Chase T. with proskill services was great! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took covid precautions. I had an issue with my smart thermostat, he fixed it no problem, even took care of some preventative maintenance measures on my AC unit. I mentioned my guest bathroom was having issues draining and he checked it out and was able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Gave this company a shot this week in hopes that my A/C would get fixed. And sure enough, it did.
But let me break down why I gave this company 5 staawws (stars). So I call and lovely Amber answered. Now I say lovely because she answered with such enthusiasm and a good introduction. She was pretty damn professional. If there was a sport for answering services, Amber would be on the top team and the leader of that shit. Good job Ambros! They were quick to schedule me in the next day and was able to get a confirmed window to expect a tech. On the day of my repair they even called to ask is it OK for tech to come early?. Now in my head I'm like fuck yeeuhh come early my damn balls is sweatin but I can't say that cause I'm try a be a professional customer.
So my technician came and introduced himself as Enrique. Now Enrique didn't come to my home all Pisces that he had to work, didn't have a bad attitude or any nonsense like that. He was positive, friendly, and certainly a happy person. Let him know my issue and this dude went to grind mode. He looked at my thermostat and went and fixed a blown fuse. Here is what really made the other 4 stars. Enrique not only showed me a problem, showed me how I can fix it, showed me how things worked and stuck around to make sure it was Alaska in my home. I don't care if this job was easy to him or hard, he came correct. I really insisted on giving him tip but he assured me that he was fine and that it was his job to even be doing what he was doing. I was impressed. I would recommend requesting this godlike technician!

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Tremendous, very responsive and professional service! We had issues with one of our units; I inquired about service and within 2.5 hours, they had someone out to diagnose and fix the system.
We have used them before to install a ductless system and for other minor issues - they have consistently been top-notch as far as service, support and responsiveness. I will definitely continue to use them going forward.

They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. The last time they came, there was a rather heavy-handed upsell attempt, complete with visual aids in giant font, encouraging me to install items to protect me from expensive disaster. I asked a knowledgeable friend what he thought: snake oil, he said. Deciding to try an alternative company for my winter checkup, I read Air Time Heating and Cooling's terrific Yelp reviews. Brian scheduled me for an appointment, which I had to later change on short notice. Although it was the busy holiday season, he rescheduled me promptly. Grant arrived at my door on time. He worked diligently, was pleasant to have around, answered my questions with his extensive knowledge, and gave me efficiency tips. And no upsell attempts! Based on this very positive experience, I will continue to call Air Time.

I called to find out why my goodman AC and furnace weren't cooling my house down. They are listed as a service company on the Goodman site so I called as they were closest. They said if the unit is under warranty i would have to pay for the labor which was fine. The guy came, he was friendly and he checked the furnace and the AC unit. He found the capacitor was bad on the ac compressor. First he told me that the cost of the cap was 280 plus labor. So I asked if it was under warranty what it would cost, he wasn't even going to offer that, and he said it would be 79 plus 30 minutes labor. So he said he had to check with his boss to make sure it was under warranty. It was but then he said he would have to charge me time and travel to get the part and it would be 237. I'm sorry but because you don't have a part on your truck doesn't mean I have to pay for your lack of planning. I imagine this item is one commonly replaced and I imagine many goodman units use the exact same capacitor. So I called him to ask and I told him that I'm not paying for travel as he said on the phone labor, not labor and travel. He didn't agree so I told I wouldn't pay for a service they weren't prepared to complete under warranty. If you aren't going to actually do the warranty work, then just say you won't do it. I could have called one of the 20 other companies on the Goodman site but you were the closest to my house.

Called Hansen Family Plumbing because we thought we had broken or leaking pipes in our master bath sink...found standing water in cabinets underneath the sink, in the drawers and all over the floor. Could not see where the water was coming from so we were worried it was behind the walls :( Hansen sent Jerry out - HE WAS GREAT! Not even going to go into detail (too embarrassing) but we had no leaks or broken pipes. Jerry refused to charge me anything - not even a service call charge!!!! WE WILL DEF USE HANSEN FAMILY PLUMBING AGAIN! Now on speed dial!! Great service...from the initial call with Brittany to the texts about ETA that displayed pic of Jerry and his background info!! Who does that?? It was great!

