Once again, Caleb from Larson came to our home to perform routine maintenance. Earlier this year, we joined their service club, and they contact us when it's time for service Spring and Fall. We have always had Caleb each visit, and he does a great job. Arrives on time and is very thorough. Provides pics of all services performed. The office is great with communication. We're super pleased!

I am SO glad I went with American Home and Water for my AC replacement. The workers were there on time and communicative. I had purchased a smart thermostat but it hadn't arrived when my AC was being installed. They volunteered to come back and install it for me the next week when it came. Great customer service!

Excellent service I can't say enough!  I called 1st Choice Mechanical for a estimate on replacing a compressor.  Michael / owner was our technician and he quickly diagnosed our problem.  After explaining the solution and cost we agreed on repairs. What can I say,he saved my friend $3000. I couldn't be more satisfied.  We have set her up with bi-yearly service agreement. I feel that she is in very experienced hands now.
I take care of 11 restaurants, 19 Ac units.  First choice has my stamp of approval.

After searching yelp I found Boldt.... I called Philip about a noise I kept hearing that recently started. He came the next day and was prompt, knowledgeable, clean, friendly and professional! After a quick diagnosis, It ended up being woodpeckers haha! But he didn't want to charge me just to go on the roof but I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything else. I just had Parker & Sons come in late February-early March as a Costco promotion! Upon inspection (which he spent 30 min) he came down with pics and information which was obvious Parker & Sons didn't do much! Come to find out the elbow for the duct work isn't a proper fit and Philip explained the problem! He never tried to UP sell me and I appreciate his honesty! If you are looking for AC repair... Boldt is the only call you need to make!

This guy was amazing.  Don't expect some slick, well dressed, rip you off AC repair guy.  This is the most down to earth, honest man I've ever met.  I think his pants almost fell off twice during his latter climb.  Lol I should have given him a belt as part of the payment.  But seriously, he could have taken me for anything on my AC, but I walked away with a $60 service charge after he spent 15 minutes on my roof and another 10 in the house and then narrowed it down to low batteries in my thermostat.  Enough juice to light the display, but not enough to trip the AC, he said. Happens all the time. I laughed at that.  Make sure to check you batteries.  But also remember, this is the mechanic who tells you that you don't need something repaired. Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

Great company. I called them on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the were able to get to my house at 6:30 PM. The blower motor on my second floor AC was out. They needed to get the part and were at my house by 11:00 on Saturday. Everything working great by 12:00. Great price, response, and service. Will definitely continue to do business with Arizona Air Experts. Thanks Jeff Lundy

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

A friend referred Arctic Fox to me yesterday. I called this morning and talked to Tim. He answered the phone, listened to my problem, and had Steve come out almost immediately to look/fix the issue. Steve is very knowledgeable as is Tim. I will only call Arctic Fox from now on. They are reliable, friendly, on time, responsive, informative, helpful, honest, etc. Don't think twice! Call them today! A million thanks! A+++++ service!
Update - had a freeze up the day after and had to have the unit looked at again. Heath came out this time and located the problem and fixed it. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I will be calling him for any future tune up/repaires for sure! Great service. Never has our a/c worked as it does now. Thank you Heath!

You never want to find yourself with an AC issue on a weekend or after hours... but that's exactly the situation I found myself in recently.  

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

Instantly after meeting Dustin we knew we were getting a great deal. Not only spending a considerable amount of time checking out our AC system in a Hot attic and giving us the news we already knew. Our old system was costing us a small fortune. We discussed what our needs were and what we could expect a new system to do.
On the days of install, we have 2 units, and Robert and Rene carefully removed the old systems one at a time so that we could sleep comfortably that night. It was at least 109 out and these guys did not complain one bit. It was real hot in the attic.
They installed the new systems, explained how they would work and answered all our questions. They filled out all the paperwork needed for our srp rebates. Would definitly recommend them to anyone needing a new system or even a tune up. I will use them again as needed. Many Thanx to you for everything. rick

I was incredibly impressed with Biltmore Mechanical!  David answered my call immediately and was able to come over the same day.  He diagnosed my problem within about 5 minutes and  discussed with me the deficiencies of my system.  He was able to get my system up and running that very same day and also  got me two new automated thermostats.  He was very reasonably priced.  I was extremely happy with him.  Biltmore Mechanical is now my go to HVAC company.  Highly recommend!!!!

We've had them rescue our unit a few times now and ended up signing up with their maintenance plan for piece of mind.

Anytime they do work they take tons of pictures and are transparent about what they're doing, what they recommend, pricing etc. Highly recommended, they have great communication and service!

Michael is super honest guy who is super talented in his field. His prices are very fair and he stands behind his work. I have used his services for almost a decade and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. He is THE BEST! How many tech get so many 5-star ratings?

After a power hit last week Sunday our A/C would not come back on after repeatedly trying, the A/C system is just 3 years old. Found Alan's Air on Yelp. Two techs, Alan & Drew showed up within promised time. They were both friendly and professional. While Drew was on the roof checking the unit Alan turned the air on... it started working. They went ahead and inspected the  system, got into the attic and made sure there was nothing obviously wrong. I worried because of the nightmare experience we had with Parker & Sons 3 years earlier not to mention the expense. Alan made himself available in case the air stopped working again. My husband determined from their conversations  that Alan was very knowledgeable and experienced. Alan's Air is now on my contacts list of my phone.

I could not of asked for a better experience than working with Ideal Energy. They communicated when they were coming they showed up went on time. They sent me text with pictures of the people that would be there. they perform the highest quality work that I've ever seen done by an AC service company no wonder they are nationally recognized for their work  I am so happy with the results my house went from a 5 ton unit to a 3 ton unit due to the improvements made in my ductwork and insulation. Plus and am saving lots of money on my electric bill  Alex Chris Kurt and the entire team did a phenomenal job. They made sure everything was exactly as I expected it at the end of the job. There is no reason to ever call someone else. 5 stars is not a high enough recommendation.

Horrible company to deal with. Their work is horrible and half asked. If you can get a call back then consider yourself lucky. Our experience with this company has been horrendous. 9 months later and we still don't have a working oven. They fixed our black cabinets with brown. Doesn't even come close to matching our original. They were suppose to paint walls doors and ceilings. They left the paint for us to finish. Don't even waste your time with this company. It's nothing but pain and anguish.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
