I had Pink Plumbing out today to install a water pressure regulating valve.  My technician, Jason, was on time, courteous and explained everything very thoroughly.   Work was done in a timely and professional manner.  I trust this company and will definitely use them in the future.

After several other plumbers took a look, these guys got the job done and for less money! Our Scottsdale store's sink has been backing up for weeks now, and was dangerously close to overflowing. Apparently the clog was in the building's main line and it took a LOT of tweaking the snake's angle to get it to go down the right pipe. They also took the time to properly diagnose the real problem (charging my landlord and not me for fixing it). Anyway, I am happy to say I now trust Diamondback Plumbing! Shout out to Dane Atwater - He was a pleasure to work with, and comes highly recommended.

Background: I had three plumbers give me estimates for the work - Hansen Family being the last. The first two plumbers, unsure of what cartridge was used in my system, were convinced it was a valve issue. I received multi-thousand dollar quotes for a valve replacement leaving me with drywall that had to be repaired at an additional expense. They assured me it wasn't a cartridge issue. Mark, from Hansen, came in and said, That's a Price Pfister. It takes cartridge #xxxx. He also said, after I showed him the issue, It's definitely the cartridge - I wouldn't charge you for something you don't need. He gave me a quote, which included the installation, that I was shocked over (way less than the other quotes). Mark ran, got the part, installed the new cartridge, and was on his way.

Mark/Hansen could have easily gone the valve quote route - I told them what the other plumbers had said. He/they didn't. They were honest. They did a great job. How incredibly refreshing it is to find honest people that do great work.

Thanks, Hansen. I'll keep you on speed dial. You have a great team and you should be proud of the work / service you provide. Your high-star rating is well deserved.

They were fast and friendly when our water conditioner died earlier this year.  Their pricing was fair and they had new system in place within 2 days.  The young gentleman who came out was great.  He even came back out when we were still having so pressure issues and took care of the issue.

I can't say enough amazing things about this company!! I reached out at 8:30 at night through Yelp, I had a response within minutes from the owner Chris! The next day we had Larry come out, he found out the issue and he immediately reached out to a Water restoration company who was at our house within the hour!
Larry came back the next day (once the area was dry) and proceeded to replace pipes and fix the leak!
He gave us a great price ( thought it was going to be much more ) and when commented on how low it was- Larry said, 'Nope, we are an honest company and we don't rip people off!!' Love it!!!

First time user, and we will be long time users from now on!  We've never have dealt with any company so customer service orientated.  From my first contact with office staff to meeting our service tech, have we ever felt so cared for.  Phone calls, follow-up e-mails, and on time service besides fixing our plumbing needs, we felt like their number one priority!  Our tech Ricardo assessed the problem, showed us options of repair and cost and then went right to work making the repairs.  Never before have we felt so comfortable dealing with a new company and being taken care of as if we were one of the family.  You will most likely ever find an office staff as bubbly as those at Bumble Bee.....phone communication was most pleasant from first to last follow-up calls!  Thanks to all those we dealt with.

Lawson Plumbing came out today to clear out a clog in my half master bathroom and they were done in no time at all.  I plan to have them come back to install my bidet attachment and replace my shut off value which was recommended.  I would say pricing is on the higher side but they do great work.  I like that they email you the invoice and the pic of the work that was performed.

Absolutely, hands-down the best plumbing company in the North Valley.  We have used Pro Skill for a number of things, small and large.  They were communicative, always fair priced, responsive and helpful.  I will never use any other plumber.  Thank you guys!

BEWARE!!! Do NOT hire this company. They came to our home for a routine procedure to clear out a drain line and they cracked our pipes! Hired them without checking reviews. My bad. These pipes were perfectly fine three weeks before, had ZERO cracks.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

Michael came out within a couple of hours and replaced the valve on the water line into our home. Very nice guy and the job was completed as requested.  Price very fair. We plan to use Ascend the next we need a plumber. Thank you!

Mont answered my call and right away I was struck by his courteous, thoughtful, and thorough demeanor. I explained that we had a nanny at home and he was thoughtful enough to ask her name and get any important information to ensure that she felt comfortable with the technician. They utilize this great service that shows you a picture of the technician as well as notifies you as to when they are en route to the house.
We called because our water softener was leaking and turns out, we just put in too much salt (oops!). I was shocked that we were given great instruction on how to properly use the water softener but weren't charged anything for the consult. It is an excellent and honest business practice and 100% Plumbing has our customer loyalty from here on out.

We found Allegiance via Yelp and can't say enough wonderful things about Jeff. He was very kind, punctual, and professional and we highly recommend this company!

My bathroom facet had lost all pressure for some reason. While driving to work, I had just happened to hear a commercial for Rooter Ranger offering a special for a plumbing evaluation. I called to schedule and appointment, and within 45 minutes, a gentlemen named Jason from Rooter Ranger was here. He looked at the sink and within minutes, he determined that it was just the filter on the facet. With a few twists of a wrench, it was fixed. He shook my hand, told me to have a good weekend, and said this one is on the house. Please remember us for next time.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

Our sump pump recently died on us which--as anyone with a sump pump can tell you--is not a fun or pleasant problem to have. We called Lawson at 9am. They had a guy at our house within 90 minutes. By mid-afternoon, the old pump was hauled off and the new one was chugging along like a champion. This is the fifth or sixth time that Lawson came through for us with flying colors.

The plumber who helped us today--Robbie--was one of the best we've ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, and very, very good at keeping us in the loop. We never had to wonder what he was doing or why because he explained everything in layman's terms, and was crystal-clear about all our available options. Even better, he made a simple adjustment to the sump pump well that removed the ever-present stink of sewage from the pump room, which was an unexpected bonus. We couldn't be happier with his service.

Finally, Robby was great about wearing a mask and keeping socially distant while in our house, a very smart precaution for him as well as the rest of us. Bottom line: Lawson has nothing but the very best pros working for them. They'll be the first company we call the next time something goes wrong with our plumbing.

We called Hay's for an estimate on replacing our HVAC system.
The man (Michael) came on time and seemed nice.  He said he would give us three different quotes on three types of systems and would send them to our e-mail that night or the next day.
We keep checking our e-mail but nothing ever came in from Michael.
So after four days my husband called and spoke to the woman who answered the phone.  She was very nice and asked if we checked our spam, which we did, and then said she would speak to him and we should get the e-mail by the next day.
Again nothing, so we waited 2 more days and called again.  This time she seemed upset that we didn't get the quotes and said she would definitely talk to him and would call us back with the information.
We never heard from her or him, it's now a week later and for the first time in my life I'm writing a bad review, because I can't believe a company would do that to someone.
We got other quotes, very quickly, but I would have liked to have gotten one from Hay's because they were recommended by a friend.

Amazing amazing amazing!  We had a huge back up and they responded fast!  They were so polite and efficient. Zac was great scheduling and Randy was fabulous. They were excellent using Covid precautions. Highly recommend them!
