I'm an out of state landlord and have used Honest Air Care for over two years. When an AC malfunctions during the summer, you need someone there fast. Honest Air Care has always excelled at delivering fast turnaround times, which have kept my tenants happy.

They're landlord friendly, willing to accept credit cards by phone or web, and even sent me an electronic invoice for tax purposes.

I can trust these guys too. Giovanni, the technician, gave me short-term budget friendly options as well as more expensive long-term solutions. I never felt like there was sales pressure to squeeze every penny out of me.

I recommend Honest Air Care to all property owners and landlords.

We put in a new unit a couple years ago. It is still under warranty. This company will NOT call back, they won't stand by their work, and are not reliable. If I were you, I would call anyone else. This company used to be good but obviously it has gone downhill. Very disappointed in the service.

Where do I begin? My husband and I moved into a 57 year old remodeled Arcadia home after living in NE Scottsdale for 21 years. The first month was great but then my husband began to get sick the second month. The day after Christmas 2016 both my husband and I became very sick,(sinus congestion, chest congestion, ear congestion and sore throats) long story and 4 rounds of antibiotics (December 26 to March 1) Late one night we found out that the previous owners had cats (we are highly allgeric to cats)
That evening(8:30pm) we emailed Honest Air, Brandon responded immediately with a quote.

The next morning we hired them letting them know it was an emergency and needed them out that day. Brandon was understanding and very sympathetic he stated Lance would be over between 4-6pm Lance called said he was early and promptly showed at 3:20 and began. Lance was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we asked him. We can not thank Honest Air Care and Duct Cleaning enough we paid what they quoted us, they were on time and professional what else can you ask for especially in an industry that gets a bad wrap. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the worst the house coils were a 10+
Right after the service you could tell the air was crisper, thinner and smelled fresh a day later the air feels so clean and fresh.

We found out that inside/outside coils need to be cleaned every 5-7 years and especially after a remodel or if you are moving into a house and don't know the history. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ONLY HONEST AIR DUCT BUT LANCE. I will be letting everyone know what a great job they did. Make sure to check out the pictures.

The tech showed up looking filthy, shoes covered with crap and without a mask. Also tells me he is not Covid vaccinated. His equipment is dirty. Tells me he showed up without his supplies he will need to leave to restock his truck. I called the office to reschedule my appointment, I thought maybe the tech was having bad day. The office person was extremely rude; end up canceling.

Jim was out yesterday to do a spring check up on our air conditioner. He arrived wearing a mask, on time and ready to look at our AC. He was respectful of our property and professional. He found one item that was starting to show some wear and tear but it wasn't significant to replace. He said it would get us through the summer okay but should be looked at in the fall. We have been using Honest Care for three years and have always had a good experience with them. We will use them again.

Yesterday I was looking for a new a/c company to take a look at why my heat pump made weird noises and shut off when the heat was turned on after a while. I came across this company, rolled my eyes a bit when I saw their name Honest Air Care and I thought to myself 'yeah right.' Needless to say I haven't had the best experience with other a/c companies; a lot of crooks out there.

Yesterday rained all day and a few of the companies I called said they wouldn't work in the rain..huh? I called Honest Air at 4:30 and they had someone here by 5:30pm. When the guys walked in they put on 'booties' to protect my floors from the rainy debris outside. That was my first pleasant surprise since I was already excepting to have to clean the floors after they left. I told them what was going on, showed them a video of the noise the heat pump was making and they both looked at each other. In my head I thought, oh that can't be good.

To my 2nd surprise they told me that noise was perfectly normal. It was the unit defrosting its coils and that they get this type of call all the time in winter. A less honest contractor would have gone outside, tinkered with it and told me I needed hundreds of dollars of work that I didn't need. They explained to me that the unit would steam up and then turn back on and continue heating. We tested it and sure enough it did exactly that. My last surprise was that they didn't charge me a trip charge ($80). Afterwards I was left with the feeling that this company truly is Honest no bs and will definitely be contacting them to do the cleaning of the coils before the summer hits without any hesitation!

Eric is an absolute gem in the HVAC industry. Not only did he come out on a whim but found all of the problems from the previous contractor.
Eric and his team installed ripped out all of the old units and ducting and installed 3 new units and new duct work. Everything is working perfectly.

If it wasn't for Eric, I would have had no idea the extensive damage that was caused by the previous contractor. I can't say enough about his workmanship & honesty.

