Enrique has been coming for years to service my 20 year old systems.  He keeps them running in tip top shape and doesn't try to sell me anything that is not necessary.  Monthly cost for this service is less than a one time charge to have the serviced once.  Plus there are other perks.  They are always on time, clean, and take all necessary precautions.  We are looking at replacing the system, and they are our choice to do it.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Rising Sun Air.  They were so responsive and had a technician out the next day.  Kevin, the technician, clearly knew everything about A/C, HVAC care.  He was so very professional and patient.  We have been looking for an air conditioning / heating service we can partner with on a long term basis and we feel like we have found that in Rising Sun Air.  They make you feel like family!  We highly recommend them and will be using thm for all our A/C, heating needs.

I knew it was time for a new heat pump and had the luxury to retrieve six quotes. I only reached out to companies with over 200 reviews and 4 stars. Sure Temp not only came in with a reasonable price but matched a lower quote. I was impressed on many levels. The higher-priced company had a laundry list of quality checks and install styles that warranted the price. I presented this information to Chad at Sure Temp and he clearly showed they did the same work. The installation is done and the quality of work matched all the fancy photos I was presented before install.

Have used them two times now and they are great. Competitive pricing and don't try and up sell. Very honest on what they can fix and what you will need in the future.  Would highly recommend.

I received a call from Brian, the owner, regarding my online request for a new A/C install.  Unfortunately, I had to let Brian know because of my compressor on its way out, I went with another company for the install.  Brian was very polite, friendly, and wanted to make sure I was receiving a competitive price with the other company.  Brian took the time to verify my purchased A/C's make and model number and check their price with the price I was getting my new A/C (furnace, air handler, etc).  This was absolutely not necessary but showed exceptional customer service.  Brian was not pressuring me in any way to get my business.  I confirmed I was getting a fair deal.  This kind of service is very hard to come by and I thank him for it.  I will definitely reach out to Brian for any future repairs (hoping I wont need them though).  Thanks Brian.

Super impressed!  This summer, the A/C units needed replacement, and I wanted to make sure the company I was hiring was reliable and reputable.  When I asked for estimates from 3 different companies, the process is really an interview for the job.  Matthew arrived promptly (actually early), he was knowledgeable, organized, and prepared.  His is a local business, and he shared a little of his personal journey as the owner.  He is earnest and impressive.  He isn't a salesperson, he actually runs the crew. I really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling, as they work weekends, so I didn't have to take a day off work! We set up the appointment for the work for later in the week (Saturday!) and M & R worked all that day and into the evening  - there were some challenges, and it was super HOT in the attic.  They got everything up and running before they left, and then Aaron came back a couple of days later to finish up the details.  
The unit installed was a Goodman.  This is not a brand I was familiar with, but it is American made, which I find appealing.  M & R doesn't employ a drywall person to come in after the fact to patch holes, so be prepared for that (it isn't a huge deal, but worth noting).  They cleaned up after the job was finished, and were super professional throughout the process.
Give M & R a shot when you need to replace or repair your A/C.  I think you will find him and his company to be a good fit for your project.  Definitely a 5 star company!

CW came to repair my home AC this past Tuesday and installed a totally brand new Trane system by 2:30 P.M. today, Friday! The service was both personal and excellent. And, of course, the total contract price was $2k less than I had anticipated. I am ultra pleased with CW, their work, service and cost. I would recommend them to anyone! I got a bargain and am very pleased and satisfied!

I couldn't be more happier with my experience. Jimmy and Michael came out to service my air conditioner and fix my nest system. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. The whole time they communicated and told me what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be using again. Very happy I found this company.

Been using desert diamond mechanical for a few years. They are always very responsive to our calls and requests. The workers have a great attitude and are fun to learn from! Julio was great today with our tune-up and thermostat concerns. I even learned a few things! Definitely recommend this company!

Highly recommended for Cooling and Heating services! I just had a complete new system installed and I couldn't be more happier. The process was easy from start to finish. The prices were great along with the service I received. Personable, professional and reasonable.

First contact with this company was EXTREMELY NEGATIVE!  

When I called today to follow-up on appointment, I was surprised to hear that they could only get someone there 4pm to 7pm (when my home warranty company placed a service call at 7:15 this morning.  I was a little ticked that I had wasted the entire morning only to find out I would get no service until that evening (hell, I could have gone to work!)  

The young woman who answered the phone was RUDE.  She had a horrible attitude and could care less that I might have been inconvenienced.  Her response to my frustration was that if I wasn't happy, she could always just cancel my service call (she YELLED THIS AT ME!!).  When I asked her if she was getting an attitude with me she responded that I yelled at her first!!!  I don't yell at people!!  I ask for and expect decent service, that's all.  

That said., I called my warranty company and asked them to cancel and contact a more professional company.  They immediately someone else.  

I can't speak to how well they'll service your AC, but I can't get beyond my treatment on the phone.

