We purchased a older home in Scottsdale. We were having a sewer/ sulfur smell coming from the bathrooms.
I had two plumbing companies prior to APES out to the home to address the issue. With no resolution or a correct fix I was very discouraged and worried if we would ever find the problem?
I was referred to APES from a ladies group!
I decided to give them a call! Within 24 hours  JIBRAN from Apes arrived at my home.
He is 24 years old and had more knowledge than the older men I had to the home.
He is passionate about his career and was right on about the issue!
I don't understand why the other companies/plumbers couldn't figure out the issue? I imagine the other company was lazy and not willing to trouble shoot the issue as Jibran was..
Jibran went over and beyond for us.
I would recommend Apes and Jibran to anyone! I will use them for any needs in the future.

We had a 1yr old a water softener that needed repaired and had several companies come out to look at it. Everyone insisted on replacing the softer but APES worked with us to find the problem and repair it!  They also helped us replace our old reverse osmosis system and fix a bathtub that wasn't getting hot water while they were here.  Communication was prompt and responsive with both the main office and our plumber Anthony.  Extra points for Anthony being a sweetheart with our 4yr old daughter and an all around stand up guy.   Will definitely be using APES in the future and recommend them to others.

The rating is low due to the costs estimate  to repair a freon leak in our airconditioner.  The troubleshooting to find the problem and the preliminary technicians were just fine  But the estimate to repair was over $1300 with the bulk of the cost being freon with @ 4 hours of labor.  We researched the cost of freon and their charge was easily 70% more than any inquiries we made.  Just had the work done for $395 including the freon.

Thank you to the 2 APES employees that stopped unprompted at 43rd ave and happy valley today to help me push my broken down car off the Main Road way . Speaks to character and kindness.  you bet your @ss I will be calling these guys going forward for any hvac and plumbing needs Thank you again a Hummer is not a light vehicle to push.

My bathtub wouldn't drain and would make the toilet bubble so Dominic came out, he was very professional, clean, and got the job done! I would highly recommend to my friends and family

I had a great experience with APES this week; Dan came to repair an issue I've had w a sewage smell.  He listened as I explained the issue, and then immediately identified what he thought could be the root cause.  He was able to fix the issue right away and since then, I have not had the smell!  What a relief!!  Previously another company had been out and because the smell wasn't present at that exact moment, they left without even trying to fix anything.  It was nice to feel heard and to have the problem quickly identified and remedied!  Very much recommend!  Thanks Dan :)

Please avoid this business so you don't have a nightmare like we did. They did not have ANY real plumbers, just wanna be handymen. They treat their employees like garbage, basically stealing from them. They overcharge their customers exorbitantly for work they aren't even qualified to do. Negative reviews are removed so people don't find out how badly these people treat other human beings. Incompetent, dishonest and immoral. Doesn't get much worse than this company and their employees.

Apes was quick to respond to my request for service and answered all my questions.  They were able to give me an estimate of the cost of the repairs prior to the work being done.  Much appreciated

Joe was great! We had to do a reroute and Joe was so awesome. We used Apes because of the quote that we received which was fair. I am only giving it 4 stars because the schedulers didn't seem that we were a priority.  I would give it 3 stars but, I don't want this to go against  Joe as he went above and beyond. We had a slab leak and it was the hot water so, we could only use our hot water for showers as we were advised to only use the hot water when absolutely needed. It took a total of 2 weeks to get the re-route completed due to the scheduling.

We recently purchased a new dual fuel gas/electric stove from Costco. Upon installation, they weren't able to push the unit flush against the wall. After some troubleshooting, we determined it was due to the way our gas pipe was (sticking vertically up and down) and it needed to be turned 90 degrees in order to fit in the inset space behind the oven.

Joe came out and gave us a quote, and we scheduled the work for the following week. Joe came out again and had the issue resolved very quickly. Our stove is now flush against the wall and looks fantastic.

Fast appointment. Personable, on time and got the venting done in spite of obstacles in the crawl space due to construction!

