

George Brazil installed our new heating and AC a year and a half ago. They also did some additional duct work. We are very pleased with our new energy efficient unit. Our cooling costs are lower than anyone else I know with a house our size.
   The techs were courteous and answered all our questions. We have a maintenance service plan. Every tech wears shoe covers to keep the floors clean. They even roll out a red carpet (rug) to prevent tracking in dirt.
  Today we had Michelle J do the service. She asked where we preferred the ladder be set up, not that it made that big of a difference to us. After the service she took the time to talk to us about adding insulation to help decrease our cooling cost even more. I would recommend George Brazil for any heating or cooling concern.
