I sent in a request for a new water heater.
Tom called me back within the hour, gave me a firm quote over the phone (very fair price), and said he would try to get an installer to my house that same day (this was already after 2pm so I was not really expecting same day service).
About 30 minutes later, I got a call they would be at my house in 30 minutes.
Angel was the installer, he was very courteous, professional, and prompt.
Very satisfied with the entire process, pricing was fair, service was great, they were quick, could not have asked for anything more. Would 100% recommend this company.

I can't say that I've ever worked with a more kind, honest and hardworking company. We filed a claim through Fidelity for our AC when it stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened during COVID, and everything is in shortage status or delayed. Tim worked with Fidelity to get us expedited on the process. Tori did an amazing job at keeping us updated throughout the waiting period. Mike (owner) called us to check in on things as well.  I truly believe that we would still be forced out of living in our home if this company wasn't involved in the process.  They originally replaced a compressor for us, and then we found out that the coil and condenser needed replaced as well (1997 unit). They got the order into Fidelity, and then came back and replaced the entire unit. The amount of hours and attention they put into this project were amazing. Every person we dealt with was top notch, and we would absolutely recommend using them in the future. Thank you for saving our sanity and getting us back to comfort!

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? I have used Cool Zone for about a year and a half.  They installed a split system (for the previous owners of our home), which I couldn't figure out how to use.  I had another (redacted name company) out to replace a condensate line and to check the split system.  The other company indicated that the split system wasn't working and that they'd need to fix it.  I contacted Cool Zone since I found the split paperwork showing they had installed it and I was hoping it was under warranty.  Dave (owner) came out and showed me how to use the split system (no charge) and that it was working fine.  Since then, we've had them install a two stage system to address an issue with poor cooling of an area of the house, install Ecobee thermostats, do general checks and tune ups, and address a weird leak.  I've got nothing but great things to say about this company.  They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they show up on time, do the work correctly, and don't try to up sell.  Their prices seem about average, and less than (redacted company).  On a personal note, everyone I've interacted with in the company: Dave, Byron, Ryan, and Danette are great people as well.

I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.

Bumble Bee AC was recommended by a friend when I told her my bedroom was the hottest room in the house. I called and they were very helpful from the start. I called on a Tuesday and they sent a technician out that Thursday for an estimate. Craig arrived on time--early actually--and suggested a mini split unit with a separate remote for my bedroom. I was able to schedule the service for the following Thursday. Again, the technicians showed up on time and in a few hours, they had the unit installed and cleaned everything up. The service was top notch through every step. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the new unit and the easy process, thanks to the wonderful staff at Bumble Bee.

Horrible customer service.  They did come out the next morning when I called them on Wednesday evening, so their one star was earned for that.  Alan came out with another technician (who left a cigarette butt in my yard right next to my a/c).  He said we needed a new circuit board as ours was fried and he'd call me within a couple days when he receives the board.  He did not give me an estimate at this point, my mistake for not asking for one.  He was at my house for about an hour.  He rigged my air conditioner to run constantly and my husband or me had to go out to the unit and pull the breaker in order to shut it off, making us human thermostats.  Thinking this was only for a day or 2, I was thankful to have a/c at all.  I did not hear from him Fri, Sat or Sun.  I called on Monday to ask about it and did not receive a call back from anyone.  I called again a few hours later on Monday and did not get a call back again, Marcel informed me that they were busy with it being super hot and all and please be patient.  I wait Tuesday, no call.  I call them again on Wednesday and tell Marcel that nobody has still called me back.  Alan finally calls me back saying he just got the board in and wasn't going to pay the $65 to overnight it so he had them regular mail it.  He never communicated this to me until almost a week later, once the board had already come in.  He apologized for not calling me and said someone in the office should have called me, then he assured (he used the word assure) me that they'd be out the following the day to come replace the board.  I arranged to be home on Thursday.  Thursday around noon I still had not heard from them so I called the office and spoke with Marcel, he was very nice, called Alan for me and said that someone could be out there on Friday.  I was livid, I had already arranged to be home on Thursday and could not arrange to be so again on Friday as I had a meeting.  After trying to demand that someone come out Thursday like I was assured they would, I agreed to let them come out on Saturday morning (9 days after they originally came out).  Bill texts me on Saturday morning and tells me it would be $532, and had I gotten an estimate.  I told him no, I was livid once again.  I'm not sure why Alan would not have mentioned the price if it was going to be so outrageous.  Alan called me because I was so upset and said that the best he could do would be to take $50 off of the labor of the bill, but since he had no control over the price of the board, that is all he could do.  Again though, I did not ask for an estimate, so I agreed to this.  Bill shows up to look at the unit and replace the board and tells us that it doesn't even need a new board.  He saw that only one connection was fried and it had other connections that he could use.  He hooked it up, it worked.  Finally.  The board was no longer needed, so they took the price of the board off of the bill and charged me $340.  I texted Alan myself after this to make sure he let Bill know to take the $50 off of the bill, like we had discussed.  He told me that since we were paying so much less than the $532, that was no longer an option.  I texted him back that I was under the impression the $50 would come off of the labor as he had no control over the part price, and he just flat out never responded to me.  Bill spent maybe 30 minutes at my house.  That is 1.5 total they spent at my house, my bill was charged for more than that.  I will never use Alan's air again, and frankly, I am relieved to be done with them.  I then get a bill from them in my email today, 18 days later for $480.  I call the office, livid once again, and Marcel figured out for me that it was an error that Alan made and that I can disregard the bill.  Horrible communication from this company, mainly from Alan himself.  Marcel and Bill were excellent at communicating and very helpful.  I did not find Alan helpful in the slightest and he even told us a new board was needed when one wasn't.  I think Alan needs to retire.

