Craig Hyatt visited my house last Thursday.  Before he came out, he was informed that I was looking to replace several windows.  He measured my windows and told me he would e-mail an estimate the next day.  By Sunday, when I had not heard from him, I sent an email asking about my quote.  
His reply thank you for your time yesterday. I am sorry, but due to some recent, unforeseen circumstances we are not able to help you with your window project.  I wish you the best.

I did not understand his reasoning so I shot him an e-mail stating, simply, i don't understand.  His reply I am very sorry, but we won't be able to help you with your project. Thank you. Well, that explains everything- NOT!
Don't waste your time, like I did, with this company.  At the very least, a plausible explanation would have shown some integrity.  My time is valuable, too.  If you're looking for windows - skip this place! They deserve zero stars for customer service.

Michael called in advance and was prompt for the appointment. He wore a mask and properly social distanced during his visit. He quickly identified the issue, showed me the problem and immediately fixed it. The entire process took maybe 20 minutes to complete. The quote he provided was exactly what he charged. I will definitely use the sliding door GURU again and strongly recommend his services.

We had some hinge repairs needed for our shower door. Amanda (front desk), Steve (glass expert), and the two techs who came out were all extremely professional as well as friendly. After completing the job they showed me next step options for future repairs as well as how to make the most out of my next set of hinges. 10/10, will definitely be using this company for all my future glass needs

Right from the get go....If you do not know much or anything about windows or window purchasing , I would steer clear of this company.  I have had the worst experience trying to get them to fix a window I purchased 4-5 years ago.  They have no customer service and maybe that's why they are competitive in pricing but don't be fooled and apparently with them windows only last about 4-5 years.  They sold me what might be the worst product and then switched the window manufacturer on me with the other windows (I guess they knew something was wrong with the window they sold me) but I can't get an explanation because they don't have one.  The window has the business name True View on it also?  Why would a business put their name on a piece of crap window......Maybe because there philosophy is once you pay them and the window is installed they're done with their obligation.  Again service is not their thing.  So I have been told many times by them they were to busy to assist and I had to contact the manufacturer myself.  So they sent me to the wrong manufacturer because to begin with (that I had to teach with many different phone numbers and time,) but remember you time doesn't matter to them, only how busy they are is what matters, as it was made perfectly clear to me per our conversations.  Now I have to contact the actual manufacturer and figure out how to get my window replaced as they didn't receive or care to get an answer from them (Cascade windows, garbage product) spoiler alert it's most likely because they intentionally sold me a bad window and or installed it incorrectly.  At this point they don't care about resolving the issue or taking care of a customer who spent their hard earned money with them.  FYI the window is crumbling.  This may be the only way to get them to honor there responsibilities as being a business in our community or maybe they will be exposed for the frauds they truly are, it's really up to them.  They best part is, I'm finishing up the windows in my home and they will not be a part of it, they're too busy anyway.......  the pictures of the windows crumbling with the name True View on it, is my window.  Slight update the manufacturer is saying it appears to be and installation and not warranty.      I'll keeping updating this post until I getsome resolution.

Update-
The manager at True View has stepped in, and is now assisting with the issue.  The have send a technician to my residence and have conveyed they are honoring the warranty and work.  Once communication opened with the manager the difference has been amazing with help and communication.  I have upgraded the rating to a 3 since they are assisting now, I will update and rerate again once this is resolved in full.  Thank you Rica for helping me with this issue!

Jason was super flexible on getting measurements scheduled, then actually managed to get our replacement door earlier than expected (which was nice because we are trying to list our house). The crew that came out with the door was courteous and efficient. I would use Precision Fit again.

We badly needed new sliding screen doors. Emailed Peak Windo & Door on Monday, they responded with a quote almost immediately. Three days later Tye shows up, builds the doors on site and within an hour we've got 2 new beautiful screen doors. I'd highly recommend their service.

I had a very scary interaction with two men driving one of the company trucks in Tempe. They engaged in serious reckless driving and unprovoked road rage. At one point they had almost ran me off the road into oncoming traffic. I cannot vouch for how good their work is but if their employees behave like that on the road, then I would never let them close to my family or my property. If driving is a part of the job, especially in a company marked truck, you need to consider training your employees in the rules of the road (no swerving, tailgating, stopping in the middle of the intersections, SPEEDING, proper use of signals, etc.) I witnessed all of this behavior in the short time I shared the road with them. Shocked and disappointed.

This  has been the worst experience by far!
Ray Baxter is a narcissist crook who was verbally abusive to me and his own wife. He blames everybody else in fact it's his clueless ways of running a business! He will yell at customers if he doesn't get his money when he wants it. His installer Simon is not licensed and illegal

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes.  Must be a reflection of ownership!  Won't ever go there again!

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
