With 15 years in the plumbing heating and cooling industry, I believed I could treat customers and employees better. The way I wanted to be treated! We value our customers with a understanding that repeat business and word of mouth is the best kind of advertisement. We respect them and there property. We thank them for our continued growth. I will Always remember what I felt like when a auto mechanic ripped off my mom! We are customers too. We are always seeking out highest skilled employees and compensating them with the highest pay grades, free medical insurance, paid holidays, paid vacations and constant education. West Coast Plumbing & Air is wonderful. right before Christmas my water heater starting pour water out the top, and I reached out to them, John sent Reid over right away to look at it. Reid realized my anode rod was completely gone and that it would have to be replaced, except it was the very end of the day. Reid left me his cell number to reach out overnight if I had any issues. The next day John and Michelle both reached out via text to keep me informed of the replacement status (making sure the warranty was applied, the progress as they got the new appliance). Reid came back and got us set up. I cannot tell you have grateful I am to West Coast Plumbing & Air for their personal service, not just the technician who came to my house, but the owners as well. This is not the first time I have used them, and service has been 110% every time. I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing & Air!

They just replaced both my 26 year old A/C units. The crew showed up on time. Both very polite and professional. The got them changed out in the quoted time. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. Great service, good pricing. Highly recommend.

Jerry from West Coast Plumbing and Air is the definition of Custer service. He came out after George Brazil literally tried to scam us into shotgun replacing parts to try and fix our heating issue and cost us THOUSANDS. Jerry came out to give us a second opinion and was upfront about what we would likely need. In the end it took a simple replacement of the tstat. Over the several days we were having issues Jerry reached out to make sure we were good. ​When this unit eventually breaks down we will be requesting Jerry by name. West coast P&A hired a quality employee.

Technicians for plumbing are fast and efficient figuring out a plumbing leak from upstairs.  Furthermore, had another issue with a bathroom not flushing and backing up into home.  Technicians scoped lines and found root in a pipe and fixed issue quick and easy.  Highly recommend! This is a six star company out of five!

Sunday morning, hot water heater leak was not what I wanted to deal with. I spent some time calling around. The only business that responded promptly, and could support my issue the same day was West Coast Plumbing. Brian was on time, very understanding, and got the issue resolved. Also, the price was right for me and there was no extra fees for Sundays! I will ONLY leverage West Coast for my plumbing needs!

We had a very unique situation we ran into while replacing our tub. I called WCP to help us with the install. They were quick in getting a tech out to us. Reid and another gentleman I didn't get his name were the techs. While they were working on the install we saw there was an issue with where the underground water lines were located and where the overflow and drain needed to go. They quickly came up with a resolution to this issue and got the job done quickly. The company was recommended to me from a friend and I must say they did not disappoint. I highly recommend asking for Reid when you call. Will definitely be using them again for our future needs.

Had a valve issue on Thanksgiving Day with a shower. Had to turn off the whole house water as we couldn't get it stopped. Called a few companies, several wanted a $350 trip charge due to it being a holiday. On Friday, with no holiday fee, plumbers said the supply houses were closed and parts needed to be ordered. Called John at West Coast and he found the part in :10 and had Luis scheduled to arrive a few hours later. All good now and paid a reasonable charge for professional service. Thanks, West Coast!

We've not had the best experience plumbers in the past but West Coast Plumbing & Air redeemed our prior negative experiences. They were incredibly responsive (call back in 5 min or less and a plumber out at our house in less than 24 hrs). Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us trouble shoot our issue. Even though they didn't do our repair (irrigation lines) we had such a positive experience that we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!

