Convenient Home Services

I had Convenient Home Services originally come out to perform an energy audit (they are a preferred company for APS.) the audit was completely thorough and detailed. Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house.

Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish.

I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. How refreshing. I have now had them come back a couple more times for various things and the quality of service is consistent.

James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning  needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition.  The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill.

I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews.

My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient.

Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

Super Easy to work with. Quality painters. My house is beautiful again!  I had them paint the exterior of my home. It was built in 1996 and had never been painted, so there were many stucco cracks and my patio celing was peeling and cracking something fierce. They were fast efficient and truly did some quality work. I totally fell in love with my home again.

The inspection was thorough and they considered multiple ways to assist with the home staying cool over the summer. Hired for ductwork rework and they worked with us on pricing to align with something we could afford while also maintaining the integrity of the updates needed. They were well-organized when conducting the work and cleaned up after themselves. Overall great service and A/C is working better because of their help. Highly recommend

You know the old saying A real class act? Well let me tell you, Paul Gloria (the operations manager) is TRULY a class act. In a situation I myself was to blame, Paul maintained a perfectly professional demeanor and handled himself better than I probably would have in his shoes. Admitting I was wrong does not come easy but I am so impresses with Paul's demeanor I have no choice but to tell everyone in Arizona. Convenient Home Services is a great company and I recommend them to everybody.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

They are finally coming out to see if the air is flowing properly after taking their advice and getting over $4500 work done after using them for our SRP energy study. Will update again then

Chris was primarily the guy who helped us out even though the other crew I met were awesome also. My husband and I met him at the Home & Garden show in Phoenix and after buying a 1970's build we knew a thorough home inspection was a must! Chris came in did a thorough exam of our house and wrote up a great report explaining everything that needed attention from the smallest detail to the largest project.
He later came back with a crew and replaced our old air ducts, put in a new return in our master and fixed the attic ladder because it was loose while they used it. We had issues getting our smart thermostat working after everything was installed. Chris came back out to troubleshoot the problem and found out a wire wasn't connected. He fixed it right away with no additional cost. I highly recommend this company for their expertise, professionalism and competitive prices. My husband and I will continue to use their services.

Provided our family with a comprehensive energy audit and gave us some relatively inexpensive and straightforward recommendations to improve our energy use and save on our power bill.  Chris and his team were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them.

My extended family was out of town when their water heater started to leak.  My goal was to have it repaired/ replaced before they retuned to town so that they did not come home to a mess.
After two days of going back and forth with another company (the one that installed the heater that was leaking,   - the water heater manufacturer gave me the number to Convenient.  
Paul was wonderful!  He called the manufacture to verify warranty for me and had a team out to the house within an hour.  A few hours later, the new heater is installed, and the old one is gone.  The team was great and afterwards, walked me through what could be done going forward to extend the life off the water heater.  
Highly recommended!!!!

We initially found this company through SRP's Energy Audit program.  They showed up when promised, conducted a thorough audit of our home, prepared and shared with us a comprehensive report of the results.  They performed several needed repairs and upgrades to our 60 year old home.  They worked around our work schedules, always showed up exactly on time, worked quickly and efficiently and every time left the house cleaner than when they arrived!!  Our house looks beautiful, is cooler and quieter than ever, and best of all, our last SRP bill was more than $30 less than the same time last year!  They are a family-run business and everyone of them was a pleasure to work with.  We will surely call them in the future when we need home repairs!!

Wow... I agree with Kelly H. The words that come to mind when working with the crew at CHS: thorough, professional, kind, attentive, expert, helpful... I could go on and on. I had no idea what I was getting into when I moved to Arizona from Texas until my energy audit, and now I know how to preserve the comfort level and efficiency of my home. Wow is all I can say, everyone always tells me that when your ac goes good luck getting someone there right away. Convenient Home Services arrived the very next day(we called at 9pm at night) and worked to fix our ac. They did a great job without a huge bill and now our AC works great!

Courteous, professional, friendly, not pushy, has the customers best interest at heart.  That is how I describe Convenient Home Services.  James was there from day one of the audit, joined by Paul upon them returning to review the results of their findings.  Both were also present for the install and other HVAC related work ( and quite a bit of it- sealing, new ductwork, new return air vents, insulation of the attic, sealing air plenums, ) to our house.  These guys couldn't have been more honest and trustworthy.  They did not try and over sell equipment or extra services.  They sold what was best for my wife and I and our house.  We actually did upgrade equipment after discussing details of each of the units. Install work was scheduled for a 5 am start.  At 4:40 am, Five Convenient Home Services vehicles roll up to the house and they are ready with anything the job was going to require.  IMPRESSIVE.  Well planned and well scheduled, the team stayed on schedule just as they had said.  They put tarps down, wore white suits, and cleaned the house as they went.  Always kind and always courteous. I would ask many questions to each of the team members and all were very informative and polite.  I would recommend Convenient Home Services as a Preferred Rudd Retailer if you have such a thing.  The whole team, from their office staff to their field crew, along with James and Paul, are absolutely the best people in the customer service provider industry I have come across in a long time.

Convenient  Home  Services is my AC/Heating Company of choice.  Customer service is excellent and the technicians they sent out are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.   I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Wouldn't hire anyone else. This team of professionals glided in and took care of faulty furnace/ air conditioner,  leaky ducts, outdated therrmostat, and more. They were professional,  knowledgeable,  courteous,  and worked harder than any group of guys I've ever seen. And boy did they ever pay attention to detail!  Great job, guys!

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys!  I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they  completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner.  They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure  that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them.  With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

Convenient Home Services did an SRP audit at my home & discovered a couple of problems which I agreed they should fix. The crew was amazing.  They made sure I understood everything that was being done & left my home in immaculate condition.  Also had sun screens installed & that also went smoothly.  Follow-up calls were made to assure that all was exactly as they promised. Would recommend to everyone.

I have been using CHS for almost five years and I cant say enough great things about their staff and service! One summer my AC was out of Freon and it was 90 degrees in my house upon returning from vacation. It was Sunday and my home warranty company couldnt get anyone out so I call CHS and they came over immediately! They were such life savers and fixed my issue while my small children cooled off in the pool. Thanks CHS!

One year ago My capacitor went out on my less then 2 year old air conditioner.  Convenient Home Services, Inc. put a new one in. I only pay for parts and it cost $150. WOW. anyway I paid it  now this year I called George Brazil and had a maintenance done. I ask what a capacitor would cost and it was $40.00 less and the man from George Brazil said they didn't even put the brackets on so the capacitor was hanging by its wires. The services man made me a bracket and fixed the work that Convenient  should have done. I'm done with  Convenient Home. Thank you George Brazil and Roy Huerta

Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show...offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service....so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit...gave us a new air return...fixed our crumpled duct work...sealed it...bringing us up to current requirements..new thermostat....and many other services. They are always early or definitely on time...in constant communication by phone and email...courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine. Cleaned up after themselves even more than they needed to. The whole crew is AMAZING. Every single one of them. It is very apparent from the moment you meet them they care about YOU the customer. Not a top dollar sale, or pushing upgrades, but truly making sure you get what is needed to better your home. We could not have asked for better service. Spending several thousand dollars is already a difficult decision but they made it easy. We can already feel an immediate difference in quality and comfort. This is a family buisness and it really shows. WE LOVE CHS and we hope to have them back for all future services

I had them seal my duct work and install insulation to a r38 rating.  This is a great company and very reliable.  Chris made sure everything was done correctly.  I would highly recommend you get the energy audit for $99  bucks.