I messaged them on Yelp for a quote and set up an appointment in the next day to replace an air filter grill. It is for a rental unit built in the 1980s. Perfect work.
They forgot to send me the receipt to my email, but did it right away after I reminded them. All messages on Yelp are replied within minutes.

My AC went out again and once again, I could count on Alex to get someone out to fix it right away. I thought for sure it was going to need replacing since it quit twice in 2 months but it was just a clogged condensation line. They had to go to the attic to fix it when it was 105 - ew. But he was happy to do it. Only charged me $50 for the service call. Thanks again Honest Air Care!!

Very pleased with the service of this company. Our 3rd time having them out for our A/C units (maintenance and duct cleaning services). Eric took care of our scheduling and Gio came out and performed the service - great customer service from both! It's refreshing to feel confident and comfortable that you are getting the best service and advice from a company....thank you both! I can't say enough about this company and how they are living up to their name.

I have a mini split air conditioner and it had not been cleaned since the we moved into the house about 4+ years ago so I called a company to come do a rejuvenation on the machine and after it was cleaned it stopped working within 5 hours. Called back that company and they sent someone out to inspect and they tried to charge me over $800 to check a system for a leak that they might have caused. After having a spirited debate on who should cover it the A?C guy finally agreed to cover the costs only after i mentioned needing to replace this unit within a year. When he tested it turns out they did cause an leak. After coming back the next day to fix it the unit know made a noise starting up and would leak water out of the unit at the rate of about a gallon and hour I was done with that company.

I called multiple other company and one stated they would be out on Saturday, and then Monday, and then nothing as they never showed up.

Called Honest on a Tuesday Night and got an immediate response within an hour and then had a technician at the door the next morning. Looked at the unit and fixed it and just charged me the visit fee because of how quick the fix was. Also talked about how to meet my A/C and let me know not to do some thing because it would just be a waste of money. How Honest can you get?

This company more than lives up to it's name and they have earned my business for the other A/C units I have in the house.

I called to have them install my friends nest thermostat. I knew there was a possibility of needing to wire run and didn't know the price. I called another place and they wanted to charge just to come down take a look to give me a quote and then apply that as a credit to the final bill and these guy didn't. I saw their ratings and reviews here so gave them a chance.

Here are the things I liked:
-Spoke with me on the phone and was honest about the cost and repair scenario from easiest to worst
-He offered to stay and fully program the thermostat and even tho I thought it wasn't necessary
-Quoted price was higher than we talked about but he found a way to make it work
-Without being pushy he politely and informatively made me aware of the age and potential issues of the current ac unit
-I asked about repair to replacement scenarios and he fully broke it down from a general cost and timeline perspective.

I feel pretty comfortable with the experience. I have been looking for a trustworthy ac tech and I hope this is it.

The cost for a service call was reasonable, he explained everything in detail and was very professional and friendly.

I am so happy and pleased with the air duct cleaning service I had done. Lance was awesome, very honest with any questions I had. The air you breath at home can be worst than being outside, I highly recommend this service. Now when I breath I don't feel suffocated with sneezing all day and waking up with headaches. So do a favor and check your air duct..

Great experience with Honest Air Care. I called them to arrange for air duct cleaning. Our tech went up in the attic (in July) and told us we didn't need the ducts cleaned, which saved us a lot of money. I did have them conduct maintenance of our air handlers, which they did at a very low cost, during which they found an old owners manual for the air handler that was partially obstructing one of the two units. All in all a very good experience.

My heroes.

I just spent three horrible days trying to get my heat pump working using Shafer and Sons Co. Bad diagnosis', dishonest owner, costly charges for unneeded parts, and freon, no show for promised repair visits....on and on.

I called Honest Air on SUNDAY. Eric came out a couple hours later for their customary $59.95 dianosis charge, waived if repaired by them. Problem was a problem in the thermostat wiring. Had it repaired in notime but checked and rechecked the complete system before leaving.
Eric was so professional and friendly. He gave us a complete sense of security and trust in their work.

They are now my AC go to folks.

Vents were cleaned well.

Lance left and I discovered my wedding was gone after. After a horrible experience and thinking he had taken it, we discovered after a last stitch effort that it was in the trash.

So many people stepped up to vouch for Lance that we decided to turn everything again. Thankful for a spiritual intervention telling us to check as toddlers can sometimes get things.