Can't say enough about these guys. They come out immediately when needed and do a great job. I've had an issue with my drains that Roto Rooter made worse and West Coast has been out twice to try and resolve it.. Even came out on a Sunday with no additional charge for a Sunday call. Came out again today as the issue happened again and NO CHARGE. John even stated that he wasn't sure what was causing the issues as he camera'd the line and couldn't find anything. I've had three different Plumbers from this company, Brian, Dave and now John... they're all amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Surprised at the 2 negative ratings as that has definitely not been my experience

My A/C was blowing hot air and the company who installed the unit and does our yearly maintenance was unable to come out for 4 days. I called West Coast Plumbing and they were able to come the next morning. He found that my A/C had a leak, but could not find the leak after several tries, he advised that he would find out when his supervisor was available and return with him. They were able to come back after 2 days, found the leak, and repaired it. Even though he was not able to find the leak on the first day, he communicated everything to me which is hard to find anymore. Will definitely use them again.

I thought with the positive reviews on here that I would have at least a 3+ star experience, sadly not so.  

I had an a/c issue, the air was blowing warm air... the call(s) to their office were a challenge to begin with which should have been a red flag.  I was given an appointment time and date, took the time off work and then I was stood up and told it would be another 24 hours before they could come out that they had a scheduling conflict.  The lady I spoke with on the phone, I think her name was Michelle was very short and rude on the phone which was unprofessional since THEY had no-showed me.  I was able to take my baby and dog to a friend's house for the night so I was reasonable and let them reschedule.  The next day, the service person showed up... 2 hours late with no valid explanation other than they were busy.  I received no courtesy call from their office, etc... about the delay and I had to call them to get an estimate on when he would actually arrive!

After 1 1/2 hours of the service man working on the unit and running up and down the stairs of my condo, I was told there could be not 1, not 2 but 3 different possible issues with the a/c unit.  The cost to repair would be over $800.00 PLUS labor!  Another red flag, how does one quote a repair with labor when they cannot be specific as to what exactly is to be repaired with 3 possible issues?!?!?!?!?

Much to the service man's apparent surprise, I called my husband who was out of town and is a former licensed contractor and gave him the update.  He instructed me to put the service man on the phone and then my husband proceeded to tell him that he needed to put the unit back together so it could again blow warm air and to leave.  I paid him for his time and he was off.

We had another company that graciously came out the same day after I explained what had taken place.  The service man was timely and had the repair discovered and fixed in less than 1 hour!  

My husband upon returning to town attempted to contact John the owner of West Coast Plumbing and Air to advise him of what had happened, not to get our money back, simply to let him know as a business owner of our unprofessional experience.  

John had nothing to say and didn't even apologize, he never indicated he had any level of concern about our experience, didn't ask any questions then said he had to get off the phone quickly brushing off my husband's attempt to better his customer service.  WOW ! ! !

There are too many customer service oriented A/C companies in town to ever do business with a owner and company run in this manner.  Please pass and find another company.

I woke up this morning to one of my air conditioning units not blowing cold anymore. I played around with it for a little bit to no avail. I called West Coast Plumbing and Air just before 8 a.m. today, a Saturday. I was told that the tech would be out sometime between 11 and 1 p.m. at 10:55 am my doorbell rang and there stood the tech! I gave him a briefing about what my problem was, he went up on the roof and a few moments later told me what the problem was. By 11:20 my AC was operational and blowing cold again. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! I had not used them for AC Service before, but had them out for a plumbing issue. They were not able to fix my plumbing issue after 2 hours but told me what they thought needed to be done and I just chose not to do it at that time. But they did not charge me for the two hours that they worked on that drain. I recently referred a friend to them, she sent me a message afterwards thanking me for the referral and what a great company these guys were and how quickly they fixed her issue. If you need your AC fixed call these guys! ( I'm sure they're pretty good with plumbing too I just have a really old house with bad plumbing LOL!)

Sadly I'm done with the neighbor who owns this company. in January they overcharged me 300 for a water heater replacement. When called on it they apologized and refunded that and an a.c. check. So I gave the benefit of any doubt and called again for my current a.c. issue. They charged me 125 and said I needed I new zone motor and it might be 800 to 900. But for the 125 charge it might last for a little. A week later it failed again. The sr tech said he would call back a week ago Monday with a price. Still no call.

So I went elsewhere and got 2 quotes to replace the motor for under 300. Done.