The original problem was liquid coming out around the base of the toilet. I had a plumber sent from AHS home insurance who pulled the toilet and said I needed a rooter company because there were roots clogging the toilet.  he wouldn't do it, thank goodness because I called APES from good reviews here.  Turns out the AHS guys diagnosis was incorrect, the guy put a new wax ring in and it was the wrong size, and there were NO roots.

APES to the RESCUE!!!!
Carter gave me all the potential things that might be going on and we discussed the way to go.  He gave me plenty of understanding to make a great decision and so we pulled the toilet expecting to see roots.  No roots. But the ring that attaches to the pipe and holds the studs on which the toilet sits and is bolted down was corroded to the point of wobbling.  It was super obvious and the other plumber should have seen it.  Carter gave me a very fair price to put on a new one.  In addition he cleaned up all the gunk that had stuck under the toilet.  Where the other plumber asked us to supply towels to pick up the water Carter had a wet dry vac so no need for us to supply a bunch of old towels.  Carter did a very clean job, he properly sized the wax ring and, with the new foundation part, tightened the toilet down correctly and did a beautiful job of finishing off the base with silicone.  He said he left a little opening in the back of the silicone so if it ever leaked again it would come out in that one place.  

Absolutely great job, clean, professional and I will use them again for ANY plumbing needs.  

Ok I can't help myself, I'm going APE for APES.  Sorry, feel free to groan.

We just bought a house and were working with our home warranty to try to resolve the issue. As it turns out, service employees who work for home warranty companies don't like to find big issues because they don't get paid that well. I had called about this issue a couple times and paid my $75 for them to leave without having fixed anything. Finally, someone who not only listened but understood what we were talking about. Through a simple inspection, our plumber Jim W was able to diagnose the problems we'd had with our sink, that every other plumber who didn't want to be here or put the work in, purposely brushed off or turned their shoulder on. Unfortunately, a section of our kitchen pipes were bad so we had to have them replaced. Fortunately for us, he took the time to go to battle for us, with our home warranty, so they would cover what they were supposed to cover. He spent hours on the phone and went above and beyond on countless occasions over the course of the whole ordeal.

It seemed we kept hitting obstacles, entering from the exterior concrete wall, we still needed to have our counters and cabinets uninstalled from our kitchen, so that they could bulldoze a portion of our kitchen floor in order to access all the piping and ensure they replaced everything that needed to be replaced to avoid any future issues with the pipes. I was impressed that he managed not to break any of our tiled floor, I know he did his best, using precise detail, to avoid more damage (and cost to us).

Since, he does not do home restorations, that part was outsourced. They made his job difficult by not showing up when they said they would, but he always had a good attitude and great customer service and always found the time to accommodate us into his already busy schedule. He was always there when he said he would be, and if there was a chance he'd be doing something different he was very considerate to call or send a message. The home restoration place was supposed to reinstall our cabinets but didn't. Not only that, they damaged sections, and didn't bother re-cocking to make it look nice. It was not at all A.P.E.S. responsibility to fix or make that right in any way, but he went down to the hardware store almost immediately and did.  

It was all the little things about A.P.E.S. plumbing that I noticed, that I can easily say, I've never experienced elsewhere. And they may seem like little things, but to me, they are so significant, especially in terms of establishing great trust as well as integrity of a person, and a business... and it was through these little things that I learned that they cared. For example, I had opened the side gate for them to have easier access with their tools to enter the back door and he saw me struggling to lock it ONE TIME. He put WD-40 on it for me, and it was like a brand new lock there after. Then there's that one time he fixed the access door to the kitchen sink. It used to hang funny. It used to drive me nuts. I never brought this up to him, and I never asked him to fix it. He never charged me for it, and he didn't even mention it to me. I noticed when he finished everything after they finished the job, and it just left me feeling amazed that people who believe in this old time, customer service still exist.

They did several other things for us as well, including running the camera down the line, and just to be prudent, the hydro wash. We couldn't be happier with the work that was produced from this company.

I am only disappointed that this plumbing service does not come up immediately when I am searching for plumbers.

