Highly recommend King Plumbing!  Extremely fast to respond for service.  Very prompt,  extremely efficient and very knowledgeable in their field.  Everyone I spoke with and worked with was very polite as well.  In the future if I need service they will be number 1 on my list to call!

I have dealt with a lot of AC technicians over the years as I have nursed along my old Goodman units, and I finally reached a point where it was time to replace the worst of the 2 as funds would not permit a full replacement of both.  I found Quantum's address as being local to me and Kevin the owner came out same day to quote me a price.  On first meeting him he handed me a business card, shook my hand, and introduced himself - the first sign of a professional.  I explained that I wanted a replacement quote, but instead of going into hard-sell mode (which is what I am used to) he asked if a repair was an option - and proceeded to inspect the unit and climb up into my attic.  Identifying that my unit was low on R22 even though it had only been refilled a week ago he offered to refill it, I declined as obviously there was a leak but Kevin offered to put some recycled R22 in there to keep me going over the weekend - for FREE, and R22 is anywhere up to a hundred dollars a pound right now.  After all of this he never asked for a penny and had my new system quote with me just 2 hours later.

You simply do not find AC technicians like this in the valley - even the good ones are not THIS good.  Kevin is quite exceptional.  I have lived here for 15 years and this is the first positive AC technician review I have posted, ever.  Get on his schedule, you shouldn't even consider anyone else, and no I am not a friend or relative - this review is 100% genuine.

Highly recommended! The owner Raul is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed up as scheduled and ready to get the job done. I hired him after I hired another AC person who was trying to rip me off or did not know much about AC.

My house is now cooling and staying cold. And he was affordable!

Dion was ON TIME. That seems to be a problem with different contractors these days, and he got there when he was supposed to. Then he fixed the clog in the drain on the roof, and we haven't seen a drip since. Polite, to the point, and effective. The only way it could have been better is if it had been free. :)

My air conditioning went out Friday night of Memorial Day 3 day weekend. Was referred to Cool hot guys by my brother. When I called they assured me they would come out sometime Saturday, late afternoon. Being a 3 day weekend I was thrilled at the quick appointment. Julio ended up coming at 1:00 a.m., which I didn't mind as I wanted unit fixed. It was a no contact service call. He called me from the roof with the diagnosis and cost and promptly fixed it. He was quickly on his way and my air was fixed.  The owner called a couple days later to get my payment. I recommend this company for quality performance and professionalism.  Everyone I dealt with was informative and kind. Price was great too.

I just used Cool Touch for my outside AC unit cause it started intermittenly turning off in the afternoon over the last couple days. After diagnostics we came to the conclusion that the condenser fan motor was going bad. The tech went over my pricing options and offered their additional cost maintenance program. The tech arrived at 6:10 and after doing diagnostics, going over pricing, and the installation of the new fan, he was done by 7:20. After he left I did some research on the cost of my fan motor. The most I have seen it for sale is close to $100. Their price for the motor and install was $789. I saved 20% by signing up for their annual maintenance which after the total came out to $631 plus $15 a month for annual maintenance for a total of $646. So for 25 min of diagnostics, 20 min of going over pricing and 25 min. to install the motor I paid $546 for an 1 hour of labor or $689 if I didnt sign up for their maintenance program. I slept on it and woke up feeling like I really got screwed or gouged on the pricing. They showed up when they said they would, everyone I dealt with was nice but dont think I could use them again based on this pricing.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

James was very responsive from the beginning and was able to schedule a duct cleaning service fairly quickly after my house was painted fairly. Did a bunch of quote requests from Yelp and James' quote was the most reasonable.

The actual job was done on time and perfectly. Dustin and Chris the two technicians took care to not leave my house dusty after the cleaning and also took care to not damage or scratch my freshly painted walls and ceiling.

Remote diagnostics that were attached to my AC units showed me all the functions were within parameters and there was never an attempt to upsell anything.

We even get pictures of all the vents in all their gory details post job.

Avnel and his team have been the Honest go to guys for Air conditioning repair and replacement. I'm always out of town and Avnel has taken care of my properties. Without a doubt the most trusted AC company. PS I dont write many reviews, but Avnel deserves it.

I found Ken on home advisor. He called me back right away and he scheduled an appointment and arrived on time.  He did a great job being patient and explaining what he was doing on my unit. He cleaned the attic Evaporation coil. LOOKS LIKE NEW. I will definitely call Ken again for service. ***** 5 stars!! Thank you!!

Tom was courteous, quick, and informative in a semi-emergency. Couldn't be happier with the service. I will use them from now on for any HVAC needs.

During the most recent heat wave, my upstairs AC unit started making loud noises one morning and would not cool. I then reached out to about 10 companies on Yelp and understandably the earliest appointment I could make would be for three to four days (!) later. I was also informed that there would usually be a fee just for the visit.

As I was debating my next steps, I suddenly remembered Pineapple Air Heating & Cooling from a few weeks prior. I saw one of their colorful vans parked near a Home Depot and remembered the giant pineapple marketing. I decided to google the company and thought what the heck and called them up for their availability. I am so glad I did because their service was great.

As luck would have it, John, the owner, picked up my call and despite having the day booked, he made time to see my unit later that day. He also did not charge any inspection fees, which was a pleasant surprise.

Our experience with John was great - he was a professional and had a good sense of humor. After he finished his inspection, he told us what was needed to repair our unit. We instructed him to order to the part, which took a couple of days to arrive.

While the part was in transit, John gave us status updates. When the part finally arrived, John came back to our home and worked tirelessly to make sure we had a unit that cooled.

To wrap up my review, I know that when my AC needs some TLC in the future, my only call will go to Pineapple.

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.
