Mike and his team did some work for me in my Paradise Valley home after another crew had started a job and never returned to finish the work.
When I reached out Mike called me back promptly and scheduled an estimate for the very next day.
His rates were extremely reasonable and as soon as I agreed to the quote his team was on the job.
They were prompt, very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job at restoring our home after a flood from a backed up air handler condensation drain line in the attic destroyed the ceiling and wall above the stairs in our home. Other companies we attempted to hire either gave us outrageously high estimates for the job or told us they were too busy when we attempted to schedule the work. I suspect this was due to others not wanting to take on the challenge of working over the stairs in a room with 16+ foot ceilings. Mike took on the challenge for a reasonable price. They were careful to contain the mess as they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job of matching the texture of the surrounding walls. I am very happy with the quality of the work and highly recommend Mike's Drywall Service.

At the end of 2022, Mike and his company did a drywall ceiling repairs for us. One of the jobs was a high ceiling that required scaffolding. He and his crew are professional, did a great job, and do quality work. The painters did a good job matching and blending the paint too.

We've owned a home in Scottsdale for 12 years, and we've used Mike's Drywall Service for 3 projects. We've also remodeled/renovated all of our previous homes in the Midwest, so we know the drill. Mike is a matter-of-fact professional and has an outstanding crew for drywall and painting. Expect a detailed, written estimate, good communication during the project, clear scheduling, on-time arrrivals, and a job well done. No, it's not a dream! Mike and his crew are terrific; I only wish all contractors operated like this.

We needed some drywall work done and Mike's Drywall got the job done for us quick. Mike came to the house for an estimate on the same day I contacted him on yelp and within a few days the work was done. The price was fair and inline with other estimates I got. I picked Mike because he did an in person estimate, had fair pricing and did the job quick compared to some other pros I contacted. If I need drywall work done in the future I would definitely use Mike's Drywall again.

First rate contractors. They showed up on time and made my old wall look brand new. Everything was covered and taped off and they cleaned up the work area before they left. I definitely will use this company again and recommend them for drywall renovations and repairs.

I called. He answered and quoted $275 for a minimum job after sending him pictures of the job. He said he would call back to schedule for the next week. He didn't. I did a week later. He said he lost my number and asked me what I was quoted. I was pleasant and told him it would be great if he could find a few hours in the next month or so---no rush.  He said, No problem. It is now about two months later and he has not called. Drugs?

So, I just received a message today, March 15th, 2022, essentially blaming me for his unprofessionalism as demonstrated by being a total flake. He stated I should be part of the solution not the problem. Silly me! I think a big part of the problem is a lack of self-responsibility such as forgetting about and then reflexively blaming a client for one's own faults. As I see this, he's basically blaming me because I didn't call THREE times. He claims he is too busy and one slipped through the cracks. However, I find it telling how quickly he found time to immaturely respond to this fair, and true negative review.  Run far, run fast. There are actually true professionals who take pride in their efforts still around. This guy just fully and finally demonstrated he is not one. Too many children wearing adult costumes are out there. Take responsibility.

Had a wall leak in our laundry room wall.
After having that fixed, called Mike's Drywall, he came out and gave me quote, which was very fair. Work was completed in one day!

Initially hired Mike to replace drywall about 6' x 2' due to a leak in the outside stucco. His drywall man named Don made it seamlessly perfect

A week or so later Mike and I spoke about painting the interior and he sent his painter Colin over.

I used Mike's Drywall to remove a nook on my second floor. The workers arrived on time and although it was a big dusty job, once they finished the wall looked perfect. Best of all the  team left  my house spotless. They actually vacuumed their way out of the house. I am looking forward to getting my next drywall project started.

Mike and his team did a great job repairing a room that was damaged by water.  Their estimate was fair, and they did exactly what they said they would on time. The guys were great, and they were very respectful of our home and our neighbors.  Communication with them was very easy, and Mike was very responsive.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, and they were great to work with.

It was difficult to get a hold of Mike but once I did things went great. His team was friendly and professional. They cleaned up after the repairs. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Offered to get off of work an hour earlier to accommadate him and he declined as he was going to take a nap anyway and lives close by. Said he'd be over at 6pm. Never showed up and never called.

