Price was on point. Work was quality, no, exceptional on every level. All the workers who completed the install were happy and thankful for our business.

They must be family owned. You can tell they handpick and hand train the workers. A+ guys. Great work. I will use you again.

Terrible customer service!!! Weird technician saw him waking around my home on our cameras. Told the owner he didn't care. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Had to pay for a job that was Never finished and they know they just scam people!!

A/C Stopped working in a very hot day and Jordan came out to fix it within a few short hours! Great service, great value, fast & responsive.  Definitely my go to if ever trouble again!

They've serviced our 2005 A/C units a couple times and have always gotten us back up and running. Techs are always friendly and answer my questions. They replaced a capacitor and cleaned my unit today.

I used pro Solutions again and the service was great.  I was first on the list for the day which was nice cause it gave me the rest of the day to enjoy my self. The tech was very thorough. He covered everything.

Stay away - incompetent and unprincipled

Took them 8 weeks to try and fix our A/C, and we ultimately had to bring in another contractor.

They:

- Routinely cancel appointments or are no-call/no-show
- Misdiagnosed our issue
- Tried to charge me $400 for a warranty service for a problem they were unable to fix
- Lousy at returning messages
- They hate working with warranty companies - maybe they are better with their own clients

Really a nightmare... stay away!

We have First American Home Warranty (FAHW) & called on 6/17/21 bc A/C stopped.  Got to be in the 90's inside house & fans were not enough. We received the service company's name, Pro Solutions A/C & Heating. I didn't wait for them to call us.  I immediately called them.  The company owner answered the phone. He was fantastic & immediately responsive.  Best company we have ever dealt with via FAHW. Told us that his first available was in 6-7 days, HOWEVER, we could pay a nominal additional fee in addition to our $75 service fee & he would have someone e there in 3 hrs.  So, we paid it as last year, we had to stay in a hotel for 5 nights that cost us over $600.  The technician showed up as he said & the unit's burned out capacitor was replaced, cool air began blowing, & it all took less than 30 minutes. Pro Solutions is the best company we have ever had. They were responsive & sympathetic to our distressful situation.It was well worth paying the additional emergency/after hours fee.  Thank you, Pro Solutions!!

Literally worst company ever! No type of customer service and always get the let me check on it and I'll call you back with no call back ever!

My AC broke 5/22 I called warranty and they sent Pro Solutions Air after I had to contact them to get my appointment scheduled they finally came out 5/27 get my A/C back and running everything is fine and dandy less than 24hrs later the A/C stops working again without even turning on at this point. I call Pro air solutions again and they said they will be back out until 6/2!!!! Finally they come and diagnose it and inform me that my warranty needs to order parts... I call my warranty 6/8 and no part has even been sent in to be ordered from them! I myself had to call in the part! long story short almost 3 weeks later from initial visit and I still have no AC! I call pro solutions and no call backs no resolution not even a we can't get the part or we are too busy to accept your warranty job I literally harass my warranty until they give Pro Air Solutions an ultimatum and of course they won't even call my warranty back.

This is a joke of a company please save your money or if you have warranty save yourself the headache and don't let your warranty send them.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again.  Our air went out and our warranty company sent Pro Solutions out to fix it. This all happened in a timely manner. The technician left our house Friday May 22nd at 2pm, saying he would be in contact with our warranty company. We waited eagerly wanting to know when our home would be livable again.  No word from either company. We call the warranty company Saturday to find out no quote had been submitted.  I called Pro Solutions asking what was going on and was told We have until Monday, I mean Tuesday to turn it in since it is a 3 day weekend.  Technically this is true but I was really hoping this company would take better care of me and my family during a time of quarantine and record high temps.  The quote was FINALLY submitted around 12pm May 26th.

Dec. 2014 i purchased a brand new 4 ton 13 seer a/c unit (Lennox) but the unit did not provide the appropriate heat. i contacted pro solutions air don (owner) & he was very understanding & very considerate regarding my problem. he came out & gave me a couple of options...i chose an option & component got installed...my problem got resolved.