I'd avoid west coast plumbing. The owners either have poor management or allow it.

If you need a plumber or someone to service your air conditioning unit call West Coast Plumbing and Air. From beginning to end you are treated with kindness and respect. They really listen and work efficiently to get things fixed. You are not going to find a company with better service and quality than West Coast Plumbing and Air.

I just recently purchased a condo and have had trouble with my AC ever since. I've had previous technicians come and look at my unit saying everything was fine so I tried West Coast for a final opinion. Brian G. came out and not only went above and beyond by helping me understand how my system worked (it's a unique hybrid type of cooling), he did everything he could think of to get my unit to be more efficient. He was very knowledgeable and figured out more than previous technicians were able to do. I was very impressed by the service and patience as I asked many questions since this is all new to me. I will definitely be using West Coast Plumbing & Air in the future and requesting Brian for the service work.

As others have said, fantastic service from Brian at West Coast Plumbing and Air. Bought an older condo, and have had 6 different plumbers from 3 companies, yet nothing truly got fixed until now. Aug 5 Brian assessed our situation and then got right to it. His work is divided into two parts bc another contractor needs to do some things. Brian has completed part one (new pipes and washer box for our laundry) and we are so pleased with the outcome! We're looking forward to getting the rest of it done as soon as the house is ready.

Michael from West Coast Plumbing came out and helped us with a leak and adjusting a drainage pipe so that we can proceed with our new cabinet install on Monday.  During a conversation he mentioned that he did have plans this weekend and he was planning on preparing this evening but he stayed and completed the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work done. Michael arrived on time and completed the work even though it prevented him from starting his weekend. Thank you so much, so pleased to have found this company.

We were having some problems with our shower and we contacted West Coast Plumbing and Air to come out and take a look at it. They were able to get us an appointment quickly. The worker that came out was amazing! He took time to explain what the problem was. He was cautious to make sure that we had one working shower at a time because both of them needed work. I would highly recommend this company!

I have now had Brian from West Coast Plumbing out here twice and have been  so happy with his service I felt it'd be my duty to leave a positive review. He came out the first time for some routine faucet installations and repairs. He not only came out on short notice the day before Christmas but also went over and above by fixing something a different plumber had simply overlooked. The second visit was also on short notice and again he went the extra mile to help with pipe insulation. Considering the service they give and the savings I'll now experience from not wasting money with anyone else, I can say they have unequivocally earned me as a long term client.

Quick to schedule. My tech came out and hooked up my Common wire on my unit super fast. $75 fee to come out. He asked if I wanted him to install my new thermostat, but having already installed two at my old home... I figured I could handle that part. My dumb self forgot about the screen that requires HVAC configuration. In which you have to know what kind of unit you have. I reached out and asked if my tech could walk me through the screen. She told me he offered to install, but I said no. Which was accurate, nor what my issue was. She said he couldn't call and they would have to send another tech out to configure. And charge me another fee. From a customer service perspective, this was awful. Take care of your paying customers like they're your family. Thats what keeps them coming back. One screen I needed help with. Five minutes of his time. To make it a whopping 20 minute whole experience.

Earlier this morning we had Scott from West Coast Plumbing & Air to the house to figure out a problem with our heater.  Scott showed up exactly on time (actually three minutes early) and took a look at our heater.  He figured out the issue within minutes, told us the part that needed to be replaced and gave me an accurate price for the part and total repair.  We even got a discount for living in Fireside at Norterra.  

Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and a quick worker.  We would highly recommend West Coast plumbing & Air to anyone needing servicing on their HVAC or plumbing system.

I have to give a big shout out to WEST COAST PLUMBING. Jason did the work. I had a pipe burst behind my dish washer on Thanksgiving Day.  It was not done right by Do it Right Plumbing ( don't use them)  which was sent by my home warranty.  I went through 8! plumber's opinions and prices ranging from $875 to $2800! All this took 3 months trying to get my home warranty to do right by me! WEST COAST PLUMBING did it in less than 2 hours for $600. That including jack hammering into the cement without taking off the counter top, replacing that pipe and T so that the dirty arm went downhill from the sink to the mainline instead of uphill and patching back up the cement! They even lowered the price by $100 from the original quote since it went so quickly. Who does that these days!!!  Thanks West Coast Plumbing.

