The worker was on time to replace my auto front windshield. He was totally professional, very neat, and everything worked as it should!  I would recommend their service.

It was incredibly easy getting our cracked windshield replaced. You just have to call, they will get your insurance on the line to authorize it then they scheduled a repair guy to come out within a 2-3 days! He came directly to our house which was super convenient. They communicated well via text which was also nice to know when they were on their way day of while I was working from home. I highly recommend Universal Glass and will be using them in the future.

I had an issue with the customer service on my job. (see below).  Upon seeing my review, I received a follow-up call from the owner of the company.  He looked into the matter and called me directly.  He was very gracious and assured me that his company strives for the best in customer service and customer satisfaction. He lives by his word about customer service and making the customer happy.  He and his company really are as good as I had been told.  Thank you Universal Glass for the great job on my window, following up and for the great customer service and satisfaction.  I now feel comfortable in recommending you to others who need glass and window repairs.

I received 3 different quotes from this same company for the same job.  Each sequential quote was higher than the previous quote.  My 3rd quote was $230 higher than the original quote.  I questioned their estimating charges because the final quote included double the labor charge of my first quote.  Their answer amounted to lame excuses.

I had heard good things about their work so I had them do the work.  I agree they do great work and the job was done to my satisfaction.

When I received the final invoice I was charged for double the labor it took to complete the job.  I called to ask for an adjustment and they refused.  I would not recommend this company due to their shady business and pricing tactics.  I really expected them to do the right thing and charge me the correct amount for the labor.  If I did this to my customers at my business I would not have any customers left.

Highly recommended. I've received nothing but exceptional service when we had our windshield in our truck and car! They scheduled around my available and are very flexible, reliable, timely and do excellent work.

Had Universal come quote me to replace a broken patio door/glass on a house we just bought. Very prompt and attentive. They came out and quickly provided a quote. They were very persistent in following up with me--which is fine, I didn't mind, but I was waiting until we got the flooring replaced (they were using jackhammers to remove tile) just to avoid any chance of breaking the repaired window.

I had gotten 3 quotes (always get 3 quotes for everything!) and Universal had told me on every phone call that they had a low price guarantee. So, today I'm ready to move forward with the repair and I sent them the lowest of my 3 quotes so I could give them my business.

So, after a brief exchange where they seemed to imply that the competitor quote I sent them didn't include installation (um....it did) I got the following reply.

Unfortunately we are not able to beat that quote. I apologize. Have a great day!

Doesn't really matter to me. I just hope their guarantees on their work are better than the guarantees in their marketing!

I've used Universal Glass numerous times and would highly recommend them! They are always professional and courteous.

Caught a rock on the 101 that caused a good sized chip on the driver side of my car windshield. Universal had someone to my house in less than two days to do the repair. I can now barely see where I got hit. Insurance picked up the tab. Can happily check that chore off the list.

Alex was the service technician today for one of those small, yet pesky, windshield dings. I wanted to say that he called ahead, was on time, was extremely courteous, personable and provided awesome service.

One of the things that struck us was that he really likes his job!  That's great to see these days!  Great asset, Universal Glass.

I had my vehicle windshield repaired by Alex today and he did a great job! He got all the dings, cleaned the glass inside and out so it's spotless, and vacuumed the floor boards. He went above and beyond. I highly recomend him!

They were great. Easy to communicate with and they got my windshield taken care of. Alex was awesome! He was very helpful and extremely nice. Thank you so much Alex!

I used this company to replace my two upstairs windows. I don't think they have ever been replaced prior. The team in the office had great communication and Angel the technician who did my measurements and install did a great job! Thanks guys!

We had our windshield replaced by Alex and he did a great job. He not only showed up on time and replaced the windshield but he detailed the inside of my vehicle. cleaning it out and vacuumed it. Would highly recommend him doing it again.

I was very impressed with my experience with Universal Glass. I went to the location in Gilbert and it was the easiest process. They called me an Uber immediately after I dropped off my car. When my car was ready they had an Uber waiting for me outside my home to go back and pick my car up. Everyone was super friendly and it was one of the easiest experiences with car maintenance I've ever had. I will definitely go back the next time I need my windshield replaced.

Ugggh...broken windshield on a new BMW.  I really didn't know where to turn and was referred to this company by a friend.

Can I give more than 5 stars???  This company came to my work, replaced the windshield and worked with my insurance company like it never happened.  Super convenient, professional and I even got the same Pilkington brand windshield it had when it was delivered new.

Phoenix roads can be the worst I'll be keeping this contact around.

Called my insurance because we had a cracked windshield and I was actually unsure if we had glass coverage. Before you judge, we just moved here two months ago, and didn't know this was a thing, to need your windshields replaced so often in the desert. We had 2 chips we could live with in the first 3 weeks, and then in the second month, a rock and a flat out crack.
Anyway, my new insurance rep said, call Universal Glass, they are awesome, and gave me the number to the east valley branch.
Called on a Thursday, they were here on a Monday with the right glass for my Audi hybrid. Fantastic.
Ryan, the tech, was wonderful and efficient. I suspect he will be my new BFF.
Excellent and smooth process. I don't know if other glass companies operate similarly, but I have zero reason to look elsewhere in the future.