Since Dec. 2014 ive had several problems with my unit (i.e. no heat, blown fuse, and most recently again no heat). don (owner) has always been there to take my calls & always willing to educate me about my unit. im not, & cannot personally blame pro solutions air for the problems associated with my unit because i know they did not build it. but im very happy with pro air solutions service, & would highly recommend them to anyone. however, im very disappointed on how this new unit has performed thus far.

Dec. 13, 2015 sunday morning it was very, very cold & my new lennox unit again was not generating any heat. so i contacted pro soluations air again & don was there to take my call as usual. i explained to him my problem & he assured me that they will come out tomorrow morning to resolve the problem a.s.a.p.  the next day don stop by as promised & found/fixed the problem so now i have heat again. this time i made a specific request to don to get my unit replaced if possible...he assure me that if i experience another problem he'll make a strong argument/effort on his behalf to have my unit replaced.

pro solutions air has always been there whenever i had a problem & has always assured me that they would always be there for his customers.

Before calling Pro Solutions Air, I read many of their reviews and there competitions,For me ...I was very happy I decided using them.

When I first called them for the first time,Don the owner answered and just from the few minutes talking and explaining my situation I knew I made the right choice using this company.

The techs ....Job and Brandon showed up the very next day and I was very impressed. Not only were they both very kind and professional,they talked and asked me what my concerns were. I told them what I needed done and they got right on it. After they checked everything ,they told me they needed to order a couple of parts. They said they were going to try and get them for the next day,they did exactly that. I can't say enough for these two wonderful guys. If Yelp would let me give 6 Stars I would. I definitely would recommend this wonderful company.

We had Pro Solutions Air install a new unit and clean/seal the ducts.  Appreciated dealing directly with the owner.  They won our business, after comparing three competitive quotes, on price and on-going service.  The team was prompt and the work was completed, as contracted, in a reasonable time.  Also appreciated that the owner checked progress on the job.

Got a good price for the service, but they said they would come back to replace the melted wires to the capacitor, but never did.  Too bad, would have given them 5 stars, but you gotta keep your word.

Update 5/3/17:

10 minutes after posting this review, Pro Solutions called to apologize and fix the problem. Also offered a free 1 year maintenance service contract.  So, an extra star for the fast response and a fifth star for offering the service contract.  Thank you for taking the time to provide some knock your socks off customer service!

I highly recommend Pro Solutions Air for your home cooling and heating needs. Rubin was very professional and answered my email off of Yelp on a holiday weekend. He got me scheduled for my yearly summer maintenance right away.

Bill, our service technician, called when he was on his way to my home. He immediately got to work with cleaning my Lennox system. Bill went over the filter and UV light information to keep it functioning correctly. When he was done with the maintenance inside and outside of my home, he explained his findings and asked me if I had any questions. I couldn't be more happier with my experience with this business. Thank you Rubin and Bill for your amazing customer service.

This is the worst company ever. Unfortunately I recently moved to AZ and the homeowner has a home warranty which always designates that this company be used. They have made it clear that since there is a home warranty that A/C issues are not an emergency and will not be fixed in a timely manner.  When I first moved here in June it took 5 days for them to come to the house and fix the A/C unit. The tech at that time told me that the unit was old and should have been replaced. On 8/1 the A/C unit died again. The same tech was out the second time, this time he stated that there was a leak and that the Freon had all leaked out and it had burned out the control board.  At that time, it took them until 8/14 to order the needed part, but someone screwed up and the wrong part was ordered. It is now 8/31 and they were scheduled to replace the part but cancelled until 9/4.  They still do not consider this to be a necessary or important repair.  This has to be the most unethical and greed driven company I have ever had to deal with in my life.
I would steer people away from working with this company and find a company that actually cares about helping those in the community.  Their company logo states Never a problem, just a solution, this is a total joke and a bald faced lie.  Run away from this company!!