Don't go anywhere else, you might regret it. But in this case I can guarantee, if Jim is there, and something can be done about it, you will be forever grateful, just like me.

I had a very positive experience with this team! I was referred to them by one of the contractors I was using for a separate job and they did not disappoint.

Anthony was on time, very professional, and the end result was a million times better than the setup that existed for my old (21 year old) water heater that busted. Anthony did a great job and was a pleasure to work with! I'll definitely call this group again and refer them to friends and family!

I have really mixed feelings about this company. I had a gas leak at my house resulting in my gas being turned off. They were very responsive to messaging on yelp. The first technician found a couple leaks but could not get the system to hold pressure. He did not remove the meter which was a major mistake - what if it was the meter leaking?  He recommended advanced testing with helium.  As you may know, helium is in very short supply so the testing is no longer available. They now use propane - but I could only find one company which does the test and it was a huge waste of money ... but that's a story for a different time.

I had Diamondback Plumbing give me a second opinion. Within minutes, their tech pointed out a dielectric fitting which is for water lines. When I called to complain, APES sent a different technician (Carter W) out to fix it. Carter was wonderful and is the hero of the story. He found multiple leaks and sections of pipe missed by the original crew. He was beyond exceptional and got our gas restored.

Lessons I learned - if you need advanced leak testing, you need to replace all the lines. With flexible pipe, it's cheaper and easier. Second, the meter needs to be removed for leak testing.  And last, leaking gas lines is a major pain in the ass!!!

I had them come out and replace some filters all was great then another issue had them come to replace a cartridge in the handle of my master shower.   I was not home just my wife was home so they came and told her it would be $385 charge to do the work.  I know for a fact the cartridge is $21 at Home Depot and they try to take advantage of my wife.   Called another plumber Pruitt Plumbing came following day and replace for $149 including the cartridge and the labor took him 20 minutes.    Not happy they try to take advantage of my wife bad business.

Responsive team and competitively priced. I will use these guys again! Have used for both plumbing and HVAC needs. My neighbor loves them too. Thank you!

I had my plumber cancel on me twice for an install/replacement of 2 upstairs toilets and I decided to call APES. The owner responded quickly on Yelp and was able to accommodate a service install the same day! Not only was the team quick to respond, quick to come out and provide their service, but they were also VERY reasonably priced. Cole, our plumber came, was respectful, friendly and was very knowledgeable. He even took the time to answer all of my questions, even removing my old toilets and helping me throw away the boxes from the toilets I purchased. Cole was great and so was the owner, Ralph. Super grateful for these guys.

Guy came out and tried to sell me the most expensive option. Scheduled it for a few days later but got other opinions. Someone else actually took the time to analyze the issue, give me their best diagnosis and why, made the repair and proved why I did not have to go the most expensive option.

Did business with the second company for being honest.

My whole pipe was not corroded. The metal lid apparently struck my pipe and caused a pinhole leak.

These guys installed a brand new A/C unit on a Friday on our rental home and 2 hours later I call them and they are well and but we have it scheduled and but it may be this or that BUT we will get it fixed on our time not yours!And then when CJ told me that I am not the customer that the property owner Is the customer is the customer that made me really mad! I have had good luck with these guys but all that is in the wind now!
I ju1st had major surgery to remove a cancerous organ and these guys are playing games! I would not recommend them for anything I had to put a single star to complete the review. And the fact that they are alway open! Is a lie.

We didn't end up using APES for our service but they were so friendly when I contacted them I had to leave a review. I believe I spoke with CeCe(sp?) and she was so nice. We tried scheduling close to closing time and unfortunately they didn't have anyone available and we had an emergency but she said she would put us at the top of the list to get a call in the morning. I've been told this before from other companies and that call usually isn't u til the afternoon but they came through! I got a call to try to schedule service but we had already went with someone else. Just based on this experience I would highly recommend using them!