I had a few bids to replace the AC on my rental property and Brett came in way below everyone else. He reused the things he could to keep the cost down. He was easy to schedule with and super easy to deal with. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend :)

Just last year I had my A/C serviced by another company chosen by a home warranty company I had. Worst experience ever, took 1-2 weeks to finally get things fixed, pretty sure there was fraudulent charges they tried to get past on me until I called the home warranty company to investigate. No urgency from them at all during the peak of the summer. So when my A/C went out again this year, I did my research and chose wisely. So happy I went with A/C Doctors!! Best decision.

Not only did they get us in the next day from when we called, but they showed up on time. They actually called to see if they could come by earlier which worked so much better for us. They assessed the A/C quickly, efficiently and thoroughly and explained everything as they did it. They replaced the part in under an hour and answered every question my fiancé had and informed us that we should be able to get by another 2-3 years before replacement of the whole unit was needed as long as maintenance was kept up. We found our go-to A/C mechanics  They were so personal, friendly, and knowledgeable. A much better experience then I had before. Definitely recommend !!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

A/C went out on a Friday night in early May. Freddy answered his phone at 10:30 and was going to head over to my house to check. Since it appeared to be icing up, we decided to have him come over the next morning instead.

Since I knew my system was cresting 20 years old, I didn't hold out hope for a repair and sure enough I was leaking coolant from many coils. It could not be repaired. And who sets aside thousands of dollars for a new AC system?

Freddy was professional and explained all the options. There was varying degrees of costs and Freddy never pushed any option. He patiently answered questions on each option.

His company offers Wells Fargo financing, so it helps in making a more long term investment rather than an immediate cheap fix. Given this, I opted to go with a 21 seer variable speed system. After researching they should offer the best energy efficiency and lowest monthly electric bills.

Everyone who is in this situation should get multiple estimates. I had 5 people come and give bids after Freddy. He beat all their prices and presented the most knowledge. A few contractors talked about tearing out my ceiling, leaving me with either drywall repairs or more costs to fix it. One even talked about cutting into my roof trusses to get the unit to fit - a potential structural issue as I saw it. None of these things happened with Freddy's install.

Freddy delivered the system on schedule and the install went smoothly and quickly. It was about six hours total. His crew was clean, respectful and quick. They knew what they were doing.

Since this was a variable speed system, it takes some getting used to. My old system was full on with a full blast of cold air and then off. This unit can come on really low and you don't necessarily feel a cold air blast. It's more like a light breeze. This difference highlighted some hot spots in my home, so Freddy came back out a few days later to adjust vents and air flow. All good since.

Other companies also used the power company rebate to make it look like you were paying less. Freddy gave a very competitive bid and I got to keep the rebate to add to the loan, if I wanted.

With any install, Freddy includes maintenance and tuneups in his price for 2 years. You can add more years to keep an expensive purchase in top shape.

This is an up and coming company that wants to do right by their customers.

Phoenix has a thousand AC companies so if you're like me, you don't know who to call or who to trust. What I appreciated most about Freddy was his explanations on things and his low pressure approach. His prices were good, but I'd have spent more if I hadn't gotten a good feeling on his business. You want things done right and if something does go wrong, you want someone who stands behind their work to make it right. That was my feeling on Freddy and why I opted to use him.

I am so very glad that I called Mike at True North Air Conditioning when we need to replace our 26-year old AC.  Out of all the companies that came out to quote, Mike stood out for his knowledge and patience as I plied him with many questions. He offered solutions without pressure or bias, simply as information.

I've waited 5 months to write this review. In that time the AC has been running perfectly and Mike's solution to our hot room problem is working better than expected! The one time we had a small hiccup with the AC somebody was here the same day to fix it.

Quality work, competitive price, decent bloke. Cannot ask for more, like I said, so happy I chose True North. Customer for life.

The service department is great , they get 5 stars in my book . The 2 star rating  is for the installing crew . Bait and switch is the best way to explain what I experienced . Professional salesman gave me a quote ,but on December 18 2015 , the 2 men that installed my new unit were sloppy , rushed the whole time , left loose ends , and the unit quit working the next day .   A service tech did come by the next day and got the unit running again .After looking at the unit on my roof and in the attic, it looked like the installers just gave up and left . After calling 3 times to find out when someone would be coming back to finish the job , it took 48 days for a tech to come by and complete the loose ends. The service department is great and will continue using them ,but unfortunately this installing crew is their weak link .

This company is a joke!!! They've taken over the airwaves with their commercials bragging about customer service so I thought I would give them a try.  I own 4 homes and know many AC people however are needing to replace 7 AC units at 3 different homes so I know it's going to be expensive so thought it would be wise to get multiple bids due to the cost and that's why I contacted GOETTL.  I made an appointment a week ago and was going to meet the representative at 8AM, at 8:15AM I called the number I had for the company and asked how much longer it was going to be, the person  replied your appointment was at 8AM or so I told him no it was for 8AM, he called back saying he would be at my house in 8 minutes, waited another 15 minutes still a no show so I left.  A short time later I received a text saying the tech was at my house, I advised him that I had left because he was more than 30 minutes late, he replied OK..  What a joke!!!! Many other reputable companies to choose from.  Stay away, I cant even imagine what their service is like if they do get in your home!!
