My experience started two weeks ago with Ish coming out to quote my new unit. He took to my dogs right away so I knew it would be a good experience from the start. He was meticulous in his review of my options and was very knowledgeable, allowing me to pick the best unit at the best price. Fast forward to today for the install: Zack and Mike were top notch. Zack was a bit taller so I had to put his name first but they were equal in skill and friendliness.  They went above and beyond installing my unit and even shifted the drain pipe so that it wasn't dripping outside my bedroom window anymore. I'll sleep better knowing these two completed my install. 12/10 would recommend although I hope I don't need to see them again for another 15+ Years!

We called 3 A/C repair places. Of the 2 who responded, we selected AHWA.  I compared quotes and approaches to solving the A/C not working problem. On both repair and replace, American Home was the winner.

When it came to the work, Mike, the tech was excellent. He arrived when he said he would, he explained every thing he was doing, recommended some possible alternatives that could save some money and once given the go ahead completed the job as promised, when promised (a motor and fan assembly).  

Two days later (on a Saturday morning) the unit started blowing warm air. I called the main number, explained what was happening and Mike returned within the hour. He found a failed compressor run capacitor (unrelated to the fan motor) he showed it to me, tested it in front of me and tested the new capacitor in front of me so I could compare readings.   He replaced it on the spot. He checked the specs on the A/C unit, wrote them all down for me (showing how much current the unit was drawing and that it was within specifications). As the unit is fairly old, and probably could do with replacing as Mike put it,   it was still a relief to discover it may have some life in it yet.

When it's time to replace it...they'll be my first call.

Our AC went out, in July, and the inside temperature of our home was in the high 80s.  We were in desperate need of a repair and saw the positive Yelp reviews for 1st Choice Mechanical.  I reached out and was able to get in touch with someone right away who scheduled an appointment for us.  Within a few minutes, I received a call back that they could get someone out within an hour which is a VERY pleasant surprise.  The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  Unfortunately, we did need a whole new system, but they were able to create a solution to kick start our existing unit and get some cool air flowing while we waited for the replacement.  I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service and will absolutely be keeping their information close by for the future!

Called these folks because other companies proposals were all over the board in price. We were in an emergency situation no ac on 100 degree day. Their response was that they would come look at it to make a proposal for a FEE of 98 dollars. Never use these thieves!!

We had other companies come out and look at our AC unit because it had stopped working.  We were told by 3 different companies we had a bad unit, and a leak in our system because we were missing about 10 pounds of coolant.  All three companies recommended replacing the AC unit, which would have cost about $8000 to get our AC working again.

Upon a referral from a friend, we called Arizona Air Experts.  Caleb came out and spent almost 2 hours investigating the issue.  We had a value that was creating a blockage, so our system wasn't working correctly.

Caleb came by the next night after 6pm and stayed until he replaced the bad part in our system, and added the coolant that was needed.

He could have tried to up sell us like the 3 other companies with saying we needed 10 pounds of coolant, at $150 a pound.  He could have said we needed a whole new AC unit, which would have cost thousands of dollars, just like the other 3 companies said.

He didn't.  He simply was honest, found the root cause of our issue and fixed it.  The whole job was about 15% of what the 3 other companies wanted to charge.

It was great working with someone who really takes pride in their work, is knowledgable and honest.  I won't call any other AC company again, and will refer anyone and everyone I know to Arizona Air Experts!

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Very happy with the result, I highly recommend them. Bye, George!

They came out first thing in the morning after I left a message. Told me what was wrong and promptly fixed it. The technician explained everything to me what was wrong and why extremely helpful in just knowing what and why.

We have been using Dukes of Air for the past 4 years and we have been impressed with their service and honesty. As with all their service technicians, today's visit with Anthony Tarr was no different from the wonderful service we have received. He was super friendly, quick and efficient and didn't charge us for fixing a problem from a previous visit. It was an unexpected experience to have that trust and honesty. No one trying to upsell us and fix something that was not broken.

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and having him out to our home. We would definitely recommend using Dukes of Air to our friends and family!

I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.

Bumble Bee saved me from a costly repair this summer and I owed them a review. I recommend using them for your next AC service.

Micheal is my AC guy.  Sure glad I found him.  He's like our local cowboy,  he gets on his horse,  comes galloping over,  and as fast as he got here,  thats as fast as he has your AC up and running.    So happy that he's come over as quick as he had to rescue me from this brutal desert heat.   Thank you Micheal!!!

My compressor exploded Sunday afternoon. Bill was at my house 8:30am Monday. New compressor UP & RUNNING before 12:30. AMAZING!!!!

Best company to work with EVER!! I was spending $700 a month in the summer months on my A/C. I have a historic home and was bleeding money on my A/C bill every summer. Ideal Energy came out and was able to save me $100-$115 on my bill in the summer by making my home more efficient. I don't know if the savings will be as significant in the Winter. I am a curious person so I was asking a lot of questions and their rep Alex was super helpful and patient.

Fantastic company. Fadel, the tech was informative and super helpful. My AC went out at 2pm. Got a hold of Desert Comfort Mechanical and had an appointment for 6AM the next day. Fadel called at 7pm and said he was running ahead of schedule and could fit me in same day. He was here in about 11min, had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He explained everything that he did and double checked the compressor, fans, voltage, everything. Great company, reasonable pricing and great service!!!! If you are looking for a great HVAC company, call them.

I was looking into purchasing a small investment property and needed an estimate on the remodeling that was necessary.  The estimator, Mike, was prompt, efficient, extremely courteous, professional, and quite personable as well.  He took lots of pictures and provided a great work-up for my review.  Thank you, Silver City, for helping me find the best property for my business!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
