HISTORY

Established in 2005.
Empire Doors, Windows, Hardware and More was established in 2005, by Mariano and his wife Olga in Phoenix, Arizona. The shop opened when their kids were very small and often brought their children to the office to help out with small tasks like organizing brochures, sweeping the shop or dusting off displays in the showroom. It was always a family effort, especially over the weekends or summers when there were no classes or homework for the kids. As the family business grew, word spread quickly about the quality of Empire's installs, products and friendly staff, it was evident that the hard work was paying off. Today, Empire sells and installs high-quality products including energy efficient windows, interior and exterior doors, patio doors, moulding, residential hardware and commercial frames, doors and hardware. Empire's employees have become part of the Olvera family. Their dedication and hard work keeps moving Empire forward and will continue to do so for many years to come.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

This December, Empire Doors & Windows will be celebrating it's 13th year anniversary. Mariano, owner and founder, brings 30 years if of industry experience into his business. He began working in the door and window business alongside his father and uncle when he was just a teenager. He quickly learned that customer service and craftsmanship are two critical components of a business' success. It wasn't until December 2004 that he decided to start his own company, Empire Doors, Windows, Hardware & More. Mariano has lead this business with honesty and integrity, principles that we are proud to know are still put into every project we work on.

I put off replacing my windows for 15 years, daunted by the task. However, I met with Mariano from Empire and he guided me from start to finish. I felt very comfortable, he took the time with me, going through each step of the process. The team of Marco, Ben & Luis arrived on time & were very friendly. Each guy set off in the various areas & knew exactly what needed to be done. They cleaned as they went & worked together like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend Empire for your window & door needs.
Bam!! I have new windows installed & they are gorgeous.

Mariano did an amazing job installing our doors at our house. I was renovating my house and I wanted to install new doors for the whole house. He was very patient and gave me good recommendations. I'm for sure coming back to replace my windows next

Uncoordinated company nothing is organized. Would not recommend, there's a reason why this company cannot succeed.

I rarely give 5 starts, but I could not think of a reason not to. My first time window buying, I got about 4 quotes, all pretty similar in cost, but Mario from Empire was great to deal with. He responded quickly and answered every question I had always setting my mind at easy about a big or little detail via phone call, text or email. I was a bit nervous the night before install, but it went great, the guys were hard working, clean and respectful, no issues whatsoever. I have a few more windows to replace later and will def reach out to Mario and recommend to friends, very professional and competitive.

We had a window in a rental unit that I was sure needed to be replaced. Mariano stopped by for a quote and instead of taking me for a new window said he could just fix the existing one. He did. On the stop and $85 later we have a working window. He could have easily got the more expensive route - but didn't, and I think that says a lot about him! Thanks M

Do not order windows from them . Long story short... They have awful customer service. After paying for three windows, two of the windows took about three weeks longer than they had confirmed. They never called to tell me there was a problem with the window. When I called them they stated there was something wrong with the window so they sent it back. They never called me to let me know this was going on. When we picked up the window and got it home we realized the screen was missing. They had the nerve to say that the screen was there at pick up - that's an absolute lie. It's also crazy that they would actually say that to me. After finally getting the screen picked up and installing it it was damaged. Our window installer had to take everything apart and remake the screen. I did not want to call them because I was so tired of arguing with these people. I also want to state that the windows look to be like they were made very cheaply I posted some pictures. I prefer to post happy reviews but this time no way these people were awful to deal with

100% happy with this company and Mariano's excellent customer service. I had 4 different window companies visit my home for a quote. Very competitive pricing, plenty of options and Mariano is amazing. I never felt pressured, he answered all of my (many) questions... even weeks (maybe months) later when I was still having trouble deciding. Communication with this company and their staff is superb. Installation was completed on time. The crew who completed the project were clean and respectful of my home. Absolutely happy with my new windows and decision to work with this company. Definitely recommend.

Windows look great!

Going to use them for our front door once I have the cash.

They arrived on time, completed 8 windows in less than 6 hours and cleaned up the mess.

Great communication as we discussed options on windows.

I called a few weeks back and spoke to the sales person who after speaking with me for a few minutes needed to get back to me on a quote. I have no problem with that understanding that prices have to be looked up before issuing an accurate quote. He said he would call me back. Fast forward 2/3 weeks later never heard back so I called back and again spoke to a person who answered the phone who apologized for the delay in responding to me and said that the sales person was assisting another client. Fast forward 1 more week and again no call back. So I visited the website and wrote them a note. Fast forward another week. You guessed it, no response. So I guess my point being is this, Empire Windows and Doors may be a legit business the folk I've spoken with are pleasant and attentive however, not returning a customers calls (for whatever reason)is not the best way to do business. I suggest they either hire more sales people or put in place a better system that tracks your potential clients calls. Maybe set a reminder?

Sorry Empire you forced my hand here.