I've had my heat pump serviced twice now in the past year by Desert Diamond, both times by Jeff. He wore a mask, was professional and got the job done very quickly. He also took the time to answer my questions. The first visit was to replace a condenser pump (?) my air conditioning had been out for several days, I had an appt with a well known competitor that cancelled me for a larger job. I was desperate to get my unit fixed (august in phx) Desert Diamond got the job done for me in two days. Wish I had called them first. They are now my Go to for service. Thank you guys. Based on the multitude of 5 star reviews, maybe my experience was just a fluke. But this company was a huge letdown.
We needed the elbow to our AC patched up, so my home warranty company sent out North Valley Mechanical. I spoke with the receptionist at NVM and reinforced multiple times that our 2 story condo was very high, had a steep pitch roof, and that there were both tile and shingles on the roof. She google mapped it and said it wouldn't be a problem. Also, she gave me a 3 hour window and said she would make a note to have us be the last appointment of the day during our window of 2-5 pm, so to limit how much time I had to take off work.
I was skeptical. And of course, the technician called at 1:30 saying he was on his way. We were the first appt and I had to leave work 2 hours early.
He arrives, seems pleasant enough. And I can't really blame him for refusing to go on the roof. He was scared. I get it. I don't like heights, but what's the point of being an AC repair man/company if you are afraid to get on a high ladder to reach the roof?
He calls his company and they tell him not to go up there. I talk to another receptionist at NVM and I am quite disappointed.
I wonder and ask her So how do all these other AC units get repaired or roofs get replaced? She goes on and on about how they don't allow their employees to walk on tile roofs and other things and that only one-van operations who don't care about their employees would allow them to climb such high buildings or tread on the tile. Which incidentally, I had a roofer the previous day on the roof, with no problem, and he was definitely not with a one-van roofing company.
So the next day, another AC repair company, a rather large and quite famous valley company, and certainly not a one-van operation came out. The repairman looked up at the roof, grabbed his ladder, and went right on up, tool belt an all. He took pictures and was done in an hour. I told him about my experience with NVM and he said Well some companies just can't handle doing their job. Agreed.

WOW! AMAZING service. Our AC suddenly stopped last night at around 9pm. We placed a repair ticket with our Home Warranty Company and the earliest the could come out was Monday morning. We called around to a few different companies and each and every one of them said, We'll get back to you. No surprise, not one returned our calls. The next morning a friend told me to give A/C Doctors a call. Crystal was super helpful over the phone and scheduled us for same day at 7pm. We were so grateful that they could come out today that we didn't care what time. Crystal did say that if they could come out sooner they would let us know, but no guarantees....understood! 3:30 we get a call that they'll be here in 20 minutes. 4:15 they were done and out of here leaving us with a working AC. Amen! Thank you A/C Doctors. We would have spent almost the same amount with our Home Warranty service and we didn't have to wait until Monday. The guys were quick and professional. Would recommend them over and over and over again. THANK YOU!!!!!

He was friendly and asked if I was available that day. He came out that day, checked everything out, fixed the problem, charged me a fair fee and left. Micah was very pleasant and efficient, & found that the Defroster Board has failed. John kept in constant contact with me on ordering the part, Cary kept me updated on the service , and Brent was very efficient in completing the install! Well, the Rejuvenation is not so much. The only thing they did was to clean the coils on the outside unit and then try to tell me that the AC unit in my brand new Manufactured Home was at least ten years old. In fact, in the pictures that they emailed to me, the manufacturers label clearly shows that the AC was manufactured in May of 2018. I even ran the serial number with the manufacturer and they verified that the label was correct. On top of that, my AC is working perfectly and I simply wanted to have an annual preventative maintenance done to prevent future problems. Once the technician texted the pictures to the owner of the company, they came back and hit me for almost $1,000.00 of cleaning services. Excuse me, but isn't cleaning part of a Rejuvenation? Of course I refused to sign up for this bait & switch tactic. I am a Director of Service for a Major Company with over 150 locations Nationally. This is very poor business practice. The final straw, they sent me a request for a survey that was supposed to go directly to the owner. I filled it out and got an automatic response that said how sorry they were for their less than Stellar performance and that someone would reach out to me soon. SURPRISE... no one ever did. If Andrew the Technician wasn't such a nice guy, this would have been a one star review. He was on time and he was clean, careful and conscientious. I should have offered him a job!
