Established in 2009.
In 2009 Rocky Mountain Restoration was formed with the idea of changing the way business was done in the damage restoration industry. When the company started it primarily did water damage restoration and mold damage repair. Since its inception, the company has now grown into a full-service damage restoration company, now offering complete water and fire damage restoration services, including flood, fire, mold, asbestos, trauma cleanup, and contents services.

I have been in the disaster restoration field for over 15 years now, specializing in water damage and fire damage restoration. At RMR we are committed performing restoration services at a higher level of customer service. In short, our mission is not to just restore properties, we are committed to restoring the lives of our customers.

I've had the privilege of working with Rocky Mountain not once, but TWICE in last 6 months (lucky me, right?)

In a perfect world, you don't want to ever have to work with a restoration company but I was so impressed with them the first time, I called them for my second leak.

Mike did the inspection. He's super friendly and is thorough on explaining the whole process. Dominic did the actual work of removing the water and putting in the drying machines. He is absolutely fabulous! Super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Lee removed the equipment and was also very personable and professional.

Everyone I've worked with has always made themselves available anytime I've had questions. They're great with letting you know how long until they're at your house and arrive on time.

No one wants to work with a restoration company because it typically means something bad happened to your house BUT if you do need to, I highly recommend Rocky Mountain!

We had a fire in our garage.  They came to the house and made all sorts of promises to handle our property with care.  After the Pack-out, we never saw our $6300 motion bed, not to mention so much more that was lost not to the fire but to them.  The hand tools from the garage that I did get back were cleaned as they said they would be. However, they cleaned them and placed them in plastic bags.  So they are now covered in rust, this ruined my wood chisels and putty knives and a lot more.

We had a glass bottle that was heated and pressed to make a spoon holder my brother sent me from Spain.   They took it and said it had Smoke damage, it's glass how can it get smoke damage in the kitchen when the fire was in the garage.  

They did a half ass job inventoring the item they removed from the home.  An example is I had Ryobi drills and other battery-powered hand tools that required one type of battery while the lawn equipment required a different battery, they just called them batteries.  Things meed specific names with model numbers so insurance knows what they are going to pay for.

Because of them, we lost substantially more then we were given by the insurance company, yeah we know that you are not supposed to get rich off an insurance company but to get more than 40% to a max of 60% of your loss is not getting rich.  It could have worked out to where we could have gotten more like 70% to 80% reimbursement, but NNNNOOOOOOO.

I hired these guys to take the mold out of my bathroom on the house I was selling.

I was quoted $1200 to take the wall down the bathroom which I paid for. They promised to build it back up after they took the payment from me. They were so quick to do that.

I had a deadline of getting that wall fixed that they tear down since I was selling my home to a new homeowner.

I never heard from these guys again. I called and asked them what's going on. Will they fix the wall by the deadline date?. They said they will and they never called me back. I kept calling asking to speak to a manager. The manager even refused to speak to me and they promised they'll get back with me.

They have horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I hate that they promise something and doesn't even bother to speak to me or get back with me..

I don't recommend this business at all to anyone. I had to hire someone else to fix their job that they were hired to do in the first place. Oh and I even had to remind them for that receipt I paid for since they never emailed it to me.

I was very angry and hiring another company to finish their job was stressful. I didn't even get an apology from this company after promising on a call back. Smh..

This company is a scam.  They will quote a price then try to get 5x the amount from your insurance. They will lie to you about mold. They will lie to your insurance company. If they can't get what they want from your insurance they will have lawyers leave scary messages.

Luckily they are also really stupid and don't get a signed contract.

They assisted us with a flood. Their reps were courteous and not too terribly hard to get a hold of. They overbilled our insurance which isn't uncommon. My issue is with a company they called on our behalf that I now feel like I'm in an abusive marriage with and can't get a divorce. They contacted a company to move items from the flooded room that weren't in their way at the time. This could have been scheduled or we could have been asked to move the items ourselves (there wasn't much). Instead, a company came, spent less than an hour boxing and moving things, left us empty boxes in case we needed them, then billed for over $2,000. When insurance paid a fraction of that, only covering what's fair and reasonable, we have been harassed with phone calls, texts, voicemails, emails, and certified letters demanding the balance. The moving company has terrible reviews from other people who after a home emergency were threatened and harassed. I don't understand why Rocky Mountain Restoration would set their clients up for this kind of debt and harassment. They have to know how awful the company is.

