I hired these guys a while back to give a 2nd opinion on an outrageous quote given to me by another HVAC company (whom I have also reviewed). They said the quote I got was bogus and I just needed some basic maintenance (clean coils, etc.). They could have just agreed with the first guy and swindled me for the job. HVAC has been working fine since. Appreciate the honesty and will never use anyone else.

Amazing and fast service!!  We have been using American Home Water and Air for a couple of years now and are so pleased with the honest service they provide. Mike is one of the best techs I have ever dealt with. His professionalism is TOP NOTCH!

I called early in the am because my AC was out on the hottest day of the year and my 80 mother lives with me. Boldt HVAC was the first company to call back and with in a few hours My technician arrived and found the issue in 10 min. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel informed as to what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. On top of that the price was more than fair. Thank you for your great service.

If you're reading this review it's most likely that, like me, you've had pretty dodgy air conditioning guys try to price gouge you for something you're not even sure is needed; you probably, again like me, think that an honest, ethical and highly skilled HVAC technician is an urban legend.
I spent a few days this time trying to make sure that wasn't going to happen to me again and I read hundreds of reviews for HVAC companies so you don't have to, aren't I kind?
Beware of all those 5 star rated companies that somehow manage to have an abundance of 1 star reviews at the end of all their normal reviews that aren't included as they're 'not currently recommended' - I only found out about this anomaly after reading 198 mostly positive reviews of another company only to find 72 'not currently recommended' reviews containing absolute horror stories.
Another company had 420 mostly lovely reviews but then, again, at the end of all those were 377 more 'not currently recommended' reviews containing some hair curling reviews that would have people like me and you avoiding them at all costs!  
I called Johnny last Friday afternoon expecting to leave message and to my surprise he answered, I thought I would be leaving a message - I told him I wanted my two units to be serviced and that I was in no rush; I thought he would tell me he wouldn't be able to come out for a week or two as I'd left it too late as the heat has already ramped up, nope, Johnny said he'd be out yesterday, Monday morning.
Johnny showed up on time, was courteous and set about servicing my units in a most professional and knowledgable way; he and his partner gave me advice on temperatures to maintain my home and how often to change the filters so as to maximize the life span of my units, they also gave me the diagnostic readings and showed them to me when I enquired whether the numbers were within normal range - I've never experienced a HVAC engineer willing to share this before.
There was no rushing through the service to get to the next job, just thorough and thoughtful professional service.
If you look at my reviews I have only posted a few of them as I am naturally lazy, you have to be really great or truly, epically awful for me to bother: Johnny is absolutely deserving of all of his 5 star reviews and I am thrilled I found him - hopefully you will be able to use him and, like me, have the anxiety of calling a HVAC person removed without having to rely on Xanax to get you through the process!

Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Caleb and Misty are awesome :-) Misty always called and kept me in the loop about our services and Caleb was always polite and very knowledgeable. Great family business! We had to wait for our new unit to be ordered and delivered but Caleb was nice enough to go back to his shop to see if he had portable ac units to make my family comfortable. This is by far the best AC/Heating company in the valley. My fiancé and I have used them to repair our rental condo's AC that was acting up as well as our primary home. They are fast, professional, and high quality for the right price!

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

Gladiate Air responded quickly and installed my a/c in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I also decided to add the whole health system and we've noticed a difference with our allergies already! Thank you Gladiate Air!

I had an AC problem this summer and called Arizona Dukes of Air. They answered the phone, were professional and clear about rates and schedule. A tech was able to make it to my house in the same day, was knowledgable and professional. He had diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins but took the time to check other components to ensure they were in good working order. The problem was fixed in a short time ( luckily he had the part on his truck) and paid him promptly. The fix has worked and I couldn't be happier that I called. Anytime I have an AC problem or check ups, I'll be calling Arizona Dukes of Air.

This is one case where you can believe the hype!

I called Biltmore mechanical to repair my AC unit that was not cooling, he came that same day in the late evening to diagnose my unit. He found a bad indoor motor and was able to replace it the next day. He was very professional and reasonable, I was very pleased with his response and pricing

Bumble Bee AC was recommended by a friend when I told her my bedroom was the hottest room in the house. I called and they were very helpful from the start. I called on a Tuesday and they sent a technician out that Thursday for an estimate. Craig arrived on time--early actually--and suggested a mini split unit with a separate remote for my bedroom. I was able to schedule the service for the following Thursday. Again, the technicians showed up on time and in a few hours, they had the unit installed and cleaned everything up. The service was top notch through every step. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the new unit and the easy process, thanks to the wonderful staff at Bumble Bee.

Great company. They were quick and responsive to my situation. Problem was fixed quickly. Staff are professional and polite. We will be calling them again when the AC needs repair or service!

We had this business come out to replace out old poorly installed air conditioner. They did an amazing job. Alex was awesome did a very thorough inspection of my home and gave me the perfect size unit and estimate for the job. Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We paid a great deal of money to have our pavers sealed by this company 1 1/2 years ago. Six months later they looked terrible, We have called for 1 1/2 years and they have never returned the call. Stay away from this business. It is a scam. They have now changed their name to CMS Stone Restoration..
