Requested a quote. Showed up on time and very efficient and polite. Very responsive and showed up when they said they would. Communication was great. They did a fantastic job of removing almost 1,000 sf of tile in less than 8 hours!!! So thrilled to have found them and highly recommend! I walked into the house to check out their work several times and there was no "dusty film" in the air at all!! Thank you for getting rid of my ugly white tile!
This company also goes by the name "DustRam." It was quite dustless, but was it worth $5000 for six hours of work? They were not particularly helpful either. We paid extra to have the carpet strips removed, in addition to the tile. They refused to even pull up the carpet to get to the strips. This would have taken less than five minutes. Six guys watched my senior citizen wife and I pull it up. They also refused to roll up the carpet, after we exposed the strips. They left quite a few nails laying on the concrete and even more still pounded into the concrete when they left. They cleaned up the concrete where they removed the tile, but the carpet had lots of small tile chips that they did not vacuum up. There were tile chips in our lower cabinets that they did not clean up. They also broke one of our baseboards, but took off money for us to hire someone to fix it, rather than sending someone to do so.

These guys are the REAL DEAL!!! I was SO nervous about the dust and drama with having 2700 sq ft of tile removed and they knocked it out in 2 days!!! We added carpet removal which added an extra few hours the next day. The crew was SUPER professional and easy to work with. Nick accommodated some specific requests we had and when it was time to go to work the crew showed up ready to work!!! This is the ONLY way to get your tile removal done. And I didn't even have to worry about crazy amounts of dust everywhere with the tech they use!!!

Knowledgeable staff was able to explain their process and schedule us fairly quickly. The removal crew was efficient and friendly. We had sealed epoxy coated concrete floors which needed grinding and we expected some mess despite the 'dust free' process advertised. Compared to other folks that have had concrete grinding done this was a walk in the park on a sunny day. Truly near 100% dust free.
If you need tile removed, THIS is the way to go. I mean, I don't know why it would be done any other way. This is gold standard. Nick and Mike were responsive, friendly, thorough and reliable. Based on the amount of tile, they booked the crews for 2 consecutive days, BUT the guys were done in 4 hours. Amazing.
I used them in 2018 and had a wonderful experience. I am glad I held on to their number and called them again! This time the men came to remove tile from my kitchen, bedroom, and two bathrooms at my new home.
They did every bit of a great job as they did last time. I really appreciate how nice everyone was and how respectful of my home the workmen were. Showed up on time (just like when I used them 3 years ago) and it truly was a dust free removal with perfectly smooth floors. The consistency this company has is really impressive! Customer service is top notch from the office to the crew, very communicative, and all at a reasonable price.

First off, if you are considering doing any floor removal, whether your home is furnished or not you need to consider using these guys. My job consisted of 1050 sq foot of ceramic tile coming out and I had the whole house empty.
Nick is extremely attentive, responsive, professional and just downright fun to work with. You can sense of pride in his work just from a simple conversation. Initially I held off on my job for about 6 months or more after speaking with him due to budget and timing issues and he remembered details from our first conversation and we picked up right where we left off.
He was very detailed in explaining how the process worked, even down to the contract, very easy to read and understand. Anything that might be an extra charge is easy spelled out for you.
I was waiting for my good experience to die down maybe when the work started. However come the day of removal, James and his crew showed up not only on time but early. Just before 7 am all ready to go. James was extremely courteous and helpful. The team got right to work. Funny thing is, my tile installer came to check out the work during the removal and said the tile won't be completely done until the next day.. however James and his crew finished by 2 PM that very same day.
Also side note, Nick was readily available during the title removal, so any last minute changes, questions or concerns I had were taken care of immediately. Very helpful.
Final presentation. SUPER clean, fresh and ready for tile install. The house was not dirty, you could go In the same day and nothing was dusty or dirty. Great way to preserve your furniture, appliances and HVAC especially.
I highly recommend this company. I would 100% use them again and again when the time comes. It is definitely more expensive than the traditional tile removal but I've learned In life you get what you pay for and they are worth the extra. Thanks team

I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely have to make an exception when it comes to the folks from Arizona Home Floors Dust Free Tile Removal. Their service is awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who actually made arrangements for his crew to come that same day! Nick explained the Dust Free process that they use and I have to say I was a bit skeptical. However when his crew showed up 2 hours later I was amazed. They resurfaced my entire kitchen and bathroom floor and there was NO DUST! The did an amazing job for a very very reasonable price, and left my entire home broom clean like they were never there! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering tile removal. They truly do superb work! Thanks again guys!