I had a leak in one of my hoses bib. I called and was able to get an appointmenthat same day. The price was fair and he even offered me a coupon in order to lower the price. He ensured the highest quality of repair by even putting on this extra piece on the hose bib to ensure no water leakage. He was friendly, reliable, and quick.  Excellent company

They were able to come out to my townhome faster than anyone near the holidays & gave me a reasonable quote after hearing the first quote i received from another company that sounded sketchy.  Plumber was able to come back the next day and fix the cracked pipe quickly and for a good price.  Thank you, after dealing with multiple sub contractors over the last month giving me the runaround, I appreciate promptness and your honest work.  Would use again!

A tech from west coast entered my rental unit without my permission (I am the owner) to help out my tenant. They broke the pipes connected to the bathtub, cut into the wall, and then my tenant called to tell me. They wanted to charge me to fix the mess they made, which I refused. Then they left the mess and my tenant with no working shower. When I called the manager to ask what they were going to do to fix it, they said sorry, it happened on Friday the 13th. I wish I was kidding.

It's July in Phoenix, so of course our A/C goes out. They say it's hard to stop a Trane, but they haven't met mine, it's been down a lot and it's only seven years old!

However, the silver lining to this cloud is West Coast Plumbing & Air. I called them this morning and someone was here in less than an hour.

They were professional, courteous, and they knew what they were doing. No one has ever got our unit up and running so fast.

They earned a customer today and my respect!

Beware. Don't use these guys. They have had to come out 4 times now since my air handler needed to be replaced and after each time my situation has only gotten worse. Flooded floors and no AC and the *#%# loser owner John just hangs up on my calls. Not reputable. Not responsible. Not worth your hard earned money.

The person on the phone was very courteous and polite. I was a little leery when the gentleman came to my home told me he wasn't really a plumber. As he's cutting my pipe to my kitchen. The job was very well done. And it was the most expensive casual conversation I had in a long time. My advice is to walk out of the room and let them do their job. More than likely I will ask them to come into my home again. But please make sure you ask them for a licensed plumber.

Exceptional customer service. Tech was due in 3-4 hours and he showed within the time we were told. The tech that came out was thorough and explained in detail to us what the problem was with our air conditioner. We needed a new part. He installed the part and completely satisfied. Ive also seen West Coast contributing it in the community. That is so awesome. Exceptional Company! Highly recommend and we will use West Coast for any future plumbing or air needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about west coast plumbing & air. They are an amazing company and they take care of their customers!  We had a clogged toilet late at night and they fixed it. We had a water issue outside the house and they fixed it fast. We had not one but two ac units go out within a week of each other and they came to the rescue!  West coast goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them to everyone!  Keep up the good work.

Wow!  Great customer service.   Our repairman was knowledgeable, polite and helpful.  He was very clean while repairing our hot water heater.  I had called early and left a message for service.  I received a call back within 15 minutes and was given an appointment for the same day.  We could not be happier with the experience.

I'm totally shocked this company has so many good reviews. Tonight I called them because my shower was gushing water even when it was on the off position. I called west coast and the gentleman that answered gave me an estimated time of 60-90 minutes. It is now 3hrs later and still nobody has came or called me. I proceed to call them and the same gentleman that answered the first time tells me his tech is busy and maybe I should call back tomorrow. I ask him why didn't he call and tell me this earlier and he tells me it's not his fault his tech is busy. I'm pretty sure they advertise as 24hrs. I could be wrong! I'm pretty sure if I was a man he wouldn't have been so rude to me. So my opinion look elsewhere

Living in Phoenix it's important to have an AC company you can rely on, and West Coast Plumbing & Air is that company.  I used them this week for the first time, and it was a great experience beginning to end.

I scheduled a routine maintenance check to make sure my old AC will be ready for another hot summer. The technician was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.  

