After noticing a strong smell emanating from the water softener and heater area, I called American Home and the technician was here within an hour. Higi was knowledgeable, respectful and informative realizing it was not a gas leak on the heater but burning and leakage on the older digital softener unit. He explained the process throughout and even cleaned up salt residue which had been leaking from the resin tank. I am now in the process of getting a new softener and will be using American Home from now on for any a/c or water unit needs. Well done! I am so glad I found American Home Water and Air.

5 stars  is not a high enough rating for BOLDT !   I've delt with a few different   AC service providers and this company  is by far the best. You want honesty, integrity, reliable, and professional then you found it.  My AC went down and I was back up and running within an hour of  my call, I could not  believe  it.  I recommend  this company,  hands down  the best in the valley! Had a problem with the AC in the addition to my home where a guest was staying. Called Johnny's and was able to schedule a time for service on a Sunday.
Repairman showed up and fixed the problem promptly. Gave status report on the unit and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for more on a weekend urgent situation!
Will definitely us Johnny's again!

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

Ok, I just purchased a home, shortly after my AC united pooped out. I had called 3 other people and then called Arizona Air Experts. I spoke to Misty in the office she was super warm and professional she scheduled my appointment for Caleb to come out. As soon as I spoke to him I knew they were the company I wanted to replace my old unit. Misty would always keep me posted on when and what was going on. She is on it and lets you know whats going on before you have time to even realize. When I met Caleb the owner, I knew he was confident and knowledgeable and just knew what was up. I hired him to replace my unit. Him and his crew were great. Even his crew was warm and professional I loved them. After they got the job done, Caleb explained things to me about my new unit and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call them. I know for a fact I picked the right people to do this job and to do business with. How often can you say that? So, if you want a company with integrity and professionalism that is unparalleled, look no further, these are the people. I am telling my neighbors about them and anyone else asking or looking for AC/Heating company. They are a phenomenal company!!!!!!!!!!!

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

You know when someone loves what he do the way he speak about it. We have been using Artic Fox Air Conditioning & Heating for over 15 years! I have been meaning to write a review for Dave for some time.  My air conditioner broke down after 7 years of operating with no issues after buying the home.  I had an archaic/obsolete model sitting on my roof that Dave would periodically maintain (My Mom gave me his contact info.).  On the rare occasion that Dave didn't just trouble shoot issues I was having over the phone for free, any charges that I received for his work were not significant.  

The AC broke down in the middle of August, and this was the first time that Dave had to do real work and he got it all done extremely fast.  The fortunate side of my bad luck was that the unit broke down on a Friday, and Dave had my system installed and running by Monday evening.  He made every effort to get the job done first thing in the morning, which is unheard of given the quick procurement of a model that fit in a confined working space, but unfortunately couldn't get the crane on time to have things back to normal on Monday morning.  Really minor hiccup that Dave actively communicated with me on.  

Given the expediency and efficiency that was delivered, I really feel that Dave over-delivered.  Of course a new AC unit and cost of labor for this kind of job isn't going to be cheap, but in hindsight and having scoped out comps from time to time since, he was VERY AFFORDABLE.  I am never going to go to anyone else for AC services.

Very impressed with this company! We had them out to our current home and a day later to a home we are purchasing. Our tech James, was thorough,  knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The most notable aspect of both calls was that we never felt like James was there to make money or screw us. He was very realistic about what would/should be done and what could be spared. Never did we feel like he was just there to upsell and honestly in a transient city like Phoenix that service is hard to come by. I will definitely use this company in the future!

One man show, and looks like David will be at a good place in few years, given that he is very reasonable in price, knowledge and service principles!
Weekend problem with the AC, very courteous lady answered the phone,
promised to be at my house between 12-4 pm and followed up with a phone call to let me know that they are running a bit late, as they were the other side of the valley.  Problem solved in less than and hour,
I would recommend them to anyone who needs his AC work done!

Good service, honest, friendly and pretty quick. They don't often come within the time frame allotted, so it can be a challenge to schedule if you have a job away from home. Communications can be challenging as well since most of them are done via text message and email.

Finally, guys who will fix your AC without replacing the whole thing for thousands of dollars.  I called out this company after trying another company that told me I need a new AC system (and they lied about its condition).  Cave Creek Cooling came out and replaced the fan blower motor and everything works perfectly.  If I listened to the other guys, I'd be replacing my AC every 3 years.  Cave Creek Cooling sells you what you need.  Honest repair people.  Skilled at what they do.  And rates are very competitive.  And yes, they can replace everything too if you really need that.  But they are happy to work with you even if you need a relatively simple repair to get you going.  That's almost rare in Arizona these days.  Would recommend to others.

Last week I had called another company (Day and Night) to come do a check on my unit, since I had just moved into my house and wanted to make sure there were no major issues before the summer heat really set in. They said the unit is working well, but was very dirty and needed to be cleaned soon to keep it from breaking and running at peak efficiency. The red flag came when they quoted a price - $800 to clean the blower fan and coils! Since that seemed very high I declined and called around to a few other companies.

Fortunately Alan's Air was one of these companies and quote me $250 to clean the indoor coil and blower fan (even I knew that the compressor coil was on the outside of the unit and easy to clean myself). Bill came out the next day, took a look at both parts of the unit, and found that the indoor coil was a little dirty but nothing major and the blower fan was nearly spotless. He cleaned the indoor coil, telling me that its actually very easy to do this unlike what Day and Night said, and since the blower fan was already clean and didn't need to be cleaned only charged me half of the original quote too! This is a perfect contrast of the best and worst in HVAC contractors.

I'm absolutely going to use Alan's Air for any maintenance or repairs of my system as long as I live in the area. I'd recommend everyone else do the same!

Ideal Energy was the company I chose, based on the information provided, as well as their excellent customer service. The installation went well and I am extremely satisfied. This company goes above and beyond to make certain their customers are completely satisfied. I recommend Ideal Energy to anyone looking to replace their air conditioning system!

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

I have used Silver City on a number of projects ranging from a roof replacement to a French door replacement after a break in. Both times the workers were prompt and courteous. Best of all no issues with the claims adjuster.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

I had the folks from CMS come out to clean my travertine floor. What a great job. I never knew how beautiful my tile could look. They were fast and efficient  and very polite. I am having them come back to seal my pavers next week. Very reasonable prices.
