The people at Larson were able to relocate our AC from a closet into our attic, which solved for our super loud blower motor; a creative solution opposed to what other companies had recommended (just buy a new system from us!). The work that was done by all parties was excellent and everyone we interacted with was great.

I get my AC checked out every year before summer and have used many different companies to take care of this task. I have to say, I have saved 1st Choice Mechanical in my contacts on my phone after today's visit. Tim showed up right on time, kept me in the loop as to what he and his trainee were doing and even showed me some tips to keep my unit running efficiently (no other company I have used have done that). They were courteous and covid safe. No mess after their work, it's like they weren't even here! I will definitely call on them again for next years service or any service in between! This morning we came outside to have our coffee on the back patio and noticed one of our units was smoking. My boyfriend immediately shut the unit off and went to Yelp to find a reputable company for repairs. We both agreed on Boldt HVAC & Repair. He called and they were able to have someone out within a few hours, wow! Mike arrived and was able to quickly assess the issue and begin repairs. He quoted the cost before he began and explained the details of the repairs needed in order for the unit to function properly. Mike was efficient and professional and was easy to have a conversation with. He educated us on air filter types and maintenance, all while building rapport and being friendly towards our 4 dogs. We will definitely use Boldt HVAC & Repair again in the future, thank you Mike and all others at Boldt.

Most honest HVAC guy you'll find.  I'll be using him again for maintenance/repair of my AC unit.  Responded fast, super nice guy, responsive and VERY fair.

We called Hay's for an estimate on replacing our HVAC system.
The man (Michael) came on time and seemed nice.  He said he would give us three different quotes on three types of systems and would send them to our e-mail that night or the next day.
We keep checking our e-mail but nothing ever came in from Michael.
So after four days my husband called and spoke to the woman who answered the phone.  She was very nice and asked if we checked our spam, which we did, and then said she would speak to him and we should get the e-mail by the next day.
Again nothing, so we waited 2 more days and called again.  This time she seemed upset that we didn't get the quotes and said she would definitely talk to him and would call us back with the information.
We never heard from her or him, it's now a week later and for the first time in my life I'm writing a bad review, because I can't believe a company would do that to someone.
We got other quotes, very quickly, but I would have liked to have gotten one from Hay's because they were recommended by a friend.

They were very reaposive and gave us info to help get the blower replaced. Maria was awesome, kind and good follow up. Thank you your old school customer service.

In the 5 years that I have used this company for my house remodeling they have earned this five Star rating - If you need ac or heating or evap cooler work or ductwork or plumbing from repairs to new install this company will not waste your time or money ,I shopped around a lot before my new install ac /gas  heat  combo  ,others wanted more for less work and or tried to lie to me about what all was needed to install unit I have built homes I know what's needed ,In my thirty years of owning homes for my self and several others I rented out to people ,This company is the best I have ever hired .Not a  greedy large company working on commission .

After some frantic calling around based on Yelp reviews, I discovered my new go-to heating and air guys -- Gladiate Air!  I worked with both of the owners, Gabe and Dave, and I have never felt more comfortable working with any company in the service industry!  They are both extremely personable, understanding, and genuine!  

Besides the quick accurate diagnosis and repair in my time of need, I love that they are not pushy!  I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these guys and this company, so if you have any AC needs AT ANY TIME, then do yourself a favor and contact Gladiate Air!

I found Bumble Bee Air Conditioning thought Yelp and it had great reviews so I figured it would be trustworthy. My biggest issue was I was charged almost 300 for a replacement part on my ac that was never cleared with me, he just installed it and then told me it was needed. The man then asked me if I had a problem paying which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was also told I would be emailed a receipt from their office of services performed which was never received.

I am thrilled about finding Mike and Chase at Cave Creek Cooling.  I had been using another company for service and maintenance program, and felt they were always trying to sell me something.  After receiving their outrageous estimate for a Duct Zone Damper on my A/C,  I called Cave Creek Cooling.  Mike diagnosed the problem on the phone, and Chase appeared at my home  with the fix 3 hours later. HALF the price and a tutorial on the mechanics of it all, which I greatly appreciated.  I'm now a happy subscriber to their Maintenance Program for my HVAC system.

Had another company cancel twice on us for an AC repair/problem.  Waited a week, and got nothing. Found this company via yelp after calling 5 others that were too busy.  Most folks laughed when I asked for same day.  (Late July in AZ 117 degrees) These guys came out twice in the same day to figure out my condensation valve issue.  Will use them and them only form this point on. I was desperate and price wasnt even a concern but these guys were priced very very fair, for sure.  Super nice people, you can tell its a family run business.  Not one issue from the initial phone call to the final visit.  They called, texted and emailed to keep me on the loop as to when and who to expect visits from.  Awesome!!  All in the same day

His team (no matter the function or role) handle themselves in a positive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly way. Everyone on the team I interacted with was diverse in character and shared a common mentality: treating their customer interactions as if the business was their own.

I used them as part of the SRP energy audit process and priced out their subsequent recommendations. Not only was their quality and customer service there, but they hit the mark on cost as well.

They've earned this customer's trust and I will be calling them back for other services and maintenance in the future.

So I was in the cooking dinner and noticed it was getting a a little hotter in the kitchen than the usual. Turns out, the AC in our home is went out in the middle of summer. The thermostat was showing 92 degrees inside! So I turn on every fan we have (which was no help) felt like we were living inside an air fryer. Long story short I started calling a bunch AC repair places who claim to be 24/7 but the earliest they could come out was 2-3days later. -__-  Anyways I contacted Desert Comfort Mechanical around 11:30 pm and they were able to come out the following morning. The crew Fadel and Dennis are great guys and took really good care of us. They were knowledgeable courteous , Fast, and gave us a fair price. What I like most is that did not rip us off like the other AC company we've used before with the big ugly blue trucks with the goofy looking polar bear on the side. Desert Comfort Mechanical  will  definitely be my go to for any AC problems. 100% satisfied, Thank you guys again.

A very reliable and honest company. They do quality work at a fair price. They work directly with your insurance company adjusters, and are quick to reply when you have questions!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

We hired this company to clean our grout throughout our entire house; it took him about an hour to do the work.  When he was finished he told us that it would take several days for the grout to completely dry.  After a week days we noticed that the grout was a different color in many different areas.....it looked like it had not been cleaned.  After trying to reach Craig for almost a week he finally said that he would come to reclean those areas.  He set a time from between 3pm and 4pm.....by 4:45pm he had not shown up or called....he just blew us off.  We called our credit card company and will be charging the amount back to him. Do not use this company!!