Just call them and expect amazing and fast service. Out within the hour to help pin point all areas needed to be fixed from water damage and brought in all the the equipment to start drying everything, also helped my with my insurance claim and connection with a contractor. had no clue how to even start with this process and honestly you don't even need to. They are complete experts and tell you what is happening and they just take control. Thank you to Trevin, Logan, Robert, and James. You were all so kind, professional, and super nice.

After having a pipe burst, we called RMR out to assess the situation. The response time was incredible! They immediately had someone out to start drying out our kitchen and master bathroom. Logan and Jordan have been incredibly helpful and professional. We have never had to deal with this situation before and no question we have had has gone unanswered. I highly recommend using them.

I had some water damage from a bad pipe connection in my ceiling. There was a lot of moisture that was trapped in the ceiling. Rocky. Mountain Restoration was recommended by the Flush King Plumbing who fixed my bad connection. After initial contact the coordinator was over in less than 20 mins. They set up a huge blow dryer, humidifiers, and HEPA filter to dry out all of the moisture. Their  equipment ran all weekend and the moisture in the ceiling was all dried up. I texted Santiago the crew chief numerous times over the weekend and he was quick to respond. James Cummings came over to assess that everything was in order and closed out the incident. They walked me through the necessary steps to contact my insurance agency and the claim has already been paid. The whole process took from initial contact to close out took 3 days. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration.

Imagine having a leak in your living room ceiling 5 days from your son s high school graduation. My warranty company recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration. Within 30 minutes of my home warranty company's referral Mike was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about leaks and preformed all the test and found the source of my leak. He explained everything .  I would highly recommend Rocry Mountain Restoration!

I am in the process of buying my first home. Upon inspection we noticed some black stuff on the walls/ceiling and assumed it could be mold. I went on yelp and looked for a Damage Restoration company and found Rocky Mountain Restoration. I called on a thursday morning and was greeted by Chelsea on the phone. She was very helpful and kind. She explained to me the process of what will happen and answered all my questions. I explained to her that My husband and I wont be able to available till the next day.

That next day - I met Raf at the home. Raf was Awesome! He was on time and very friendly. As Raf was working and inspecting the possible mold, he made sure to explain in detail what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Chelsea and Raf made us feel very comfortable to continue trusting Rocky Mountain Restoration as a company to work with. Overall, we are very happy about the speedy and detailed service! Thank you Rocky Mountain Restoration!

I had a similar experience to the other 1 star ratings. They were recommended by our plumber and came quickly to drill 14 holes in our bathroom wall and overcharge for fans to dry out the wall but never returned to fix the damage. I called 6 times over 3 weeks and no response. Crazy rates, poor customer service, made the problem worse, and never finished the job. Use another company!

We had a pipe break in the kitchen wall....plumber stopped working as there was water on the floor under dishwasher and walls were wet. He knew we had to get a restoration company in and called Rocky Mountain. Logan was our project manager; he set up the demolition...we were very pleased with the workers that did the restoration. The cleaned up and made things livable, as much as you can do without a kitchen. We would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for any of your needs.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that should've been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I should've called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. The plumber they sent took a quick look and couldn't determine anything. He said a restoration company would have to come out and open up the wall to access the leak. Alex, from the restoration company, came out, took a look and said they needed the results of an asbestos test before they could open the wall. They wouldn't have the results until the following week. They couldn't do anything before then. What?! This was an active, intermittent leak releasing gallons of water and soaking the carpet in a few areas. I never would have imagined that this situation would turn into such a nightmare, largely due to this company. They did such a horrible job that their negligence resulted in at least 3 floods and the loss of my tenants. To add insult to injury, they called and left two voicemails, also sent two emails saying the insurance company was issuing a payment but they weren't getting enough money and there was an $830.23 balance. I got a letter in the mail stating so and I called my insurance adjuster. He said this is common practice for these companies to do this and the insurance already paid what charges they felt were justified. All of the communications from Rocky Mountain Restoration had a threatening tone when it came to collecting money. The letter stated that it was my second notice, which wasn't true.  When I got the letter in the mail, I emailed the company saying that it is unethical to try to collect more money after they already received their insurance payment! I had home insurance and a home warranty and these weasels are sending me an $830 bill?! The response I got wasn't very convincing. The Claims Manager, J. Tanner, claimed that the letter that I received in the mail was mailed by mistake. Hard to believe after receiving phone calls & emails stating the same. They are vultures & liars. Stay away. Communication is key- who came up with that one??