To my disappointment the unit needed some new parts (disappointing but not a surprise since the unit is 12+ years old), and the tech took the time to show me the parts on the unit and explain everything in detail.

When we started talking about the price for the parts, he had everything in his book, which means they're not just setting prices as they feel like it - the prices for every part are outlined in their binder.  No nonsense & no price gouging, I like that.

The tech had to go pick up some of the parts but came back and finished the work same day.

I will absolutely use West Coast again, and I would recommend them to anyone needing AC or plumbing work!

I had a particularly bad experience with West Coast. Not because of the level of customer service - they respond very quickly to your calls. They are incredibly courteous. I am writing a poor review because of the low quality of work provided and what appears to me to be a lack of integrity in the bidding process.

They responded to our facility at a point when our air conditioning had shut down entirely - our front office was stifling. The prognoses they provided was poor at best - we had air conditioning units that had reached their last leg and would cost thousands to get operational. We had hours to commit to spending tens of thousands to replace our air conditioning units or risk having to wait.

We called some industry contacts to get a second opinion and realized that 1st the quote that we were being provided for new units was egregious. The competitive quote that we received was 40% (that is a 4 followed by a zero) lower to install the same equipment (a savings of over $6,000) if the units did in fact need to be replaced.

2nd - the technician that reviewed our units found that the real issue was poor air flow from a ten dollar filter, and  a few minor repairs (saving us nearly $15,000 - and he guaranteed the work). His prognoses - our air conditioning units would last for years with simple yearly maintenance.

The most disturbing part of my experience with West Coast Plumbing was what appeared to me to be deliberate actions to force me to purchase new units instead of honestly servicing the units we have. Our main unit was iced up - air flow needed to be unrestricted (changing the filter) - they didn't check the air flow but instead just pulled the breaker out of the unit and left it unplugged - told me it would be thousands to fix it and that they couldn't guarantee the work. When the other tech came by he plugged it back in and the unit instantly started pumping cold air. Replaced the air filter, and what do you know we saved $8000.

In addition, on the same day that they came to our facility, a mysterious Yelp review shows up on the site from another yelper named Keith R. praising their services. I have asked Yelp to review this - when they do and notify me that the review is legitimate, I will modify this part of my review. Until then, my recommendation would be to go to a different company.

An outstanding service experience with West Coast! Our AC had been doing false starts and wasn't always turning over. I scheduled a time (between 3-5) and received a call from the tech, Rob, saying he could come early! How often does that happen? I couldn't so he still came promptly at 3 pm and went to work: 10 mins in he'd diagnosed the problem, gave a price and fixed the issue in less than 45 mins! One that another company in town had fixed and charged much more about a year ago, without resolving the problem.  Rob fixed it in short order and at a very good price! I highly recommend these guys!!!

This is a great company!  The plumber who came is John and happens to be the manager too.  I have to say this is the best experience I had.  We had no cold water for about a yr.  John fixed the issue and cleaned out the calcium build up internally.  Most plumbers would replace the parts and up charge you with the parts and labor. He actually did not charge me anything because he was a little late.  I honestly did not expect that.  I am sure to call this company again for my plumbing issues. You all will not be disappointed by calling them.

Do not use this company, they are scam artists! I bought their Living Social deal for $39. After counting the number of vents I had he immediately went into the attic where my air handler is. 10 minutes later he came out and asked if I or anyone in my family had been sick lately, I said no and asked why. He then informed me I had mold in my furnace. First, wouldn't he know it's not a furnace? He told me he could not clean our ducts until we got that cleaned up. He said he would give me the managers special for $500.
I didn't trust this man, I don't remember his name, but he had a strong accent.
I told him I would need to talk to my husband and also shop around. He said I would not find a cheaper price, and left shortly after.
I called my A/C guy who had just replaced the coil and drain pan on our unit a month earlier. He said there had been no mold at that time, but he could come by and take a look to see if anything had changed.
Not to our surprise, there was no mold to be found whatsoever. Our A/C guy told us he sealed the unit shut after he was in there last month, and it was still sealed. All West Coast Air did was open up the access panel where the filter is, took the filter out, and left it laying up there. He never closed the access panel or put back the filter. Insulation was being sucked into our air handler and was being distributed throughout the house.
I have been doing my research, and apparently this is a very popular scam amongst air duct companies. Do your research and go with a reputable company!