One of my friends referred me to Don owner of Pro Solutions Air  and he came to my home to give quote. He is knowledgeable, did not try to oversell anything and explained everything in layman's language, so I understand the specifics. The technicians came on time and installed 5-ton new HVAC unit.  Pro Solutions Air offers valley's BEST WARRANTY. 10-year parts, compressor and best of all 10 YEARS ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WITH LABOR with no out of pocket.  That means, no out of pocket expense for 10 years.
HVAC is an expensive long-term investment. When installing HVAC,  need to consider more than just the price. Installer reliability, quality of installation, warranty they offer, out of pocket expense for maintenance and repair in years to come are to name a few. Do your homework before accepting a HVAC installation offer.  You won't regret getting a quote from Pro Solutions Air. I recommend them.

I contacted Pro Solutions Air for a quote to balance our system. They responded in a timely manner saying someone would be in touch to schedule. I sent a second messagethree days later to ask again. I was contacted that day by phone. They were here at the time stated for the visit. That was 12 days ago and I still have not recieved a quote. When I emailed the gentleman who was here and left his card with his email on it, he emailed back stating he sent the quote to the address on file and he would resend to the correct email address. I never recieved it. I emailed him last week again and have not heard back. They have lost my business. It should not take two weeks to get a quote.

Got a bid from Don and decided to have his company do the job.  The gentlemen he sent to do the job were very competent and friendly.  The installation was done efficiently and quickly.  Kudos to this outfit and the quality of equipment and workmanship.
I recommend this service to anyone who wants great quality at reasonable prices.

Sorry to have to rate these guys so low but they truly are incompetent and over their head working on sophisticated AC units with intelligent thermostats. My trek started in June when they came out to address a intermittent problem with my AC.  Long story short I ended up with no AC till Sept.  After talking to the owner I decided to write this review.  We were always scheduled out beyond other customers due to our home warranty company.  By the way I have AC but that's it, the thermostat on the wall is a $20 Home Depot item and I don't have all the functions of the unit.  Customers Beware!

Now we are using the AC.  It is working very well and is well suited to the size and layout of our house. The extra half ton is making a huge difference in keeping us cool. The Lennox unit also runs quietly. Thanks again, Pro Solutions Air!

Contacted Don and his team to replace an HVAC unit in a rental property which I own in Phoenix. Within about 30 seconds of hitting the send button on my email contact form, I was on the phone with Don. Having done my due diligence on HVAC installation and product costs, I was refreshed that Don provided a no-nonsense estimate. His was the lowest of 4 quotes I requested. The installation occurred the same week, and was done in a professional manner without gross interruption to the tenant I had in the property. I appreciate how Don personally managed the process, and was my contact point throughout the quote and installation. Don's way of doing business is the right way, and he's earned himself a new customer and some referrals in the future. Thanks Don!

Came in with a very competitive quote for my whole HVAC system.  Installed it in the time they said.  Very courteous service techs and owner!  I even checked out the truck/trailer they use.  It was so clean you could eat off it, not that I would!  Just goes to show you how much the owner cares.

Don't use Orangutan Home Services!  They are scammers and try to scare you into buying a new system.  Very deceitful people at Orangutan.

I can HIGHLY recommend Don and Company at Pro Solutions Air.   They worked with Trane to get my defective unit replaced after a few issues.  Now, it's flawless (knock on wood).

Disclaimer:  I'm not a shill, these guys really care and work their tail off.

Called Pro Solutions after hours.  Technician quickly found issue with one of my units at a cost of $341.  Few days later my other unit went out.  I called a leading competitor to find the issues were identical, however I was charged only $141....$200 less.  

Needless to say I won't go with Pro Solutions in the future due to their prices.  I will say the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, however, so was the technician from Chas Roberts.

Our 10+ years old A/C unit was making airplane loud noise and I had at least 3 different parties reviewed and all said it is time to replace. Got a quote from them and Pro Solutions Air was the most professional and gave us the best price.
The installation crew was also very professional and did a great job.
A week or two later we had a need for the heater and it didn't turn on... So we contacted them and came back the same day and adjusted (fixed) in a matter of 10 minutes.
Installation comes with 10-year maintenance sounds too good to be true and I will come back here to give an update next year.

UPDATE: It has been a few years since we installed. The A/C unit stopped working. I called Pro Solutions Air and they fixed it for free and reminded me that I should be calling them for Free 10-year maintenance for every year so this 10-year maintenance is a real deal and I'm still very happy with them and I highly recommend this company and will be using them for next A/C replacement for sure.

