My experience with 1st Choice was fantastic.  The person answering the phones was very attentive and responsive and was able to get a technician out same day and rather quickly.  The father and son duo were extremely professional and polite and had diagnosed my units problem fairly quickly and even had the part already on hand in their work can so they were able to get my AC fixed very quickly.  I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for an future needs.

My A/C was leaking and needed maintenance. I called several A/C companies b4 having Boldt come out. A lot of them wanted to charge me a fee to come out and then if I got any needed repairs, I'd get that fee credited towards the repair. However, I liked how Boldt did not conduct their business that way. Their technician Juan came out and took care of the maintenance for a flat $65.00. He cleared the clog and leak, as well as some other issues that he had found. Juan was very professional and thorough with his work.

Woke up this morning and thought it felt warm in the bedroom especially since I had the AC at 72. After getting out of bed and walking through the rest of the house, I realized it wasn't just the bedroom. And after putting my hand up to the vent, I realized warm air was blowing out.

Quickly got on Yelp and found Johnny's. My husband called around 8:30, and someone was out here by 9:30. The tech diagnosed a broken motor and had everything fixed and ready to go by 11:30.

Can't thank Johnny's enough for their quick and professional service! They also did not charge us anything extra for an emergency response or it being Sunday. There's nothing worse than a broken AC in Phoenix summer, and I'm thankful we only had to suffer for 3 hours.

AC unit went out on a Saturday night and very uncomforable in the house.  Not much sleep last night.   Called the company that installed the unit twice and left messages and no call back.  I even checked the old company out on yelp and got glowing reviews which I now thing were overrated.

So then I got online and checked out some others along with their BBB rating and chose Hays.  Service tech was there in less than a hour and had it repaired and operational within 30 minutes after arriving.  Prices were reasonable and now I have a AC / plumbing contractor that I can rely on.

I will gladly use them again in the future.

So impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the company and tech who came to my home for the tune up. I didn't have any particular issues that warranted any maintenance, but I had a ton of questions that were all confidently answered and left me assured. I did ultimately move forward with some preventative maintenance, but did not feel pressure to do so. I'll continue to go to Cool Zone in the future for all my A/C needs.

Once again Gladiate has delivered. Great pricing on my mid-summer checkup, that should have been done in April, yep I procrastinated again. I truly cannot express enough how happy I am to have them as my go to AC guys! Living in Phoenix, you just need that piece of mind that your AC will work...or get fixed in a pinch. They were great! I discovered one of our two AC's had quit blowing cold air last Friday night at 6pm. I called Duke's and left a message. Tonya called me right back from her cell after hours and asked some clarifying questions and if we had an emergency or could wait till 7am the next morning as she could have her tech stop after he finished his last job if needed. We decided on the next morning and ran some fans because the 2nd AC was still working. Robert was there on time the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and was very no pressure with solutions! I had already replaced the same part on my other unit a few months earlier and luckily it was an easy fix!

New to the area and found Bumble Bee AC after reviewing a few sites. Honest and accurate reviews and our service was nothing but outstanding. Needed help adjusting my smart thermostat and was so impressive with phone call and service, we decided to enroll in their annual service program.

Mike at this company was called at 8 pm last night after our company, Sonoran Mechanical left me hanging with no air for over 24 hrs. The sonoran guy came and couldn't fix and told us it needed 3 parts and that the company would call in am. Called Cave Creek. Mike picked up call and came in 20 min.  In 20 min it was fixed!!! He had to replace the capacitor that Sonoran had just put in, and a starter which the other guy couldn't be bothered to do. I highly recommend this company and Mike as he is honest, efficient, reliable. He'll be our guy going forward. The other company mever called us and we were club members.

Great service. Showed up on time and in a timely manner. Fixed my ac a few months ago and so far so good. Price was also reasonable. Glad I finally found a good company I can rely on.

Contacted Ideal Energy for a service I needed done right away. The receptionist stated they were a week out but when she sensed the desperation in my voice she took my number and said she would call me back. Called back 15 minutes later a said a tech would be at my property within the next few hours. I received a text before arrival introducing the technician Chris along with a photo. Chris arrived on time and got right to work. Within an hour everything was solved. He was very professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch. Ideal Energy has definitely earned my business. You'll be glad you used these guys!

Doug called me back after I left a message regarding my evaporative cooler that I had issues with. After explaining what was going on he walked me thru the entire process of elimination to pinpoint the problem and after spending a good 25 min. on the phone with him the problem was solved and my cooler is working. Doug could have easily  turned this into a service call and made money on my issue but he didn't. He was patient and extremely professional. Thank you Doug for taking the time.

Had similar situation to other person. 80 days in a hotel I finally returned home last week. After feeling pressured into signing release started seeing damages done throughout. The tile guys they hired were the only part of experience that seemed to work out. Jim was hard to work with. He never gave updates or estimates. I had my replacement tile and carpet picked out days after flood, yet took him over a month to order it. (Wrong I might add) I called him to get update and he told me he had just placed order. It was backordered 3 more weeks. This was just the start of a VERY long process. I could write all day. I now am fixing the damages that were caused by this company. Everything required me to bring them back several times. Paint, drywall etc. Still have poorly done job on some parts of drywall. Lots of dings and dents in molding and trim. Chunks taken out of furniture etc. I informed them of damages done to coffee and dining table from move but they don't seem to think it was them. This whole process has been a headache. Glad to have my life back though.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Don't use them (him) Craig comes off very profession at 1st but once he runs and cashes your check you will never get him to respond back or call you back. Also changed his name to CMS restoration because his rating was so bad. He's a shiester. Don't trust him. When it drys is when you can tell it's a very poor job and he's already ran to the bank.
