I called my home warranty company because I thought I had a water heater leak. They sent out a plumber, who essentially insulted my intelligence. I won't name the company - let's just say it was not a successful visit. No leak he claimed, even though the carpet was obviously wet. A day later the carpet in my hallway sloshing wet and the leaking water heater sounded like I had a creek running thru my house. So I called Pink Plumbing and they someone out within a couple of hours - and a few hours after that I had my old water heater removed and a new one installed. Jason the plumber and his partner were both outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. I can't recommend this organization enough, what a good experience. Especially because I've had many, many bad experiences with plumbers here in Phoenix.

I had a bathtub faucet that suddenly would not shut off any more.  I called Diamondback Plumbing after reading reviews on Yelp and they sent someone within a few hours - no emergency fees or anything like that.  It turned out that the Moen cartridge went bad.  Plumber was here for about 10 minutes total.  He charged me $89 for labor cost and $90.48 for the cartridge cost.  I can get the exact same cartridge from Home Depot for $39.00.  I am very happy about the service but the markup on parts is a bit on the crazy side.  The service person (Bryan G) was awesome and very friendly and completely professional.

They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to repair a toilet.  I mentioned that my water pressure had recently increased.   The technician checked and found that my prv was broken and was able to replace this for me before anything was damaged.  I am very grateful for their exceptional customer service and prompt repairs.   Highly recommend.

Had a plumbing emergency and Tanner with Lawson was able to get out to my home the following morning.  Arrived on time, solved our problem and price was reasonable. Glad I found them through yelp! Would definitely use the again.

Very happy with my experience with Chris and Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers!  Needed an outdoor faucet replaced and Chris came in and did the job on a Saturday without charging extra.  Great communication and very fast service!!

Bumble Bee is our go to plumber.  They do great quality work.  They always follow up to ensure things go as expected.  Lupe thanks for you hard work......you did a good job.  I just wish that our water pressure was as strong as it used to be.

Lawson plumbing helped my family tremendously. We had a huge leak that was costing $450 per month in water bills. I had several quotes on rerouting the pipes. Some quotes were lower but they said the couldn't promise to restore water to everywhere it went before. Another quote was also cheaper but they wanted to use inferior materials. Lawson plumbing gave a reasonable quote, did excellent work, used much better materials(copper vs pvc), and restored water to everywhere. I couldn't be happier. I have used them before and have no complaints.

I came across Pro Skill Plumbing during a random search online for an affordable 40 gallon water heater.  I was already armed with quotes as high as $1400 (water heater only) to midrange $999 (heater and installation) to bargain $700 (heater and installation).  Price was not my only consideration since I work until 5pm everyday and live alone, so I needed a company that could work with my schedule.  Pro Skill blew all of them out of the water with a quote of $650 for a 50-gallon water heater installed this past Saturday morning.  Juan arrived on time and installed my water heater with courtesy and professionalism.  This family-owned company will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs.

We had a water softener leak in the night and Elite Roofer was quick to respond and get a tech to us. Alan was quick to address the issue and serviced the problem in a matter of an hour. We will definitely use them and Alan for any future plumbing needs.

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

The tech arrived 1 hour beyond the 3 hour window with no phone call.
The estimate to replace two faucets ( I supplied Kohler ) I was told that it is a flat fee for the first and 20% off for the next. Also asked about new shut offs.
That too was a flat fee for the first with the 20% discount for the remaining 3.
After having a minor attack when the numbers were finally given, I said I would need to think on the national debt. He said he would e-mail the estimate. That was 34 days ago and no estimate yet. The faucets are however replaced at 1/3 the cost quoted and in about 3 hours.

UPDATE:. Almost 2 years on waiting for a permit for septic.  They also installed a Well Pump and pressure tanks.  They used a 2017 motor for a 2020 repair.  Something that should of had a warranty.  System went down approx. 1 year after repair, by installing a new pump motor, pressure tanks and electrical box (ALL NEW).  Low end products and used parts were installed at inflated rate.

I noticed some water damage when removing trim for a project.  Jordan was super quick and easy to confirm an appointment with and seemed very knowledgeable.

Gotta tell you, I have found success in using YELP reviews to help with how/who to call on home services.  I have a basement (yes in AZ) and my sewage ejection pump alarm went off...I shut down all bathroom use in basement and called Lawson.  

They said, we can send someone out, with NO SERVICE CALL FEE! Not only did they send someone out the next morning, Joe, their supervisor came out, as he is very versed with sewage ejectors.  

Joe was patient and focused with his questions.  In the end, Joe simply said, it's running fine.  Alarm may had gone off due to the float getting stuck...

Most importantly, Joe provided advice that I wouldn't of thought about (home warranty, Joe, home warranty, do you remember?!!)

Hays did a great job taking care of our A/C and heating problems.  Thank you to Frank and Thad for being professional and courteous.  The reason I'm not going with 5 stars is that I did have a little difficulty reaching someone after the initial fix had a problem that night night.    However, I did hear from the technician the next morning and he came back to work on the issue.

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company  (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!
