I just signed a contract with Gorilla Builders to build a new custom home. I was very impressed with how professional they are and their price was more than competitive, far lower then other general contractors. I was planning on being a owner builder but after talking to Jeff I decided it would be very nice to have a builder with his reputation behind me. I also saved $10,000 on my loan by having a general contractor as my builder.

Green Home extended our second floor into an unneeded high ceiling over the first floor giving us valuable additional closet space.  They took care of the drywall, painting, electrical, molding, and installing a new door.  They also handled the refinishing and re-staining of the wood floors on the 1st floor.  All in all, great work at a reasonable price.

Doug at Husbands 2 Go provides excellent services with fair prices and top notch work. He is punctual, very responsive and very pleasant to work with!

I originally called him to fix/replace my broken shower pan. The quote I received to replace my shower was beyond the scope of what I was looking to spend to have a working shower at this time.

Doug was kind enough to refer me to a company that was able to simply repair and refinish my shower. The repair saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate that he was willing to refer me to another company knowing he wasn't going to get the business for the shower replacement. That was really cool of him.

When the shower refinishing/repair company came out to fix my broken shower, they discovered that I had a broken shower head pipe behind the wall. So, I called Doug to come out and give me an estimate to fix it. He was at my house within 30 minutes of the time I called him. Since the pipe was behind the wall, he also needed to cut and fix some of the drywall to get to the pipe. His quote was fair and reasonable, so I scheduled him to come out and fix it.

The day he came out, I asked him to also look at some piping under my bathroom sink. He noticed that the plumbing was screwed on too tight, so he loosened them up for me at no additional charge while he was there. He fixed the pipe and drywall. He worked efficiently and was finished within a couple of hours. I am very pleased to say that now I have a very nice working shower in my master bathroom.

All of this is thanks to Doug for his referral and shower head pipe repair. Next time I need a handyman, I will DEFINITELY call Doug at Husbands 2 Go! I strongly recommend him for your handyman needs!

I worked almost exclusively with Rob when I called JVR Contracting.  I purchased a home at the beginning of February, and I made a purchase offer knowing that the back patio ceiling and roof needed to be replaced.  After closing on the home, I talked to Rob so that he could come out and have a look.

I ended up getting three different contractors to come out and take a look.  Rob wasn't the cheapest of the three offers, but the reason I chose him was because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the three when it came to re-roofing the patio.  The framing and painting don't really mean anything if a crappy roof goes on top that leaks like crazy.

Rob's crew came out on a Friday morning, and they were done demolishing, reframing, reroofing, and repainting by about 2:30 on Saturday afternoon.  I think that's pretty impressive.  I waited to leave a review until I had a friend out who used to work as a general contractor, and he approved.  My patio, which previously looked like it was about to cave in, is now a pleasant place to pass an afternoon in the shade.

Rob is a very interesting guy.  He knows his stuff, and he can pretty much build or repair anything that might exist in a home.  I talked to him a half dozen times over the course of the project, and he always had a good answer.  He was very good at communicating what to expect at every step of the way, and he was willing to work with my schedule even when I wasn't sure I could take time off of work to ensure that his workers had access to my back yard.

The next time I need any type of renovation work on my home, I'm likely to give Rob a call.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Chris did for us. We needed one of our interior walls opened up to install a window AC unit.  I called countless contractors and since the work we needed was considered small-scale, many contractors wanted to grossly overcharge or not do the job at all.  But Chris treated me with respect and as much significance as I'm sure he treats his high-scale job clients.  His professionalism is just one of his many proficiencies.
Chris was extremely helpful with planning how to do the job efficiently and cost-effectively and he always responded to my questions and concerns promptly.  Chris's work was perfect!  He stuck to the plan and his finished product was flawless.  He even cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming up drywall dust!  I couldn't be happier with Chris and I will be calling him for any work I need in the future.

