Having had my own business, I know the vital importance of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.  It is very rare that I am highly satisfied with companies that I/we have done business with and spent a lot of money for services rendered.  

Larson A/C met my satisfaction to the fullest.  I want to thank Ish, Doug, Mike, Victor (sorry I can't remember the other tech's name) for all that they did.  Everyone was friendly, polite, and the most informative people I have encountered.  Never was I rushed when we were discussing the issues. Everyone took the time to really cover the ins and outs of heat pumps and importance of correct installation.  I learned more from them than I thought I ever would know.  My problem stemmed from IMPROPER INSTALLATION by (Emergency Air) when I purchased the unit from them.  Larson's crew spotted the problem, offered several solutions or choices I could make, but suggested the least expensive way first to solve my issue.

I really appreciate all the pictures they took and sent to me, describing what all was taking place.  It was very refreshing to be sent pictures of who was going to come to my door and I really appreciated Doug keeping me informed immediately of issues and when things were going to be done.  Never has anyone called like that to inform each step.  Ish came by for a final inspection of the Elbow installation and also sent me pictures.

All I can say is, I wish I would have found Larson A/C when looking for a contractor for a new unit.  It would have saved me a lot of very uncomfortable, cold days and nights the last three winters, not to mention the cost of electricity with the unit running for hours just to gain a few degrees.

I requested quote on Yelp and and whomever replies through Yelp is great but the technician they sent to out Friday to check the system and see what was needed was very confusing to the point of frustrating. Monday I reached out stating I haven't received a quote and today Tuesday still no quote.  Unfortunately I can't hire a company based on how quick they reply to the Yelp messages. 4 days later They stated they could not find a tank my size, if I find one they will instal and if not they could insta a 40 gallon tank (it won't fit in the space but the tech that came out took no measurements what so ever) and when I asked for quote they said it's a verbal /not written quote. So the tech wants to do work he didn't measure for and. I thing in writing? Highly unconventional unless they are just contractors picked up from the corner of a hardware store. Very suspicious.

So professional! I was able to schedule an service appointment online. On the day of service, I received two phone calls letting me know that they were understaffed and apologizing for the delay. I also got a text when the tech (Tim) was on his way. When he arrived, he did a great job explaining everything to me and asking questions. After the routine maintenance, he sat down with me and went over my options for my (very old) AC unit - breaking down the cost of repairs versus total replacement. He was friendly and efficient!

My 82 yr old mom in Sun City had an issue with ac not running cold, I looked for a company with good reviews on Yelp and found Boldt. I have heard stories of HVAC companies taking advantage of elderly and charging for things that are not needed. I gave her their number and they said they could be there between 5-7pm that day. They showed up around 4, wgich was less than an hour from time she called. He told her all she needed was a new filter, that the one she had was 100% dirty. Total bill was less than $100. Great service, felt very safe and trustworthy. Also took precautions concerning Covid19. Great experience. Thank you!!

I am shocked at all the five star reviews. Pros: Johnny and his guy came out on a Saturday on short notice, fixed an issue I was having with my AC unit. Cons: They were generally unprofessional- being loud and cursing to boot - while they knew I had an infant trying to sleep in the next room. They left a big mess and made minimal effort to clean it, while charging me for about twice the time they actually spent working on the problem. They also made several recommendations that were plumbing-related that a licensed plumber rebuffed.

Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! Highest commendation  to all who helped- from initial phone call to the hard working guys on the roof! Thank you Hays family!

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I woke up to a hot house with my ac unit switching on and off. I found this company on yelp, received a quote, called and within 30 minutes a tech was out to diagnose and repair. Amazing and speedy service. They turned a helpless situation into a positive experience. Definitely will be using in the future and referring everyone I know to them.

So my thoughts are when the house hits 102 degrees, call Heath at Arctic Fox Heating and Air, (623) 533-5718, because he is seriously the best - and honest - and reasonable - keeps you updated, and does what he says he's going to do. We've had experiences with less than honest technicians from other company's and it's just not worth it.  We just gave him keys to the house for three days, and we stayed in an air conditioned hotel!  We completely trust Heath and his team, and have total respect for what he does.

I've used Gladiate Air Conditioning and Heating for years and all they do is get better over the years, look no further, the best!

My A/C went out at 2am on Friday night because no ones A/C goes out at a convenient time. I contacted Dukes via Yelp and received a response right away with pricing and contact information. As soon as I called they answered the phone, yup, on a Saturday, I got an actual human on the phone. And a cheery human nonetheless that let me know that they could get someone out to me within a couple of hours.