Our refrigerator recently sprung a leak over the weekend.  After several S.O.S. calls to various service providers, I checked Home Depot Pro and was hooked up with A.P.E.S. (Arizona Plumbing Expert Services).   APES responded within an hour or so and said they'd have a tech out to our place by the end of business.  Destry arrived within an hour or so of the notification.  Check Box 1!  Prompt service!  After diagnosing the problem, he gave me the price and upon approval, he retrieved the part and installed.  Check Box 2!  Pricing before performing the job!  Within the hour, he had the part, had it installed, checked the back line to ensure no further leaks.  Check Box 3!  Attention to detail!  He cleaned the area and reviewed the invoice with me and showed no hidden or additional charges.  Check Box 4!  Kept his word on the pricing!  

I highly recommend A.P.E.S. for your plumbing, appliance or electrical repairs!  My endorsement is that I hope I never have to call upon A.P.E.S. again!  But if I do need help, these are my guys!

OMG! If I could give this company zero stars I would. They came over and spent over four hours in the house and never fixed the toilet correctly. If the technician that comes to your house is named Matt be very Apprehensive

Apes is the place to call for all your plumbing needs! They will make your life better when you're in a stressful situation. It can be difficult finding a quality plumbing company who does what they can to help.

I scheduled an annual ac service online after a colleague recommended them. I previously had service from another ac company and was really looking for an honest assessment as I don't believe that is what I got from the awful 1st company.

The contact and scheduling was great and I received reminders and updates as promised.

Jesus arrived on time and checked the thermostat and got right to work.  After some time on the roof he came in to give me a rundown. I was on another call, so he just waited patiently for me to finish up. My dog loved him, which I personally find a great indicator of character.

He told me he had some not so great news and proceeded to tell me about some suggested repairs. I am not really knowledgeable about the inner workings of an ac unit and he explained it in a way that made sense to me. I asked him a few questions and about home warranty coverage. He said he wasn't sure if the warranty would cover it, but that he would check.  Even before home warranty his estimate was significantly less than the previous company.

Turns out my warranty paid to replace the 2 failed/failing parts and I paid to have some cleaning and maintenance done.

At the end of the appointment I paid less than 10% of the other companies estimate and my unit was back to working as efficiently as possible that same day.

I will definitely be using this company again!

I called at 8:00 and told Ralph I had a broken pipe coming up out of the ground to my back yard facet. I broke it Sunday trying to get my hose disconnected.
No big deal just wanted it done today if possible.
I get a text at 9:30 from there office and it say your tech will arrive within the hour.. WOW!!
Daquon calls me when he gets there to go over the work needed. I figured I should get the leaky one in the front replaced too. Also explained in the back I only wanted to replace the pipe and the valve but try to save the anti siphon and pool leveler circuit that was also hooked up to the line..
He took my directions, did better than I expected, was done by 2:00 with all of the work, and the finish product looks was better than what I had.
Bonus he painted it all so no more white pvc pipe running down the wall or Silver galvanized pipe running up it..

Was quoted unreasonably and instead of quoting me for the same water heater already existing- quoted me for next size up..unreal. Not impressed.

Great experience working with APES. Initial communications with the owner Ralph were responsive, prompt and thorough. Scheduled the appointment with their office, they were friendly and helpful. The toilet installation and water pressure test was completed by Cole. Had some issues with the defective new toilet and had to get a replacement. Cole was patient, professional, thorough and good to deal with. I highly recommend APES.

I recommend APES because they were friendly on the phone (not all plumbing companies were), they provided quick quotes and got the work done. They had to come back to fix something but they were efficient and now everything is perfect!

Our garbage disposal was clogged and APES had been out to my house previously so I knew I could count on them to help with this issue. I called and they came out ASAP. David Monroe was the plumbing technician and he was able to easily unclog my disposal. He was also very kind and informative and gave me some great tips on keeping my disposal working properly. Definitely will contact APES the next time we have a plumbing issue!

I'd like to give a shout out to Frisco! He came out to our house the night we got home from vacation only to find the Inside temp was 90, and the blowing temp was 100. But He did something that night (whatever he did my air started working)and came out the following day to install new thermostats. He really saved us, we have 4 kids and they were not happy campers! And all the local hotels were booked!

