Sam is the best! I've been using Larson for a couple of years now after a less than positive experience with another AC company. I am beyond pleased with the service I've received from Sam and Larson. It's especially comforting that my tech has remained consistent and knows/remembers my system and pets. I would highly recommend them.

I am removing my comments from my original 1 Star review due to Tom A (owner) and his wife posting negative comments on my employers Yelp page. My employer has nothing to do with the customer service or experience I had personally with American Home Water and Air.  I'm unsure how Tom A found out where I work but, I believe the negative reviews were in retaliation to my 1 Star review. Yelp reviews are for customers who have experienced a REAL CUSTOMER experience which, I did.

My employer contacted Tom A concerning the 2 negative reviews posted by Tom A and his wife. Tom A agreed to remove the two false/fake reviews if I remove my review. Why would he negotiate this with my employer? I attempt to have Tom A's review removed by contacting the BBB, unfortunately they do not assist with an issue like this.  So, begrudgingly, I removed my comments posted for AHWA and out of respect for my employer.  I feel Tom A's reviews were unfair and without merit. This does NOT negate the negative experiences I had with AHWA.  

Tom A recently commented on this review with regards to my employers reviews he posted: I have removed that review, because I promised her boss that I would., and I keep my promises. Now he has added a new negative review to my employers Google review page! PHOTO ADDED.  I am changing my review back to 1 star. He has accused me in his comments of being a deranged person/nut, rude, vindictive, a viper and now says I have emotional problems.  Tom A got had his feelings hurt and has not realized you cannot make every customer happy.  As you have commented, American Home has been in business for 33 years with over 60,000 customers. Those are good stats! Just be warned If you post a negative review, Tom A may find out who your employer is and post negative reviews attempting to disgrace YOU.

The while process was very professional and friendly.  No pressure either. We asked for a quote for routine maintenance on two ac units and our hvac.  They got back to me very quickly and so we scheduled for that week. For the day that the appt was for I did have a prior commitment to get to so I messaged them that day to find out when they will be here so it did not interfere with my other commitment. Anyways, they were willing to reschedule but we kept the appointment. Tim and Brandon came and were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They even pointed out a tip to keep the ac units clean. When we settled the bill, they mentioned the maintenance plan which I declined but there was no pressure from them.  We were very happy and will continue to use them going forward

We have had these guys out two times to help with our AC units and they are amazing! We had two new units installed a few years back and I only wish we knew about Boldt before and had them take care of our install as well. These guys are really responsive, on time and quick with the repairs. Pricing is very fair also. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Used them 2x now.... Couldn't ask for a better air conditioning company. Hard working and very honest which is extremely hard to come by these days.

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

I requested quotes from several companies. Cool zone was the first to respond and had the soonest availability. I was told a tech would be to my house between 3-5pm the same day I requested the quote. I was delighted at 1:30pm when I got a call saying the tech could make it earlier. It was nearly 90 degrees inside my house when Ryan arrived. He got right to work and had the problem solved and repair completed before 3pm! He stuck around and chatted for a little while to make sure that the temp was dropping in my house. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend cool zone to anyone needing AC repairs!

We had a packrat take up residence in our 8-year old Mitsubishi ductless mini-split HVAC unit to our bedroom. WTF??? Called the original contractor, their estimate for replacement was astronomical. My wife called her BFF for a referral, and she recommended Arctic Fox. Tim contacted us immediately, offered to replace the system for a reasonable cost, and was there two days later with everything ready to go. Tim and Keith spent literally the entire day installing the new system, including careful sealing of the required new access hole, making sure all wiring and connectors were weather (and rodent) proof, as well as completely repairing the old hole (which was a rough hole that the prior contractor had simply punched through the wall, without any finishing, sealing or weather-proofing). Very happy with the result, I highly recommend them. Bye, George!

One of my AC's went out on my short-term rental. Christine and Dave have been a trusted partner, helping implement a short-term solution to keep my guests cool while we wait on parts for my new installation. I'm happy to give my business to such a reliable and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!

We really had a positive experience with this company.  We had a leaking, 23 y/o a/c unit that needed to be repaired.  The tech that came out was friendly and efficient - he told us exactly what the problem was and what it would cost, so no surprises.  He repaired the unit and recommended we consider replacing them.  Considering the age of our a/c units, we decided to move forward with getting a quote on replacing them.  The gentleman that came out the following week thoroughly inspected our setup and gave us a detailed estimate.  Ultimately, their estimate wasn't the lowest and contained limited options so we went with somebody else, but overall we were happy with the service we did receive from them.

I cannot say enough good things about David.  He has taken care of my AC unit at my rental property at a moment's notice.  Once, when there was a leak and then again when the unit wasn't cooling properly.  He's responsive, thorough, and really excels at customer service.  He even went so far as to send me pictures of the issue.  I would trust him with any AC need.  It's nice to have someone you can trust AND depend on!

Just an update the tech they sent out they let go, if there tech are highly competent as she said they were why would they have to let the guy go

I wouldn't believe a word you say Lisa you said you charge my credit card and it was never charged and then you were trying to give me a refund I don't think you know what's going on there you fired the tack you said he was no longer with your company and that came from you not from Carrie get your story straight your company sucks

I cannot think of a more honest, friendly, genuine, professional than Michael from Cave Creek Cooling Company. He was able to troubleshoot the problem right away and was just a pleasure to deal with. He did not try to upsell me, but made good suggestions. I recommend him without any hesitation for all your a/c needs!

Can't say enough about Alan's Air. I called them from out of state because my elderly mother, who lives alone in Scottsdale, was experiencing problems with her air conditioner when the temperatures were well above 100 degrees. They sent someone out right away, identified the problem and gave her an estimate that was thousands of dollars below an earlier estimate she had received from another company. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them.

I came home to a very toasty house today - it was 10 degrees warmer than it should have been.  I called Ideal and they had Adam scheduled to arrive same day (thank goodness, it would have been a long hot night for me and my pup).   He diagnosed the issue (a dirty coil) and never tried to sell me anything extra or unneeded.  

I was a bit surprised because we had a company out not too long ago to clean the coil and service the unit but they obviously didn't do a thorough job.  

The house already feels cooler!   If you need heating or air work done call this company.   100% you won't regret it.

Doug at Desert Comfort answered on New Year's Eve, was able to come quickly AND get our heat on within a couple hours!

SilverCity Restoration just restored our house like new after a water leak. Everyone, from start to finish was extremely professional & concerned about our satisfaction. They started/finished our job ahead of schedule & we couldn't be happier!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

Stay away from this company. Paid $1000.00 to have my pavers sealed. 6 months later it looked terrible. Have been calling for 1 1/2 years with no response. This company is a scam.
