We service all major brands of appliances and A/C units. Fast response, flexible scheduling, came when he said he would, and the most reasonable pricing of anyone who answered my quote. When the part I needed turned out to be very pricey, he was honest and told us we could likely get a better deal ordering it for ourselves online.

End result- I made a conference call with the tech to my home warranty company since there was no follow up on his part. Yes we had to hold for a while to reach someone ; that's what you have to do sometimes if you're trying to get a resolution. My warranty company called him back (he hung up) and informed him that they have approved the work. Next they let me know he closed out my case and isn't coming back. I'm stunned but my home warranty company lets me know not to worry they will take care of me in their end.
Short story long: I really wish I read the previous reviews before allowing my home warranty company to dispatch this technician. If you have a home warranty; before they dispatch to this company, make sure you insist on using a different company. It's not worth the headaches. Go back and look at the 1 star 2 star ratings from the Yelpers before me; my experience is very similar. I went through the headache so someone else hopefully won't have to. Ugh!

Very quick response and turn around time. Hew's was able to come out first thing Monday morning and fixed the issue within an hour! It was great having such a speedy service!

Rarely have I ever experienced a trade that was so responsive and willing to meet with me quickly and professionally.  The tech met me the next day on a weekend and quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator.  He didn't try to upsell me and give me a bunch of hot air.  I felt like he genuinely cared about getting it fixed quickly and inexpensively.  The good news he succeeded!  It was a two step job in that a new board had to be installed and then a new fan in the freezer.  I trusted these guys and they didn't fail me.  Will gladly use them in a heartbeat in the future!

Great price, and great service. I got a lot of quotes, and they were about half the price and were quick and efficient for my Washer repair. I had multiple that were $300+ and they knocked it out for $160. Accurate quote before they even came out, and a warranty. 10/10 would recommend again.

Kirk came out to check our ice maker, figured out the issue right away. He provided very reasonable quote for the material and labor. Came back a couple of days later and fixed the ice maker. He was very responsive, showed up on time, very professional, answered all our questions. Definitely recommend and will use again if we need other appliance repair.

Came out on a Sunday, even though the business was closed. Fixed up my fridge for super cheap, even offered up places to buy a newer appliance for when this manufacturer defect requires us to replace the fridge. Kind man, would definitely hire again.

You arrived at my home pretty close to the time that he said he would be there. He took a look at the microwave, tested it and indicated that the magnetron had failed. When I told him it was under warranty with Samsung , he said he would not charge the service fee because he really didn't do anything. I will certainly call on Hew again if I need appliance repair. Thx.

I wish all repairs could go this smoothly! I requested a quote through Yelp on Saturday and Hew's air and appliance repair was the first to respond with a quote. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday with them online. Kirk came out on time, and was able to repair my washer and dryer the same day. The prices are very fair! I highly recommend this company, and will definitely do business with them in the future!

Our microwave was turning on whenever the door was opened (not so safe), so I reached out to multiple companies on Yelp. Kirk was one of the first to respond and was also the most competitively priced. He was able to come by the very next day (after responding over text on a Sunday), and made the repair in less than an hour. Turned out to be a door switch. He even left an extra just in case I have any future issues. Thanks Kirk!

Our garage refrigerator went out. Kirk with Hew's air and appliance repair was one of the first to respond. On time, very courteous and reasonably priced. After he got it working the first time, it stopped working the next day so he came out two additional times to ensure he took care of it! I really appreciate a company that stands by its work. Highly recommend!!

Excellent all the way around.  Had the heating element fail in our Electrolux dryer.  Hew's contacted us immediately and scheduled and coordinated installation the very next day.   Excellent communication and service.   Very fair pricing.  We paid $200 total while I received other quotes up to $360.  

I recommend Hew's.  

Or I used too.   Weeks later, they've had to come out and re-replace and now two months later I have another company replacing again and the right way because Hew's ground the heating element to the chassis so it would just heat all the time even in cool down cycles.  

My experience is that these guys aren't actually experienced or possibly able to let you know when a repair job is beyond their skill.

We had them come dis the heating element in our old dryer that has never need fixed before, in October, $125. Now it stopped spinning. Couldn't find their number so we called someone else. $280 because Hew's did not ground the heating element properly and ruined whatever it was that needs fixed now! We tried contacting them and left a message explaining what happened. Never heard from them! I'd like the money refunded, since they ruined our dryer! Ended up buying a new one since $280 is too much for the old dryer to be repaired and we just spent $125 on it! I don't recommend these people!

Had a problem with microwave constantly blowing a fuse. Contacted Appliance HD who stated they'd be out next day from 8-11 am, no show ,no call...Very poor service. Customer service stated you pass the window of service,can't send another tech today.No explanation, we can try again tomorrow if you want to to wait 4 hours and see if we show up. I declined and called Hew's Air and spoke with Kirk the owner who was very attentive and knew right away what the problem was. Set appointment for next day, showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Even replaced a stove top grill on the side. Excellent job, highly recommend his service, fixes all appliances.

The guy came out a week ago, said he was submitting work order, and Old Republic, my home warranty co., never got it. I've left messages, for Hew's, to no avail. They never answered my calls , nor got back to me. Now, it's the weekend, and I'm going without a microwave, all weekend long. Don't ever use this company, not reliable.

I wish I could give them a zero.  I submitted a request on August 30 to repair our ice maker and microwave.  Technicians came on September 2 and looked at both appliances.  They said they needed to order parts.  I have called 9 times and left messages and the home warranty has called 3 times.   No response.  Every time we call their answering service answers and says they will give the message to the technician and they will call to give us an update.  Nothing. No response. The answering service answers all day long not just non office hours.   The technician texted me when he was on his way on September 2. Not sure why he can't text to give an update on the parts. This is ridiculous.  And I don't want the rote response this company gave all the other bad reviews.

