I cannot say enough good about Pink Plumbing. We had a major sewer catastrophe and I called Pink Plumbing because of the great Yelp! reviews.  Chris met me within a half hour and diagnosed the problem as a main sewer line break under the foundation of the house. Before I even had to have time to worry about the cost, he said insurance should cover most of the cost. By 2 that afternoon, Chris had a company out to help me with the water damage. In days the leak was fixed and we were able to begin dry out and reconstruction.

I really don't know how this would've gone if I hadn't given Chris a call. I know who I will be calling next time I have any plumbing needs.

This company is amazing! They are reliable, honest and have the best prices in town.
I had Parker & Sons come out and look at my plumbing. They did a terrible job and they also quoted me a ridiculous amount for a broker sewer line.
DiamondBack came out and did a terrific job for half the cost.
I highly recommend this company.

I called and they were here in 3 hours!  we needed a new water heater, they did all the checking and made sure it was under warranty and we only got charged for labor, and the price was great!  They were friendly and efficient.  I would call them again anytime!

Fair price for good work and friendly service. I've used Lawson a few times for a business I own and I have been happy with the results each time. They do prompt work and don't gouge prices.  When something is leaking or backed up, it's hard to shop around. With Lawson, there isn't a need to.  Every time I've called, they fix the issues we have and charge a totally appropriate price.  Thank you for being a trustworthy plumber.

First to promptly respond to a Yelp quote around 9pm. Had a tech to the site by 7am to fix the issue. Love the pay by credit card option through the email quote.

5 stars for reliability and plumber was nice but -3 stars for having to deal with upsell and Exorbitant prices. So frustrating when I'm balancing work from
Home, dogs and all I wanted to do was get my valve changed. Unfortunately for them we have experience with another A+ plumber that replaced a previous valve and know what it SHOULD REALLY cost. Lesson learned-stick with who you trust and get bids before overpaying. The upswell is stressful and who wants to deal with that!

Meh. The work got done, mostly. I had two bathroom sink fixtures replaced, it took several hours and the plumber (who was a very nice person) did not fully clean up. He finished at around 9pm, but at least he was willing to stay until he was done, but I would have preferred better communication about the timeline.

One of the faucets had a leak after installation, and they did come out same day to fix it, but then the cabinetry was damaged (not by the water, but presumably by the plumber). Finally they did a clean out of the tub, didn't clean up the mess, and the tub still drains slowly.

Total $975

So it wasn't a disaster, but not all that great either...so...meh.

I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit.

Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again.

Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. I will be moving them atop my list of HVAC, plumbing, and water heater service companies! Thank you for the great experience!

I wanted to thank Elite Rooter for coming out today and clearing out our drains. Keith came out within an hour and a half and checked out our pipes with the camera and found that they were extremely clogged. And then he sent Brian out with their high powered washer and cleared the out the drains in the entire house. Best of all, they got it all done in one day. They gave me a good price for doing the whole house, gave me a 5 year guarantee, and they even waved the initial fee to make things easier for us. Everything was confirmed with a camera search throughout the entire pipe system at the end of the job. I would recommend Elite Rooter to anyone who is looking to get some work done at a reasonable price . You will not regret it.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Leaks, water softeners, RO, faucets, drains, toilets.  Dave does them all.

Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet.  Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.

He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.

We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

Uncommonly good experience.  Solid work too.  Very reasonable pricing.  So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD.  They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

I love this company.  Mont and his guys are always on time and do a great job.  They are so reasonable compared to other companies.  I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Jeff was friendly, got the job done quickly, and did great work. Took all precautions including mask and shoe coverings. We just needed a hole drilled for our RO system being installed later this week but we really appreciated the communication and professionalism from Allegiance.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Waking up to a puddle in your yard and side walk is never a good feeling. Called on a Sunday to get some information and the lady who answered waa polite and empathic to my situation I was surprised they had appointments on the same day. The repair men  came explained what they  were going to do and gave a rough estimate which according to online was less than we found.  They went got the part and said they would come the following day to fill the hole. They were professional and kept their word and filled the hole they even swept the side walk they are my new plumbers

These guys aleats do a great job! We have been using them for over 10 years now. When our kids were little, it seems like we had them out every other month to remove toy trucks and cars from the toilet plumbing! So gald that phase is over and now we have teenagers. We still have the occasional drain clogs, so we always call Option One. On time, professional and very reasonable. Their work is guaranteed. As a manager of a window and door company, I have been in the sales and customer service business for most of my work life. When I was in need of a new AC, after my 20 year old unit finally failed. I proceeded to get estimates from a few different companies. This gave me an experience being on the consumer side rather than the business side of things. I let all the visiting  AC company representatives know that I was in sales, and that I only plan on living in the home for a couple of years, and that I needed a good AC at a reasonable price and didn't need anything fancy just the bare minimum.  This pretty much fell on deaf ears. They have a saying Never sale a salesman every up sale and pitch you could ever hear of from most of the appointments. Until Bill from Hays cooling and heating came through my door. Very punctual, professional, listened to my needs. Very soft approach.  Ultimately didn't try to sell me. Was very reasonably priced and was so impressed with the experience I moved forward with the purchase right away. They were very quick on installing the new AC a few days later just in time for the 115 degree weather. Workman where clean courteous and professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.  The Icing on the cake was a few weeks later my small rental property I owned unfortunately the AC  failed also, I didn't hesitate to call Hays again. It was nice to see Bill again, and as before listened to my needs and Hays hit a second home run with me. I highly recommend Hays cooling and heating,  and will not hesitate to refer to friends or family , and or call them for all my future AC needs. Very highly recommended.

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.