Update. I was contacted by one of the workers about my post and my experience. I will not take my experience back but I will say they paid the invoice and they told me that the guys were not at all trained to treat me the way they did. I will still keep my eyes wide open with any company from here on out. They were polite. They stars increase due to trying to retify the issues but way to late.

20sq foot water closet with bio hazard under a few tiles. Final bill $5800. Due to the small area and possible insurance ramifications we asked for a guesstimate. I have rounded that up to $3000 and fully expected the bill to be $3500 or $4k max.

I would encourage no person i know to use any of these services. Staff were in my house a total of 2 hours with approx 4 days of fans. Total rip off.

We would have put this claim through insurance had we realized it is a giant money grab.

They make NO attempt to limit your financial exposure.  AVOID AVOID AVOID

My toilet flooded because of a broken hose.  Water also
seeped into the adjoining bathroom.  My plumber promptly replaced
the errant hose and strongly recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration
to follow up with the water damage.  The team came over quickly, set
up high power drying fans to prevent further damage to baseboards
and laminate in master bedroom.
The next day, baseboard areas and some laminate in bedroom area
were removed and prepared for replacement.
When the drying process was completed, all areas were properly cleaned.
These folks are punctual, polite, and respectful of property.
Highly recommended.

A sad state of a company! Our home owner's insurance company deemed overbilling and disputed invoice. (I wasnt even involved) which I see this is a common issue. Insurance did not pay the full bill based on ridiculous charges that didnt even occur. Caralee, although I never received a bill now calls me everyday threatening collections on my 90 year old grandfather if we dont pay the disputed amount or agree to sign a document to allow a 3rd party reviewer. If we dont sign then we will just have to pay that too according to this creepy woman. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy and I will be filing with the BBB for unfair billing practices. They no showed repeatedly. The only thing I will say is the work is complete. Im horrified that this company is still doing business.

My mom is home owner in Arizona and we used Rocky Mountain Restoration to fix minor mold in her guest bathroom. This simple fix took them one week to complete. They run up the bill more than necessary and use the insurance to help pay their overcharged bill. We've called them and their customer service was extremely rude and not understanding of our situation one bit.

They price gouge. Do no use them. They will nickel and dime you left and right. This is utterly ridiculous.

This company is amazing! They are extremely informative and thorough. We had to be out of town for part of the process and they were always communicating with us about when they were going to be there and when they left, always leaving us details about what they were able to do that day. We felt like we could trust them. We really appreciated them and I worked mostly with Patrick and we cannot give them a high enough review. Great company with amazing ethics. Thank you!

The 1 star is for the techs that showed up and did demo on our bathrooms that we experienced water damage in. They did a good job, otherwise I'd give ZERO stars! This company price gouges and then tries to bully you into paying their ridiculously inflated prices by threatening filing a lien on your home. Look them up on the county recorder site, they have filed many liens!! Creeps!
It took a month to get the invoice but when they finally sent the invoice to my insurance company I noticed that they were charging for work that wasn't even done! But, like any adjuster would, they reviewed it, sent it back with some changes using the xactimate system for approved prices in the area, well RMR refuses to accept the insurance approved amount and continue to threaten us with escalation and a lien. Its stressful enough dealing with the loss you just experienced let alone a dishonest and downright RUDE billing office! I was shocked to see no complaints have been made to the ROC yet!!!

This company billed for things they never did and my insurance claims adjuster said their bill was the largest he had ever seen in the over 32 years in the insurance business.  They call disconnecting the dryer which in my case was unplugging it from the electrical outlet only and that costs $55.  If a plumber fixing a leak tells you to go with them, I guarantee they are getting a kickback.  Don't use them, RUN!!!!!

As a recommendation from our agent at our insurance company, we called Rocky Mountain to come and assess our water damage from an overflowed toilet.  They responded within an hour and determined the next steps we needed to take.  Offering to leave a dehumidifier behind because it was the right thing to do!

I would recommend Rocky Mountain to anyone needing this service.  Rustin and the whole team were amazing!  Thank you Rocky Mountain for being an honest, reliable, and trusted company!

*update* it appears everything was a misunderstanding with their billing department and a newer employee. I truly appreciate them owning the mistake and they have since smoothed things over.

Do not sign anything and do not use this company bottom line. They will run their equipment longer than necessary to run the bill up more than necessary, and per the insurance they're using higher than market price gauging over the reasonable charges and them come after you for them over charging. Their customer service is rude as can be.