I had previously written an unfavorable review on March 3rd 2021.  Today I received a call from Logan, the General Manager.  She was very nice and concerned.  Before I wrote the review the person said she had spoken with her supervisor, it doesn't appear that it was Logan.  Logan refunded the amount that was over the amount we had agreed on and assured me that she would be in communication with her staff.  I think anyone can have an issue, but if they try to fix it in a favorable way, they get grace!  So I wanted the review readers to see that they did try to make it right!  I am sure this situation won't happen again.

Brand new Lincoln, 105 miles...glass places said no windshield available, wait time of 10 days.

Great service. Alex did a great job. He was very meticulous and explained exactly what he was doing. He answered  all my questions and cleaned up everything   He worked quickly and finished within an hour. I definitely recommend Universal Glass.

Ryan came out to my home in Mesa and was really such a pleasant young man. He called about a half our early and said that he was on his way, which always nice and some companies won't do this. Had many positive things to say about his company with absolutely all great things. The windshield came out great going out to take the blue tape now. Thank You Ryan and Universal. Also, this company totally stands behind their work with a warranty. I recommend them.

I would totally recommend this company for your home glass repair & replacement! Billy the glazier/technician did an excellent job, he went above and beyond a normal replacement of my master bath window, which had recently started leaking. After checking with a few other local glass repair companies, I chose this company as Monique in the office was the most professional, had the fairest prices, and by far the best service I've received from ANY service provider here in the valley! If you need glass repair or replacement on your house, choose Universal Glass, you wont regret it!

Outstanding!!! Thanks to Logan and Robert, my truck was back on the road with no lost time! The Service Technician was quick to replace the driver side glass, thanks to him the Truck was no longer vulnerable to the expected rainstorm.  Universal Glass is top notch i strongly recommend them! +

First time I used Universal Glass I told them I needed a windshield replacement. They came out and had to reschedule because they didn't bring the glass. They thought they were there to repair. So we rescheduled and they did the glass. A few months later the rubber sealing came off of my car. We called to get that replaced and the come out. Guess what they need to reschedule again because someone who took the call didn't tell them that they needed to replace the seal. So now we wait till our next appointment. I just find it frustrating and poor communication with their  employees and their service. I will go with someone else next time.

So a windshield repair pretty much goes well... or it does not.  From the start this process was efficient and painless.  The appointment process of friendly and efficient and completed in less than 7-8 minutes (more than 1/2 that time was taken by insurance company verification procedures and not by Universal Glass!).

The tech (Dennis) came out ON TIME.  He identified himself appropriately and informed me of what was going to happen.  After a few minutes he rang the doorbell again to inform me of a piece of trim that was broken.  I knew it was already broken and told him so.  30 minutes later he rang the doorbell again and indicated the job was done (the exact time he said it was going to take).

He also fixed the little trim piece that was broken. Nice touch.

They replaced my windshield but damaged my dashboard.  They sent a guy to look at it and he claims it was already that way.  No!  It was not!!!Now I am waiting for the supervisor to get back to me.  I called my insurance and they said I need to get an estimate and try to get Universal auto glass to repair this.  We'll see how that goes!  Thanks for ruining my car Universal auto glass!!! You suck!

Robert-first of all you do NOT know about my car!  It has NOT been in the Arizona sun for 11 years!  You need to shut the eFF up before you start speaking like you know the history of a car that you #1 did not see and # 2 who says you're the expert in Pontiacs!  If you sincerely felt bad for my situation you would not have actrd like an asshole on the phone call.  As a business owner you should have suggested I get the estimate instead of denying any responsibilty and acting like an asshole!  And btw the dash was NOT warped.  So SUCK IT!

I just had my windsheild replacee earlier this month.  I called around a couple of places and got absolutely outrageous quotes.  When I called for a quote from Universal Glass, the man on the phone actually seemed like he cared.  He even asked what prices I found and matched my lowest price even after giving me his quote.  I told him I would pay his quote because it was more than resonable.   He said he could have someone out on Monday.  I didn't make my decision quite yet so I said I would call him back.  I was waiting to hear from some other places.  He was also very knowledgeable about the glass that would be installed in my car and was more than happy to answer any of the questions I had.

Before hearing from other places, he called me back apologizing that he misspoke about being able to  have someone come out on Monday but he could for Tuesday and that he would honor the lowest price I found.  I was pleasantly shocked at the fact that he called me back  and was persistant that he would only charge me the lowest price I found that day.