Work was exceptional. I am thankful for the work done and horrified at myself for my misguided blame.

Initial contact with this place was good. Came out quickly for a free estimate to replace my ac unit. I wanted to hire them for the install but after numerous emails and calls they never responded. I guess they were not interested in my $7k+ business. Not sure why they bother to give estimates if they don't follow through, seems like that would be an important part of any business.

Honest, prompt and professional in a niche industry where most companies try and scam you. This is not the case here. Lance did a great job and thoroughly cleaned 14 vents and 1 return. He adjusted each one for best airflow into each room. My wife was able to tell the kitchen felt much cooler! Lance also said some vents were upside-down and he put them back the correct way.

Prices are fair and they are not upselling you on any services. The price is the price is the price.

I wish all companies were run like this one.

We just bought an older home and were curious if our air ducts needed cleaning. With a baby on the way we wanted the air to be clean. From the onset Jeff answered all my questions and was extremely professional. He was able to set up an appointment the next day with Lance. Lance
Was great! Again professional and honest. We had him check our dryer and I loved that he was honest that we didn't need to do anything as it was clean. Honest air duct is fast, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Hands down the absolute best service I have received from a repair company. They truly do hold up to the name of being honest. I had a technician from another company come out and was quoted a minimum charge of $2500 to fix my air conditioner, Honest Air came out and managed to fix my issues for less than $500 out the door and now I am back to having cold air! Could not recommend this company any more!

Wow! Gio was great! Dryer vent was plugged. He made several trips to the roof and cleaned it, and replaced the chicken wire to keep critters out. Then he tuned up my furnaces and and showed me how I could clean filters and avoid replacing 3 filters in my 12' ceiling (I am not fond of climbing a 10' ladder). He also helped with a problem with my hot water. As I am writing this, he called to say the pump price from his supplier seemed high and he would check other sources. What a guy!

Scheduled a inspection of my HVAC unit and Eric came on time. Eric was accomodating and honest about what my HVAC unit needed and he did a minor cleaning of the condenser. Service is good. However, I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because they are expensive to the point of not worth it. The inspection is $59 and minor cleaning is $160. Most service places will waive the inspection fee if service needs to be done on the unit. I like the service. Unfortunately too expensive and there are other providers who do the same for less.

Very pleased with this company! I asked them to come out and inspect the units of a house we are planning on purchasing. I spoke with Brandon and he set me up with an inspector. Brandon was very nice and helped me get what I needed. I had to reschedule the appointment many times and they did an amazing job handling it! The Tech was very informative and he helped me lay out a plan for the future with out trying to sell me a useless monthly inspection plan like that other stupid big company that wears those stupid white outfits like there some kind of helpful milkman type who told me in February that I had NO cold air and I would need anew AC unit!

Updating the review based on my latest interaction.

I had them out to my house to do a yearly maintenance. The tech found a couple of issues that would eventually cause problems down the road. At the time, my unit was still under warranty, but was expiring soon.

They've dropped the ball multiple times on following up with me to get the issues resolved under warranty. Now I am on the hook for any future repairs that would be related to these issues.

I still believe their prices are fair and that they are honest enough. However, I won't do business with a company that puts the onus on me to chase them down to get these things taken care of.

Wow! I was very impressed with how the technician (unfortunately don't remember his name) handled my situation. I hired them based on their great reviews and here I am, leaving one myself. :)
I needed dryer vent cleaning only and got a quote from the office for that service only. There was some miscommunication between the office and the tech and when he came in he cleaned the air ducts as well. (it was at a rental property so I didn't know about it till after the fact). When he called me for payment and gave me a higher amount I explained to him that I only needed the dryer vent cleaned. He immediately said that he'd only charge me the quoted amount and that I got my air ducts cleaned for free. No arguments, no trying to get more money out of me! I was very impressed with how he handled that! So I'll definitely hire them again!

Based on the reviews here, I decided to give Honest Air Care a try and am really glad that I did. I spoke with Alex two days ago to schedule a service call because a 23-year old A.C. unit on my workshop had stopped blowing air. Today, Giovanni came by and had the unit working again within a few minutes and didn't charge more than the service call fee because it didn't take a lot of time - it's a temporary fix for now, because the controller board is fried, but it will tide me over under I can replace it.