Attempting a home renovation with no experience and no contractor is not something I would recommend without adequate research and possibly a bucket of street-grade narcotics.
Luckily, my realtor recommended Mike and his crew to take my 1974 eyesore into the 21st century while maintaining its intended charm.
The amount of patching, texturing, installation of doors, trim and general mishigas was daunting, but Mike worked with my novice self to do incredible work with a genuine passion for work ethic and quality.

We had Mike and his team out to repair some holes after electrical work, some water damage on our ceiling, and painting.  He was very responsive with his quote and got the job done in two days start to finish.  Excellent, friendly team!  I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for more work.

Mike responded and asked me for my address and when would be a good time for him to stop by to take a look at the project. That was yesterday morning. I contacted him this evening to follow up as to when he was coming and now he wants to just talk on the phone. HMMMMMM why did he ask for my address and when I would be home? And then did not come or arrange to come? Seems a little shady to me. I will go will someone else. It's a little un-nerving though since he now has my address.

Mike called me back within 5 minutes of texting him - on a weekend no less. Came to my house and did an estimate on Tuesday, had a mask on (which I really appreciate), gave a me a quote within five minutes of leaving and had a guy at our house doing the work and completing it on Thursday.

Can't ask for more than that. Responsive, courteous, reasonably priced, fast, and high quality work. Highly recommended.

I had a botched ceiling drywall job that needed redone. Mike's crew showed up on schedule and finished the job in one day. Most importantly, the job was done well!  I would use them again.

Great work. On time, responsive, craftsmanship, quality work. Only potential negative was cleanliness at the end, door had a big chunk of dry mud stuck to it and bathroom counter had some as well. Nothing major though.

Mike and his team did an exceptional job on our drywall repair and texturing job.  We needed a room retextured to match the old texture, had a tape and float that needed to be fixed, a few holes that needed to be repaired due to a change in lighting fixtures, nail pops that were there when we purchased our home.  Mike was out on Friday to give us a quote, Mario showed up the following Wednesday to get started, work completed by Friday afternoon.  Very professional, clean and excellent work.  Will def use them again and refer them to others.

Needed to repair a hole in my outside wall that a plumber had to cut to get to a pipe. They were very quick to get the stucco done and the price was very reasonable!

My contractor let me know that his drywall contractor wasn't going to be able to show up to get the job done on time.......this was a Monday morning.  
I told my contractor I would find someone to come do it, his response was good luck.

Well I did have good luck I reached out to Mike to let him know I was in a bind and he sent his workers over immediately!

It is Tuesday .......and I am glad to say the drywall work is complete!

I contacted Mike to get a quote for a kitchen remodel project I was working on. There were several small holes made during demolition and electrical work, and a larger area where soffits had been removed. He was very responsive to calls and texts.

He quoted me $1175 to do the work. I was ready for the work to be done right away, and he worked with me on the timing that would be convenient for us both. He had a team of two people arrive and begin work. They were very clean and respectful of me, my home, and my dogs. The job needed a second day to finish up texturing. A crew member came and finished the texturing. Most of the area was a knockdown texture, with a few spots of smooth drywall texture. The texturing was done perfectly.

The crew left my home very clean and was courteous. After letting the mud dry, I was able to paint the corrected areas and everything looked perfect. I would definitely recommend Mike's Drywall.

After removing a couple of large built-in shelves, the sheetrock was damaged.  As difficult as it is to find good tradesman right now, I was lucky to have found Mikes Drywall.  They sent me avquote a few minutes after receiving my pics, and were at my house at 7am the next day.  The guys were great, courteous, professional, and the quality of work is excellent.  I've added them yo my Contacts and will call them again.

Mike and his crew came in a picked up where some really ugly popcorn ceiling was removed. He showed up to looked at the job, showed up with his crew to fix the drywall, and was in and out within a day. He was very communicative via phone and text, and worked with my tenant and another contractor to get in and out without getting in anyone's way.

Mike responded quickly on a Saturday and had workers at my house on Monday morning at 7am.  I had a time sensitive situation due to water being in my wall and leaking onto my carpet and he was able to help remedy the situation ASAP.

After reading the great reviews on this service I was looking forward to similar results .. except I never even got to see what his service was like because he wasn't' even thoughtful enough to show up at a time that HE had suggested.