Todd came out and was friendly and professional and was able to quickly assess the problem and come up with an immediate solution. He recommended a follow up appointment for a complete servicing of both of our units since he wasn't able to complete that on a Saturday which I totally understood and will definitely be scheduling.

The price was much more reasonable than I expected and they even have a coupon for first time customers on their website. That was a bonus. I was very impressed with the service that I received along with the timely response. I highly recommend!

We contacted David in the morning to check on my A/C unit that was blowing warm air. He was very professional on the phone and asked what the system was doing and what work had been previously done. I could tell based on that conversation, that he was really listening and already had an idea what was going on with the unit.

He was at my house within a couple of hours. He assessed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate. I proceeded with getting the work completed. Within just a few hours, I had cold air again.

He was very prompt, knowledgeable and, professional. Thank you David again for being such a hero! You rock!

It was the weekend of Labor Day, Friday 3:30pm...AC goes out. Call our home warranty on hold for 20 mins, then transferred to another rep, they say can't come till Monday... Are you kidding? It's 100??? Go to Yelp for a AC repair company and find you!! All I can say  you came out within 2 hours and changed 2 batteries lol would have been even more pissed if I had waited till Monday for the Home Warranty to do that!!!! Thank you for your great service.

I woke up and my A/C wasn't working. Called Mike and told him what was going on. He came and fixed things within 20 min. Sweet bliss in over 100 degree heat!

I was referred to Alan by Johnny's Air, another local guy who does repair and had great reviews. We recently bought a new condo and was told by two repair companies that the entire unit (wasnt blowing warm air) needed to be completely replaced for over $7000, or they could repair it for several thousand.

Alan came out to check it out, and was super impressed by the rare and unique system. He said that although he had only seen a few of them like this, he thought he could fix it.

Sure enough, he could and the price tag was substantially less than any other quotes - which were just lazy in my opinion!

We are now a customer for good. Thanks Alan!

Amazing service. Air conditioning stopped cooling so went to Yelp and just was looking through the different suggestions and this company had high ratings. Called them at 2pm and Adam Wilczynski was here by 3pm on the same day.  Very nice young man and very professional. The company should be proud to have him working for them.

All we want is an honest effective repair without the added drama or headache of worry. I was looking into purchasing a small investment property and needed an estimate on the remodeling that was necessary.  The estimator, Mike, was prompt, efficient, extremely courteous, professional, and quite personable as well.  He took lots of pictures and provided a great work-up for my review.  Thank you, Silver City, for helping me find the best property for my business!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I hired this company's other entity CMS STONE RESTORATION to restore my Saltillo tiles patio. That apparently meant power washing the patio and sealing it.
I honestly was expecting more for what he was charging for such a small patio. I though he was gonna make it look like the before/after pictures on their website.. you know??
Craig showed up all enthusiastic on how this small job was going to be so easy and would be done in no time.
He was right! It took him not time at all!! I paid him by check (a pretty hefty amount for such a small job) and he left.
Only after my patio dried I realized that he had ruined it completely! He etched every tile by power washing it, sandblasting it and creating all kinds of swirls on the tiles that could not be washed off because the water pressure ate the tile away...
When I texted the photos he was totally great about how he will take care of everything and fix all the damage on my patio.
He showed up the next day and power washed again!!! as if that would change anything and said he would be back to seal with a different/better sealer.
At this point the check hadn't clear yet.
I knew that I had to do something more to fix this before sealer went on, so I spent the weekend hand sanding each tile. All 400sqft worth. One by one!
Monday I texted as to when he would come, and he replied towards the end of the week.
I should have canceled the check right there and then!
Thursday I got a text that he would show at 7:30am next morning. He never showed and I texted at 8 to let him know not to bother as landscapers next door were blowing stuff all over and I would have to clean the patio before he came... but this time the check had cleared and I never heard back from him. Not a single word. Not an ok, I ll come an other time, nothing! I still haven't heard from him.
I found out he was originally this carpet cleaning company now doing something else to branch out...
The fact that his company's name now is CMSstonerestorationscott… and not registered on Yelp (they are registered there under CMS cleaning) should have been my first clue as their site doesn't allow reviews.. and they pick which ones to show on their new website... I wonder why?
I would have been ok if he offered partial refund and told me I should find someone else, after he ruined my patio, but he chose to be petty and take the money and run!
He has lost my business for good and I am notifying everyone I can in Phoenix, including all the neighbors on next door app as well, so none of you fall victim of this company.