We found a plumber on Yelp who turned out to be extremely dodgy. I was at the gym when my wife accepted their estimate. We had a flood and they ended up replacing outside plumbing which was not at all required and VERY expensive. When I got home they were already done and RM were onsite sizing up the restoration (shilled in by the plumber). It was a stream roll job, when you have a flood it is overwhelming. My insurance adjuster then called me and asked me to google RM. I was going to be billed for a lot of work insurance wouldn't cover. I did and I asked them to quit the job. Caught a bullet with the plumber, dodged it with RM.

First of all, their response to COVID has been incredible, Travis was incredibly professional and very aware of the new reality we are in. Gave em a call originally because being from Colorado, I love the Rocky Mountains so I had to call the AZ company repping the Rockies in the desert. Called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend after finding a bit of mold after fixing a leak. They had someone out within 45 minutes for a free inspection. Within two hours Mike had remediated the mold, cleaned up after the plumber who had left a bit of a mess, and made sure I had no other evidence of mold where the drip was occurring. He wore booties, was friendly to my kids, and was a wonderfully pleasant person to work with for this minor project.

I had a very devastating situation where we had a pipe burst in our kitchen that completely flooded half the rooms in our house. Our furniture and carpet were ruined and were were completely distraught. The folks over at Rocky Mountain Restoration were so compassionate and got the job done right! Travis Waterman promptly answered when we reached out and made sure we had any questions answered quickly. It was a crappy situation but we're grateful for all their work to get this completed.

So thankful for Rocky Mountain! We had a leak in the wall and Rocky Mountain was out within an hour of our plumber calling them and got to work. Patrick was our project manager and he was so thorough in explaining everything and is very knowledge. I can be really irritating with constant calls and messages and wanting updates and Patrick was so patient and reassuring that we had nothing to worry about. Going through these situations is never fun but Patrick and his team made a horrible situation much better, thank you!

Was not happy about their bid tactics.  When they arrived after my water heater break the first question was (what is your insurance deductible) and I refused to answer.  After much talk about mold that would start in 24 hrs and how much wall they would need to rip out they threw out a nice round $____thousand dollar number with no detail.  
The good news is the bid manager gave me a small deduction when I complained about this.

I'm profoundly dissatisfied with the service I received from Rocky Mountain. My insurance refused to pay out until they received a picture from Rocky Mountain. This picture was supposed to be taken before the demolition took place. I am now acting as a mediator between the insurance that I pay for, and this service that I also am paying for. So far we have been living out of townhome for two weeks, and we are still waiting for results from Rocky Mountain. You might want to consider going elsewhere for service. I will update this review once this job is completed.

I called Rocky Mountain Restoration in January to get a second opinion after another company tried to tell me my entire bathroom and downstairs wall needed to be torn out due to some water damage.

JD from Rocky Mountain came out and was AMAZING! He didn't see dollars signs and he instead put my mind at ease. Very honest people who told me worse case I would need a little dry wall replaced. I appreciate their help!

Rocky Mountain Restoration came out to my home as a result of water damage caused by a malfunctioning water softener.  They were prompt,
always professional and performed the work in a timely manner.  They checked on the dry out daily.  I especially want to mention the attention that JP, my project manager and Steve, the Tech, gave to this project.  They answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process.  I would highly recommend this company.

Aron at Rocky Mountain has done a fabulous job of helping us after we found a leak in our new home we just bought and moved into a few weeks ago. This has been very hard on us because we haven't even lived in the house 3 weeks and our kitchen which had new cabinets installed had to be ripped out. He is very professional, clean and courteous. He could see that my husband and myself are distraught about this whole ordeal and he has done everything he can to help us.

When you call Rocky Mountain Restoration, you are not usually in a happy place. Water from a broken soft water pipe had filled half of our new home (approx 2,000 sqft of a mess!)

We called Rocky Mountain's emergency number immediately due to a previous incident at our last home (apparently we have bad luck with water). 3 years ago, we were so impressed with the clean up, that we had them do a major remodel as we restored our home to the pre-water state. With that positive experience, we didn't think twice when we found ourselves once again in the middle of a huge mess.

JP arrived within 2 hours and called for backup. Shortly after an entire crew showed up on a Sunday afternoon. We had water sucked up, carpet out, fans & dehumidifiers everywhere in a matter of hours.

The constant communication and support helped us through this trying time. Someone was out here every day checking on the status. When it was determined that drywall would need to be removed, that was done quickly and the dry out continued.

We were impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work, but mostly of the kindness and positive attitude of the employees. That kindness, genuine concern, and authentic friendship made this process easier. I am grateful for that. My brand new, perfect house was broken - and they were kind. It was appreciated more than they will know.