Absolutely one of the best services I have had in Arizona. The AC installation was done professionally by two outstanding technicians. They showed a desire to install the system correctly and in a timely manner. If asked by anyone I would not hesitate to give a wholehearted recommendation for Pro Solutions.

Our AC unit broke down so we needed to have it replaced. This company provided the most competitive quote and were able to come to my house the very next day to install the new unit. I contacted Pro Solutions Air to get the air ducts cleaned in our house. Jordan and Joshua were right on time, called ahead to let us know they were on their way and were very professional and courteous and did a great job. We've noticed that we've had practically no dust in our house since the service. During their service, they found that the plenum was not insulated correctly by the builder. This is something that was missed by both the company that did the inspection on our home when we bought it and another company that did a regular HVAC maintenance service for us. We're thankful for the attention and care of Pro Solutions and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

I hired Pro Solutions Air to install a new high-tech thermostat and, while they were here, tuneup my AC for the coming summer and clean my ducts and dryer vent.  The service from start to finish was phenomenal.  Andy and Roy went over all of the work they were scheduled to do prior to starting and we super courteous while in my home.  Once everything was complete, they went over all of work, including showing me before and after pictures and helped me set up the app to control the new thermostat!  The technicians' pride in the company is obvious.  The cost was beyond reasonable. (Who doesn't love feeling like they got a deal!)  I will absolutely be using Pro Solutions Air again!!

Not impressed. Service man was rude and aggressive. Called my husband cheap, when all we want is a fair price. Low class, unprofessional would not recommend.

Wow...so disappointed. I called this company, because they were recommended to me by my son, who did his homework. I had a different company come to do the summer inspection, and they told me I need my coils cleaned. Long story short, I didn't trust that company, so called the one my son recommended. 1. The man who came out told me my coils didn't need cleaning, so that was nice...however...prior to reaching that point, my thermostat acted up, and not for the first time. So, he offers to replace it, shows me what he has, and tells me 400.00. Wow, that seemed like a lot, but since I hadn't been shopping, really had no idea. I agree (oh so foolishly) to the 400. Thermostat as well as another part that needed replacement. Work day over, dinner done, I Google the exact same thermostat...and find it multiple places...for FIFTY DOLLARS!!! Shame, shame, shame pro solutions air. I thought I had the company I would be using to replace my A.C. units but I will keep shopping till I find a more reputable company. I knew there would be a mark up but seriously????

Don & Tyra are great people. Our AC went out in our store, and Don was there within 30 minutes to diagnose and had his crew come out and repair it the same day. He is honest, and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Last night, our home AC went down. Don went to the house and repaired it himself with an hour. It was only the capacitor that was bad....THANK GOD!! I appreciate this company and will ALWAYS use them from now on. Great customer service is hard to find, and this company is top notch!

Two weekends ago, one of my three old AC units stopped working.  I have two units for my main level and one for my basement.  For one week, I moved in to my guest room while I researched multiple AC companies.  I had used one small company (not Pro Solutions) for repair a couple of years ago and called them on the day it went out.  The owner of that company was the one who came out and evaluated my broken system.  He tested and a $200 repair with a capacitor would get it running again, but he looked at my unit, which was old, and already had a booster and so this company suggested my AC unit (10 years old) was likely on its last year.  So I decided it may be a good time to upgrade to more energy efficient units , and decided to get bids to replace all of my units with the hopes of getting additional discounts for multiple unit purchases.  Besides, my electricity bills have been pretty high this summer.

