Great customer service. It's easy to get fooled into something if you do not know a lot about it. Along with multiple options, came useful information so I can avoid being fooled in the future. Knowing a little can go a long way when the price of a new unit is so high.

Larson Air Conditioning was a pleasure to work with.

I live in Phoenix and my air conditioner broke down over the weekend. As you can imagine, when it's 110 degrees outside the house heats up fairly quick when the A/C doesn't work. I called around to about a dozen different places and none of them were able to make it out the same day. American Home Water & Air was very responsive and had someone out to my house in less than 2 hours.

Mac, the service technician who fixed my air conditioner, was amazing! Friendly, understanding, and explained everything step by step.

I definitely didn't plan on spending $341 over the weekend, but it was money well spent when you consider how quick, friendly, and efficient they were. Not to mention, they had to replace a part which contributed to that price.

Long story short: give these guys a try. You won't regret it!

I found 1st Choice Mechanical on Yelp due to their great reviews. I was completely down and out after previously being scammed by a horrible company and happened upon 1st Choice. I spoke with Tori and she was so kind and caring and let me blab and cry about the horrible situation I was in. She said she would try and call her father Michael and asked if he would come on Saturday, a day they are normally closed. Immediately she called back and said he would be there. Michael showed up promptly and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and confident in his skill set. He was done within an hour. Having just moved here and being a first time home owner, I knew nothing. Now I know a great family owned company who I will go back with time and time again.

Excellent service! Called in a panic first thing this am after awaking up at 2:00 am drenched in perspiration. Decided to check my thermostat and noticed the temp was 77 even though it was set at 70 for beautiful night-time slumber. Checked my circuit breakers, reset and actually checked my huge a/c unit and noticed the fan was at a standstill. Watched a movie...2:30am...fell back to sleep ...and woke up to research Yelp for immediate repairs. First 2 calls were quite close in proximity but could not provide service today.

Third call was a charm! Francis from Boldt HVAC and Repair answered, noted my details and said they coould have someone over at 12 noon. I was thrilled as my home stays cool in the am. 10:30ish I receive a second call from Francis asking if my technician could come Now...What?!? Yeah...give me 5 min to dress and greet...

Michael...very professional...arrived 1 1/2 hrs early...headed straight for my unit...worked his magic...and in less than 20 min...my central air was a blastin! I needed to compressor replaced. Ba da bing ba da Boom...job complete! Price seemed resonable too or maybe no A/C in AZ in May leaves one desperate and gracious!!

Can't Thank this Outfit...Business...enough...they have my patronage locked in!

These guys were great. Came out quickly in the middle of the summer after hours to take a look at our unit. Had it up an running and in no time for almost nothing. Couldn't recommend them enough.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. We own rental properties in Surprise and have had a need for a/c repair services on multiple occasions. Heath, Misti and their team are so incredibly responsive, day and night. They truly care about their customers, are extremely knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. It is always awesome to find a great small company with terrific people and fabulous service. I could not recommend Arctic Fox more highly!

My mom's AC/heater was acting up, blowing smoke all up in her home and Dave from Gladiate Air flew in to the rescue!!! Big thanks to Dave's wife for setting up the same day service!!

When Dave arrived and turned the on the heater, the smoke decided not to rear it's dark cloud, but instead, it stopped working. Dave found the problem & fixed the broken wiring in no time and quoted me with a reasonable price! He was very professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. He's an expert in his field and provided excellent service!

Hopefully my mom won't have much more AC/heating issues, but if she does, I trust Dave and Gladiate Air for all of our AC/heating problems! Thank you Dave, you're a life saver!!!

Manny, Luis, Freddy and Beto arrived on time and were very professional. They completed the replacement of my new AC system ahead of schedule and left the area clean. Manny was able is answer any questions I had and communicated well. I would highly recommended them.

Dave was super awesome!!! After another AC company said my heat pump wasn't working and needed to be replaced I reached out to Dave for a 2nd opinion. He came right over, inspected my unit and said it was fine and working properly.  So thankful for his honesty and integrity!  He's my new AC guy!

Recently my AC went down at my house in Tempe. I had a different company come through and try to fix it and they did an okay job to buy a few more days on the unit.... but it's really old and it was time for a replacement.

I got quotes from 4 total companies over the course of a few days trying to see what they'd each do for replacement and what the cost would be. A friend Kris Ross recommended I check out Bumble Bee as one of my options. I went to some other highly reviewed brands, but Bumble Bee was the most responsive, most comprehensive, and most friendly throughout the process. They also offered me the most affordable rate!

Once I committed to them, they had their team and a crane in the very next morning to replace the unit and do a lot of additional work on my roof, in my attic, and in my house to improve the ventilation in addition to dropping in the new unit.

Super easy, great experience. Will definitely use them for maintenance on the unit in the future or in other homes.

Mike was absolutely wonderful. We had installed a thermostat incorrectly and were stuck without AC overnight.

I had messaged him in the middle of the night for a quote and he was very quick to respond. The price was very very good!

I called him first thing in the morning and left a message and he called back shortly after. He asked what was going on with our new thermostat and had me send him photos. He was actually working on a different appointment that morning, but had to go to a supply store that was nearby our house, so he stopped by. He had everything fixed and the cold air was blowing in about ten minutes.

I will definitely use him and recommend him for all of our future needs with our air conditioning. He was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing!

Alan was able to make it out to my place the same day I called. He was knowledgeable and honest about the issues my unit was facing. I'd recommend them in an instant.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars I would! I hired a contractor to build a recording studio in my garage. There were multiple issues with the build, but the biggest issue was the installation of the Samsung mini-split. The unit wouldn't keep the room cool (especially on hot days) even though it was brand new.

When I called Ideal Air Conditioning for help, Chris came out to troubleshoot the existing unit. He found multiple leaks and gave me a variety of options to repair/replace.

Ultimately, I decided to swap out the wall mounted mini split for a single cassette ceiling AC (less intrusive for my space). The team at Ideal was a breath of fresh air. When I let Chris know I was leaning towards a full replacement, he sent out an auditor (also named Chris and who was just as amazing) to ensure the unit would fit properly in the space.

The day of the installation, Chris and his team arrived right on time. They took painstaking efforts to wrap and protect all of my equipment and left the studio spotless. The installation went great and the room is cooling perfectly. The additional insulation they added in my ceiling has also been a game changer.

The quality of work is top notch - I just wish I would have hired them in the first place!! Huge thank you to both Chris', Elena, Maxine and the entire team at Ideal Air. I'm a very happy customer, can't recommend them highly enough!

Almost immediate call back.  Doug was very helpful, went out the very next morning and had a repair plan and estimate the same day. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my swamp cooler needs.

It starts on the top and comes all the way down. Will never have this company in my house please stay away!

Jim Cox, was a project manager assign to my job.
1. He was late on the first day and was drunk or had a long night.
2. 3 weeks passed and called up and said My cabinet guy has been trying to call you and left voice mails. Not true! checked for his number and nothing comes up!!
3. Cabinet guy comes the following week. Removes the temp sink and asked me? has Jim, setup a plumber to install my sink and plumbing lines. So he calls  Jim, to check and nothing was setup and he was going to call him back. 6hrs later the cabinet guy once more calls to check on the plumber and nothing.
4. I called Jim Cox, to check on the status of the plumber and starts yelling at me. No plumber will be here today, tomorrow etc! Keep in mind he had over a week to plan this out. So we start going at it! and this child hangs up the phone.
5. Called the SCR office and John, manager never called me back to talk about his child acting like a teen.
6. Stay away from this nasty company!!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
