If you live in AZ you know how brutal the sun can be...the previous owner did nothing to protect an exterior door that is in direct sunlight all day. I called several replacement companies and Craig was by far the most knowledgeable. Took time to thoroughly explain options and provided our quote.
Our security screen door needed to be removed for the installation and then replaced. We had the door, jamb and frame replaced. Install took a few hours longer than thought due to the removing and replacing of the screen door but I was charged only what was quoted.
From the time we met until after the installation Craig was outstanding !!

Slider Door Guru repaired both my sliding glass door and my screen. My sliding glass door was a struggle to open due to old rollers that needed to be replaced. It now opens easily and smoothly! The screen was one that rolled up into a column attached to the door, and was so old that the screen gapped at both the top and the bottom, thus presenting a risk for flying insects to get into the house. Michael replaced the screen with a heavy duty locking screen and it's perfect. The repairs were quick and communication was excellent! I highly recommend Slider Door Guru.

We just had two large bathroom mirrors and a large shower door installed by Glass Doctor. Nick and Steven just completed the installation. They did a FABULOUS job. Very professional and polite along with a great installation. Highly recommend going to the Doctor for your glass needs!

This company is absolutely horrible! Let me share my awful experience with Truview. We needed two new fiberglass windows. We ordered them through Truview and it took 8 weeks to arrive.Then install happened and they started ripping out our preexisting windows and realized they had measured wrong! They damaged our trim and seal when they had to put them back in due to their huge mistake. We were not impressed but against our better judgement decided to reorder  in the right size and we waited another 8 weeks. Well, 8 weeks rolls around and they make another giant mistake! They never reordered our windows due to the excuse of a glitch in the system. They tell us we must wait another 8 weeks... totaling 6 months! Please do not go with this company. They have proven to be completely incompetent and have zero respect for their customers. They refused to offer a rush on the order and they refused to give any reasonable discount! They damaged our home and wasted our time!

Precision Fit Doors and Windows is a great company, with super customer service and a high quality product. When we were getting estimates for new double front doors, my husband and I were impressed by the detailed estimate that Jason, the owner, submitted, plus the price was very competitive with others.  He came to our home, and was knowledgeable about the type of rustic, wooden doors we preferred. He was able to include all the specific hardware and touches we desired. Mark and Andrew were the installers, and they were friendly, professional, and perfectionists. We love our new front doors, and highly recommend Jason and his crew!

I had 11 screens rescreened.  Three of them were fine but 8 did not fit the windows even though they used the original frames. I called and asked them to come fix the problem.  They made another appointment but never showed up. I called again and once again they did not respond.  Be careful, if they goof up, they do not correct it.  I will have to hire someone to come fix this problem.

After multiple complaints about the roof, and being told that's the way it should be my insurer asked for an independent inspector and he found issues to be corrected. The warranty company, LoveOurRoof then came out to repair multiple times. They lifted up my evaporative cooler and the condensation line from my ac and now water is pouring out of the units, but I am told that it is because my units are in disrepair (although prior to any roof work the units were fine). If I had to do it over, definitely not Xcel.

We hired One source remodeling to complete a full remodel of our shower and 4 restrooms. Our experience with Ray (the owner) and his crew of subcontractors was terrible. Once source remodel utilizes a different  unexperienced and unprofessional subcontractors. We had multiple issues from our shower glass ordered incorrectly, resulting in us not having a fully functional shower for weeks, plumbing issues, and extremely poor communication. Ray the owner leaves everything in hands of his subcontractors who show up late, or don't show up at all. Once our remodel was completed he never came back to do a post sale inspection to check on the work.

We had to call him multiple times and we received excuse after excuse and months later we still haven't had all the issues resolved. His subcontractors talk about how bad One source remodeling is and how Ray is unexperienced. For example he measured our glass incorrectly, left our faucet unaligned, made a mess in our ceiling, didn't caulk several areas of the restroom. When brought up to Ray he said he was in Florida and would take care of it personally. Six weeks latter he's still on vacation and he cant take care of it.

I had to dispute the last payment with American Express as he never took care of the last details after he received payment 2 months in advance. Do not hire this company unless you want a bunch of excuses and lies. He comes in his van and presents well but  hands off the work to sloppy subcontrators.

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes.  Must be a reflection of ownership!  Won't ever go there again!

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
