ATH was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Right from scoping, negotiating with insurance and completing the repair work. We had a water heater leak which spread to three walls and inside the house and garage. We had a flood from our upstairs neighbor who called AZ Total Home Restoration and sent them to our home to remediate water damage.
They put up plastic and tore out about 200sf of drywall and a 4 foot x 6 foot piece of our patio lid looking for the leak. The process of locating this leak lasted nearly a month. To locate the leak. When it was determined that the leak was above our patio 20 feet in the air they determined it was beyond their scope and told us to find another company to do the repairs.
They then sent us a bill, more than half of which was invented costs.
We chased them down for a month to do a job that they abandoned and then sent a bill for more than triple what it should have cost.
These guys are common criminals and their business shouldn't even be a last resort.
Absolutely horrific company to work with. Every there needed to be managed by myself while working at the house for quality and completion, which took a ton of my time trying to chase after them to do the work. I suggest looking at other companies before having to deal with ATH Restoration.
We had a major leak in our roof and found out the extent of the damages after the copious amounts of water came flooding in! Nathan is amazing and went out of his way to come and assess the damage. This was that evening! By morning he had his team there and rolling out the drywall to protect my vulnerable husband and his fragile medical condition to not make the mold spores out! What an amazing guy and his customer service is top notch! He knows what to do and how to take care of you. Please please use this company for your home damage needs! You won't be disappointed!

We had a water leak in our home and we called this company to come out and inspect our home. We had excessive water travel from our laundry room into our living room and our kitchen. My wife sucked up the water as quickly as she could after a friend brought a carpet cleaner over to our house on the day of the flood.
My wife spoke with Nathan and he scheduled Tony to come to our home and inspect our walls, tile and carpet in our home. He had a device that could locate mold and moisture damage. In his professional assessment, we did not have any mold damage from the flood other than the baseboards popping off the wall.
Tony's recommendation was that we should hire a painter to firmly adhere the baseboards back onto the walls, caulk and paint them.
It's comforting to know that we were not upsold on non existent mold issues that could have cost us thousands of dollars. We found this company to be very professional and they arrived on time.
The company we had called prior to Arizona Total Home Restoration never showed up for the scheduled appointment time. We highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. They were professional from beginning to end and honest, a quality hard to find among many companies these days.
We would use this company again in the future if we have a similar issue.

This review is way too over due.
We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.
This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Absolute pros! They responded immediately--I'm talking setting up fans within an hour. We had to leave town for a funeral but I felt completely comfortable having Nathan and his team work in our home. They were tidy, professional, and always easy to reach. On top of all that they're nice people. 100% recommend.
I never write reviews but after our experience with this company I had to. We have had quite a few projects on our house lately due to leaks and we have been through contractor hell. We found this company on yelp and I can confidently say we found our go to restoration company. They go above and beyond to help you and are priced great. Nathan and his crew were extremely fast and responsive. They treated and remediated mold for a hall closet. I originally requested an estimate from another company and they took forever to email me one. When I reached out to AZ Total Home Restoration, I requested a quote Friday night via yelp, he came Monday morning to take a look at the work needed, gave me the estimate same day AND they started working Tuesday morning and completed Wednesday. His team was great and everyone was polite. If you ever need a speedy job with quality results, look no further than this company!
What an amazing company! I can't believe how professional and knowledgeable Nate was. He explained the entire process from start to finish and was always available for me whenever I needed him I would highly recommend them for any water damage or mold removal project.
I highly recommend working with the Arizona Total Home Restoration team. Amazing! After hiring the wrong company, I called ATH Restoration. Nathan is most knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. It's a very stressful situation when you have to call a restoration company. Nathan keeps you calm and walks you through the process explaining every step he will take to make you whole again. He is trustworthy, efficient, professional and honest. Don't make the same mistake I did in calling the wrong company first. Nathan and his crew were great. No one likes having to watch part of their house get ripped apart, but they made the process as smooth as possible. They were able to start right away and worked for over 12 hours (in the AZ summer, with no A/C) to get the job done in one day. They were able to expedite the post-abatement air quality test so we didn't have to be without A/C for more than two days. I hope to never have an asbestos issue again, but if I do I will definitely call ATH again.
I called this company because of the good reviews I saw on yelp and on BBB. The two gentlemen that came out to give us a bid were the same two guys who came out to do the work. It was refreshing to see that. They did a fantastic job cleaning the asbestos off our ceilings. They were courteous and clean. I would highly recommend them.