My freezer in my fridge recently stopped working so I needed a quick fix. Hews Repair showed up the same day to take a look. Unfortunately, my fridge was beyond saving but he told me what the issue was and didn't even charge me for the service call. These are stand up guys and I will definitely call them next time for my appliance repair needs.

So far, my experience is very poor. I was assigned to Hew's Air on 10/13 by American Home Shield. I called immediately after the assignment to schedule. The person that answered said he'd have a technician call to schedule. I waited 3 hours and called again and got an answering service and left a message. I waited another 3 hours and got the answering service again. I tracked down the owner's number here and called and texted since his voicemail was full. No reply. This morning I texted again to see if he had any intention of responding. He said Sorry I'm the only technician working at the moment, just overwhelmed with work at the moment. Will call when I get a chance. I immediately texted back asking simply how far out was he scheduling. No response.

Not sure why there is no response from this company.  Hopefully it is because they do an outstanding job with their work.  

They really need to hire someone to answer phones and to fix their website and phone re-directs.

Tried to contact since Monday AM 1-4-2021 until Noon 1-5-2021 for an emergency repair that is needed...

Our refrigerator went out, and Kirk, the owner, responded on a Sunday.  He came Monday to quickly diagnose the problem, and returned the next day with the part and fixed the problem.  He was considerate of costs and keep us informed of when he would be arriving.  An overall terrific experience!

I have spent the past 2 weeks attempting to get ahold of them after I have paid them and they ordered parts to see when they will be installing. I can not reach anyone besides their ridiculous answering service or receive a call back.  Very poor service!

Recently my dryer stopped working and I needed a repairman to diagnose the issue. I called Hew's Air and spoke to Kirk. Not only was he able to fit me in that day, but he even came 30 minutes early! He and his associate wore the property safety masks and were extremely professional and courteous. He was honest in telling me that my repair would probably be expensive, but told me he would try and find the components at a cheaper price. Although I decided that I would replace the dryer Kirk's professionalism and honesty during these trying times definitely made a great impression. In the future Hew's will be my first option for any related home appliance or air conditioning issues.

RUN!!!!!! This company is horrible!!!!  My mother's washing machine broke and I called her home warranty company and this was the company they gave us.  Called and made an appointment with no issues they came out that Monday 08/24/20.  They stated that they needed prior auth from the warranty company and they would be in touch.  By Wednesday 08/26/20 did not hear anything so I called and left a message.  Thursday 08/27/2020, Friday 08/29/2020, Tuesday 09/01/2020 and Wednesday 09/02/2020 I called and left messages and NEVER heard back from anyone.  I told them I have left several messages to no avail and I got promises that someone would call me back.  So on 09/02/20, I called our warranty company only to find out that they never submitted anything for prior auth.  The warranty company called and was told that they would submit the prior auth and they would call me back. Well, guess what I still have not received a call from them.
We are going on 1 1/2 weeks that her washing machine is not fixed with no date in sight.  I told the warranty company I don't want them out because they can't seem to get their stuff in order.  My warranty company asked that I give them 24 hours to comply which I know they won't.  I don't understand how someone can run a business like this.  It looks like they must treat the customers that pay full price different then warranty customers based upon reviews but if so then DO NOT take the warranty customers that is their choice.   So again if you want your appliance fixed then don't bother calling this company as you will never know when you will hear back from them!

Highly recommend Hew. We had an issue with our washing machine and rather than jumping to conclusions, Hew took the time to troubleshoot and it turned out to be a clogged pump. These are my go-to guys from now on if we ever have any issues with our appliances.

Our dryer went out one thursday evening. Not the first time it's done so, with 6 people in the household it is constantly in use. I requested a few quotes on Yelp,  because a clothesline is only available in good weather. Mr Hew responded personally within an hour with a very reasonable price, for coming out the next morning (no extra charge for saturday, or sunday for that mtmatter). He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue (kinda figured it was the heating element), ordered thenoart, and returned sunday morning with the new part. Took him about an hour to taking my machine totally apart, and then put it back together. No change in what he charged me, even though he had to come out here twice in the end. Dryer is hot and toasty again. Quick and easy to deal with guys, did their thing, and I am happy with the results. Thanks for doing your thing Mr Hew.

The two gentlemen that came out and looked at my washing machine  were very professional and polite.  They told me it could be one if two things  one of which I knew for sure I thought would of been a possibility and the second would be possible pump replacement  .  That was before they found out what it Was and finished the investigation.  I was honesst with them up front that if it ended up being the pump replacement I was not going to have them do the work as I knew it was going to be costly.  They still investigated what the issue was further and when they firgured it out it was the more expensive option wHich they already knew i wasNt going to have the work done.  They cleaned up after themselves they were even wearing masks wHich I don't t blame them going  into strangerS homes with the current pandeMic going on.   While I didn't have them repair it, I was still impressed with the two gentlemen.  I paid the very reasonable service charge  which I already knew what it was going to be upfront.  I did leave a tip for them just because I wAs impressed.  I would completely recommend them.  I am hoping that when I need their services in the future that they contract with my hOme warranty company.

My sincerest apology to Hew's for the bad review.  As it turns out, our LG washer is a dropped model and the part required to complete the repair is no longer manufactured.  They were working on trying to find us a part somewhere.  My husband met with the technician the day of service and says he was timely, thorough and professional.  My bad judgement for jumping the gun.  There isn't anyone who can complete any repair without the right parts.

Was one of the first to respond.  Came when he said he would come. Took my dryer apart showed me what the problem was.  Had the needed part.  Installed it. Cleaned up the inside and outside of my dryer. I was up and running again.  Happy.  Highly recommended.
