If we could give more than 5 stars we would.  I called and left a voice mail and received a call back immediately.  Taylor was professional and showed up when he said he would.  The process from start to finish was very smooth.  We would recommend 24 Hour Flood Pros to anyone!!

Flood Pros were professional and reasonable. They do a great job of clean-up and monitoring the situation. I had water damage and they were in here every couple of days to check on moisture level. The office staff is so good. Thanks Bridgette!

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.