A big shout out to this amazing crew led by JP! JP is a freaking rock star - even post clean up, he called to check on things to make sure I was 100% happy with how things were going with the restoration, promising to make things right if I wasn't. The guys we had in here were all extremely professional and great at what they do: Dillon, Dylan, Rustin, and Logan (I hope I didn't miss anyone) We were also impressed with Ray who came out to give us an estimate on the reconstruction, and have nothing but great things to say about Tony who is helping us get things back in top notch shape. Man, he knows his stuff!

Thanks Rocky Mountain! Hopefully, we don't ever need you again, but if we do - you will once again be our first call!

Rustin and the team at Rocky Mountain Restorarion provided best in class service in response to our plumbing emergency/restoration needs. I'm leaving this review for Rocky Mountain Restoration, but also for Logan in particular.  I just want to commend him for his spectacular work and customer service. Rarely do you find someone this professional, and reliable... I felt that it was worth a review.  

My dad was out of town, in a different country actually, and while I staying over at his place, a pipe busted and the water coming from that pipe was being absorbed by the walls of his bathroom.  It was bad enough that the plumber told me that the walls were about to expand at any moment.  I found this out at night, and contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration, and they made every effort (around my schedule) to get in, and fix it for me.  

Logan was accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual.  I texted his cell phone multiple times during the process of getting my dad's walls dried, and he NEVER sounded annoyed with me.  Honestly, I can be annoying and demanding.  I'm the type of person who keeps following up if I'm given a timeline and it isn't met.  

Logan was always polite and calm, just trying to get the work done before the water damage got worse.  I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me, and was as concerned about the walls as I was.  There were times I would tell him that a certain appointment time would be ok, only to find out that I can no longer have him come at that time, and I had to reschedule.  Even then, he tried his best to help me and fit my needs.  Again, he was really patient with me.  He would tell me that he would get an estimate or invoice to me in X amount of time, and sure enough, it would be done.  He would give me a window of time that he'd be at our place, and he was NEVER late.  He explained and walked through the process of everything with me.  I would have a ton of questions, and he would answer every single one of them.  

I was given Rocky Mountain Restoration's contact info by my plumber, and he assured me that Rocky Mountain is a reliable company, and he was right.  I highly recommend Logan and Rocky Mountain Restoration to anyone who needs a trustworthy company for their restoration needs!! Thanks again, Rocky Mountain Restoration!!

The water restoration crew was great. Felt very comfortable with them.

However, hired the restoration and construction for the remodel. Not nearly what I had hoped for. Not the worst but definetly not my best experience.

Seems like the construction phase was more afraid about getting their money upfront and in their pocket than eArning a good relationship with me.

On a positive note the guy whom did the work,Daniel,was great. Neat, clean respectful and was just all around nice to have in my home.  

To recap, I would say I didn't feel like a Priority during this project. Also felt like even tho I paid for every little out of pocket expense and did so immediately that things could have and should have been completed  in a more timely manner.

One last comment. I found the billing  confusing... they could be. Bit more explanatory or the entire process from beginning to end.

The dehumidifier that the employees of Rocky Mountain Restoration left with me at no charge dried out the flooded rooms so damage is minimal.  I saw the water pouring out of the dehumidifier by the hour for the next four days.  I can't imagine how much it would have cost to rent a machine that did such an effective job.

Dillon and J.P. came to pick it up.  Cody was with Dillon the day they left it with me.  These people couldn't have been more courteous and professional.  When they picked up the humidifier, they told me that I would receive their plans to fix the damage by email which was fine with me.  At no time did they press me to buy any services.  How often is free, free, in the world today.  When Rocky Mountain Restoration services says something is free, it really is.  

When I have emptied the room and drained the waterbed against the wall that is going to need some work, I will call this company.  My experience has been positive enough that I don't need to call around.  They reminded me of my Father and his crews when they did restoration work.  That is more than enough of a recommendation for me.

One other minor thing I liked.  I guess I am funny about what I am about to say.   In my opinion, if you have just had your home damaged, you want the vehicles of the worker to look something like your house should when the work is finished.  Maybe a light at the end of the tunnel sort of thing bu it works for me..

