Nothing but quality service and advice from Chad,who along with his wife Nicole,own Paragon Service Pros. Currently have a service contact with Paragon,that is not only a good value and piece of mind but also offers some discounts as well. Recently had him and his team perform a HVAC duct cleaning,along with the clothes dryer duct cleaning,on our home. A nice difference in the air quality in our house. Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest. They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole. They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly. We can't say enough good things about this company. They are our go-to AC company and would not recommend anyone else. Thank you guys!