I am remiss in not posting this very favorable review much sooner. I have been distracted by a ridiculously complicated remodeling project and forgot to do so.
After my former contractor, who promised to provide a "reasonably dust free" tile removal, failed to keep his word, I called Arizona Dust Free.
The conversations that I had with the representative before I decided to move forward were very professional. The contract is thorough and clearly explains what will occur. Although I'm impressed with the precision and detail oriented approach, my frustration was a bit high with the amount of paperwork involved- - I've signed less paperwork to buy a house!
And although the cost is pretty darn steep, there's no other way to go if you are living in your home. Period. The organized manner in which they work is impressive. The care that they take in your home is impressive. The way that each team member knows their role is impressive. The way that they pack up their equipment is even impressive.
If your home is vacant, you might be able to get away with old-school tile removal. However, if you are living in your home, this is absolutely worth every penny. The time and aggravation saved makes this well worth the extra money. You might have a fine sheen of dust when they are done- easily wiped up- but nothing like what you would be left with if you were having tile removed the old-fashioned way.
And PS- - This company takes their reputation pretty seriously. After I left my initial review- with VERY mild criticism about the amount of paperwork (and the tiny bit of dust remaining in the home), I got an e-mail from the owner AND a call from the service rep! I have left one star reviews without anyone ever responding, and these guys are worried about the smallest of issues. :)

Ceramic tile was removed from 3 rooms and a hallway. The crew arrived on time at 7am, went right to work and didn't stop until late in the day. While one crew broke up the tile, another crew cleaned up the pieces and vacuumed up the dust as they went along. When the job was completed, the floor was clean and smooth and ready for new wood flooring, with nary a sign of dust. Their prices were a bit higher than others but made reasonable by virtue of their process. I would recommend AZ Home Floors for dust-free tile removal.

Wow! The removal was truly dustless. They removed 1500SF of tile & thin set in about 10 hours. We ran our fingers over counters, etc. when they finished and there was "no dust". The large vacuums removed all dust. The floor was well prepared for luxury vinyl tile when they left. I would "highly" recommend this company! And they were really good to work with!
AZ Home Floors did everything as advertised! Nick was very helpful in describing the process and answering over a dozen questions. Victoria (office sales and customer service) was quite thorough, helpful and very polite. MaryAnn and her crew were focused and efficient. No dust, complete removal of tile and sanding of concrete, and completely clean when they departed.
The quote was accurate and the work was done in less time than anticipated. I was concerned about how much vibration would result, and packed everything off the walls. In hindsight I probably did not need to do this as the vibration was minimal. Still, doing so relieved me of any worry.
I did not think the sound was extremely loud. I sat on the patio and could hear it; earplugs were not needed outside. Earplugs or other protection would be appropriate if you were to stay inside while the work was done. That was made very clear during the quote process and the company would supply earplugs as needed.
I've recommended to several friends as in 'if you ever want to do this, AZ Floor Removal is the one to use'. I know of at least one person who has done so. She is extremely particular and very satisfied.
LOVE the fact they are licensed and bonded. They explain in detail the customer responsibilities. This company is very professional and does not try to hide extra costs.
Other companies also said 'you probably don't need to put up a barrier'. AZ Home Floors said 'absolutely no dust barrier is needed' and they were 100% correct.
Some companies said 'we are all booked' as soon as I asked about license/bond status. Very unusual that the bookings came in so quickly after that question.
VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
"NO DUST" We are remodeling our kitchen and baths. At the same time the we are putting hardwood in our office.
We had another contractor remove a little over 500 SQFT of Travertine in our kitchen during remodel. He had warned us that it would be dirty and dusty, that was a understatement. 3 days of jack hammers and a dirty dusty mess, we looked for a different option for the removal of travertine in our office.
I found an ad for Arizona Home Floors claiming they could remove tile "Dust Free". I called figuring even if we had 1/2 the dust and it took only a day (office is just under 200 sqft) we were way better off than what we had went thru last week. The team arrived on time and were in and out in 3 hrs. The floors are clean right down to the concrete, and ready for hardwood.
I can not be more pleased with Arizona Home Floors. If you have a project that requires the removal of tile, don't have your contractor remove, call Arizona Home Floors. In case you didn't see earlier in this post, "DUST FREE"!!
I wish I had heard of Arizona Home Floors before we had the kitchen work done.
I have to agree with all the recent high marks posted here. This week we had almost 1,000 sq feet of ceramic tile removed from our home with the "dust free" process offered by Arizona Home Floors. Being experienced with home flipping in the past, I knew the horrible mess the traditional method of removing tile and mastic would make. There was no way I would move my family into a hotel for a few days during the process, hire a cleaning crew to wipe down the home afterwards and hire a HVAC duct cleaning company to clean our vents.
Knowing we planned to remodel soon, I saw the AZ Home Floor company van in the Chandler area. I did my own research and called them for more information. I couldn't have been more pleased and impressed in working with Nick over the phone.
The entire process to the time the work started was very professional. The crew, lead by Mary Ann, was very cordial, hard working and on task. They arrived on time at 7:00a.m. and began working. By 2:15p.m. the entire crew had completed the work, had their equipment packed and out the door. Impressive!
After the job was done Mary Ann took us through each room/area and confirmed the work was done to our expectations. In the end, the job was done amazingly well, quick and was truly "DUST FREE". Friends and families had asked if this was for real. Our response is, "ABSOLUTELY"!