Was very respectful, compassionate, and honest which is hard to find nowadays. Installed window awnings on a difficult 2 story house.  Purchased appropriate hardware rather than weekday was included in the kit. Very detail oriented. Noticed original home builder made balconies out of stucco with major water damage. Installed flat roofing appropriate enough to be a fumctinal balcony with water drainage. Top notch service. I met Ed Krolak and his team when I purchased my home in anticipation of a complete remodel. Two words to describe EJK Construction: quality and integrity. Ed was generous with his time and knowledge right from the beginning. Once we officially began the remodel and started tearing out walls, that did NOT change! Ed, Brian, and Eddie were with me every step of the way! They allowed me the space and time to make important design decisions, all while keeping the overall project moving. The inevitable challenges were handled quickly and with appropriate urgency.

The remodel turned out better than expected and I couldn't be happier! I consider Ed and his team part of my Arizona family and would use them again in an instant! In fact, I will be working with them on an outdoor living area project... which I am confident will be just as stunning when finished!

QUALITY! Great craftsmanship, efficiency and reliability. Mike George did a bid for us on a gut-and-rebuild of our master bathroom that was reasonable and gave us a start date that was met. The timeline and cost only shifted because we added to the project, but otherwise he was spot-on with the estimate. We were fortunate to have brothers Nick and Tim  working on our master bathroom in addition to Mike. We actually enjoyed having them in our house each day! They were so easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions as the remodel progressed. We were able to purchase quite a few things online, in addition to the purchases made through the company, and they helped to make sure I got the specs right!  Kim was so helpful in comparing costs so that we would get the best price possible.  She also kept me (and our vendors) on track with our own purchases so that we would stay as close as possible to the timeline. The team was flexible and worked around any potential delays and the project finished within a reasonable time period. The sub-contractors (tile, shower door) were wonderful and reliable. Additionally payment to contractors can sometimes be an issue but not with George Construction. It was so easy to compare bid costs to the actual periodic bill we received and paying online was a snap. Invoices were clear and there were absolutely no surprises. And now that we are completed, can I say that our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! And the workmanship is guaranteed for a year.  I highly recommend George Construction for any remodeling job you may have.

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

This company rocks! We collected several drywall estimates and Bill at Drywall Perfection was not only the best price but he seemed the most knowledgable of all the companies we met with. We had knocked down a pony wall and then extended it to a full wall and needed the texture done to match the other half of the wall. We also wanted him to redo the texture that one of the previous owners had done themselves and did not match the rest of the house. Bill came out and took a look at it and gave us a fair estimate. When we decided to go with him he was able to schedule us a few weeks out and then was able to move us up when another job was rainchecked do to a family emergency. On workday Bill and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were all very professional and kind. Even though we had not moved into the house yet and didn't have much furniture in they still laid down tarps and made sure everything was covered. They were able to finish the work in a day and man did they do a nice job. They matched the exsisting texture, made seams and cracks disappear and really made our new wall look like it was a part of the original build with how professional the texture looks. Bill gave us advice on what kind of primer to use so that the texture would set well and last long. The thing we loved the most about Bill is that he is a family man first and a drywall guy second. He was happy to show us pictures of his daughters and talk about their accomplishments. We really appreciate someone who doesn't just live to work but works to live. So, if he doesn't call you back right away, don't sweat it. He will and he will do an awesome job, he's probably just at one of his daughter's dance recitals. Bill and the crew at Drywall Perfection are worth the wait.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath!  From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were  Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place - and more! Contacted Danny through yelp, got a rough estimate and scheduled an on-site meeting for a more in depth view of our master bath remodel. First I must say, I'm particular to whom I contract with and punctuality can typically be a first impression indicator. You don't have to be 10 minutes early, just be on time. Danny scheduled a time due to his heavy workload, and he stuck to it. My wife and I met with him, discussed our options and decided to hire him to replumb our entire shower. Keep in mind, not because he was the cheapest, but because he spoke with confidence, understood what we were asking for and knew how to knock it out.  We added a second showerhead, 3 way diverter, capped a drain and moved and centered a new drain. Danny is meticulous, and left our bathroom clean and free of any construction debris. Kudos to these guys. I will absolutely recommend Danny and his crew to anyone looking for plumbing work. And now when some asks about a plumber I'll say, You're in luck, I've got THE guy. Lastly, we went through several contractors looking for someone to do this work, however without a doubt, Danny is THE GUY you want doing it.
