Cactus Valley HVAC

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and they came and fixed it by that afternoon.

I worked for this company and they are refusing to pay up the last bit of money they owe me for a job that got completed and paid out. I wouldn't recommend these crooks.

Fernando and Ben came, assessed the issue, explained in detail and answered all my questions! Also fixed the problem in the same day. Super nice and honest guys. Ben came out to check our HVAC in a home we just purchased.  He was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't try and rip us off like other companies we had out.  I would definitely refer this company.

Just had a tech out this morning to inspect our fan that wasn't working. He was very professional and polite explained exactly what was going on. He gave me a quote and didn't pressure me to get the service. Will definitely be back to using Cactus Valley in the future.

Our dog broke the wiring to the AC unit on a Sunday. We called Cactus Valley Monday morning and they came out that day. Richard showed us everything he was doing, double-checked the equipment in the attic and went the extra mile bundling the wire to make it more secure. We ended up doing an annual contract with them. They are very responsive and we highly recommend them.

I just had a great experience with Cactus Valley! My AC broke at 5pm on the hottest week we've had so far this year. They answered the phone, and after a brief wait, I was scheduled for 7pm the same day. Even better, they were able to replace the broken part and get my house back to under 80 degrees in 30 minutes! 10/10 would recommend and will call them first for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!

We had a weird noise coming from our unit whenever we'd turn the air on & called Cactus Valley HVAC to see if they could figure out what was happening. They scheduled us same day. Joe & Richard were really professional & honest. They were able to determine what was causing the noises we were hearing & asked us if we've been experiencing any other issues (things we didn't even think of). They ended up fixing several things, not just what we had called them out for, & now we have no issues. Super impressed & highly recommend!

As part of a remodel I'm currently doing, I called several places around the valley and no plumbing or HVAC company would do the cutout for the roof as well as all the mechanical work related to a stove vent.  They all said I needed to hire a roofer and an electrician separately. I was recommended by someone to call Richard at Cactus Valley HVAC LLC.  Richard came out and did everything for what i thought was a very reasonable price.  Not only that, he custom cut a vent cover for the roof and cut the trim around the duct to match it with the slope of the ceiling.  He is someone who takes pride in his work and it shows.

Our AC unit broke in the middle of the night. I called every 24/7 AC repair place I could find, and Cactus Valley was the first to respond to me and able to come out that morning. The tech was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what needed to be done, very professional. I will be calling them for all AC needs!!

My A/C broke down in 112 degree weather. It was almost 90 degrees inside. My home warranty company did nothing for 2 days and then said it would be 2 more days because they close on the weekend. So I went online and found Cactus Valley HVAC who was still open at almost 7pm. I texted and got an almost immediate response and within in minutes after that had someone scheduled to come out the same night - between 8 and 10. The owner, Richard, called to say when he was on his way, showed up with a very friendly attitude (not grumpy for having to work so late), knew what he needed to do and fixed the blower for my A\C very quickly. He also showed me the bad part. I am so pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

First and foremost HVAC tech Richard was really nice and professional. He made sure I understood what was going on with my unit. He was very patience when explaining the issue and made sure the pricing was reasonable.

I called Cactus Valley HVAC for an AC unit maintenance, Richard, Cedric and Jonathan came out and while they were hear they recommended a duct cleaning. Jonathan came back on a Saturday to clean my ducts. They are honest, fast and are fair priced. I 100% recommend Cactus Valley HVAC.
