Tyson came out today to do a  free safety inspection.
I have used Pro Skill for years for my heating and air. They are great, Never had a problem, so I though I'd give them a try in the area of plumbing.
I am a senior citizen, retired and have little knowledge re plumbing.
He was so kind and informative. I always ask questions. He showed me where my main shut off was, where the shut off is to the water heater,
discussed instant hot water and how it works, Most of all he discovered that my soft water tank was shut off.  A different  plumbing company was at my house a couple of months ago, servicing the soft water and osmosis. Apparently he shut off the softener and never turned it on.  
He found no other issues.
From now on,  Proskill will be my go to plumbers.

This company was referred to us by our electrician as our A/C had been out for 36 hours, the company the home warranty referred was not available for Four more days! I called Brian in desperation, advising him of our situation.  Even though they were booked for the day he said he would get someone out to us today!  Only minutes after I hung up with him the technician called me and said they were on their way, I nearly cried.  Enrique showed up as expected and reviewed the situation.  They were very kind, courteous and professional while in our home, they advised me of the situation with photos taken of our unit.  They said they could repair it right away, and they did!!  So now, I am so thankful we called and received the recommendation because they were absolutely wonderful!  I absolutely recommend A Quality HVAC for their work, professionalism and compassion!  A+++

The air conditioner was not working in our business. The service call guy came very fast he was friendly and checked it out found out what the problem was which was a bad fuse and was able to get it up and running quickly. The cost was fair and the service was great and we always like to support local small businesses like ourselves.

Our AC unit finally went on its last leg after 35+ yrs of serving us in AZ heat. We called at least 5 different places for quotes; had face to face with all who came, and decided to go with Chris W (the owner). He was professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He worked with us on getting a 3 phase unit installed as requested, unlike others who tried to sell us the 1 phase. His quote was what expected, no surprises after unit was installed. We are happy with the new unit and his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

When my water heater went out, I called a trusted friend to recommend a plumber.  Without hesitation, he told me to call Hansen's Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Hansen's was at my door, and within 4 hours I had a brand new water heater.  Very professional and courteous.  The best part... the price I was charged was the price I was quoted.

They came to perform a basic tune up today.  Then attempted to upsell me by hundreds of dollars by typing various frivolous and unqualified/incomplete details of my AC unit on my receipt for the basic cleaning service, mind you that is not what I hired them to do.  I contacted the owner of the company, and instead of fixing the receipt for the cleaning I paid them for, he threatened to ruin my life if I didn't pay them his $70 right away, and insulted my spouse over the phone. Please stay far away from them!!!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

After dealing with some 'difficult' HVAC companies, Arizona A/C Man has been nothing but awesome to deal with. Brett is super professional and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. He checked out our (failing) AC motor and eventually replaced it under warranty in very short order for a very reasonable price on the labor. No doubt that I will call upon them again in the future.

Came home from work one night and the house was warm. Check the ac and it was broken. Found these guys from yelp reviews and called them first thing in the morning. They had a technician  at my house in about 1 hr.  My compressor was dead  the unit was 18 years old. He gave me prices for the repair and several replacement options. I went with the replcement. It was a friday so they had 2 installers monday morning at my house  at 8 am and by 1 pm i had a new a/c. Its been about  a month and its working great.  The technicians and installers are all very professional.  I would highly  recommend  this company. I am very pleased  with my new a/c system.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out on a Friday night in early May. Freddy answered his phone at 10:30 and was going to head over to my house to check. Since it appeared to be icing up, we decided to have him come over the next morning instead.

Since I knew my system was cresting 20 years old, I didn't hold out hope for a repair and sure enough I was leaking coolant from many coils. It could not be repaired. And who sets aside thousands of dollars for a new AC system?

Freddy was professional and explained all the options. There was varying degrees of costs and Freddy never pushed any option. He patiently answered questions on each option.

His company offers Wells Fargo financing, so it helps in making a more long term investment rather than an immediate cheap fix. Given this, I opted to go with a 21 seer variable speed system. After researching they should offer the best energy efficiency and lowest monthly electric bills.

Everyone who is in this situation should get multiple estimates. I had 5 people come and give bids after Freddy. He beat all their prices and presented the most knowledge. A few contractors talked about tearing out my ceiling, leaving me with either drywall repairs or more costs to fix it. One even talked about cutting into my roof trusses to get the unit to fit - a potential structural issue as I saw it. None of these things happened with Freddy's install.

Freddy delivered the system on schedule and the install went smoothly and quickly. It was about six hours total. His crew was clean, respectful and quick. They knew what they were doing.

Since this was a variable speed system, it takes some getting used to. My old system was full on with a full blast of cold air and then off. This unit can come on really low and you don't necessarily feel a cold air blast. It's more like a light breeze. This difference highlighted some hot spots in my home, so Freddy came back out a few days later to adjust vents and air flow. All good since.

Other companies also used the power company rebate to make it look like you were paying less. Freddy gave a very competitive bid and I got to keep the rebate to add to the loan, if I wanted.

With any install, Freddy includes maintenance and tuneups in his price for 2 years. You can add more years to keep an expensive purchase in top shape.

This is an up and coming company that wants to do right by their customers.

Phoenix has a thousand AC companies so if you're like me, you don't know who to call or who to trust. What I appreciated most about Freddy was his explanations on things and his low pressure approach. His prices were good, but I'd have spent more if I hadn't gotten a good feeling on his business. You want things done right and if something does go wrong, you want someone who stands behind their work to make it right. That was my feeling on Freddy and why I opted to use him.

Had a mini split unit installed along with 2 attic fans.  They were reliable, professional and reasonably priced.  Great follow up too.  Would highly recommend.

In late November of 2015 Goettl installed a new AC unit (gas/electric) at my home. On 15 July 2017 my AC unit started blowing hot air. I called Goettl customer service and explained the problem. I was put on hold for a short time. When the service rep returned I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could come to my house. I said the obvious - do you know how hot it is and you want me to wait for 2 weeks before you can come out! The service rep said I'm sorry, but we are booked solid for the next two weeks. I told her that told me all I needed to know about Goettl.  (To the owner of Goettl - Do you remember your radio Adv when you talked about  holding the flash light for you dad and how he explained how important it was to provide service to your customers when it was needed and not just when it was convenient for you?  Your add paints a warm and fuzzy story and that is where it ends.
