I am always scared to call a plumber due to the perception that they try to run the bill up unnecessarily. Jasón from Pink Plumbing was great! He was very knowledgeable & friendly. He showed me the issues and promptly gave an estimate for cost. I ended up paying less than quoted b/c he told me to check in for a coupon! Great work and very helpful.

We had sewer water coming out toilets.  My wife called Diamondback for service.  The lady on the phone was super nice .  We had a plumber dispatched within 2 hrs.  Th plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in the spot.   Cost me under $200 for something others would have charged $500.

Lawson Family Plumbing replaced my water heater in 2019 when the old one ruptured they were awesome then. But recently my water heater breaker would randomly trip. Turns out the tank was slightly leaking internally onto the electronics for the heating coils. When I called Lawson they had someone out the next day to replace the water heater under warranty.

They tried to have someone out the same day but with how late in the day I called it just didn't work out. But they kept in contact with me while they tried to work it in. Keeping me up to date. The next day they a tech out to replace my water heater. He communicated when he thought he would be out and ended up early. Once on site he was Professional and polite. He completed the work quickly and correctly. Due to a trip my fiancée had to be there alone when he showed and she said he was polite and made her feel at ease.

Through the processes Lawson communicated well and set reasonable expectations that they met or exceeded. I would not hesitate to use Lawson again.

Replaced my old tub/shower combo with new Moen tub/shower combo.  The work was done the same day as the initial service call.  Chris was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly.  Would definitely use his services again.

I reached out to Lawson plumbing late one night after returning home from a 5 day vacay to an awfully scary sound coming from the water pipes in the walls. Nervous about the source of the sound, I shut off the water supply to the house and found Lawson in Yelp. They contacted me first thing in the morning and had a technician out right away. Unfortunately, my issue was related to irrigation which isn't Lawson's speciality. However, he was great and offered to shut off my water from the city so as to not waste more water. He was so helpful and left my mind at ease until I could get the irrigation guy out. Best thing - there was no charge since there was no work done. I know who I'll be calling in the future should I need any plumbing work!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling was really easy and I appreciated the confirmation and reminder texts. On my scheduled day, I also received another text with the tech's name and picture prior to his arrival. Ryan even arrived 30 mins earlier than the estimated time frame. He was very professional, efficient and honest. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me. In fact, he was quite honest as to whether something really needed to be repaired or replaced. Ryan also gave me various options and advice with another project. He laid out any concerns and even gave me time to research it further while he worked on something else. Overall, everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. I also found the fees to be very reasonable and competitive to other plumbing companies that I've dealt with in the past except these guys are more knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again for any future issues and projects!

I requested a quote late Friday night about a clogged bathtub, and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Stephen was able to very quickly unclog the bathtub (due to the kitchen sink water backing up into it). Bonus points for wearing a mask and shoe covers. He even did an assessment of my plumping pipes. All this for $77 WITH a 30-day warranty. 100% recommend for fast and affordable service.

Great experience!  He is hands-on with his own company - he understood and knew what he was getting into before he arrived but still asked questions before he did anything.  Always nice having someone with experience.  Confirmed we didn't have a recirculating pump before cutting off the water, etc.  Dave explained what he was going to do, got us the matching 1/4-turn piece (which others charged more for) and knocked the job out.  He charged what he said he would charge and I am happy (my wife is happy).  Good price and I would rather tip because of a good job then agree to the highest and hope.  
I will use him again for future jobs and recommend to my friends and clients.

Thes guys are the best!  They came out today on short notice to repair a leaky water line in our crawl space.  They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge!  They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for any plumbing needs. Thanks Michael!

I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts.

I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well.

I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Had water dripping through my kitchen ceiling yesterday from the upstairs bathroom.  I didn't want to wait a few days for the home warranty people to come out.  I found their info on NextDoor and called them right away. They had a technician out within 2 hours.  He explained what he was going to do and was up front about the cost of diagnosis.  He determined it was a faulty seal on a recently installed upstairs toilet.  He fixed the problem.  Everyone was professional.  I think the repair and reseat of the toilet cost was fair given it was an emergency call.  I asked him if he should check my other upstairs toilet that was recently installed and he took a look and told me he didn't believe there was an issue with that toilet and he didn't want me to have to pay for him to pull the toilet and then reseat it if there was nothing wrong.  I would use them again for sure.  No negatives.

We can't recommend this company highly enough. They respond quickly. They're knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and trustworthy (that's a big deal). Their prices are totally reasonable and they're upfront and honest about how much things will cost. They've been to our house a few times and, although we don't look forward to future plumbing problems, when we have them Allegiance will be THE company we call. Thank you Justin and Michael. Charged thousands of dollars to fix an issue they couldn't even fix. Never got a refund and they left the work incomplete. We had to end up doing it ourselves. Ended up trying to charge us for work that was never done. Only removed the excess charge when we mentioned it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Jordan is really friendly and did a fantastic job replacing my whole water manifold. It was  bad and right away can tell the water pressure is now better in my house after he replaced everything. My water pressure was really high, I had a constant leak and everything was corroded. He came during the time he promised and left the work area clean. He was upfront with me about everything when setting it up and his pricing is really great. He gave me the best quote and also has warranty on his work!
