Removal Tech offers a fast, clean and affordable flooring removal service. We removal all types of floor coverings, both residential and commercial. We developed a unique ride-on floor scraping machine in 1994 that allows us to be faster and more efficient than our competition. Serving all the Phoenix metro areas.

HISTORY

Established in 1992.
Warren has been in the flooring installation and removal industry for well over 20 years. The ride-on scraper machine was originally build by him to increase the speed at which the job could be completed. These flooring removal machines have become increasingly popular over the years. Removal Tech has evolved into a variety of demolition services. Our goal is to speed up your home remodel - whether from a water floor, old flooring install, or other damages. Today we now service the entire Phoenix area with home remodel, flooring installation and removal and other demolition services.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Warren has been in the demolition service industry for more than 20 years. He comes from a background in flooring installation and wholesaling. Warren build the first ride-on flooring machine in 1995 and continues using similar models today. He has many years experience as a General Contractor and knows how to do the job right. He works with many contractors in the area to provide the demolition services required for your home remodel. He leaves the job ready for the flooring installation to be done right.

These guys came in and did what they do best. We had white mortar which was a bear to get up. After I removed 400 sq ft In 12 hours I gave up. Found these guys and they kicked butt in a few hours.

Best money we spent on our home remodel.

We thought we could tear up glued down hardwood on our own. After several trips to the home improvement store to rent equipment, barely making our way through 1-2
Planks, we called it quits.

Remove tech was not only available to help, but they were the most cost effective and SO DANG quick!

They were in and out in 2.5 hours. Left us with a clean floor prepped and ready to move on with the new stuff.

Removal Tech had the best price for a really dirty job - 2500sf of Travertine tile demo & 750sf of carpeting removal. It was a big job but they were confident they could get it done in one day. I was so impressed by their efficiency and thoroughness. They covered and taped off important areas and all the workers were busy the whole time doing various jobs. The final price was as estimated. I saved money by going direct with Removal Tech and highly recommend them for your job.

Phenomenal company! Very easy scheduling. The crew arrived earlier than expected, and were very cordial. Even with a man short, they made easy work of 800+ sq ft of glued down wood floor in about 8 hours. Truly dust free due to the prep work and cleanup. PJ and his crew were informative and respectful of our house. They all worked extremely hard and I highly recommend Removal Tech!

Gunner and his team did a fabulous job removing our engineered wood floor! I called around for bids - they were all much higher than Removal Tech charged. The team quickly removed the wood - and it was very messy. They carefully cut around some bookshelves that I didn't want to move, and did a great job with the details. In one location, they accidentally broke a piece of tile, but they told me right away, and didn't try to "hide" their mistake. Overall, I highly recommend this company - their price was significantly lower than all the others, yet their service was fabulous. Thanks so much for a great job, Gunner and Crew!

All I can say is WOW! This company seriously is amazing. They cleared out our entire house in just under 4 hours and there wasn't a spot of dust left afterwards. I took their advice and removed all toilets and anything that I didn't want to be accidentally damaged (anything porcelain is at the greatest risk). Even then they did a very careful job removing all our carpet, tile, and floating laminate floors and nothing was damaged except for one tiny edge of tile near our walk in shower. The slab was scraped clean and ready for new floors in a jiffy. Warren the owner is a very professional and nice person and his team was wonderful. It would have taken us daysssss to remove the flooring ourselves and we also received some ungodly quotes from other companies. I am so glad we went with Removal Tech and I will be recommending them to everyone I can get my hands on. You seriously will not be disappointed.

I am so happy that I chose Warren and his team to work with. My husband and I realized a little too late that we really needed professionals to remove the old hardwood that had been glued down. Warren was able to get me scheduled the day that I requested and his team removed it EXTREMELY quick. They took my number, sent me updates and pictures and went above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely the best money ever spent on some home floor demo. The guys were the nicest, very professional and super quick! 2 hours in and out and they left it all cleaned up. The machine they used to tear out my old wood floor is a back and arm saver. Highly recommend! The owner Warren was also super nice and helpful when I requested a quote. All around great experience. These guys are the real deal. Everyone told me there was no way my floors would be removed in one day. My floors were removed in 4 hours! Other companies wouldn't even quote the job because removing hardwood and glue is a pain. Hopefully, I never have to remove floors again, but if I do I know who to call. They were reasonable, friendly, professional and very careful to protect my home and not leave a dusty mess. Thank you Ross and your crew.

If you are needing tile or hardwood removed, this is the company to hire. They were fantastic. Showed up on time, completed 1,800 sq ft of removal and fully cleaned up when they were done. I explained to you what a clean freak I am you covered everything, when you were done you rolled up everything appropriately you vacuum the floors just amazing. I would refer you to anyone. I ended up working with Warren at Removal Tech on accident. I was supposed to have a Craigslist company come and remove my tenant-damaged wood floors. When they came, they did a small section and left all the glue. Then they said it would cost more to do what I'd asked them at the outset - wood gone, clean floor - and that it would take 3 days. I don't like being baited and switched so they left. Then I found Removal Tech on Yelp. They came that day and got what I needed done THAT AFTERNOON at a fair price. I hope I don't have any more water losses, but if I do, I'm going here!

Absolutely loved everything about our experience with these guys. First of all, they got back to me right away when I contacted them & were so nice & helpful. Which was wonderful as this was my first experience with a demo company and I really had no idea what I needed or what to expect. They set up a time to come look at the job the very next day & then schedule the actual demo the following day. Which was the perfect amount of time for us to get everything ready for them to come. They showed up on time & wasted no time getting to work. They removed about 1000ft of wood before lunch. It was awesome!
After all was said and done they cleaned up everything & left the area immaculate & ready for install. Warren & his crew were all so nice & I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I would recommend these guys to anyone & will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks so much for all your hard work guys!