I decided right then and there, and made an appointment.  They were on time, fast and efficient.  They even gave a follow up call and assured me that I can call back if I had any other questions or concerns.  I was extremely happy with the service I received with this company and if the glass lasts (:-P)  I will definitely call them back if i need another replacement for that car or any other vehicles I own.

I always try to support locally owned businesses, and I was happy to have chosen Universal. The technician was quick, courteous, and professional, and the job was done right. It was an all-around great experience working with them.

Everyone at Universal was very friendly and accommodating. They worked with my insurance without any issues whatsoever. From my initial inquiry, to the post install followup call, they were informative, knowledgeable, and professional.

Dustin did a fantastic job replacing my rear door window! He showed up right on time, was very polite. I would refer Universal Glass to anyone needing replacement glass!

Lady I spoke with was really great and gave us all the information we needed. Decided to choose them for our glass needs. The day of the appointment scheduled, no one shows up so I called. Apparently I wasn't in the system. Incredibly disappointed.

Less than a week after buying a new car, my windshield was cracked from a rock on the 51. I scheduled an appointment with Universal Glass to replace the windshield. Joseph from Universal called when he was on the way, showed up as promised and was extremely meticulous and careful while removing the old windshield and installing a new one. One of the first things he did was inspect the factory installation of the original glass and pointed out areas that could cause me concern after the new windshield was installed. Smart man!! He was patient with my questions and very careful during the entire process. I was quite impressed with his expertise and the care he took while doing the job. If you can get Joseph to replace your windshield, you will be very satisfied with his work. Thanks Joseph!!

Was happy with the service they provided. Called them on the weekend and had an immediate response from them.  They came out the Monday and gave me a quote. Steve said Door needed to be  replaced so we did not have window repaired.  Thanks for the quick response.

Top Notch Glass install, Vince came out for the second time on our other vehicle and he came through again needless to say with professionalism that this company emulates for others to follow. We hope that this company flourishes and continues to grow with their top notch employees and management.

Don't use these guys, here is the complaint I just sent to my Insurer, Farm Bureau:

Good afternoon XXX, I'd like to lodge a complaint against Universal Auto Glass, I don't know when they repaired my windshield, maybe a year ago? A year and a half?  Anyway, about 4-6 months ago they called and wanted to know how the windshield is doing, everything OK? Etc?  I complied and spent a few minutes answering the ladies questions about the service and the windshield, no problems, no complaints, windshield is doing it's job.  Since then, they have called me about eight more times; calls number 2 through about number 7, I politely told them that they had already called me and that everything was good and there was no need to follow-up or call me anymore.  Now, this guy calls me today with the same questions and after telling him that you guys have called about 8 times he fires back at me I haven't called you 100 times!, I stated that I didn't say that, to which he continued to be hostile and after I threatened to call Farm Bureau and lodge a complaint, he told me to make sure that you tell them it's Universal Auto Glass! and then he hung up.  What gives with these guys?

Windshield is doing it's job, but I don't need a bunch of harassing calls.

Friendly and helpful customer service, and great glass installer. My windshield cracked while visiting family in Phoenix, and Universal was amazing. They helped me put it through my insurance, and were very knowledgeable. I didn't have to take my car anywhere! They came to me and replaced the glass on the spot. I've since come back home to Cali, and my windshield still looks perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I had his and my car windshield replaced by universal and his office building glass door. That's 3 separate orders that they have done a fantastic job. They are Friendly, responsive & professional. I will use them for any glass replacement I need and I highly Recomend them.

I have had my windshield replaced and 2 chips repaired in the last year and I always get the best service from Universal Auto Glass.   The technician is always professional, on time, and fast!  I would highly recommend them for your auto glass needs!!

Called Universal one day for windshield replacement. They came out the next day. Service provider was very courteous, professional and efficient.  Price was reasonable and very fair for product and service delivered.  Only downside is service tech could not provide a receipt for the cash payment. Not a big deal unless you had a problem in the future.  I will call this business again when I need a windshield.

I had one of the most horrible experiences of my life attempting to get a windshield replaced on a 2014 Rogue. First attempt last week I scheduled a windshield replacement for the usual 4 hour window. At the 11th hour the technician calls me and tells me that he just arrived at the dealership to pick up the windshield and it was defective. Shortly after this call I received a call from Universal glass east Mesa office stating the driver had to slam on his brakes and the windshield was broken. I wonder which story was true. So like someone who needs a windshield I rescheduled for today for the normal four hour window. The technician arrived looked at my windshield and told me that the windshield required a very unique molding he also stated that the dealership told him that the windshield did not need a unique molding and blamed it on the dealership. My question would be while at the dealership I wonder if there were any 2014 Roques on display that this technician could've looked at. He could've tripped over three Roquesvbefore he got to the parts window for the windshield. Bottom line is if you want shifting blame, low probity related to excuses and have affinity rescheduling your day for four hour windows the use Unversal. You know what usually works for the midfle class tax payer, self accountabilty and honesty. I let my State Farm Agent know about this travesty.