Dominic and his apprentice were great!  They replaced two hose bibs, a shower cartridge, two tub spouts, and cleaned a shower drain.  They did a great job and the price was fair.  I will definitely call APES for any future plumbing issues.

My water heater broke yesterday morning.  I originally called the company who put it in less than 4 years ago.  They sent someone out who made me very uncomfortable and I decided to ask for a 2nd estimate.  APES was recommended and when Joe came out that afternoon he inspired my confidence and trust.  He arranged to get the replacement unit the next day and was here first thing this morning to install it.  I would recommend APES and Joe-very pleased with their service.

This company is top notch! If you want the job done right the first time by professional and trustworthy people APES is the company to call. They make a great first impression and are knowledgeable. Each employee I encountered was professional and knowledgeable the owner was in direct communication with me to ensure everything was complete. They even completed the job three days early. Just a little background since May 2019 we've have four different company's to our house regarding our ac. All four of those companies used bandaids to fix the problem and returned multiple times because they installed incorrectly the first time. I will say those four companies from the start you could tell something wasn't quite right and all four of them proved my feeling right they were all crap.
APES is our fifth company from the initial visit till the completion of job they have been the BEST! Good job you deserve much more recognition than this post.

David Monroe came out and was right on time and a complete gentleman! We have been experiencing several issues with our plumbing and sewer lines, we have used several other companies and no one has been as personable and reliable as David. He was respectful of our house and covid-19 guidelines. I sincerely hope his employer sees this and recognizes what an exceptional employee he has.

I was impressed that they showed up on time and were very professional.  Unfortunately, I got the feeling that the really didn't want the job so they offered an outrageously high estimate as compared to three other companies I called.  Their estimate was three times the cost of the company I ended up hiring.  I have a feeling they do great work but I won't call them again.

We were referred to A.P.E.S. by our home warranty.  Our hot water heater was leaking a nice amount of water Saturday morning.  A.P.E.S. showed up Saturday afternoon.  A.P.E.S. gave us a two hour window and text us within the hour they were coming.  The plumber that showed up was knowledgeable and fixed our water heater quickly.  Very professional and knowledgeable company.

Prompt and professional service for the estimate. However they came in about $900 higher than estimates from other companies for the same job, so I have to go elsewhere.

I appreciate the prompt reply, and I can see that you truly care about your business. However I am afraid that your company might be overcharging customers, as the difference between quotes was significant. I took advantage of APES' December hvac tune up for $19 and was very pleased. The scheduler got me service within a couple of days, giving me a time slot of 2-6 pm. Adam showed up right on the dot of 2 pm. He was efficient and polite, masked, and explained due to Covid-19 precautions he would not  enter the house--I just had to crank up the temp to get the system running while he inspected it. When he came down (roof unit), he had photos, which he reviewed with me, showing just what he'd done to tighten things up. No up-sell beyond a brief mention of service plans available. I like the idea of one excellent service for most of my home repairs and will be calling on APES for my future repairs.

First time using APES. Was not disappointed. Had service done for my HVAC and for a hot water heater flush. Barrett was awesome. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and very personable.

We recently had APES apace come over for a repair through our home warranty.  We had an excellent experience with Destry! He was very thorough and informative. He also has attention to detail.  He was really determined to fix our range with precision so it would work perfectly.  We're very impressed and will keep apes on file for future use!

The cold water to our washer was suddenly blocked. Our handyman thought we'd have to cut into the wall to find the problem. I called Ralph at like 4:55pm and he sent Daquan over the next morning. I got a text reminder and Daquan kept me updated when he would be headed our way. He found the problem was actually a seized valve, so he replaced the valve with quality hardware, and cleaned up the mickey mouse pipe job that was already there. Daquan was professional and personable. He explained the repair to me and communicated very concisely with my landlord and answered all his questions. It took him less time to do the job than it did to explain what he was going to do. And he tested everything with us so we knew both the valve and the washer were working. Great experience. APES is the best!!

