Michael was wonderful. Scheduled him out to replace wheels on a glass sliding door. We ended up having him do 2 sliding doors with wheel replacement snd found out he could also rescreen the sliding screens.  Then We thought to mention our broken latch on the front screen door and he new just what to do.
He did all those repairs and In a fast efficient way.  
Cleaned up after himself and was very friendly.  
We also ended up ordering 3 window screens for winter when I don't want the dark sun screens on.
I can't tell you how nice it is to have it all done within a few hours with one company. Everything looks and works great. Michael was wonderful and has pride in his work and his business. I would highly recommend!!!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a business. I submitted an online quote request on Wednesday evening, got a phone call around 8:45am the next morning and the mirror was done by 11am and ready to pick up. It was affordable, super quick, and everyone I dealt with was very nice. Excellent experience, highly recommend!!!

I hired True View Windows a referral a friend had given me. They came out did great consultations and estimates. I scheduled my install they were prompt on time. I had Nick Baker and his assistant do the install of the windows. They were very efficient very quick they were done with in seven hours.
I highly recommend this company with pricing and communication.

Over all we are super satisfied with the front door and sliding door wall we received. The price was fair and the finished products are beautiful. Our doors were a train wreck to begin with, needless to say I was crying tears of joy when I was able to shut our front door and not see any light shining around the seams.

Jason and the team were quick, clean and respectful of our home during the installation. My only comment would be the install took several visits, and though he set up a tentative time to come back and complete the project (multiple times), often times that date/time would roll around without so much as a phone call or text from him to let me know they were on their way or had to reschedule (which is what happened twice.).That's unfortunate because I took work off to meet them, only to be disappointed when they no call no showed.  They seemed spread thin, it's good to be busy but without proper communication that could be a problem in the future for their business model.

Of course, eventually (2weeks from start of project to completion) it's all good and done, and we are super happy with the doors. The solar tinted sliding glass doors are a must!

Asked for a quote via email so that I could bill the insurance company from a delivery gone wrong.
They replied to my Yelp message, but ceased all communication after the initial response.
Not sure what happened, but it appears you will have poor communication through this company. Good luck!

After multiple complaints about the roof, and being told that's the way it should be my insurer asked for an independent inspector and he found issues to be corrected. The warranty company, LoveOurRoof then came out to repair multiple times. They lifted up my evaporative cooler and the condensation line from my ac and now water is pouring out of the units, but I am told that it is because my units are in disrepair (although prior to any roof work the units were fine). If I had to do it over, definitely not Xcel.

This  has been the worst experience by far!
Ray Baxter is a narcissist crook who was verbally abusive to me and his own wife. He blames everybody else in fact it's his clueless ways of running a business! He will yell at customers if he doesn't get his money when he wants it. His installer Simon is not licensed and illegal

Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor service. Seems like the employees are inept along with attitudes.  Must be a reflection of ownership!  Won't ever go there again!

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