Chris came out today and cleaned our dirty air ducts... already smells and feels a lot better. He gave some good advice on the air filters we were buying (we were spending a bunch of money on the elite air filters, which aren't needed if you change the filters monthly).

Honest Air Care is amazing. We have been on the losing side of a battle with our A/C- replacing parts, recharging, adding thousands of dollars to the cost of our home over the span of the 6 years we've lived here. Scraping together pennies and preparing to do without, we were able to save up for a new unit. I hopped on Yelp and Honest Air Care came up with glowing reviews- and after our experience with them, they deserve it! Within moments of sending a few Yelp messages out to multiple companies, Hones Air Care gave me a call, not long after I hit submit- little did I know that the person who was calling me was the OWNER of the company. We chatted about our home needs and Branden sent me a quote within 15 minutes. During that time I had received another quote and when I sent it to Branden, he beat it, but the main selling point was the way I felt comfortable trusting this company with a tidy sum of money for something that is so essential to our home.

Branden made it a point to educate us on the difference between units, options, accessories, and did it all without being pushy or salesy. Ultimately it was completely up to us and we definitely have a game plan for our next pieces to add and further improvements up the road.

The office called to schedule, and Branden was in contact through each step. He even came the day of to make sure the installation of the new AC and heater went smoothly. Eric, the technician, was phenomenal- he was careful, neat, and polite. He worked away at making the correct adjustments for our oddly shaped attic space and took his time to ensure everything was done correctly.

We ran into a little snag with a code populating on the unit's computer but Honest Air Care was on it- they came out the next day and worked to make it run smoothly.

The main reason I went with Honest Air Care was that I genuinely felt a sense of caring and the Honest in their name is real. We've been in a beautifully cool house and know that every cent spent was done wisely. I highly recommend them, they take pride in their work and respect their customers.

I am updating my review based on the previous, now again, owner of the Company reaching out to me to resolve the mishap. He did reach out to me at the end of last year and refund my fees but also explained why he had not been in touch sooner (he had sold the company and had recently taken it back). I couldn't be any happier with the quality of work, the service and the professionalism of Honest Air Care. Eric serviced and reinstalled my AC unit to repair a poor installation from years past. This company truly deserves the name honest although they could also have chosen professional, caring, skilled, and countless other names. Another contractor another Yelp find. This was one of my first to do's when getting our new place since my wife and I both have bad allergies and since it was previously a rental, who knows when the last time the air filter was cleaned out.

The guy who came out (sorry forgot his name, I think he was the owners brother though) was very friendly was able to work around all the construction projects we had going on around the house and the lack of working electrical outlets. He took off all the vents and washed them down too and pointed out some vents had mold on them. He was able to wash them off, put a treatment on it to prevent mold growth and gave us some tips on air duct maintenance. I also found out our air vents are over 55 years old so if we wanted to get newer modern ones, they wouldn't fit on the ducts, good stuff I wouldn't have known.

Anyway I know I'll feel much more comfortable in the house knowing our ducts were professionally cleaned by some of the best in the valley and we're not getting ripped off by the big companies.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Honest Air Duct Cleaning. We went with them after reading all of the great Yelp reviews and we were not disappointed. We had Lance come to our house and were impressed!

Things that set this company apart:

-On time (not many service contractors are prompt anymore)
-Extremely professional
-Very friendly (which was great because myself and toddler were home at the time of the cleaning)
-Only took about an hour (10 ducts)
-Affordable pricing
-Great appointment availability options (they even have Saturday appointments at no extra cost)
-Gave us insight as to why our allergies were acting up (previous owners left drywall pieces from a remodel in some areas of the ducts)
-Checked air flow in the room and moved vents accordingly.

We had honest air duct cleaning come out to clean our vents to our recently purchased home. We knew previous owners had two dogs and with a baby on the way we wanted to make sure our vents were clean. Lance came out and checked out vents and assured and explained to us that they were recently cleaned. So nice and professional!!! Didn't charge us for even just the call out. I chose this company due to the Yelp reviews and I am glad I did. It has been a week now since i had my air ducts cleaned. I am very happy I did it and the service provided by Honest Air Duct Cleaning was as advertised, honest. Pricing was excellent and outlined up front-no surprises. I also opted to have them clean my dryer vent which hadn't been done in about 2 years and man was it clogged.

The technician, Lance, arrived on time. They gave me an 11am -2pm window and he showed up around 11:10 am. Very professional and he even helped me out with my air vents not being opened all the way, now they are, which has resulted in way better air flow in my house.

