I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

Excellent describes Doug's work! I had him replace a hot water heater and repair the drywall box it sat on. Doug was on time, fair, professional and kept things tidy as he worked...he was also kind and personable. Thanks Doug for saving the day! Both my husband and I are grateful.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

WOW! What a great company! We are selling a property and needed some work done FAST. They were reliable, were able to get all of the random items completed from the inspection report, and all within a timely manner and really affordable. We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

I really don't like giving bad reviews, but when I am made to feel like I am being blown off its really aggrivating. I contacted Drywall Perfection initially on March 1st for a quote on some drywall repairs. I did get a response back same day asking for my address and stated they would see what they could do. I provided my address with no response. A week later on March 8th I followed up to see if they could still provide a quote. I received a response someone could head over right then, but I was not available until later that day. Their response was they can have someone stop by in between jobs to give a quote. I asked to schedule an appointment as my repair was not an emergency but was told it was just a two man crew that are very busy and do their best to make it out. Their page says by appointment only, but they wouldn't schedule one. I am unable to wait home every day waiting for them to swing by in between jobs. I didn't hear back from them after March 8th after requesting a follow up on when they could come out. Its amazing to me they are so busy, but don't have time for potential new customers. I ended up finding someone else who wanted the work.

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Of the three contractors that we have used for various large projects over the years, McCurdy is leaps and bounds the best.  Great communication, fantastic remodel ideas, keeps to the timeline, attention to detail and amazing results.  The entire team from estimate to final detail work are of extremely high caliber.  I highly recommend!!!

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.
