Greg showed up earlier than expected (awesome) to address the septic smell we had emanating from the master bath shower. The septic was cleaned out a couple of weeks prior and the home had sat unoccupied for almost 9 months. The traps had all dried out. Greg took the time to educated us on the septic system and our water treatment system. Gave this company a shot this week in hopes that my A/C would get fixed. And sure enough, it did.

But let me break down why I gave this company 5 staawws (stars). So I call and lovely Amber answered. Now I say lovely because she answered with such enthusiasm and a good introduction. She was pretty damn professional. If there was a sport for answering services, Amber would be on the top team and the leader of that shit. Good job Ambros! They were quick to schedule me in the next day and was able to get a confirmed window to expect a tech. On the day of my repair they even called to ask is it OK for tech to come early?. Now in my head I'm like fuck yeeuhh come early my damn balls is sweatin but I can't say that cause I'm try a be a professional customer.

So my technician came and introduced himself as Enrique.  Now Enrique didn't come to my home all Pisces that he had to work, didn't have a bad attitude or any nonsense like that. He was positive, friendly, and certainly a happy person. Let him know my issue and this dude went to grind mode. He looked at my thermostat and went and fixed a blown fuse. Here is what really made the other 4 stars. Enrique not only showed me a problem, showed me how I can fix it, showed me how things worked and stuck around to make sure it was Alaska in my home. I don't care if this job was easy to him or hard, he came correct. I really insisted on giving him tip but he assured me that he was fine and that it was his job to even be doing what he was doing. I was impressed. I would recommend requesting this godlike technician!

I would break my own damn A/C just to have some 5 star service like this. Hell motha fuckin yeah!!!

I was just reminded of the invaluable issue 'trust' is when dealing with AC. Companies! Rising Sun Air has my complete trust. I was reminded once again just recently.

Great Service by Keith !! He came out today to take a look at my AC. When he was done he gave me a through estimate of what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and the cost of each repair and a very fair estimate to replace the unit. The cost of his estimate was in line with the other estimates I received but because Keith was so great and giving me the information I needed, I will most likely go with Sure Temp when I replace it. I highly recommend this company.

There is no other HVAC guy I'm calling than Tracy with J & M Mechanical. He's responsive and great at what he does!

My heat pump began making terrible noises on a Sunday, when the temperature hit 118 degrees. Stupidly, I had put off replacing it. Now I was desperate.

The next day I began calling installers with high Yelp ratings. They all responded as best they could, since they were swamped with work.

Brian Boyer of AirTime had the lowest bid for a 16 SEER, 3.5 ton unit. Unfortunately, it was a few days before he could get to me. Temperatures reached 99 degrees in the house. The dog went to a kennel and I went to a motel.

Brian's people did a great installation job. The house is nice and cool, and the outside unit is much quieter than the old one. The air handler installation in the attic looks very professional. Plus, the installers were very pleasant.

Replacing a heat pump is not cheap or pleasant. But if your A/C fails in the summer, you're in big trouble. So, I advise you to bite the bullet and get it done when it's convenient. Select several contractors with high ratings on Yelp for bids. You're less likely to be cheated by them. Let them educate you on what you need.

After a disaster of being Parker and Sons family subscription and being ripped off by their upsales and bad repair technicians, we set out for new a/c servic. M&R booked us quick! Came out within the designated time, serviced our a/c for the summer without any upsales, love that! I think we just found our new a/c family for service!

The representative was very good, as was the repairman. My only grip was I was quoted and agreed on the price. Then the day of the job, the same repair guy informed me of a possible additional $300 add. I was NOT happy with the mention of adding to a quote you gave. However, we agreed to keep original quote.

Desert Diamond is a very professional and capable company.  Our existing space for the ac/and heat did not lend itself to a more updated system.  Steve was very easy to work with and came out more than once to take measurements in order to give us options for the new system. They completed their work in the timeframe they promised and did a great job.

We highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs.

we had North Valley Mechanical come out to fix our air conditioners.  they were recommended by our home warranty company.  I cannot tell you how pleased I was with them.  not only did they come out at 6 pm but they did everything that they could to make sure my two units were working properly before they left.  our technician was Lay S., he was so friendly and extremely helpful.  he made sure that everything was working and the temperature was going down before he left.  I am sure he did not intend the job taking a couple of hours but I am so thankful for Lay S.  if you ever need service in the west valley Lay S is your man.  he will not steer you wrong.

When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and Dave came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with. :)

Gerardo arrived on time with a face mask (we also wore masks) and explained the process to us, answered all our questions and was very helpful, friendly and efficient. (We will request him in the future.)

He took photos of everything he saw on the roof so he could explain what we might need in the future. We decided to have him take care of it at that time and he had the part :). He checked everything and we have cold AC & no problems. Reasonable price too.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

I reached out to Freddy's via Yelp after leaving a message with another A/C company with a 5 star rating on Yelp. The other guys never called me  back, but Freddy called me right away! He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. No B.S., just good old fashioned quality service with no price gouging.

2 of my Air conditioning units on my house stopped working during the hottest time last summer.  I had so many other air conditioning companies out. All told me they were beyond repair and quoted outrageous prices to replace 2 units.  I called Michael,  he came over right away.  Was able to diagnose the issues on both within minutes.  1 unit just needed rewiring.  The other he replaced the compressor.  Very honest person. I recommend him highly.  And  I will not use anyone else for my AC needs.

My parents hired Howard Air based on a friend's recommendation when they needed to replace their air-conditioner two years ago. Since then, the brand new unit they bought from Howard Air was replaced last summer after it died 4 times. Today, when my siblings and I were planning to go to my parents' house for Father's Day, my mom called and said the brand new unit they purchased less than a year ago died.  My Dad called Howard Air twice today and no one returned his call. He was finally able to get ahold of a manager and was told someone will show up around 6 pm to take a look. Based on my parents' experience and when I met the a/c technician from last year's fiasco, I think Howard Air is a clown operation. I'm so furious about this situation because my parents are in their 80s. This is the SECOND a/c unit Howard Air sold to my parents in two years, yet it's crapped out again on the first hottest day in Phoenix. Don't hire this company. Their customer service is deplorable and their technicians are poorly trained and only specialize in Band-Aid repairs.

Had Goettl come to our home in Mesa for an estimate - paid $79 to do so. (I note someone else recently paid $49.95, so we even got screwed on obtaining a quote! Maybe we got the senior discount!) Quoted us a repair cost of $1300.  This was to replace an A/C part that I have since found for about $300, which they can probably purchase for even less. A $1000 labor fee - what crooks!! This is the first and last time we will consider being ripped off by Goettl.  It appears from the reviews that they have managed to take advantage of several other people. Wish we would have read the reviews before my husband scheduled an appointment.  We did however get a cheap flashlight for our $79 visit!
