This is a highly professional company, that is fantastic to work with. We own a condo in Scottsdale and asked them to assist our tenant whose AC was not working. Mind you it was June and over 120'. They responded quickly with excellent communication with us and our tenant. They were on time and very professional. They were upfront about all the costs and didn't exceed them. It is wonderful to be able to trust Yelp for references and for them to be true.

Let's be honest, nobody wants to spend money on their AC system. We just want it to work, and to never fail us, especially not during a Phoenix summer. And, when we really need an AC repairman, it feels a bit like shopping for a good used car salesman--just feels like you're about to get swindled.  Based on Yelp and Angie's List reviews, I called American Home Water and Air, held my breath, and hoped for the best.  I was very pleasantly surprised.  Justin was on time, very efficient, and earned my trust.  He diagnosed the problem, didn't give me the runaround, didn't high-pressure sell me on stuff I didn't need, and even took the time to listen to me gripe about other issues I've had with my system that he knew I wasn't interested in fixing right now.  And, generally speaking, I was also pleasantly surprised that even during 106-degree summer day I was able to get an appointment in under 24 hours.

I am long overdue for a review for this company! It is crucial that you find an HVAC company that you can trust in Arizona and I trust no one more than this company! We were fortunate enough to come across this company in our search for a new HVAC person several years ago, and we have not used anyone else since (All the previous claimed professionals would repair our system, but the fix would only be temporary before there was another issue!) Phil (He's the man!!!) and his team have serviced all of my family's houses and business. I just had two units installed at two locations everything was installed as quoted. The workers were pretty much on time and very courteous, they explained what they were doing and timeline for the work to be done. A little messy, but insulation sticks to everything.

I thought it was pretty Sub-par customer service.

I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The team at Cool Zone performed an AC inspection before I bought my new home. They identified a duct issue that would have cost me $4000; I was able to recoup it from the seller. Because of the inspection they performed, I had Cool Zone redo all of my duct work in the house. Dave was great and incredibly communicative. The work took a bit longer than planned, but it turned out great, the team took time to answer my questions, and they listened to my asks to move ducts around so I could raise ceilings. I'll likely need a new AC unit soon and I plan to go back to Cool Zone because of their quality work and professionalism. I definitely recommend them to others!

You know when someone loves what he do the way he speak about it. We have been using Artic Fox Air Conditioning & Heating for over 15 years! They came out first thing in the morning after I left a message. Told me what was wrong and promptly fixed it. The technician explained everything to me what was wrong and why extremely helpful in just knowing what and why.

Our A/C went out one evening and they came over a few hours later and fixed it quickly.  It was expensive, but given the circumstances it was worth it.

After a great deal of research and a request for referrals for an AC repair company we decided to call Bumble Bee to inspect and maintenance our unit. We couldn't be happier with our choice! We just closed on our home and we knew that the AC unit was fairly old and would likely need replacement soon. Bumble Bee scheduled is within a week even during the peak busy time and massive heat wave in the Valley. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know the unit was 20 years old and would likely stop working soon. He suggested either keeping it until it quit or replacement. We decided to go with replacement and are using Bumble Bee to do so. Lisa has been working with us on that and is so nice and helpful! She has answered all of our questions and has been patient with our decision making process. Our new ac will be installed tomorrow! I fully recommend this company!

Mike was outstanding - he came right on time and did a great job!  I really appreciated that since our HVAC systems are new, he suggested a lower tier of maintenance since all is well!  Definitely will use Cave Creek Cooling and will easily recommend!

Of course after running fine for years, my AC decides to die right at the start of June, just as it gets super hot. I found myself in the market for a new repair man. Based on only a few other reviews, I took a chance and called Alan's Air. Well, I'm glad I did. Alan is a genuine, nice person. He explained the problem with my AC unit clearly, and he got it fixed good as new. Reasonable rates. Support your local small businesses; call Alan.

Two years ago, Ideal Energy did some work on my old house to improve it's energy efficacy.  The results was lower bills this last summer.  So when my furnace started spewing carbon monoxide I called them and some other BBB A+ firms.  When the bids came in, not only were they more than a thousand dollars cheaper, they where able to install faster than the other firms--they had the furnace installed the next day. I highly recommend Elena, Alex, Chris and the crew if you need anything having to do with homes HVAC and saving energy (and money!)

Highly recommend. Fidel initially came out to quote on a new AC system but I decided to wait till around November. I hired them to do a tuneup/maintenance for now. Also paid to add on a IWave and give me custom filters. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail even before looking at my AC unit. I appreciate all the help and informing me on everything!

I'm very satisfied with the work done. I sincerely hope my house doesn't suffer water damage again, but if it does you guys will be the first call I make. Tim, Mario & Robert did an amazing job. Always on time, always professional. Overall this was a pleasant outcome to a stressful situation.

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.

This has been smoldering with me for a number of months. This was a disaster. Craig came out and talked big on how they were called out to fix Coit failures on travertine floors and told me how he would be able to fill cracks and pop outs as if they were not there. He would use top of the line products and our floors would look very nice. He quoted me a price that was what seemed a little high however ensured excellent quality work. Included in the price was furniture moving. When he came out he showed up alone (said his crews were on other jobs) and I had to leave work to help him move furniture. He then cleaned and stripped the floors. When I went back to work he was short with my wife when she asked about filling the cracks and pop outs. He stated he had not planned having to take care of all of the pop outs. He then proceeded to use sanded caulk grout for filling the imperfections instead of travertine filler. He made a mess on the floors with the caulk and did not clean the excess up. Needless to say the filling was horrible. Then he applied a sealer which he apparently was not familiar with and made a tacky mess of my floors. It took 8 days for my floors to dry and by that time they were a dirty mess from dust blowing in.  I contacted him to come back out and clean the floors and he was very short and upset. He did come back out and did a light strip on the floors (again I had to help move furniture), which helped some but far from the result he promised. When he left after the re-clean he never even asked if we were satisfied and just disappeared. What even makes it worse is he stated We should have ground the floors and redid them which would have only been about $1000 more than the $1900 for the clean and seal however he initially told me it would be several thousand more to grind the floors. Also he apparently forgot what he charged me for the original job, $2250. This guy was a joke. I did call another company and they stated the could come out and fix his work for about $750. I guess I have learned an expensive lesson and everyone needs to watch out for this guy....