Terrible company!  If your house catches on fire and burns to the ground and you want nothing but issues then hire this company. Be prepared to just do the work yourself. They will leave you high and dry .  Its a terrible company

I recently had some water damage from a leaking tub. This company was amazing. Patrick was here within hours and set everything up professionally and cleanly. All staff wore face masks and booties in the house. He was available for any questions I had, left his number and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. The drain in my son's kitchen required the countertop and cabinets removal for the plumber to follow and fix the problem. David  Garcia and  Tanner Hancock from Rocky Mountain Restoration came to do the demolition. I can't imagine two nicer and more professional gentleman. Not only did they do an amazing job removing the cabinets, but they also did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. They immediately notified me if anything was chipped or cracked in the demolition. I can't say enough nice things about two wonderful guys who take pride in doing a great job!

Our toilet overflowed.  Water filled our bathroom, hall, laundry room, 2 closets and soaked some carpet.

We called these guys and they were awesome!  With their fancy gadgets and keen eyes, they found all of the water.  I was surprised at some of the places where the water got but sure enough I saw the water with my own eyes.  Thank you for being thorough and accurate!

Dylan M. was very polite and respectful.  I had never filed a claim against my homeowners insurance.  He made everything very clear.  He explained all of the steps and gave me great tips.

I hope I never need their services again.  But if I do, I would use them immediately without any reservation.

Very quick response to an air conditioner mishap and leakage in our ceiling.  The intrusion was minimal and everything was explained up front.  Our worker, Aaron, was polite and professional and the pricing was reasonable.  I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration.

I called Rocky Mountain at 3:30 am in the midst of an inch of water that had blasted from a pipe in the garage and flooded my entire home.  A real person answered the phone, and had a capable team led by Jaren at my door in 30 minutes to extract the water. They returned many times during the week to dry out my home.  Jaren's  kind, patient and knowledgeable communication style made this difficult week less stressful. Dillon, another employee, got everyone working well in the home to dry it out and was great to answer questions too.  Now we are on phase 2 of restoration which is reconstructing damaged areas.  Rocky Mountain is helping with finding contractors, supervising work, and I will post again how the company does in phase 2 of flood recovery, but for dry out Rocky Mountain has been amazing!

I used Rocky Mountain Restoration for mold remediation in my bathroom wall, due to a weeping water pipe.  I filled out the 'contact' information on their website on a Saturday morning, expecting to hear from someone on Monday.  Much to my surprise,  I received a call back in a few hours, and they sent Tanner to my house on Saturday afternoon to evaluate the situation.  

He quickly assessed the damage and talked me through the remediation process.  I had a different company evaluate the mold the night before,  and they did a much more thorough test for moisture in the wall than Tanner performed.  But, they seemed shady and wanted to open up a lot of walls in my bathroom and bedroom. I asked Tanner to check for moisture in the bedroom wall, and he found none.  That finding gave me comfort that Rocky Mountain wasn't at my house to do unnecessary work, but it would have been great if Tanner had tested that area without being asked to do so.

Tanner was able to do the work on the day that I requested, and did a great job at the mold remediation.  The dehumidifier and air scrubber that needed to run in the room for 48 hours made it pretty uncomfortable to be in the house (hot as heck in the bathroom and the air in the entire house was EXTREMELY dry) but was a necessary evil.

When a different tech came out 2 days later to remove the plastic curtain that sealed off the room and remove the equipment, he failed to remove the plastic that they had put on the ceiling to seal off the a/c vent and exhaust vent.  Not a huge deal, but it was something that I had to do myself.

I would use Rocky Mountain Restoration again, although the cost seemed high for the amount of work performed.  This was my first and hopefully last mold issue, so I don't really know what a fair price is.

I had some roof damage due to a storm that hit in early August.  The damage caused internal garage damage, or so I thought.  JP from Rocky Mountain Restoration came out and inspected the area, determined that there was no true water damage so there was no need for repair.  The inspection was free and I really appreciate his professionalism and his honesty.  

I had used Rocky Mountain Restoration a couple years ago for water damage at another property and they did a great job, so I reached out to them for this situation and I am glad I did.  Highly recommend them!

Rocky Mountain Restoration is a very organized, professional company with great customer service!  I called them due to a possible need for restoration due to a water leak which had flowed under my new flooring in my newly remodeled home.  They sent Logan out within an hour and a half.  He went above and beyond to detect all the possible damage from the water, and explained every step of the process.  Once everything was complete, both Logan and Dillon followed up right away to ensure I was happy with everything.  Kudos for being such a great company!