Silver City Restoration Damage Restoration
Posting for a friend who doesn't have social media (I personally haven't done any business with Silver City).  It's been a nightmare dealing with Silver City.  They were assigned by USAA to restore his house after the July monsoon flooding.  SC came out early in August and tested ceiling for asbestos, and even removed the popcorn ceiling, exposing the interior roof.  About a month later, they came back to test the flooring for asbestos (why couldn't SC test the floor and ceiling at the same time?) and removed some of the damaged carpet.  It's now October, and my friend called and left several messages and never heard back, so he drove to visit SC's office personally to complain about about why there's no communication from them.  My friend was told SC will reassign his case to a different project mgr.  Finally around Thanksgiving, my friend gets a call giving him a move out date to a nearby hotel so SC could work on his house, and was told the repairs would be done around the first week of January.  SC packed up his house and moved the rest of his personal possessions into a huge storage unit located on his driveway, removed the old carpet, scraped  and removed the asbestos laden popcorn ceiling off and covered the exposed area with plastic, and put plastic around his big screen tv and refrigerator, and removed the oven and dishwasher and moved it into his garage, as well as took out his toilets.

In December, my friend is spending the holidays staying at a nearby hotel.  But no work is being performed on his house.  Maybe because it's the holidays, SC decided to take the holidays off.  Shortly after the new year, SC finally calls my friend after not communicating with him since he moved to the hotel, to tell him he'll call him in a few days w/ an update.  A few days goes by but SC never called him back.  Just last Thursday the adjustor from USAA called my friend to ask his permission to fire SC because apparently USAA tried to reach out to SC several times also and left several messages, and SC didn't return USAA's calls either.  So USAA said they're done dealing with SC and assigned a new restoration company to fix his house.  And now my friend has to start the wait all over again.  The USAA adjustor is well aware that my friend has been living in a hotel since Thanksgiving weekend and couldn't be more apologetic for all the delays and no communication and (almost) no work done by SC.  I just hope SC doesn't keep my friends possessions they put in the storage unit hostage.

Read the Yelp reviews here.  I notice many positive reviews are at least a couple years ago, so the quality of their customer service has declined during the pandemic.  Sure, there are supply chain issues now, however SC's problem is their lack of communication to the customer AND TO USAA.  Why USAA still continues to assign SC to their members in spite of the negative reviews here is beyond me.  If your insurance company assigns Silver City to be your restoration company, you may want to pass and either ask for a different company, or if you do your research, you may find another company that has better reviews and doesn't blow off their customers.  USAA originally trusted SC to repair my friend's house, and then fired them. That should tell you something about the integrity of SC.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