I have noticed a difference with the dust not accumulating as much and way clearer breathing, especially when waking up in the morning.

I will use them again and would recommend this company.

Great experience with Honest Air Duct Cleaning! It was super easy to schedule their service, Lance called in advance to confirm the time, and he showed up on time as scheduled. Lance worked efficiently through the house, but was also very generous in answering my questions, and providing me with advice going forward. (I now know that our 1950's house has very rusted air ducts, which is the cause of all of the dirt/rust chips blowing out of the returns). Lance offered to show me this, and provided me his step ladder and a flash light to see the condition of our ducting myself. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recently relocated to Phoenix, and the apartment that I moved into housed a cat (I'm allergic) for a significant number of years. I didn't think to ask if the owner lived with a cat given that animals were strictly forbidden in my lease. Well, a week after not being to spend over 10 consecutive minutes in the apartment due to all the dander, I was able to determine that my allergies due the invisible animal residing in my home (who btw... didn't pay rent or bills) where getting the best of me.

I immediately called Honest Air Duct Cleaning (due to the Yelp reviews), and received a callback less than 2 hours later. I scheduled an appointment and not only did Chris show up on time, but he was very knowledgeable and personable.

Overall, the price that Honest Air Duct Cleaning charged was extremely resonable given the service that they provide.

I would recommend Honest Air Duct Cleaning to anyone who has allergies to animal dander without any reservations.

Honest company who arrived on-time and performed work as quoted! Technician was very polite and cleaned up after his work area. Initially he didn't think he could exit the dryer vent, but he offered to do the best cleaning he could at no cost. (He said unless he could exit the vent, he wouldn't be able to charge me because he wouldn't be able to confirm it was cleaned.) In the end, he did exit the vent and I gladly paid for the service.

Upon completion, I asked how often I would need to have this done. A lot of service companies would take advantage of my lack-of-knowledge, but the tech said you won't, unless you do major construction or get a pet.

Great service, honest technician, professional & polite service - highly recommend this company!

Today Lance from Honest Air came over to check out my concern with my
A/C, because pack rats had returned from last year leaving their droppings around the cold air returns. I spent a full day last year with a handy man pulling out the blower housing and replacing/sealing around it to stop/block the rodents, because you could see daylight coming in around the housing at the wall of the home. Afterwards I had the vents cleaned thoroughly. Then here were the rodents again last winter. Lance spent the time to walk around and check out the scene and the A/C vents, saying he didn't want to take [my] money, because the upper wall vents (which he looked into) were already clean. He advised vacuuming up the rat stuff, didn't charge me and was unfazed by the incident. Definitely lived up to their name. Very refreshing!

I just bought a condo and Chris came out to clean the vents. He called before arriving. He arrived on time and went right to work. The dryer vent was so clogged that he had to dig out the lint by hand before he could use the blower. However, he cleaned up so thoroughly that you could not tell there had been two huge piles of lint, one inside the condo, and one outside in the parking lot. Plus, he managed to find the time to vacuum out the bathroom exhaust, which was also extremely dirty, and not included in the service. A+++ for doing all the little extras that made me glad I choose this company.

I had a scheduled appointment yesterday from 2 - 4 p.m. The technician could not make it. When did I find out he wasn't going to make it? 5:30 p.m.! I called the office at 3:30 p.m., but there is only one employee in the office, Eric, and he often does not answer the phone or return phone calls. He did not return mine yesterday, so I had to call the technician for an update. When I have spoken with Eric, he is always aloof and gruff. I almost feel like he doesn't like interacting with people or perhaps doesn't care about retail customers, since he is going for the big commercial projects that pay more. His lack of professional courtesy is apparent. I never even got an apology or any follow up with him after my entire afternoon was wasted yesterday waiting for a technician who didn't show up.

I had my ducts cleaned and shortly after smelled dust coming out of them. I called back Honest Air and Jeff told me to have an HVAC specialist come out and clean the unit. I checked the ducts and they were filthy and not cleaned. I called back and Jeff was arguing and yelling at me on the phone. They come with these little vacuums and don't properly clean out the ducts. I had to pay another company to properly clean them, so I paid twice.

They were available to come out within a few days, so I booked them. The tech was on time, clean and friendly. He did the job in about 1.5-2 hours.

