This review should have been done many years ago but life has a way of getting away from you. In the winter of 2015 I was shopping to replace my HVAC system and gathered quotes from a number of companies. I went with Kevin Konnis at Quantum Climate Control Services based on his competitive price, excellent online reviews and a recommendation from an HVAC wholesaler.

I highly recommend Kevin at Quantum Climate Control Services based on over 7 years of having him not only install a new HVAC system in 2015 but also having him service it. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable, honest and a great person to work with. He's a straight shooter who gives you options with no hard sell. I trust him enough that he has done work for neighbors, family, and friends.

The service technicians were quick to respond. They were professional and cost was very reasonable.  I was very pleased with their service, so I had them service my daughters A/C.  They found an issue caused by a previous company that was causing the A/C not to run efficiently.  It was corrected. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

This company is truly a class act from the owners to their customer service representatives, to their extremely informed and educated technicians, installers and plumbers. We had the unfortunate experience of having to replace two AC units in the same week. Canyon State made a rather painful experience as painless and as affordable as possible! After doing my due diligence in research I found this company to be the most fair and honest. And at the end of the day, I would always rather support a small family owned business with familiar, friendly faces than a large outfit.

I called the other day when my AC wasn't working. The person I talked to walked me through narrowing down what the problem was...  two other companies I called wouldn't do that... they were only interested in setting up $100 appointment just to diagnose the issue.

These guys were very helpful and patient and spent 15 minutes with me on the phone, just explaining to me what the problem most likely was and the costs involved in fixing it.

When he found out I had a home warranty, he advised me to go through them, since it would save money on my end. Super great guys... I'll definitely go through them if anything else happens to my AC.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. He fixed the issue right away which was amazing. I definitely recommend Derek and this company. Phenomenal service

I have called Cooler Tymes now several times for various needs and each time Mike was fast to respond, completed the work quickly and provides an extremely fair price. My wife and I recently decided to move. An A\C tune up was requested. We had only a small window to complete the request. Although mike was busy I explained to him the importance of the situation and he came out in only a few days and was able to save the day. I will forever use this company for my A\C needs. James was awesome. My father, who is on hospice, AC had stopped working. I had another company out that said the part was at least 2 weeks out and the fix would be $1700 and seemed to just want to convince me it would be faster and overall less expensive to buy a new unit. I reached out to various companies through yelp to see if anyone had the part. No one did but James asked if he could call to discuss. James had a can do attitude. With or without the part he was certain he could get the air working. He made some calls and called me back the same day with a solution. He sent Justin out the next day and the AC was fixed. James went above and beyond in helping, finding a solution and getting it fixed quickly. Justin was kind, professional and informative. Hopefully wont need to, but would definitely  use again and recommend!

Our A/C stopped working, of course, in the middle of the summer.  I read the Yelp reviews and decided to give Alternative Air a call first to see if they could come out.  I was expecting to be told that we would have to wait a few days before someone could come out.  I was pleasantly surprised to be told that a technician would be over in about 40 minutes due to a cancellation.  The technician, Gage, arrived within the promised timeframe.  Gage was courteous and helpful.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part and was all done within a half hour of arriving.  I have never had issues with an A/C unit before so I'm not sure what everything costs but I did pay less than I expected.  I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any A/C issues.

The technician never showed up. The picture in this review clearly shows an email with an appointment at 8 AM. At 1050 AM, I got a call from this company dating that their technician was running late but he works be arriving in about 30 minutes. He still never showed up. I posted a bad review here and the owner replied adding that his morning appointments go from 9AM until noon and I canceled on him. Not true. A woman from the office even called me to apologize. Why would they apologize if they did nothing wrong? Normally I would let this go but I won't be portrayed as a liar. The guy was a no show.

Thanks to Yelp,  when I needed to find a company to fix my HVAC unit, I found Mountainside Air.  I actually called them for a second opinion after my regular Heating & Air quoted me a very high price to replace the blower on my unit.  Steve and Raoul came out and checked all systems.  Blower did need replacing and I was quoted a price that was much lower than the other company.  2 hours later I had a new blower and all systems were working well.  I am very impressed with the company as well as with Steve and Raoul.  They worked efficiently with no drama and while I hope I won't need the services of Mountainside Air again, it was definitely a good experience.  I highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable service!  Came home Saturday night from a weekend in the mountains to find our A/C at home was out, 93 degrees in the house. Called 4 companies, major TV advertisers, no one was available within 24 hours. Called Pineapple Air because their Google ratings were 5 out of 5 with a dramatic number of reviews (43, if I recall correctly.). They were out in an hour!  They gave me a choice, repair tonight (10:30 pm!!!) for $X, or replace tomorrow (Sunday???). Our unit was over 15 years old, so, we decided to replace it next day. Sure enough, late afternoon on a Sunday we had a seriously superior new heating and air conditioning system installed, up and running!! Mind boggling!  It just doesn't get any better!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

AirZona came to the rescue the day after Christmas when our heat was not working. I went through our home warranty and the first contractor would not be able to make it out for a few days. AirZona was the second contractor that we were referred to and they came out and fixed the issue same day. Thank you AirZona for making us a priority during the holidays and for being the best company we have worked with through our home warranty. 5 Stars!

Great Company!  Came out quickly and was very fair Pricing and great communication.   Did a tune up on our unit!

I've had this company come out to my house twice for two different issues. They are awesome, hard working, and did not price gouge me! They also beat another company's estimate and saved me some money. I have referred them to a friend of mine and they are also very happy with this company's work too! Definitely recommend.