I originally texted him pictures, he said he would come out and look at it, but also gave me a price for the repair.  The next day he asked for more pictures of best and worst areas to repair and he could give me a worst/best case price.  How am I supposed to know what is good and bad .. isn't that his job??

So, after giving me a 5 hour window as to when he would show up, I was able to get him to a 3 hour window after changing mine and my husband's schedule around.  So 30 minutes after he was supposed to be there, I texted him and said thanks but no thanks.  His response .. the emoji with his eyes rolled up.  

I won't chase any vender to give them my money.  Me not giving him my business won't put him out of business, but I'm certainly not going to give him my business.

I wish there were more Mikes in the world! He was a consummate professional. Reliable, punctual, and a true craftsman. I had a difficult drywall repair needed in my master bathroom. He and his team did an amazing, bringing my bathroom back to looking new. As a self proclaimed perfectionist, I'm not easy to please. If you're like me, and need drywall work done, hire Mike. You won't be disappointed.

I contacted Mike about a roof leak that resulted in drywall damage. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate, and his team got to work within two days of my initial inquiry. I needed a dry wall repair after having electricity run from my wall to my dining area ceiling.  The handyman who did the electric work did a really bad job of patching the holes.  Mike sent someone out to help me the same week I contacted him and they did a great job.  I'm grateful that he was able to fit me in so quickly and the price was very fair.  I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience using Mike for my drywall repairs. Mikes showed up same day I called and was quick to get the work done. They took great care in keeping my house clean through the work, and put in the extra effort to do it right the first time. The fees were more than reasonable, and I was more than happy with the results!

Mike has a wonderful crew working with him. They went above and beyond to take care of all the little things I needed it done on the drywall repair and painting jobs.

Why 4 stars? As I have been in charge of renovating my house, I consider myself the general contractor and, before any contractor leaves and gets payment, I do a walk through of their work. In Mike's case, I forgot to look at my mailbox that they painted and found a small patch without the paint, probably caused by re-inserting the red arrow.  It would have been a one minute touch-up but upon asking Mike to do it, he basically left me hanging for next time I hire him. Lesson is: inspect ALL the work before final payment and do not pay until everything is done to satisfaction.

So glad we went with them.  They did an awesome job.  Was very thorough and affordable.   Did a great job.  Better then expected.  We love their work.

they didn't finish coating before they textmuted the wall so all i see are tape lines all the way down my wall. and now it will cost so much more to repair compared to it being a bare wall when they started. i don't know who is a reliable drywall company around here but certainly not mikes

I called Mike and he answered immediately.  I had a bedroom closet framed and needed it paint ready (tape, mud, sheetrock, texture).  He got someone out the very next day and the bid was the best I received.  The work Chris did was amazing.  He finished in 1 day and matched the existing texture like a true artist.  I would absolutely recommend Mike's Drywall.  Finding good drywallers who don't make giant messes and also do excellent work at fair prices is almost impossible and Mike's Drywall checked all those boxes - On Time, Did exactly what was requested paint ready, excellent masking, good clean-up, and amazing finished product.

I'm so surprised by the positive reviews. He ripped me off for $5000.00. Have to rewire the lighting, got paint all over my furniture and was paid to redo my roof. Just did a few patches. I've learned a hard lesson.

Mike provided what I considered a fair estimate for repairing damage to my ceiling.  Mario showed up as scheduled and did an absolutely fantastic  job.  He was meticulous and it is impossible to tell the area he repaired from the rest of the ceiling. WOW... The customer service, promptness, cleanliness, and quality of work from this company was outstanding. My elderly parents live in a home I own. I live out of state. There was problem with an air conditioner drain. It flooded the ceiling. The insurance company sent a clean up crew to  remove the wet drywall and used dehumidifiers to dry it up but left
a gigantic hole. They could not get the inside of the home cooled off below 95 degrees. I called Mike, first of all...he answered, his schedule was so tight but after looking at the situation, his great concern was how warm it was inside. He showed up the next morning at 6 am. Not a speck of dust was left behind. I have never seen drywall not make a huge mess. I am beyond thankful. I would refer him over and over again. Thank you Mike and your entire team!!!!!

