Anthony spent 17 years in a high tech world as a field engineer for Eastman Kodak. He has official certifications, including a degree in Electronics. He achieved Presidential Honors at RSI. He was with Sears as an appliance technician for 10 years. He founded the company in 2015, because he wanted to make a difference by offering solutions that makes Honest Appliance Service & Repair (HASSAR) stand out from the rest.

Bruce came out and helped us with our washing machine repair. He is very personable and I felt comfortable with him. He got our washer fixed! I also received emails along the way about arrival and such. I felt very cared for.

We have had Honest Appliance Repair service out to our house several times in the past few years for different appliance repairs. On this latest occasion Arthur came out and repaired our oven. This is the third time he has been out to our home and each time he has been prompt, professional, and friendly. Arthur was not only professional but he did the work exactly as he promised. We are very satisfied with Honest Appliance Service and Repair.
My thermostat suddenly went dark and I wasn't able to even diagnose the problem. So I called HASSR, and Jeremy was able to come the next morning, figure out what's wrong and quickly fix the air handler power switch which was at fault here. Throughout the visit Jeremy was super professional, upfront with the costs and double checked the entire HVAC system to ensure that was the only problem I have.
I'll definitely call them again should anything else happen.

Jeremy came out to reconnect the gas on a new rangetop and also install. He had some challenges with the placement of the existing hookup and power source, but he was pleasant, and professional and honored the original quote.
I will use them any time I need help!!!

We are brand new to the area and recently moved into a new house and we needed a reputable serviceman. Our home warranty (2-10) had recommended a badly rated company, which we refused to use.
So I decided to try Home Advisor and Linda from Honest Appliance called me very quick. She was honest and forthcoming regarding license and insurance. I felt comfortable with having someone come out to decipher the dishwasher leaking problem.
Anthony, the owner, kept me up to speed with his arrival. He was very thorough with his assessment of the problem. His was courteous and responsive to my questions. He taught me some things that will benefit the dishwasher in the future. The dishwasher is now leak free and I'm highly satisfied with the overall work and price.
Fast forward 2 weeks later, I needed a reverse osmosis system installed. Anthony knows how to do this. Because he has earned my trust on the previous matter, he has been scheduled for another matter. Once you find an honest, dependable and cost conscientious company; it's silly to look elsewhere.

Fantastic service and professionalism from Jeremy Crosby, an outstanding technician and proud Marine Veterans with high values.
I'm blown away how much attention to detail our appliance install received. Jeremy explains the brand technicals in detail and also the operational dos and don'ts.
My advice to future consumers is , please save yourself time and heart ache and get Jeremy to take care of all your home appliance needs!

I just had Jeremy with Honest Appliance Service & Repair llc out to inspect and service my washer and dryer. He showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. Jeremy is a great, friendly and professional guy. I highly recommend Honest Appliance Service and Repair for your appliance service needs.
HASR was able to get a tech to my home the same day I called. The service technician (Jeremy) had the parts for our GE Profile refrigerator that enabled him to fix it quickly and at a very nice price. Well dressed, on time, professional, friendly, and from our conversations it was clear that he knew the appliance business, parts and repair aspects.
Ditto the review of Rivak H. and others about Jeremy and HASR.
We are thoroughly pleased with HASR which is a family business of four people who repaired appliances for Sears during several decades. They can fix most anything to include some plumbing and A/C work.

In my original post I thought they were a bit pricey but in the end their great customer service came through and made things right. I greatly appreciate it and I would use them again.
This is my new go to for appliance repair! Everyone I dealt with was kind and I felt like they truly wanted to help resolve my problem quickly. My refrigerator was repaired the same day and for a reasonable price. Working with Honest Appliance was easy, quick and if I need a repairman again - this will be my first call!

Anthony of honest appliance service repair responded to my after hours inquiry about a refridgerator repair quickly.
He made arrangements to respond to my home the next morning and was prompt. He quickly analyzed the problem and prepared the repair quote. The cost was reasonable and would require him to obtain a part and return. He did so and completed the repair in very proficient manner.
I would recommend Honest appliance service repair to anyone who needs a appliance repair.
Our microwave drawer stopped working last week and I finally got around to addressing it. I went on Yelp to get some recommendations and emailed 4 companies with our issues. Honest Appliance was the first to respond and offered an afternoon appointment the same day. The gal that set up the appointment was very friendly and thorough on what their charges are. Jeremy was the technician that came out yesterday. He was very thorough in his explanation of the issue, he did a great job and the charge was very fare. We have had an ongoing issue with our refrigerator, and he took the time to call someone he knew that specialized in Electrolux issues and offered feedback..above and beyond the scope of the job he was paid to do. I like that they are a small family owned business and would recommend them.
I must say that I don't really write Yelp reviews. However, I feel the need to give a shout out to this company. Jeremy came by today to assess whether or not our washer and dryer are worth fixing. He straight up gave us the bad news that both were going to cost mire to fix than repair. In addition, without us even asking, he looked up black Friday deals on his phone and found the best local deals for replacements. He also told us which places will be more likely to have them in stock, and what to do to avoid the extra fees for cords and other things that we already have. I've never experienced such honest and straightforward service, and believe me I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. I'm doing this because more companies need to be like this one!
Jeremy has visited our house twice and really helped us out. First time was our washer and dryer, fixed everything no problem. Second time was also for the dryer so he came out for free, figured out the problem and referred me to a company that could fix the issue. He also unclogged our garbage disposal while he was here, for free because of how easy it was. Once you've had the pleasure of working with Honest Appliances, you'll never need to call another company again. I would refer them to anyone having appliance issues because of how nice they are, how quick they are and how honest they are. Thanks again Jeremy, you're awesome!

We have used this company in Gilbert twice now and both of our experiences have been stellar. Our first call was for a washer repair and they went out of their way to get it repaired quickly. Yesterday, we called for an oven repair and they found the part and installed it today for a reasonable price. Amazing service!

We called Honest Appliance Service & Repair to take a look at our dryer. We've had it repaired before by someone else, and it lasted another year, but was making odd noises again. Jeremy came out and checked it out. He said he could fix it for us, but it had some other issues that were likely to need repair in the very near future, so it might not be worth it to us to invest the extra money (even though it cost him a repair job!) While he was there, my husband mentioned how much I hated my new washing machine, even though it wasn't broken, so Jeremy asked my why I didn't like it. He knows EVERYTHING about washers and dryers and explained that there were some things I could do differently that would give me a better experience with the washer. He was right! We also asked for recommendations for a new dryer, and a freezer we needed to fit in a specific size space. He gave us a lot of information, and even went online after he left to do some research, and emailed us some info as a follow up. Now that is great service! We have never had such good service from a repair place before. This will be our go-to repair service from now on!