I have to say that we have had an excellent experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration.   We moved to Tempe and within 3 weeks of getting here had a minor plumbing flood that inundated two walls and ruined one floor and our baseboards.   Our emergency plumber recommended Rocky Mountain and he have not been sorry!   In particular, JP has been a lifesaver to us...marshalling the entire project in an organized and expeditious way.  He also caught an expensive not necessary test (that one of their competitors had ordered) and helped us get out of having to pay for it.   JP came out within an hour of our call and set up immediate flood remediation for an indoor leak due to a faulty refridgerator water hose.   They were friendly, prompt, communicative and very helpful.  JP has been professional, responsive (he texts regularly & responds to my questions instantly), and kind...plus he and his crew have put up with our wild dog, crazy schedule, and kids.  In fact, he has even shared pastry recipes with our daughter!  Great personal, thorough touch!  Highly recommend this company!

We had water damage from an improperly installed toilet in the master bathroom which rotted the floor away in the toilet area.  Rocky Mountain Restoration came out within the hour after a call from our plumber. JP checked the damage, gave us an estimate to remove and sanitize the area.  He also recommended/called a top rated company to rebuild the area.  Rocky Mountain came out today (12/3) at the appointed time.  Aaron worked for a solid 2 hours to remove the floor and sanitize.  The work area was spotless when he left.  Absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for water damage issues.

Rocky Mountain Restoration did an excellent job during a horrible situation. We had just moved into our new house when we had a sewage backup flood in portions of our main floor. Rocky Mountain Restoration was recommended by the plumbing company working on the issue. They showed up within in an hour of the call. Dylan Miller was very professional, understanding and thorough. He immediately explained all that needed to be done. Dylan personally came back everyday until the bacteria and moisture were at acceptable levels. He walked me through all the next steps that would need to be taken. He was the one shining light in this bad situation.

Also, Rocky Mountain Restoration works directly with the insurance company taking that burden off your shoulders. 5-stars for Rocky Mountain and Dylan!

Rocky Mountain provided the greatest help last December (2017) when we had a minor flood in one of our bedrooms. Logan Bone and Rosa came out and evaluated the damage. They hauled away our soggy carpet pad free of charge and gave us some very helpful advice. Earlier in 2017 we also had a crew from Rocky Mountain hat helped us with a larger flooded area in our house and we were so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness and communication. They even came out late one evening when a separate company did not seal off areas of our house correctly. (If they hadn't come, we would not have been able to get into our house) We therefore highly recommend Rocky Mountain. Thank you so much!

Awful service! We provided our insurance estimate to them on 7/18 and spoke with a very delightful Kristen (receptionist I think). We were advised someone would be calling later in the day to schedule a walk through for the rebuild. 7/24 we called to advise no one has called us our scheduled anything. Kristen urgently advised for someone to contact us and cc'd us on the email. Unfortunately, still nothing. We are using a different company that within 48 hours did the walk through, provided an estimate, and started the work.

After ripping up carpet, we found evidence of a water leak.  We were concerned that this unnoticed, slow water leak had done its damage over time.  We called Rocky Mountain Restoration and Dylan showed up within the hour.  After thoroughly assessing the situation, Dylan shared the good news with us that, fortunately, there was no need for restoration services and mold was not a concern. Phew!  
I just can't say enough about Dylan's friendliness, level of professionalism and honesty.  I hope we never have the need for restoration services, but if we do, we will absolutely call Rocky Mountain Restoration.

Great experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration.  Jaren came out and responded quickly when we discovered we would need their services.  He explained what was needed, in detail, each step of the entire process.  His team did a great job on the drywall.  You cannot tell where the drywall was patched and they made sure to use matching paint on the entire wall so you can not see patches or splotches.  They also took care to take extra time to make sure the cabinet work was completely dry.  He and his team were courteous and professional and did a great job overall!

I had a very good experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration Company. Logan came out quickly, after I discovered there was water damage (within about an hour after I called). They got all the drying equipment out here fast and were very responsive about checking on it and removing it once everything was dry. They were helpful with advocating with my homeowners insurance regarding the water damage which, I found quite helpful. The guys who temporarily hooked back up my washer and dryer were great as well, so I wouldn't be without laundry  while trying to figure the construction aspect of things. I didn't end up going with Rocky Mountain for the construction piece of the job, as their bid was higher than the homeowners insurance payout. Other than that, I highly recommend them!