We first used Mike for some drywall repair and replacement about 15 years ago and never forgot the quality of his work, so when our house flooded in May, the only person we contacted for the drywall repair was Mike. Once again the quality of workmanship was professional and the walls turned out beautifully and the texture matches the existing texture flawlessly. You cannot tell any work was ever done. It's that good. In spite of schedule conflicts, other contractors coming and going, and shifting requirements, the work was completed on time and it looks amazing. Thanks Mike!

I called Mike to repair a hole in the ceiling in a bathroom. I explained the problem and sent photos. He came by and looked at the issue and  provided an estimate. He was able to send a guy out the next morning and our ceiling was repaired within 24 hours. The whole experience was great and far better than any company we have used to do repairs in the past. Both Mike and Joey showed up on time, and I am pretty sure Joey left the bathroom cleaner than when he started. We have other projects we want done and will definitely be calling Mike and his team when we are ready for those.

Can't say enough good things about Mike and his work. I was in a tight spot finishing off a cabinet installation and needed some drywall work in a hurry to complete. Mike came out in person, gave me the quote and started work within a couple of days. Excellent work completed on time at a fair price. Would recommend without any reservation.

Recommended by our AC repairman (JustAir - 5 Stars) after he fixed a clogged AC drain that leaked through our 12' family room ceiling, causing a crack in the drywall seam and sagging drywall.  I had heard Mike was a little on the pricey side but does a fantastic job, and I while I did not get any other estimates to compare that, if I overpaid a little - I'm glad I did.  

A few days after the repair, when I was sure that no more water was going to come through the ceiling, I texted Mike pictures of the ceiling and he came right out the next day to inspect in person and prepare an estimate, which he texted back to me later that same day.  We agreed on a payment schedule (50% up front, 50% upon completion), and scheduled the work.  I thought it would be the next week before he could schedule, but because the crack was getting worse, he felt they should start right away.  Amazingly, his skilled crew came out the next day and replaced the drywall sheets, and the blown insulation with rolled insulation. They took great care to move our furniture aside and protect the rest of the room from damage and dust by hanging plastic around the work area and moving the breakable decorations. The repair took longer than anticipated, so the texturing was scheduled the following day, and to get back on schedule they came out on a Saturday to paint which surprised and impressed me.  They took the entire day to meticulously blend in the texture, mask off and paint the ENTIRE family room and kitchen ceiling to get the best result and make everything match. In the end they completely cleaned up, and even moved the furniture and decorations back.

The results are amazing.  Mike cautioned me that knock-down texture may not match perfectly, but if you didn't know where the repair took place, you'd never know.  I can't tell, and I know exactly where the repair area is. Painting the entire ceiling, even if it cost a little more, was a great idea to ensure a good match.  Each day Mike would coordinate with me personally, or by phone or text, about scheduling the next day's work and the guys always showed up exactly as scheduled.  The entire team was VERY professional and friendly to my entire family.  When the results didn't meet their own high expectations, they did what needed to be done to ensure that those results were met.  I really felt they took ownership of the work as if it was their own home, and the high level of attention to detail impressed me.

Absolutely amazing!!  I had a big plumbing job done (full re-route from slab) and the plumbers had to make 20 holes in the drywall (walls and  ceiling) - holes in every shape except rectangular.  Mike's team came in and patched every hole and even fixed a couple of stress cracks.  It's impossible to find any trace of the repair work.  Also, they did a great job keeping everything neat and clean - and drywall can leave bad mess.  Mike's is my new go-to for all drywall work.  Great job!!

This job went just perfect.   We unexpectedly had our dry wall specialist cancel on us in the middle of the project and found Mikes Drywall on YELP.   He called back within minutes of us leaving a voicemail and came over on the same day!  Within two days our job was done and done WELL!  It was so reasonably priced as well.    His employee, Sean, was very professional and tidy.  We will be using them again if the need ever arises.

I would recommend Mike's Drywall to anyone, they were awesome. We are renovating our house that we just bought and we ripped out a wall in the kitchen. We needed a lot of drywall repair in the kitchen, as well as drywall repair in the bathroom where the ceiling was water damaged. Mike's team came out and did an incredible job replacing the bathroom ceiling, as well as most of the kitchen. There was a small portion of the kitchen ceiling that I wasn't totally satisfied with and when I called Mike about it he was extremely quick to say, no problem, I'll have someone come take of it tomorrow. He ended up coming out to the house himself to make sure it was up to par. It was amazing! That kind of customer service is rare, and I was extremely thankful Mike made it right. I'll be calling Mike every time I need anything drywall related.