I spoke with Nick on the phone and he was professional, kind, and patient as we talked through details and quotes. I wasn't able to go with them in the end because the street near the property couldn't fit their equipment, but they let us know ahead of time because they had done the due diligence, which I really appreciated. They will be the first I call for any future properties!

I will give them credit they are completely dust free. However, working with these people is a nightmare. They wouldn't work with my schedule and getting them out to the house was a pain. Then they completely forgot to remove a portion of my tile. Instead of trying to work with my schedule they refused to come back out and said "we'll send a refund check." Take caution when working with a company who is willing to break their own contract.

Came when they said, very clean and tidy and thorough. Price stayed the same and it was dust free without any masked off areas. I would only use this company for tile removal in future! Paying a little more to keep dust from recirculating in vents for months is sill healthier and worth every penny. Such a relief to know the tile is removed in one to two days depending on the scope of project.
First and foremost WOW! I was extremely impressed with this company from the beginning. Mark was so pleasant to work with on the phone. I was telling him about our project and where all of our Saltillo was located and I was able to send him photos so that he knew exactly what I was talking about. After having looked at our somewhat tricky project, he advised that the owner, Jack King come out to do the estimate and measure. Jack was extremely professional and talked to me so that I completely understood what would happen for demo day. Before the demo day, I was able to speak with Nick and Mark had reached out as well making sure we received the instructions and if there were any questions, to contact them. The day of demo (today, 6/15/2018) the crew was early and eager to start. I met with MaryAnn who was so professional and made me feel as ease knowing that I would be leaving my house so the crew could work. When the job was nearing completion, (only 5.5 hours!!!) I headed back and was talking to MaryAnn for a little bit about the house. I did not expect her to be hard at work just like the crew! It blew my mind, she has an amazing work ethic!! The crew was great as well, super polite! I don't know why anyone else would go with another company besides this one! DUST FREE!! I also did stop by 3 hours into the job and MaryAnn walked me through to see the progress, absolutely, zero dust!! If you book with this company, you will NOT regret it!! We had about 250 square feet of tile left to remove in our home remodeling project, and Arizona Home Floors did an amazing job removing the tile. It truly is a dustless system (I was skeptical!). The crew showed up early and was done in about three hours. While not the cheapest option, you really do get what you pay for and it was worth every penny in my mind.
I am absolutely blown away by this amazing company. After the initial attempt of trying to remove the tile myself I called around and ended up having AZ Home Floors do the tile removal with their dustless system. They scheduled me quickly and had seven people show up to get this done in about 4 hours. They were so friendly and the office called me a few times during the day to check in and see how things were going. The house looks amazing and the money was well spent. Incredible. I would recommend them to anyone!!
I loved everything about this company. Nick was very responsive when I explained our situation. As soon as I told Nick what I needed, he immediately arranged for one of the crew to show up the same day to give me an estimate. Once I signed the contract, the crew was scheduled to rock n roll the next day! This was a big job, and the crew worked tirelessly (ok, maybe they might have been tired, but they didn't show it!) for 2 straight days. They had to deal with glued on wood flooring that covered a huge portion of our home, which was no easy feat! In the end, my concrete floors look amazing and best of all, no dust! Seriously. No dust. Yes, they cost more than others, but let me tell you, I have had other companies in the past remove tile the old way and I was still vacuuming micro dust two years later. I also had to hire a cleaning crew to come in the clean every square inch of the place after they left. Not this time!!! I will never consider any other company but AZ Home Floors for flooring removal. A huge shout out to Chris and his wife, who are an exceptional team and just wonderful people all around!

