Out of 10 companies. Valiant was the most responsive, had the best pricing and was available immediately. Showed up exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. Shane was on point to say the least and couldn't have been a nicer guy.

There was also no Well, you really should look into upgrading this window as well as all the others. I got that type of response from a lot of other companies, even though I explained it was a rental property. One even asked me to go back to the landlord about upgrading..

I knew exactly what I was asking for, single pane clear glass with dimensions and they delivered.

While I hope I don't deal with many more broken windows, this company will be my go-to if and when I do.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. We just had a very positive experience. They did a custom piece of glass over a serving buffet we bought at IKEA and it came out beautiful. It was ready much quicker than they expected. Not too expensive either.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. We've had a few projects at our house and by far the RMK Windows crew was the most professional, cohesive, and pleasant team we've ever worked with regarding home improvements. The purchase process was straightforward. The wait time was long but that's been expected during Covid times. The install, was amazing. A huge crew showed up and just managed everything like clockwork. It was really impressive. But, even more impressive was these damn gorgeous windows that made our house feel brand new. The noise reduction and temperature control has been amazing. I highly recommend. Oh, and we did have a few hiccups that required returning to our home and these guys are back today to replace a window. It's looking great. Totally impressed with the entire process.

We used Louis @ Vista View Glass to replace a large window that suddenly cracked.  His prices were in line with other quotes I had received.  We went with Louis because he promptly responded and came over the next day to give a free estimate!  He did quality work and clean up after he installed the glass. We recommend him and will use him for future projects!

We used Golden Arrow to replace our back patio sliding doors. Their service was amazing from the time I reached out until they completed the job. Everything turned out very nice and I will be using Golden Arrow to replace other windows in my home. I have recommended them to my friends and family because I know they will do quality work.

We had Bulldog Security handle securing our home. All doors, windows, and enclosed our patio so that our cats have a place to enjoy the outdoors without parents having to worry about any unwanted predators getting to them. I digress, this company is worth every penny!! Our sense of security is off the charts!! Vernon and the crew that did the installation were Amazing. Working with Nicole to help with dates that worked for all was Professional, Courteous, Understanding!! Again, if you are looking for a way to truly secure your home, do not hesitate to give them a call. First year we used them was 9/2019. Second year we used them was 10/2021. Every interaction was Fantastic

Where to begin.  We ordered an above average priced interior door that included glass panels on both sides and top on February 3, 2014.  One half payment was made on February 15 with an order time of 4 to 6 weeks.  When the installers arrived during the first week of April, the door was hinged on the wrong side.  Gee, it will be another 4 weeks.  I then got an e-mail from Chip (I never received a telephone call from Chip during the entire process only cryptic e-mails).  We were then e-mailed and told that the new parts were damaged and we would have to wait another 4 weeks.  When I said 'Geeez, ok' in an e-mail back to Chip, I got a call from the door manufacture, not Chip saying that they were sorry about the problems.  Finally, after waiting over 11 weeks, the door was finally installed.  Still no call from Chip to see if the installers did a nice job or was the job satisfactory.  Within one day, we received the bill for the second half... no note or call of thanks or apology for the delay and not even a gift certificate for a burger.  I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

Very poor customer service.  Never receive call backs.  Broken promises on instillation dates and so many excuses.  My husband finally exploded and we got some action taken.  Is'tn that a sad thing to say.  Contract stated 4-5 weeks and after 8 weeks, the day before they were to install the door,(which had been 7th week) they said it wasn't made correctly.  They would get it remade ASAP. So what, tack on another 8 weeks?  

After 2 months we got our deposit back.  Need I say anymore.

I've used Affordable Windows twice to replace my old single pane windows with energy efficient ones and I'm very happy with them.  The whole team has been great to work with and definitely want to ensure that their customers are satisfied.  There was a glitch in the second order with the color (lighter than the windows that were installed from first order) but the company reordered the correct ones right away.  What a difference these windows have made in keeping out the heat and cold as well as greatly reducing the amount of dust we see!  Wish I had done this sooner...

I had an in home estimate for window and sliding door replacements.  Virgil arrived on time and was very knowledgeable with the products and brands.  He did a demonstration with heat on the glass and answered all my questions.  Looking forward to seeing the results when the installation is complete.  The pricing was better than I expected.  I will update my review after the work is completed.  So far, I'm very impressed.

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