Called Mike to have some drywall repairs done from a couple slab leaks where the plumbers cut about 6 holes in the drywall.   Mike was prompt with his quote and getting the work done and the job was completed professionally at a reasonable cost.

Before even coming over to do the job he couldn't keep an appointment to do a walk through. Said they would do mudding and texture but when they got to my home, told me that what I hired them for and what Mike said they would do was not what was in the contract. They just wanted to prime the walls for over $3000. Mike proceeded to tell me his guys needed this job and required me to pay a cancellation fee. This was all while telling his guys they were going to the other job he had already set up for that day in what he thought was out of ear shot. Robbed me. Never would recommend. Stay away.

Mike really came through for us. We needed major drywall repairs done quickly when our painter found he could paint our interior earlier than originally scheduled. Mike was able to stop by and inspect our job the same morning I called and two of his drywall specialists were already working that afternoon. Mike went out of his way to fit our job into his busy schedule. The two workers, Sean and Joey, were friendly, worked hard, and did an excellent job making sure our new floors stayed clean and undamaged during the project. Great cleanup each day. The job stretched over three days. Our walls and ceilings, which were heavily cracked and bowed in places, now look good as new. We are very pleased.
Mike was great at staying in touch throughout the job, letting us know when his workers would arrive, making sure all was going well, and seeing if we had any questions or concerns.

Mike's team came in with short notice and removed and patched all the vents in 6 of my rooms that no longer function (I believe they were part of some whole house fan system that was removed a long time ago). They assessed the situation and gave me a fair price that I accepted. They began by taping off the areas where they worked and 6 hours later I could not tell where they had done the work (which I guess is the goal of a good drywaller). I'm pleased with his work and the price and would recommend him to others. I found him on Angie's List.

We had a ceiling collapse during the torrential rains a few months back but we wanted to wait for a couple of good  rains following the roof being fixed before we invested in the ceiling repairs. So the most recent rains were our litmus test and we decided that we were ready to get our ceiling repaired.  It was a pretty significant area where the flat roof abuts the pitched roof.   On Friday the 10th I called Mike who happened to be driving by our street so he popped in within three minutes of my call and he gave me a very fair estimate.  He said he would call Monday to schedule the work and he did. He scheduled the initial work for Thursday the 16th and right on time he had two guys here to do the demo work and when they left they said they would be here Friday morning the 17th at 7 AM and unlike most repair people Joey was here at 7AM.  (He was actually early. My husband said he was waiting out front to be ready at 7).  They did perfect work. It looks amazing. We did not have them paint because my husband enjoys painting and prefers to do that himself.  Mike stopped by twice to check their work and made some suggestions and during one of his visits noticed a corner in the vaulted ceiling that needed repairs and got the guys working on that as well. Overall I could not be happier with  the work. When they left I noticed that they had inadvertently failed to put the ceiling fan blades back on so I both called and texted Mike that they did not put the blades back on and within five minutes he had one of the guys( for the life of me I cannot remember the second guys name) back here and everything was perfect.  Mike texted me that evening to ensure that we were happy with the work and I really appreciated the follow up.  Thanks Mike and crew.

I want to preempt all forth-coming criticism by saying we are really happy with the work completed. The drywall, taping, mudding, and canned-light installation was done really well. Thank you Mike, Kyle, Tommy, and co.
First, I recommend all work with Mike be explicitly agreed upon prior to start. Any additional work on top of the estimated prices should be itemized and priced prior to the start of work. We got caught paying for materials and labor after work was completed and paid $150 in materials for a junction box and faceplates. That seemed excessive and when prompted for explanation, none was given. I paid anyway because I didn't want the hassle. I hope others can avoid this in the future.
Secondly, when paying per hour for work to be completed, extravagant cell phone use should be minimized. The electrical work was charged per hour and when visited, the electrician was on his phone 5/6 Times. When I asked Mike about this, the time paid for was fair, however, I felt professionals shouldn't be on their phones 5/6 visits to work site.
Mike is obviously a busy guy and available to his customers, but not necessarily explicit up front. Oh, and watch out, he might need to keep your pen!