This is a definite 5-star business! Upon calling to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with a very friendly voice and he was able to accommodate for a weekend appointment with a 3 hour window. Lance was assigned to us, and he called about 30 minutes before he arrived at our home. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We have 14 vents across two stories and he told us that they had never been cleaned; no wonder my allergies have been kicking my butt! He was in and out in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. After he had finished, I definitely noticed a difference in the air and my allergies have not been as horrible since the vents have been cleaned. I love them! They use various manual brushes that attach to the vac machine. Some companies use rotating motorized brush. However, they told me they used to do that and it caused more mess and could damage soft foil ducts. They are very experienced and knowledgeable people. They also use a sanitizer at the end to sanitize your ducts leaving my house smelling fresh! Tips: get yourself a new air filter so that they can change it as part of the service!

I called Honest Air Care for a second opinion on my failing A/C unit. I was given the window between 4-6pm, and technician Frank arrived at 4pm promptly. He evaluated the unit and did not try to do just anything which would be an additional waste of money for us, unlike the prior A/C tech from another company we had a week earlier. Efficient from start to finish. Emailed me a quote for duct cleaning, scheduled, emailed me a reminder, showed up on time and finished within estimated time. Sent a bill electronically for payment. This type of efficiency and great service make a type-A girl swoon. Lance came over for a scheduled dryer vent cleaning. Since I had never received any sort of duct cleaning, I was unsure of the process and not even sure if it was my dryer vent that needed to be cleaned. Lance was so understanding and explained everything to me. He checked all my ducts and assured me that it was my dryer duct that needed cleaning. The cleaning itself took about 30 minutes or less. There was so much debris that came out (fire hazard). I will definitely recommend this company. Very honest, thorough, and knowledgable.

I recently had a couple of issues with this company. They misdiagnosed during the inspection period for a client of mine (I'm a real estate agent) and then either misdiagnosed or purposely (which I am suspecting as he gave the exact same diagnosis to a close friend), to drive up the price of the service on one of my properties trying to charge over $700 when the other company found and fixed the issue quickly and only charged $210.

After looking at air duct cleaning deals on groupon and living social, I noticed that everyone that has used those services complained of a really hard upsell and poor quality of work. I opted to look for a different company that would clean the air ducts and dryer vent and would be upfront about their prices. That search brought me to honest air duct. They were very accommodating with my schedule (willing to come after 5 pm) and are very upfront about the costs. $10 per vent, $35 for the dryer, and a slight travel charge. The cleaning process took a bit over 2 hours and lance did a great job; going out of his way to make sure all the air vents were properly positioned and the house was maximizing airflow. There was no upsell and lance was very professional. I'm glad I decided to pay a little more to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

Chris came today to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. He was great, gave good advice and showed me how to set up my vents. Also found a problem in the ducts that was an easy fix. No charge for that. Prices very reasonable especially since he cleaned the dryer vent at a very reduced price of 35 dollars with the cleaning of the ducts and he pulled out a ton of lint. He cleaned up after he finished. Definitely would recommend them. Great job and thorough.

Good Morning, I am writing this because I had a HORRIBLE experience with a groupon air duct cleaning service. I googled best air duct cleaning in phoenix and this company came up. And the Yelp reviews were phenomenal. So i went with them.
Chris just left our house and confirmed that the company that said they cleaned our vents did not. They were going to charge us upwards of $600 to sanitize our duct system and scared us that we had mold, which in fact we do not.
What a WONDERFUL company, honest and efficient. My house smells wonderful due to the organic sanitizer that he used. I will always use this company. HIGHLY impressed!!!! Thanks again Honest!!!!

Honest Air Duct Cleaning quoted us the lowest price so we chose them and I am so happy we did. When Lance (?) came out to clean the air ducts we had someone over giving us a quote for remolding. Lance took us aside and said he never would want to lose business but he suggested that we waited until after remolding to have our vents cleaned since they would need to be re cleaned afterwards from all the dust and debris. I was surprised at the honesty, we still ended up having our vents cleaned since my allergies were so bad. They did an awesome job!

We needed to get our air ducts cleaned, and I had no idea where to start. I actually found Honest Air Duct Cleaning here on yelp, and I just had to add my positive experience to the other ones listed. Like others who have posted, I sent them an email and Brandon got back to me very quickly. Their pricing is straightforward and very reasonable.

We scheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon from 3-5. Brandon emailed me around 2:00 and told me that they were running late because they had some complications with a previous client, and that they could still be there or I could reschedule. This was huge for me. I really appreciated that they didn't keep me waiting around all afternoon. We rescheduled for the following week, and I had my afternoon back.

The day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time. He was super clean, and very respectful of my floors, walls and furniture. He was very careful with his ladder, and when he made a mess (duct cleaning can be messy) he cleaned it all up. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I had no issues dirt anywhere when they were done.

The whole appointment took about 2 hours, and I was very happy with the results.

One minor point that I want to mention. They spray a sanitizer in the vents, and they warn you that your house is going to smell like a dentist's office for about half an hour. The smell is pretty strong. It's not a bad smell, but it's kind of medicinal. I could still smell it an hour later. However, we just opened some windows and it was gone soon enough.

If you need to get your air ducts cleaned, these guys are great.

With great reviews on Yelp and the competitive price, I can't help myself by give them a call. I talked Branden, the owner, and I asked bunch of questions. He patiently answered all my questions. One the questions was whether it includes sanitizing and seal, he said yes but the seal is only seal pin size holes. I thought it was great and schedule the cleaning. Lance showed up right on time, 9 sharp, friendly and courteous guy. He again confirmed he will sanitize and seal. He started the cleaning with the big vacuum and the round brush and immediately close the vent. I was expecting some kind of steaming device to sanitize the ducts, but that never happened until the last duct was cleaned. So not sure what they meant by sanitize & seal, I don't think they are not completely honest in this issue. The bottom line is they are great and economical if you just want to have your air ducts clean, however you probably need to call professional companies like Sears or COIT to clean it a step further but prepare to pay more. It was a good experience for me, but I don't think I am a repeat customer.

Amazing experience! I knew my vents were in rough shape and needed a cleaning. I found Honest Air on Yelp after searching the BBB reviews for some of the duct cleaning companies on Groupon. After seeing all the reveiws I didnt mind paying more to have such a reliable company come and clean my vents, and to be perfectly honest it wasnt that much more then the Groupon Deals.
Honest Air was on time, thorough and quick. I didnt know what to expect but I surely didnt expect to have two tennis balls rolling around in my duct work.
I was very pleased with the service and would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone looking.

Not bad if you are looking to just get a quick vacuuming of the ductwork for $120. However, most often this does not get all of the dust and dirt since this company only uses canister type HEPA vacuums. Overall, I would say I could have done the job myself with a shop vac fitted with a HEPA rated filter and an extension wand. Also, the tech told me that my entire system (yes I confirmed, ENTIRE) had been cleaned... However this would not have been possible with the equipment being used and the particular configuration of some of my duct work, actual was about 85-90% cleaned. I opted to instead spend a little more money and have Sears come back a few days later with a huge truck mounted vacuum that moves some 20,000 cubic feet of air per minute and uses compressed air with an air whip to mechanically knock down the remainder of the dust and dirt in the ducts. I have to say, Sears was able to remove much more dust than the shop vac method. Also, he did not seal and sanitize my system as was advertised.

Lance did a great job. He was very nice, professional, and thorough. Not only did he do a great job cleaning our air ducts and vents, he also offered very helpful advice on how to keep our air ducts clean in the future. Additionally, my air vents are of a low grade and did not allow a lot of air to blow out, Lance took the time to bend each individual vent ever so slightly so that more air world come out and he did this free of charge and the vents look great and I can already feel a difference in the amount of air coming out. Chris just cleaned out my air ducts and dryer vent. He even went the extra mile and put in a sanitizer. I have bad allergies, and feel like I can breathe now! He also fixed a few minor things around my house that I needed help with. This company is great and very honest. Don't hesitate to call them. They showed up on time and were very easy to deal with. Excellent service. Quality work. No upselling. This was a quick, thorough, professional and friendly service. The technician was Lance. He was fantastic and showed me the ducts before and after, which was astonishing. I wish I had done this years ago. Lance also repositioned my vents for me so that they blow cool air to where I actually need it to be. They looked like non-adjustable vents to me (very old ones) but he was able to turn them carefully and position them properly. I also received same day service during the perfect time frame that I was told when I called. I am giving Honest Air Duct 5 stars because their service was perfect. They quoted me an exact price over the phone, which is very reasonable considering that they send a knowledgeable technician who does excellent old fashioned quality, thorough work. I am very happy that I called Honest Air Duct for this service instead one of those mailer coupon bait and switch companies. If you are considering getting your air ducts cleaned, I can attest to the fact that my ducts were literally disgusting and I am mad at myself for not getting it done sooner. No doubt, dirty air ducts contribute to a host of health problems. I feel better already, since having years of accumulated (past tenant) smoke, pet hair and dust removed from my home's one source of cold air in Phoenix.