Clean up from the water damage was great. It was all downhill from there. After receiving the estimate for repairs, I did not hear from them until the insurance company contacted them two weeks later. It turn out the PM was on vacation. It took approximately six months for the repair. They were slow to do repairs. The floors were never properly done. Some sticky substance was all over it and they could not clean them. Furniture was placed in the garage in 100+ degree weather and suffered damage. The garage door was damaged and had to be replaced. Property was thrown on the floor and damaged. Linen was thrown on floor and sent out to be clean. Lots of it was not returned. I'll stop there. Just poor management. After PM did not respond to my texts for two weeks, I finally escalated only to learn he was no longer with the company. The work just stopped. Before the job started, they required that I pay for upgrades but never gave me an invoice that I continually requested.  After I gave up on getting repairs done properly, they attempted to charge me more but said they would forgive this additional charge if I agreed to sign off on their work. No walk through. Draw your own conclusions.

We just used these guys for remodeling our guest bathroom.  It took a while to get started because the first guy that came over to give an estimate never called us back then we found out that he was no longer with the company, which we had to call to find that out, that was a little unnerving.  Once we got everything set to go, Nathan and Troy came and did the work, for the most part, there were separate marble people that did work as well.   They were excellent and super nice and professionsal.  We had to have a few touch ups after the fact which were taken care of in a timely manner.  We would hire this company again for future work.

I am shocked to see such great reviews. We have had the worst experience with them on so many levels. Customer service, quality, payment process, threats to file a lien before they even finished the job. I really hopped we didn't go with this company (which we chose based on the reviews). They charged way more than other companies have estimated and for that price our experience was less than sub par.

We had a leak, a couple contractors looked at the damage, it was very minimal but when Rocky MT showed up, they tore up my home! They made promises that were never met, in my opinion they did not need make all of the  holes in my ceilings or drill holes in my walls, Rip up  my new flooring and put in over 50 drying fans!!  Thus, making it unbearable to live there with the noise, and the humidity  Chris the project supervisor, showed up once, shook my hand and made promises but I never saw him again??  This company, was horrible to work with, they don't do the repairs, they sub it out and I was the one who had to do all of the leg work and coordinating , that Chris should have been doing,  it is my opinion the ripped off me, and the insurance co ( maybe even insurance fraud) we will see. I am contacting the attorney General and the BBB.   It's my opinion that they created a lot more damage to my home, just so they could do more repairs and collect more $$$$

Rocky Mountain Restoration did a great job repairing and remodeling our Kitchen after some devastating water damage.  Terry Shipman, coordinated the painters, electrician and cabinet installers.  We could not have been more pleased with the results.  Terry was very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and available and kept the momentum of the project moving.  His  follow up was outstanding and ensured the quality of the work that was done by the sub contractors.  A great eye for detail and extremely pleasant to work with!

Last month I had a upstairs toilet leak into the garage.  When we opened up the drywall it was apparent this was going on for awhile.  Had 3 bids for clean-up.  Also had a contractor friend check it out.  Rocky Mountain was seemed to be the most honest and reasonably priced.  Did a great job.  Would use again without hesitation.

We had a shower that leaked over the holidays and damaged our kitchen ceiling. In order to keep that from happening again a total tear out of the master bath was in order. Our insurance co. recommended Rocky Mountain as well as a trusted plumber that we use. Rocky Mountain came out the same day they were called to assess the damage. Ultimately we used them as the contractor to do all of the repairs and re-do our bathroom. Overall the work quality provided by Rocky Mountain and the sub contractors is top notch. We understand in construction things can change on the fly and it is difficult for everything to be perfect. While we did have a few issues along the way, Rocky Mountain made everything right. I would not hesitate to use them again or any of the sub contractors. In my opinion if Rocky Mountain provides better supervision along the course of a project and improves communication I believe they will be a consistent 5 star rated company.

I am very impressed with all of the hard work Logan and his team did for my family.  Our garage flooded Friday night and I was lost and did not know what to do. Logan came in and guided us to take care of the problem fast.   I live clear across town from where he was coming from but that did not stop him.  He came out in the middle of the night and back first thing in the morning.  Thank you Logan for saving the day.

Rocky Mountain was awesome. I would use them again in a second. We had a water leak from our washer and they were out within a half hour of my husband calling.  They were easily reachable by phone as questions arose and communicated well with our insurance adjuster.  They even helped the adjuster understand that we needed more done then the adjuster thought.  They always  showed up on time, and were very friendly and courteous. They were clean cut, used clean language and made me feel comfortable while they worked in my home. They went the extra mile for me in many situations just to make me happy. They always cleaned up after themselves.  Great job guys.  No offense, but I hope not to need you again  but if I do have a water leak, I'm calling you guys!
