I had the pleasure of meeting Lyle and working with Larsen air conditioning during an unfortunately, hot night with a broken air conditioner. Lyle responded promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem. Though it was after hours, he still made every effort to get the repair done in time for me. He was honest, reliable, helpful, and explained everything to me perfectly. He went above and beyond to fix things that were not even found on the initial report. It really is a pleasure knowing that people like Lyle and Larson air-conditioning are available during times of need. 10 stars!!!!!

Pretty prompt in service. Was at home within 2hrs or so. Was wearing mask  gloves and shoe cover. However the mask was sliding off. I would recommend provide a mask for them so that they stay safe and the customers as well. Explained very well what was the issue and what he had to do. However, he didn't inform me before he started the work. He forgot to do it he mentioned.  He made sure the AC is working fine before leaving. Overall good experience will definitely recommend them.

I needed help with installing a nest thermostat and wasn't sure if pit was compatible so I messaged a few companies and Phillip responded right away with a few questions and sent Mike out the next day! I was really impressed how quick and affordable it was. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and had my thermostat up in running in no time at all. Imagine that the NPR 'Car Talk' guys showed up to your house to help you out at the worst time.  That's exactly how it is with Johnny's.  We called and within 1 hour they were up on our roof trouble-shooting the problem.  Johnny wouldn't give up on our 15 yr old unit and in the end, we have that same unit blowing cold air.  We won't call anyone else for our future needs!  Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with AZ air experts. We had been told by a previous air co. that we needed over $1500 -$3,000 worth of work done, but air experts came in and fixed the problem for $330. They were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took the time to troubleshoot the problem and explain all of it in detail. It is so refreshing to find a company that is honest and straightforward. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a recommendation for their A/C!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

I contacted Arctic Fox per a recommendation from someone who had excellent feedback about the experience with the company, so naturally - I already felt a little bit more comfortable reaching out. I called about midday and nobody answered the call but we left a message for a call back, and we received a call back within 10 minutes. It was a Saturday and we scheduled for a Monday service call on the two units we have for the house. The upstairs unit was sporadically working and wasn't providing cold air so we wanted them to also take a look at that.

The person that came out at 9am was cordial, clear, and expansive in the sharing he provided about what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what we were hoping for. It was a bunch of gibberish to me because hvac isn't my jam but it was helpful information to have later so I could explain to my cousin who does know HVAC. By around noon he was able to determine what the issue was, tell us what part/s were needed and given us a quote for the service. He was going to be able to fix it before the end of the day and something excellent to note is that our old unit (original from '98) still had parts! (Something 2 other companies that had come out wanting us to purchase brand new units had boasted and made us fear!) That in itself made us trust that he was actually trying to help us and not just sell us a new AC unit in the middle of an AZ summer!

He left and came back with parts, a partner to help, and was finished right about 4pm or so. The price seemed fair for the service, parts, labor and overall the experience we had was positive so I was thrilled that by the end of the day, our old original unit (both of them for that matter) felt like they'd gotten a refresh and were back up and running again! Also, the warranty for service covered a year for the parts and 2 years for the service.

Overall a super positive experience and thrilled we didn't have to buy a new unit, that we fixed the issue, and that we feel covered for the next year! Thank you to Arctic Fox for the excellent service.

I'm so very happy with this company! They arrived on time and immediately went up on the roof to examine my AC unit. The good news was there was nothing wrong and instead of telling me stories they admitted the truth! They told me what to look out for if I ever heard the noise again and how much it would cost to replace the motor. The price seemed very reasonable. I will return to them for all my AC and heating needs

I just bought a new A/C unit from Dukes of Air. My experience was great - Manny and Luis were very professional and helpful, and Laura was very quick with scheduling appointments. They were able to replace my system quickly and for a better price than the other quotes I received. They were very straightforward and worked to give me the system I needed without selling a lot of expensive extras (unlike other companies I called!). The entire setup - and removal of the old unit - was done quickly and competently. I felt in very good hands and am glad I chose this company!

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

This local business is the best.  If you've got a problem, call them and stop worrying.  They'll bee there fast, and they'll bee reasonable!

Fantastic service, timely work and arrival, great communication, will be using Alans air as long as they are around. Having a good AC guy in the state of Arizona is a lifeline in itself so do yourself a favor and give them a call if your AC needs servicing You will not regret it

I have not used this company. After having an energy audit with another company I called ideal energy to get a quote from them on the work recommended by the energy audit. The first available appointment was 2 months from now. I was surprised since all the yelp reviews indicate how fast they are able to schedule and do work. This does not appear to apply to attic insulation and ac duct work. If they have a 2 month wait list I assume they do good work. However, 2 months is a little too long of a wait.

Fantastic company. Fadel, the tech was informative and super helpful. My AC went out at 2pm. Got a hold of Desert Comfort Mechanical and had an appointment for 6AM the next day. Fadel called at 7pm and said he was running ahead of schedule and could fit me in same day. He was here in about 11min, had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He explained everything that he did and double checked the compressor, fans, voltage, everything. Great company, reasonable pricing and great service!!!! If you are looking for a great HVAC company, call them.

We had a leak in our roof a year and 1/2 ago USAA sent out Silver city.
They repaired the roof and the ceiling in the kitchen, in a timely manner.
Fast forward to October 5th 2018 after the rain we had i noticed the same area in the kitchen ceiling started to crack. Called USAA they said it's still under warranty with SC so i called them on the 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th with no updates or contact from them. On the morning of the 18th they called and said they will be in 30 mins.  I had to leave work and the guy said it was a rookie mistake the guy didn't repair high enough.

He said they would contact me about repairing the ceiling.
So i started with the phone calls again (as no one ever called us)
Called 10/29, 11/5, 11/8, 11/9  on the 9th they gave me the project managers phone number for JIM when i called it wasn't JIM it was another project manager Robert for the east valley.
He said he would call me back (never did)  I called Robert on 11/13 at 8am
And he said he would call me back. He did 2 hours later he called and said he was going to send one of his guys from the east valley  even tho it isn't his job. The guy that repaired it was awesome. He said he would be back at 7 am to paint.  I waited until 8:30 and then called again.
Robert said remember i said it wasn't his area and that he spoke with JIM and he was sending someone. Which he obversely didn't. Robert called JIM and said you need to call us. When i didn't hear anything back i called Robert back and he said Jim was suppose to call me.  
Robert gave me JIMS number which JIM did not answer.
SO PO right NOW......

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