We bought a bank owned home 6 months ago and kept noticing a stale odor to the house after coming home several times. Nothing I did seemed to get rid of it (plug in deodorizers, sentzy). The bank had already replaced the carpets and painted and I had already spent several hours on my hands and knees scrubbing the tile floors. I looked these guys up on yelp and gave them a call. The gentleman that came out was very nice, went right to work, answered my questions and was very pleasant to have in my home. I am a stay at home mom at the moment and am always a little cautious about having men coming out to work on our house while I am there. It went great, the price was very fair and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to have their air ducts cleaned. :)

I called a couple of different companies that promoted their Air Duct Cleaning -- after doing my research I settled On Honest Air Duct Cleaning. Brandon, the owner of the company, called me back immediately -- answered my questions and booked my appointment. On the day of my duct cleaning -- he called me 30 mins prior to my appointment to let me know he was on his way. When he got to my home -- he counted my ducts and gave me an estimate prior to beginning. His prices are VERY reasonable and didn't try to up-sell me. In fact, I think other companies up-sell to do services that brandon uses in his regular maintenance. He was in and out in about 1.5 hours -- and that's cleaning about 15 vents, my air return and my dryer vent. I'll definitely use Honest Air Duct Cleaning again!

When you read the word HONEST, it is for real! This is an honest guy trying to do the best he can. When they come out, they do the job you asked for at a very HONEST price. You don't feel like you are getting hustled or that there is a dishonest bone in either Jeff or Branden's body. I didn't know there were people like this in business anymore. The owner even came out, at another time, to look at a problem I was having. He took his own time, 2 hours, to try to help me fix the issue. The lady in the office even made a few calls to try to schedule him to come out and help. I never even had to call to ask. Their customer service is superb! The lady in the office is so professional and makes every effort to be thorough and helpful. Jeff is the man who came to clean and he not only did an excellent job, he also helped me with our vac-system. He is a clean-cut young man who is very kind and someone you would want in your home.
Read all of the reviews. We all are saying the same thing. You know what to expect if you call this company to clean your ducts. They truly are HONEST!

What a great company! I have been seeing many offers through Groupon for air duct cleaning but was pretty nervous after reading horrible reviews about being ripped off. I found Honest Air Duct Cleaning here on Yelp and I am so glad I did. Our house is so dusty and I have terrible allergies, so I figured it was time to give air duct cleaning a try. The appointment was easy to make and they arrived in the time frame I was given over the phone. The man who did the duct cleaning was honest and nice. He went above and beyond; giving me tips for air filter choices and pointing all vents in the direction for optimal air flow. Our air ducts are now totally clean and he didn't leave any type of dusty mess behind. I would definitely recommend this company - especially because their pricing is easy to understand and reasonable.

I contacted Honest Air after my remodel of my house. I had never had my ducts cleaned and was not sure what to expect. The process was explained over the phone and I booked with them. It made so much sense I had them do my daughter's home as well. The technician was on time, professional, and very personable. Due to conflicting schedules I asked to reschedule my daughter's cleaning to another day and within 5 minutes the schedule was changed, no issue, no extra charge. That appointment his customer service was the same. I was impressed. The reviews here helped me so now my turn to help the next customer!

I emailed Honest Air through their website, and got a call back from Brandon, the owner, within a couple of hours. He described the process, answered my questions, and gave me a price. Since I have a smaller home with only a few vents, he told me I would most likely be charged his minimum rate. We set up an appointment, but a few days before the appointment, my work scheduled changed and I had to re-schedule. Brandon was very understanding and quickly re-scheduled me for the next week. On the day of the appointment, Brandon was on-time and professional. He counted the vents before he started and let me know what the price was going to be. I have 6 ducts and the intake register. Brandon was in and out of the house in a little over an hour. The vents were clean, and he gave me an idea of their condition when he was done. Overall, Brandon was super-responsive, didn't try to up-charge or sell me any thing, and I would highly recommend him.