I could not more highly recommend Jack King Arizona Home Floors. As part of a major home remodel of our Sun City West house, we needed to have 1,035 square feet of ceramic tile removed, along with nearly 500 square feet of carpet, pad, and tack board. We were very concerned about dealing with the high amount of dust generated during the removal that would likely result in air quality and cleanup concerns for some time. Fortunately, after doing some online research and speaking with people familiar with the Jack King dustless process, we scheduled the removal. Working with Nick to set up service was seamless. The removal crew arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and thorough, and completed the job in one day. I was in the house during the removal, and can verify that the process was indeed dustless. Also, when they were finished, the floors were ready for the installation of the new wood floors. Excellent process.
We asked for a quote in summer of 2015. We decided to proceed in January of 2016. They booked of for tile removal on February 22, 2016. They were prompt and finished the saltillo tile removal in 1 day. They also ground down the mortar and grout. Their Dust Ram dustless system was exactly like they said. When we arrived home, there was NO tile and NO dust. We are very happy with AZ Home Floors professionalism and quality of service. Their prices are higher than competitors but it was very much worth every penny. We are delighted to recommend AZ Home Floors.

Word to the wise, decorative concrete staining and sealing is not as easy a DIY project as some websites may make it seem.
After pulling up the carpet and old school vinyl tiles, think grade school lunch room flooring, I discovered old adhesive that was much to troublesome and prevalent to remove with chemical stripper. All the flooring companies I called were looking for anything from $1-$1.25 per sq ft to grind this off of the concrete to provide the right surface needed to stain. Having experience in construction, a DIY attitude to take on labor intensive projects and a tight budget; I decided to tackle this problem by renting a commercial floor grinder. It looked easy enough on YouTube and I have a good respirator. So why not give it a shot. BIG MISTAKE...
After two full days of concrete grinding and pouring countless gallons of water on the floors to control the dust we were left with two rooms full of mud. Put it this way, there was enough mud that I could have held mud wrestling night at my house and all I would have had to find were the Ladies willing to wrestle. Not to mentio, the amount of dust that settled onto EVERYTHING.
AZ Home Flooring to the rescue!
Jack is equipped with smart devices and was able to get the needed paperwork to me shortly after talking about project details. I truly appreciated that Jack had me sign off on the Scope of Work, all through electronic signature software, and that he made it really easy for me to get the security deposit to him, PayPal. The final cost was right in line with what other companies were looking for.
Jack and his crew showed up right on schedule and began unloading what had to be 10s of thousands of dollars in equipment. Six hours later Jack called to say the entire job was ready for walk through. Upon inspection, I couldn't believe how good the concrete looked and how detailed they were able to get against baseboards and into corners. Plus I had a difficult time finding any traces of dust.
AZ Home Floors was the right company for this job and will be my first stop for any flooring quotes or advice! My lungs and sanity thank them.
Jack came to my house for an estimate on my house. We agreed to a price. He sent me the contract which I signed and I also gave him a $1000 deposit. Then he indicated that I needed to initial his quote. I was traveling and didn't get to it on the day he expected. He canceled our job. When I called him to ask why he proceeded to lecture me on how he couldn't work with people who "couldn't hold up their end of the bargan." This after I showed his good faith by paying a hefty deposit.
I finally talked him into coming back but he said he would only do it if I quote "thanked him for the price he gave and said how greatful I was that he was coming to do this work."
I couldn't believe my ears and was silent, and he said again, "I still haven't heard you say that." To say he was volitile and scary is an understatement. You should be very cautious about allowing someone like that in your home. I told him under no uncertain terms that he wasn't allowed in mine.
To his credit, he refunded me my $1000 deposit, but it was on my Visa and I would have disputed it regardless. Use Arizona Home Floors at your own risk
I made the mistake of hiring a cheapo "professional" off of Craigslist to remove around 1000 square feet of tile and take it down to the bare concrete, they came to me with 80% of the thinset remaining and said that it wasn't thinset it was a different type of cement that wasn't supposed to be used for tiling and that they wouldn't take it up for the cheap price they quoted and they didn't even do that kind of removal (of course they didn't tell me that after the first tile came up so I could get someone else) so I was stuck with a floor full of thinset.
I found the Arizona Home Floors website as well as some videos that came up Google searches and it seemed that they were real pros and that they were going to come in and do a great job and they did! Jack was very organized and the pricing was fair for the high quality of work I received. I honestly hope I never have to deal with having tile removed again, but if I do Arizona Home Floors is the only call I will make.
