Have had Pink come to my condo twice for different reasons.  Both times Omar has exceeded my expectations with his knowledge, experience attention to detail  and on time start and completion of the jobs.  Also had great service with Steph in setting up the remodeling portion of the job prior to Omar's visit.
This time the job was cutting into 2 Fiberglass showers to install new valve and fixtures.  It turned out great!  Photo below, wouldn't know he had to cut into the fiberglass to reach removal of old valve & replace.
Like a brand new shower!!
Previously Pink replaced and installed new Toto toilet.  
I will plan to always use Pink for all of my future plumbing needs.  Great company!

I needed a new shutoff valve installed on my house. Dane showed up on time, did the work correctly and quickly, and tested the valve. It leaked! So he tore the whole thing out, redid all the work with a nondefective valve, and made sure everything worked and was right before he left. He even had to disconnect the house line from the street meter because it wouldn't shut off all the way (note to Peoria city lol). This was on a Friday afternoon around 4pm, and I'm betting I was his last job. But he made sure it was functional and not leaking before taking off. Dane did a great job, and made sure it was done and done right. Diamondback's office/scheduling folks were great too, and the price was exactly what they told me before they started the job- no nonsense or bs. I'll be sticking with these guys, and you should too.

Jerry and stetson came to our house with prompt service, diagnosed my issue and left me with me options on what to do. I would hire them again.!

Lawson family plumbing did a great job fixing a slow drain! They were knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. We thought we needed a video snake of the drain, which is generally expensive, but, once here, they determined that wouldn't be effective and fixed the problem without it. I would definitely recommend them!

I had an emergency when my water pressure reducing valve died on me...and without it I had 100psi water pressure shooting into my house. I needed to replace it ASAP or risk all sorts of water lines popping in the house. This company at arrived within two hours and replaced the failed unit in the dark. Great response at a fair price - many thanks to Larry Morgan for fast and efficient work!

Bumble Bee is our go to plumber.  They do great quality work.  They always follow up to ensure things go as expected.  Lupe thanks for you hard work......you did a good job.  I just wish that our water pressure was as strong as it used to be.

Didn't write a review in September like I should have.  NOW I'm going to!  I've lived in my house for 18 years and in that time have had to have my main sewer line snaked due to clogging about 5 times.  And always - the first time did the trick.  I called Lawson family plumbing based on reviews September 7th because it had clogged again.  It was after hours but someone arrived within the timeframe given to me.  The cost to come out after hours to snake my line was over $300!!!  I negotiated them down about $100 and the guy snaked my line, said they found tampons.  Ok - great!  I told my daughter to stop putting them down the toilet - and she has from that point forward.  On September 11th, they had to come out again for the same issue.  After snaking the drain and putting a camera down this time, the guy said there were more tampons and scolded me a bit on the receipt emailed to me that I had been advised not to do that the first time.  Hello!!!  Maybe the guy you sent out should've done the job right the first time?  Fast forward to November 25th - line is clogged again!  I call Lawson plumbing at about 1015 pm because their advertisement indicates they're 24 hours and I'm thinking this is their opportunity to make it right!  As of this review - I've not gotten a call and it's been almost 12 hours.  Are you guys afraid you're going to have to work a little harder this time to do what should've been done initially?  I'm beyond pissed!  I see all these glowing reviews but bottom line is - if you're in an emergency situation as I am currently - look elsewhere!  Not worth the money they'll soak out of you for a crappy job!

This was the first time using them. I was impressed by the call by Greg reviewing the job, serviceman Aron was exceptional, good clean work in a very timely manner! Very polite and helpful!

Absolutely not Elite!!  No one at this company really knows very much about plumbing.  Is why their very far from standing true the name Elite.  Lol PLEASE!!

Dave came out to repair my clogged toilet in our guest bathroom this morning. He was on time and very responsive and very reasonably priced.

When replacing a toilet i discovered the flange underneath had broken.  Called rooter ranger to come out to replace it.  They said the floor needed to be torn up around the drain in order to replace the flange and quoted me $2600 to fix it.  Had someone else come out the next day to look who was able to remove the old one and install a replacement for $150.

Jordan was super responsive and communicative. Did a great job and will definitely utilize them again jn the future.

Simply OUTSTANDING!! Nick just left.  My family expected the worst case scenario when we lost water pressure.  He was extremely knowledgeable and shared every step.  Eventually, he diagnosed what was a very, for him, simple fix. He checked the quality of my water and found lots of calcium build up.  He made sure there was none before leaving.  He did these for no charge.not many companies still care about this standard of service.  Lawson has my family's business forever. I have used Option One Plumbing for the past 3 major plumbing problems.  They are reliable, professional, and have had no issues whatsoever with the company. I particularly like the employees. Devin was the project lead for my most recent project. I had just planted my winter lawn when it was discovered I needed a new water line from the meter near the street, across my lawn, to the valves of the house. Although the crew had to dig a trench through the yard, Devin did it in chunks so that he could put it back together, like pieces of a puzzle. The project took about 3 days and my sprinkler system couldn't be turned on during the project. When installing a winter lawn, keeping the soil moist is essential for the first 10 days. So Devin and crew manually watered the entire lawn every few hours for three days. They really didn't like doing this because the wet mud made their work more difficult and messy for them personally. They did it just because they knew how much the grass meant to me. Thank you! Devin also took care of some minor plumbing issues for me. The crew played music while they worked and I was a little concerned about the neighbors complaining about so many 'n-words' in the lyrics, but artistically the music was excellent and I enjoyed listening to it. It had a mellow beat as opposed to fast, heavy metal or screaming which can be really irritating. The crew cleaned up- left no trash and put my yard back together as best as they could. Another thing I appreciated about their work is that when they left the project site overnight they installed caution banners around it as a safety measure. Their price was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. When doing serious plumbing work it's worth it to get it done by a reputable company.

Wonderful company to work with, courteous, on time, helpful, not pushy.
We met with sales person Jeff to discuss replacing our 25 year old Trane AC and were presented with best two options to meet our needs. We had Justin service our unit and he was fabulous. not only did he service our equipment he notified us of spiders in our crawl space. Kudos for bravery as well as service. We will purchase in the Fall, wouldn't do business with anyone else.

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.