Early this morning, we noticed that the entire house plumbing did not drain.  We Just  moved in a few days ago.  That said Ralph went the extra mile and dispatched Cody quickly to address the issue.  Cody found the issue right away, that is backup between street sewer and house.  Apparently house plastic sewer lines (from house to sewer) can dry out if not used and can back up once use begins.  That said APES was fantastic and took care of drain issue.

Garret was sent through our Home Warranty Company. Of course, the oven worked when he came (we had tried several times before we requested service). He could have just left but instead shared with us that eventually it would fail and recommended we replace. He called back and told us that would be faster if we requested the part. Sure enough, we got the part and he came back to replace. Excellent customer service and punctual. Would highly recommend.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday morning,  I texted Ralf and his guy was at our house within 2 hours. The part that was broken unfortunately had to be purchased from somewhere Monday morning,  but they got the part the minute the store opened and had it fixed that morning. Great communication, great workmanship!

Overnight we had a pipe burst in the bathroom. We had to turn off main water line outside which left us high & dry!

My husband and I had A.P.E.S. out to a rental property to perform normal maintenance on the AC and Dryer vent.  Many companies we contacted would not give us the time of day, often declining to take our business because it wasn't an emergency.  A.P.E.S. was very prompt with all levels of communication and was happy to come out.  Destrey and Frisco were not only knowledgable but very friendly.  They did a wonderful job servicing our equipment and made sure they were neat while working.  Both made sure I was educated on promotions and other products that might help the longevity of our appliances.  I always appreciate when I can be walked through something with out the hard sell. This is how A.P.E.S. operates.  We will definitely use them again.

I would recommend these guys to Anyone! My home A/C unit went out on a Saturday night. I fought through the night and after seeing that it was nothing I could do myself I called APES 8am on a Sunday morning and Jesus was at my house in only 2 hours. APES HVAC saved the day!  I called several other companies in the Chandler area and nobody could help me on short notice. We have used . A.P.E.S. Before they were professional and did great work. But a business that also helps in their community is amazing.  We had 11 ton of Rock delivered. My husband  is a disabled Vet. I was planning on doing the job by myself. Then Ralph heard about it and called us and said he would be over to help. No questions, nothing expected. He stayed and helped in the heat until the job was done. We will always use A.P.E.S. for all our plumbing needs. They went above and beyond and I thank therm so much. We used APES for our install of a new bath tub faucet plumbing and a shower waste relocation in our master bath.  They were quick to send out a plumber to price the job and their pricing was reasonable.  I appreciated that the plumber gave a price that was based on the job he saw when he reviewed our bath and didn't just rattle off standard pricing like one of his competitors.

We had a break in our RO system and it flooded the first level. We called after looking at reviews and immediately had someone answer the phone which was a good sign. They scheduled us within the next two hours and texted us when they were on their way. The system had a strange crack and malfunction and Cody replaced it that afternoon after needing to go pick one up. He was very thorough and clean. We were super impressed with how nice they were and didn't gouge us more with trip charges. We will definitely  use them again when needed!

Yelp suggested this company in the request a quote function and am very grateful they did. Barrett came on time and was friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough in both my toilet repair and helping me make an informed decision on whether to repair or replace a bathtub that has required repair yearly. For both issues, all options were thoroughly explained and the pricing was reasonable and within the norms for a good job in this area. I was very pleased with the result of the toilet repair and the honesty and choices offered on the bathtub options. I found this company trustworthy AND the repair the best toilet repair result I have had since in this house (the other bathroom had a similar issue a few years back). ..possibly due to his attention to detail and testing after the repair. I was also impressed by how the office followed up the same evening to make sure I was happy with the appointment result. The discount for finding them through Yelp was also a welcome bonus.

Our hot water heater died on Friday afternoon and the APES were the only company that would put us on schedule for the next day! Barrett was on time and very knowledgeable. The other day my RO system started leaking and flooded my storage area under my sink.  I called A.P.E.S and they had one of their service techs over first thing the next morning.  Carter was the tech they sent and he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and installed my new RO system in a little under an hour.   Everyone was great from the start to the finish.  They will be my only plumbing company going forward.

