I have seen many contractors come and go......But upon calling ProSkill I knew it would be different. They set up a time that worked for my wife and I,then they got here on TIME! and not one guy...But 2 guys! And they were both professional. They both came to work. No playing, No talking about what they did last night, no shop talk. Just all business!!! Both worked NoN stop the whole time they were both here. I have to say.....I don't get impressed very easy with anything. But I have to admit that I was VERY HAPPY with the service they both did! Great job Joe!!!!!!!! I had my AC go out around 11pm. We had my daughters birthday party scheduled with a bunch of kids staying the night so I needed someone out quick! I looked on Yelp and seen the reviews so I called around midnight and left a message. I didn't expect a call right back but I did, they set up a time for first thing in the morning. Tech came out and made quick work of troubleshooting the issue. I have worked with AC units before so I pretty much knew what the problem was, but had to work on the other side of town that day. I was nervous to have someone look at it because of horror stories that I have heard AC companies ripping customers off. I couldn't have been more pleased to hear the low cost of the repair and timely matter that it was done! I would highly recommend this company and will be my primary service provider moving forward.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What an amazing team! What you see is what you get! I did a service request to about 5 company and received his response with in seconds. They came out the same day. Side note: I had my air checked in July by a company (see my reviews) referred to me by American Home Shield, they neglected to secure my panel and due to monsoons my unit was destroyed ... beyond repair. I contacted them to voice my concerns and they couldn't have cared less. ........ Kevin came out right on time, did a diagnoses, tried his best to get it up and running but due to exposer to the environment my compressor burnt out along with several other issues. After seeing the pictures I was devastated. The previous company basically set me up, so they could come back and install a new one. smh... But Kevin was also concerned about us in the heat and came back with an amazing option to get me up and running by Monday. This happened on Saturday btw. Adrian the owner and Kevin showed up today 1hour earlier than scheduled, secured a payment that only an angel could do to help in this type of situation. Come to find out his middle name is Angel! From the first time speaking to him and his wife they have been nothing but kind, comforting and accommodating. I would highly recommend this team for your heating and air services, they will do it right the first time! ... and don't invest in American Home Shield... so ready!!!

They came to my house and quoted me $500+ on repairs stating I had two blown fuses and capacitor needed replacing. I thought it was a lot and money was tight. I called another HVAC company. The guy they sent out said my fuses and capacitor was fine. He did some rewiring and he said my fuse in the breaker was not pushed in all the way. It only cost me the service fee and he got my heater working again.

The owner Keith, a very nice man, has reached out to me several times. We talked and he prides himself on customer satisfaction and workmanship. He has this I want to make it right! attitude. I learned that if you have a concern with SureTemp please reach out to KEITH. He will work with you to make sure you are a HAPPY customer. Well, we came to a conclusion that it was an honest mistake by the technician and I was refunded money and offered complimentary services in the near future. I will consider this company again because of KEITH.

We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

5 star rating for price, installation and followup.

We had a tenant without AC; M & R came out on a late Friday and assessed the situation and came up with a game plan. They came out the very next day (Saturday) and installed a new split unit. My tenants spent one day in a hotel and I was able to leave on vacation as planned. They sent updates and pictures, the tenants stated it's the best unit they've ever had.

CW Air Conditioning and Heating is a great company!  They delivered everything they said they would!  They were professional and friendly!  The owner Chris was always available to take my calls and cares about his customers!  I highly recommend this company!

After another plumbing company came out, took a look at my problem and declared they, could HEAR a slab leak, I went back to Yelp and found Hansen Family Plumbing.  I got a call back within 30 minutes and after explaining my problem, Erik recommended a leak detection service.  They came out, did a thorough review of the house, pressure tested near where the leak was, and found that it was coming from my irrigation line.  Not only that, the pressure tested pointed out that at some time in the past, the water line to the irrigation system and been bypassed and there was no longer any way to shut it off.  With that information, and a photo of the crazy value situation, Erik sent Robert out (he was polite, thorough, and arrived right at the scheduled time), and he fixed the problem the next day, within the price Erik quoted.  When I asked Erik about the irrigation leak, he was honest and told me that it would be far less expensive to have my landscaper fix it - which it was.

Eric at Hansen Family Plumbing will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs!

I used Desert Diamond's services a few years again on another home for an A/C replacement and was happy with their prompt service.

My review is for my most recent experience: My upstairs A/C went out and my tenant decided to call Desert Diamond for a repair. They were pretty prompt to come out (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1) and look at our unit and assessed that a line was blocked, supposedly fixed that and recommended a new A/C. The A/C still wasn't working well after the repair and I just assumed that it was because I needed a new A/C unit ASAP. Their A/C quote prices were quite high, so I decided to get another quote for A/C. I got better quotes elsewhere and decided to go with another highly rated company. Since the other company provides a temp solution until they are able to install, they sent a tech out to find a solution for my tenant. Turns out the tech from Desert Diamond was wrong and there was a completely different issue (valve not working properly) than the one that he supposedly fixed. The tech from the other company had the A/C up and running with my current unit. After this experience, I recommend getting another opinion before being talked into a new A/C from Desert Diamond.

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

I want to first apologize to the operations manager and owner for my attitude directed at you.  

I was very upset last week because my ac units kept freezing on me after they had been charged last May.  I spoke to my homeowners warranty and they wanted me to pay another fee for someone to come out and look at my ac units which i refused to do.   After speaking to North Valley Mechanical and hanging up on them (for something they cannot control) I had the owner Kurt call me and tell me he would take care of the warranty fee.  A tech came out figured out that i had two bad valves that needed replaced (under warranty) and needed to be ordered.  The next day a tech came out and worked all day replacing the bad valves on my ac units.  Now my AC units are blowing cold with no issues.  Thank you again Kurt and crew for you excellent work and dedication to satisfying the customer.

I'm going to give this company a five star rating for handling my emergency service call after hours. I called them a 3pm requesting for emergency service call for my home AC repair. They showed up at 645pm, They responded after another AC company gave me crappy service. Johnny was awesome and got my unit back on in 10 mins. I appreciated their after hour rush service call. Don't hire just any HVAC contractor

Trying to hire a quality HVAC company takes time. Between phone calls, meetings, research, and quotes, a lot of your valuable time is taken away.

When my 20 year old HVAC started to fail, I made exhaustive phone calls, researched reporting bureau's, contacted Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and spoke with a dozen contractors. I was so glad,  after all my hard work I came across Scott, with Howard Air

Scott was professional in every sense of the word. Scott came out to my residence, gave my AC Unit and Duct work a thorough inspection,  and provided me with  a written estimate of the work that needed to be completed.

My experience with Howard Air  was exceptional, from my estimate to the completion of the job.
On the day of my installation
The entire team was very professional and addressed all our concerns. They made sure every precaution was taken to keep my home clean. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed on their progress. They did a great job installing the unit.

There are so many different issues here I'm just going to stay don't fall for the bull crap marketing. It's just a scam. Ibelieve this company started believing in themselves as some kind of culture commercial stars.
The way Ken and Zach pontificate even when you're on hold, about how they do things the right way not the easy way. It's just a lie and couldn't be further from the truth. Just watch how when your tech shows up he does nothing but give you sales pitches. You can see from all my reviews, I'm just laying down the truth here the way I see it avoid this company at all costs.