I filled out a form online that assigned me to 4 companies.  Within minutes of filling the internet form out on a saturday around 5 pm, Don the owner of Pro Solutions Air called me to discuss my needs.  Of note, none of the other 3 companies contacted me until Monday the following week.  Over the next 4 days, I got multiple bids-- I got a bid from the original company I had used a couple of years ago and the owner agent who initially came out.  When he looked at my units in the ceiling, he said it was going to be a very difficult install.  In fact, he said I don't think we can do this one but he did price the units out. Don with Pro Solutions then came over and gave me a very competitive bid.  I then got another visit/bid from a larger AC company.  When I showed these other two companies the bid I received from Pro Solutions, the first company said--I think you should take that offer if they have good reviews online and with the BBB.  There are only two previous yelp reviews which aren't very good but these were not for new units.  In looking at other online review sites, Pro Solution has much better reviews then here on Yelp.  I then looked up BBB and they have a A+ rating.  I then called Lennox to make sure they are a certified dealer, which they are.  I then went to Home Depot and got a phone bid, and then one other company.  Pro Solutions was about $2500 less than the larger company, and about $1000 less than the original company I had used a couple of years ago.  They were about $300 more than the Home Depot bids but the companies used by Home Depot have poor reviews on every single web site I checked out.  So Pro Solutions had the best price for the best overall reviews.

The thing that absolutely set Pro Solutions apart is their warranty:  10  years, parts, compressor, $75 labor deductible for 10 years (so if they have to come out for any reason and do any amount of work, whether it is one hour or 10 hours, only $75).  No other company had such an option.  All the other companies had an extended labor warranty which is offered by Lennox (the units I was looking at) , and they were going to charge around $600-$800 for each unit--so for me (looking at purchasing 3 new units), that would have been an additional $1800-$2400 (not even included in the prices above)  With Pro Solutions, you basically pay as you need it  and with these newer AC units, I am hoping the amount of issues will hopefully be few and far between.  The other thing that set Pro Solutions apart was they give you 10 year annual maintenance visit for FREE--no trip charge, no $75.  So basically, it is in their interest to keep these machines running well because if there is lot of issues, the labor costs would go up and up.

I called Don multiple times while I was doing my research--he personally answered his phone every single time!!! Many of the other companies had voicemail, and often took a while to return my calls.  The customer service I received was the best by far.

The main install was done by Job, who has worked with Don for many years.  He and his crew worked in my ceiling which has very limited space, and the temp in my house was 97 degrees.  I felt bad for such a difficult install in the heat but the whole crew was very professional and didn't mind me checking in on them, and took time to explain things to me.

So for now, I have been completely happy with my decision.  All three AC units are working nicely.   If I have any problems in the future with my units or Pro Solutions, I will update my review.

Had a new ,A/C Lennox installed in2014 , Don very helpful in us making that decision, service techs for check ups are very nice , just had Kevin at our house yesterday for a check up and seemed to know what he was doing which is good because I'm not an a / c guy , now waiting for a quote to change my stove to gas , thanks guys

Update on pro solutions, Don came out to check things over, I was not happy with AC performance, we had a good pow wow on his business, maybe I was a little rough on the crew with my review. I think the timing of things were an issue, I know they were slammed with business, but over all after today I'm sure I would use them again. Sometimes both side have to air things out, ( no pun intended ). I know they all try hard at Pro Solutions.

Installed new air conditioners an year ago. Best price, service and very professional. They are always responsive and on time. Highly recommended!

Their service was horrible. The worst I have ever been associated with. Completely incompetent and over priced. I would never recommend this joke of a business.

As a woman, I was dreading buying a new air conditioner, I had done my research and at times hate dealing with service companies which try to up sell. Don arrived it was refreshing no upset tactics, gave me the facts about the pros and cons of each system and a decision was made for a mid priced system which was energy sufficient for my home. Roy and Andy arrived to install the system with a pre call letting me know they were on their way. Roy and Andy worked on an extremely hot day, they were professional, polite, and took the time to answer any questions I had in the operation of the system. The system has been installed for a few days and it was the perfect choice, works great, can already feel and difference in air quality and energy efficiency. I highly recommend Don and his team especially if you are a woman looking for a new air conditioning system they make the transaction easy and pleasant.

Don Wade is excellent in his field.  He also is very reasonable in price.  It was a Godsend that I found him by surfing the internet seeking repair or replacement for my broken air conditioner after another AC company came out and failed to repair it.  Don greatly assisted me in getting all my money back from the AC company that incorrectly diagnosed the problem, overcharged me for parts I did not need and did not fix the problem!  Don accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair or replacement.  I chose replacement.  Don installed a brand new Lennox air conditioner for a great price and it is running great.  I am very grateful and very impressed.