If you need any drywall work done l highly recommend Mike's Drywall Service. Our wall looks beautiful again thanks to Sean the tech who came to our home and he cleaned up after the work was done. Excellent work from a true professional drywaller. We will definitely use this wonderful company again and tell all our family and friends how pleased we are with them. Let me start by saying I am not a review writer but needed to share my experience with Mike and his crew. We have remodeled 3 houses and have always had issues with drywall crews, sloppy work, people not keeping their word etc.. This project in particular was a large undertaking and we fired one crew and the second crew walked off the job. Mike was our saving grace, him and his guys not only came in and did an outstandingly meticulous job but fixed all the issues with the previous crew. He was in communication with my wife and I every step along the way and stands behind his work and crew. As an owner of small businesses I truly value professionalism and Mike is a consummate professional. If you need any drywall done of any kind, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. We will not only be referring Mike to all of our friends and family but will use him on every project going forward.

Mikes Drywall just completed an interior room in my home in Fountain Hills and did an outstanding job. From the first call I made, Mike was prompt and courteous. The crew showed up everyday at 7am, just as he said they would, and finished the job in three days. When they finished, they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been there. Blew me off and then said he was too busy to for my small stucco job..lame if u ask me.

We had Mike out to our house to bid a job. He texted my husband the price for the job and we said we would like to move forward with the job. He said on Thursday that he would get us a contract the next day. Friday came and went with no contract, my husband followed up and mike said he would have the contract to us by Monday. Monday came and went with no contract. At this point I began to feel skeptical and told my husband that we should go with another (cheaper) bid that we got instead. My husband relayed the message to Mike who became very angry and had an attitude about it. He claimed that he turned down jobs to do our job and that this is why they get deposits, etc. etc. Well yes Mike had we gotten that contract and/or paid a deposit to ensure our job was on the calendar then we wouldn't have backed out. That is literally the entire point of the contract. We had other jobs lined up that required the drywall to be done first and didn't have time for flaky contractors so we definitely weren't going to take any chances. He then continued to call and text my husband while he was at work even after my husband told him that he was at work and unable to talk at that time. It was very strange how many times he texted my husband after he was told that we were going with someone else. His last text of the day was around 11pm that night. My husband didn't respond to him at all after saying he couldn't talk so it was definitely very weird behavior. He was very rude and unprofessional and we are both glad that we went with someone else who was prompt, punctual, and did great work and for a cheaper price.

I had difficulty getting drywall and stucco repair done. Mike came out and he and Tommy got it done within a week. Good service. Fair price. Thanks Mike.

Mike and his team did a good job at our Cave Creek house. They repaired all the drywall damage, painted the kitchen, dinning room and family room. They cleaned up when all done. I recommend them if you need drywall and or painting done.

We had Mike and his guys come out and do some drywall repair work and painting after having some plumbing issues. They gave us a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They performed quality work and it's hard to even tell where the holes in the wall were. Highly recommend Mike's Drywall, as they've done a great job for us on two occasions. We selected Mike's during an extensive home remodel in 2016,  and a small, but important project last week (June 2017), where his crew reacted to repair and paint our ceiling following a water leak. In both cases, his crew was awesome - they're on time and did a great job at a competitive price.

I needed some drywall repair done after a rain storm and had water damage.  I called them and they were there the next day and work was finish that same day.  Great price, nice people and professional.  I would call Mike's Drywall Service again.

After suffering water damage from a leak, we had Mike's Drywall Service come out to do the repair work after the demo crew left.  Five rooms had the drywall removed from the floor up to about three feet.  Mike's crew did a great job of replacing the missing drywall; you can't even see any seams in the wall!  We also had Mike's crew remove some arches between rooms that we no longer wanted.  Mike worked out the details with our engineer to get the job done right.  The arches were removed providing a more open look and feel.  Mike's crew added a walk-in pantry to what used to be an open area.  Some plumbing, electrical and HVAC work had to be done by people Mike suggested and worked with in the past.  Mike's crew painted the entire interior and did an awesome job.  I usually do my own painting, and am pretty good at it, but his crew did far better than I could have done.  Everything turned out great!  All of the work was done while I was 1,900 miles away.  So Mike and I had a lot of communications back and forth to get things done.  It took about 6-8 weeks to get everything done.  The job cost about $30,000.