West Coast Plumbing is a Great Air Conditioning and Plumbing Company. I have used them on two occations, and the repairs and water heater replacement cost less than I expected.

Robert the technician is very friendly and does quality work. The owner john is very easy going. I would recommend West Cost Plumbing and Air to my friends and family.

I've used West Coast for plumbing work many times on numerous houses. I've never had problems with their work. The work has always been top notch.  However, my overall experiences have been mixed mainly due to pricing.  In some cases their pricing was too high and I couldn't justify using them.  I recommend that you always get multiple quotes and compare pricing.

Unfortunately, we have to update our review that we will be finding a new company for our heating, AC and plumbing needs.  After what we thought was building a relationship with a company for over five years, purchasing a new energy efficient
water heater for over $1,000 and and entirely new AC unit for over $7,000-customer service does not exist.  We had a service call because the house didn't feel cool right before Memorial Day.  The technician came and short cutted the service not looking at the evaporator or thermostat.  He found nothing wrong and we paid $75 for the call.  We realized last week after continuing to experience the same problem and buying a $3 thermometer at the store that the thermostat is bad.  We called and asked for them to come back out but not charge the trip fee since the technician did not check these items the first time.  We were told we were out of luck and that we should have known that was that was the problem the first time.  Well if I could diagnose the AC myself, we wouldn't require a company.  The male owner, John is very level headed and give great service.  The woman who answers the phone during the day is awful.  There are many choices in the valley who will willingly take your money.  Find another vendor who hopefully you I'll provide some customer service after you've spend $10 grand over the last 4 years.

I have called this company before.  Moises came out & he was knowledgeable & professional.  I called them again yesterday because I suspected the freon was low in my A/C unit.  John asked me if my filter was clean & I appreciated him asking that before just coming out for a repair call.  He offered to come out yesterday.  I appreciate his quick response.  I was just talking to someone this week that had to wait several days for someone to come fix their A/C.

We had several issues we wanted a plumber to look at. I called WCP and set up an appt for first thing in the am. David texted me saying he was on his way, as scheduled. He arrived and within 15 min had assessed all our problems and had given us potential resolutions. Fortunately, we only needed him to fix our hot water heater and he did that within 30 min, even having left to pick up a part!! David was super friendly and very knowledgeable.  I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank u David!!

Great customer service!  Our water heater went out and David B. was super prompt at getting out to the house the very same day we called, we were given a 2 hour timeframe of arrival and he was there within the first 15 minutes of that time!  He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and even mentioned the coupon on their website that we could print off to save a little off the cost of our new water heater.  Honest estimate, good pricing.  Highly recommend!

I love West Coast Plumbing & Air! I had a home inspection that turned up some slight issues with the air conditioning unit of a home that I am purchasing. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted WCP&A first thing on Monday morning. Justin, who answered the phone was polite, courteous and scheduled the appointment for today. About 20 minutes ago I received a call from John (whom I believe is one of the owners) who stated I would love to say that there is something wrong with the unit and you need work (joking of course) but I couldn't find anything wrong with it. Not only did he ease my fears, he stated that he wasn't going to charge me since he was already in the neighborhood! I am a Realtor and this won BIG brownie points with me. Not only will I give them my future business, they can count on me for future referrals for all of my clients!!

We came home last night to an air conditioner that was blowing out warm air.  I put a call in and was given a service time of Sunday morning between 9 and 11 (holiday weekend).  The service technician arrived promptly at 9 am and our a/c unit was blowing cold air by 9:25.  The service we received from start to finish was respectful, courteous, and top notch.  We would recommend them to all our family and friends.

