Epic Glass is a family own and operated business. In 2012 Epic Glass began to operate with one purpose in mind, to be the BEST. While it was a very ambitious goal, founder Jonathan Guzman felt it was certainly likely by following some basic principles. He considered that if he surrounded himself with experienced capable people committed to providing quality and service to his customers, the company would succeed. After gaining experience with great business over the valley he decide to open his doors to implement best practice. Today he is looking into building a great reputation, getting connections that last for a lifetime and the opportunity to earn your business, and trust. All estimates are free and flexible according to materials and scheduling. The highest compliment we can obtain is the opportunity to help your family and friends with their glass needs. We never compromise quality for time and give our clients realistic timelines that accommodate their lives.

Jonathan is super professional and I highly recommend his services. He answered all messages immediately, installed new glass on my doors quickly, didn't add any extra fees to his quote, and the results look awesome! Will definitely use him again for future needs!

Jonathon is a really nice person, which is making me a tad more lenient with this rating.

Horrible communication. This company was extremely difficult to work with after we paid our 50% deposit. They told us that after we paid our deposit, the door would be ready in 15 business days. Once it was clear the door was late, they never communicated with me and I constantly had to check in for the status.

35 business days later, I got a text the door was ready for install. They scheduled install and said they'd be there between 8-9 am. At 830 am I got a text saying the installer was sick and we had to reschedule.

The morning of the rescheduled install, Jonathan said he'd be a little late, after 830. At 11:30, he still wasn't there but a potential customer of his showed up at my house to pay him a deposit. This is extremely unprofessional to give a clients address. Jonathan wasn't even there! The random customer finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

The day he was supposed to install, he lied over and over about where he was. He constantly said he would be here soon or on my way it's pretty clear he double booked us and hoped we were gullible enough to believe it.

Finally showed up 4.5 hours late with the wrong glass!!! They put our order oh wrong. We had to wait a other few weeks for the new glass.

The install didn't go well. It took 10 hours because our slate floors are uneven so he had trouble getting the door to line up. The actual final door is wonderful , although we have to have our handy man come out to fix a ton of the areas around the door.

There we're holes / gaps where air and bugs could get in. It took 3 more weeks to get this fixed.

I had an appointment with Jonathon to come give me an estimate to replace all the glass in the windows at my home. His company has a Gilbert address and I am in Chandler. He missed our appointment and whwn I called him to remind him he had an appointment with me he at first didnt know who I was. Then after I told him he acted like of course he remembers and he said he would be another half hour because he was stuck in traffic. Baloney!! I told him to forget it and tthat I dont want to do business with him.