Good experience.  I submitted a Yelp quote request late on a Thursday night, fully expecting not to hear back until the morning and not getting the problem repaired until after the weekend. Much to my surprise, I received a quote back immediately and they were also able to schedule us for a service call first thing the next morning.  Showed up exactly at 8am on Friday morning.  We had two running toilets rebuilt.  The plumber had parts for the first toilet, and had to get parts for the second toilet, came back to finish the job within about 90 minutes. Total repair was approx 3 hours including the trip to get the parts. Simple, fast, reasonable price (a little more than quoted elsewhere but we were willing to pay it for the speedy service).  We didn't get a receipt or any kind of payment confirmation immediately, but they did email it a few days later exactly as they explained they would. Toilets are working great now, thanks for your service!

I checked out Yelp for a plumber who would install my new water heater purchased through a big box store. I had some time to shop around. A.P.E.S Plumbing responded immediately to my request for a quote and unlike the other plumbers I solicited, Ralph at A.P.E.S. clarified in greater detail what his estimate would cover. I suspected that if other issues came up in the process of installing, there would likely be an up charge from the other plumbers when they arrived on site. Ralph told me what I needed to provide for their install and I had everything ready to go for when Barrett the tech came the following day. Barrett was great -- knowledgable, personable, efficient -- leaving the place spotless when he finished. I highly recommend A.P.E.S. and would use them again in a second.

From A-Z, these guys are the best!  We had what ended up being a labor-intensive and somewhat complicated natural gas installation project (moving gas lines, install gas equipment and gas hook-up).  From the moment I called their office, every bit of the experience was pleasant, efficient and exceptional. It was a multi-step, multi-day project.  Barrett (and Cody) were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best course of action.  When we were unable to find the correct parts, Barrett went out of his way to visit multiple shops so he could get the job completed (rather than me waiting days to research and order the parts online). He even came back out same day so we would not have to schedule another service call. We felt the prices were very reasonable, especially after learning not a lot of plumbers would take on such a big gas project. Grade: A++

David was dispatched to our home for a plumbing repair, and let me tell you he's a great technician and plumber. He explained things to us as he was fixing our leak from upstairs drain. The process from beginning to end was seamless from office communication, dispatch and subsequent repair. Great service and responsiveness from A.P.E.S. Thank you!!

These guys came out because we were experiencing a strong sewer gas smell in our Master Toilet.  They came out pulled the toilet, replaced the wax ring and re-caulked.  After they left the Toilet would squeal when flushed and the sewer gas smell never went away, we tried to call them back but they would not return our calls until after the callback period ended with the home warranty company.  They came out a second time fixed the squeal but said the sewer gas smell cannot be fixed.  I would have like to see them do something to troubleshoot the problem, check the vents, scope the line, anything... but after two paid trips to our house we still have the same problem.

Finally took care of my problem but took 2 1/2 weeks due to not being aware they had the part needed.

It's not everyday you find someone in the Phoenix area who has the expertise to do exactly what they say they're gonna do...APES does!  Whole house water filters, reverse osmosis, water softeners, inspections and old plumbing that needed to be redone, APES did all of it for me!  They know how to use cell phones and email, too, which meant that the APES were always in touch and communicative - more so than most humans who just like to grunt and pound their chest about how great they are, ironically.  Thanks APES!

I was referred to them by my home warranty. They called me with a 2 hour window. They Text me when 1 hour away. After inspection of problem they were called out on they noticed garbage disposal had several cracks. They not only called home warranty to verbalize concern but replaced it on the spot!!!!

After a disastrous experience with A Greener Life septic services, referred by Home Advisor, both of which I will never use again, I was reluctant to call anybody. After several weeks with sewage in my shower, what I really needed was expertise and dependability. I got it with Brian at Arizona Plumbing Expert Services. They live up to their name. Probably not the cheapest, but after several months of struggling with a problem left by the previous company I had used, Brian and Cody solved the problem quickly once and for all. Happiness is being able to flush!