Started using these guys in 2013, and I was really happy with them.  Great diagnostics, and very conscientious of spending.  Recently, I have had some mixed results.  One example, I had them look at a unit.  They said it needed to be replaced, and they would not consider repair.  I was skeptical, so I called another company.  They repaired it for under $200, and months later it is still working.  Obviously someone can have a bad day and misdiagnose something; however, this has happened twice in the last year.  I would definitely use this company again, but I might get a second opinion, as my confidence is not 100%.

AC went out in my rental property after business hours... Didn't want my tenants in the heat so it was either an 24 hour service or a hotel.  I looked up business that were open now. Called several places and this one called me back within five minutes and had a guy in my area that could be there in an hour.  I wanted to check w/an old friend (A/C guy) first and John was super cool about that, no irritation or pressure.  I called back to go ahead with the service and had a guy there within 20 minutes.  Steve, the tech, was really nice, worked fast, and honored an online deal without me needing to jump thru hoops.  He gave my unit a look see, and even though I have never had it serviced he said it was good to go and recommended a DIY I could do in 6 months.  Didn't try to sell me anything extra.  Would definitely recommend!

We had a hot water leak in a pipe underneath our house. There was no sign of water in the walls or on the floor, only a large area of hot tiles in the laundry room floor. Dave from West Coast came over with some hi-tech sounding  equipment and pinpointed the location right away. After the tile and slab were removed, he promptly installed a new pipe. The service and experience couldn't have been better. My wife will be happy to have hot showers again! Thanks West Coast!

My experience with West Coast Plumbing was great.  I had been wanting to replace one or both of my toilets, but couldn't decide.  When Jim came out to give me a quote, his suggestion on what to do, both saved me money from my original plan AND I am much happier with this solution PLUS he was able to do the work that same day.  I would highly recommend West Coast Plumbing to friends and strangers alike!

Dispatcher didn't seem too alert when I first called. I called back an hour and a half later, he told me that he forgot to let the tech know. Tech got lost, had to spend about a half hour getting him to the house (it's not that difficult a house to find.) Had to make multiple phone calls to pay for service over the phone. When all was said and done it cost me 3 hours and approximately ten phone calls to coordinate getting a minor plumbing problem fixed. Service was overpriced for what I got and minimal customer service skills when addressing the issues. Wished it was a better experience. Will be using someone else next time, unfortunately.

I called for a almost emergency main drain clog during our remodel of the bathroom they sent out Brian who immediately got in to fix the problem that day he was honest and said that the clog had solved itself and instead of charging us the snaking fee and all that he only charged for his time! He was the very funny and nice and I appreciated his honesty about our pipes !

3 days without AC in 100 degree weather. Terrible communication skills. Never on time..
Unfortunately because I live in an apartment I have absolutely no control over who does repairs out of my maintenance guys scope of work. A call was placed by my complex Sunday afternoon, and someone was supposed to be here Monday before 1, they didn't show up until around 3 and never called to let me know they were on their way. I at around 2 I had to leave for work and I asked my maintenance guy to let them in for me. I came home from work after 10 pm to find a note on my door saying that someone would be back first thing in the morning with the replacement fan motor. At this point it is 90 degrees in my house. No one came the next morning, so I called again, and they said that they would not be able to get someone out here until between 1-3. The guy finally shows up at 4 and says that he has a really big job that he needs to go finish and that they have cranes waiting but he says he can be back here at 5, I said if there is no one else who can come handle this that's fine as long as my AC is up and running by tonight it was far too hot to sit in my apartment all day so I ran some errands and came back to check in on things at 5:45, no sign of the guy. I called again and they said the other job was taking longer than expected. Being that at this point it was 92 in my house I decided to go see a movie and run some more errands, I came home at 10:30pm and the guy was still here trying to fix my AC, I took my dogs out, and decided to go to a friends to stay cool. I came home around 1:30 am to check on my dogs and there is a note saying that a manager will be out here first thing in the morning. It is now 9am wednesday and there still isn't anyone here and I still don't have AC.
