My wife and I just moved to Tempe. There were a few plumbing issues; to say the least. I was refereed to King by my agent. Terry was very pleasant on the phone. He was also able to accommodate me by sending a plumber the next day. The plumber was Randy. He was AWESOME. Very personal and informative. He did not talk down to me or treat me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to fix the problems. It was like he was helping a buddy and not some guy that just called. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Unless we move away we will never use any other plumbing service.

I had Kevin come over and he installed a very nice roof top trane unit for me. I got a few reasonable quotes from other companies and some very unreasonable but Kevin still beat them all. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he actually genuinely cares about his clients. Thank you for all your help though the process. It was a flawless install process and everything is working well. Other companies have had to come back and didn't have everything on the install day.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

Our heater went out so we called Canyon State. We got a quick fix but unit was 13 years old and needed more work done to function correctly. Michael came out next day to explain fixing or replacing. We opted to replace since unit was so old and not that efficient any longer. Two days later Manny and Steven came and installed the new unit. Very professional men and it was done in no time. BOY what a difference the new unit makes. Also want to state that lady that took the original call was very caring and listened to our problem then referred us to the proper person for a solution. All aspects of our transaction with Canyon State were  5 star

I am so thrilled to give Cool Touch a five star review! My air conditioner stopped working Monday night. My son called Cool Touch Tuesday and they sent Steven out the same day. Steven was polite, confident and professional. He diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes, educated me about changing my filter, fixed the issue and I am happily enjoying cool temperatures- all before 6:00! We asked about a new unit when needed and he told us about some changes happening in the industry in 2020. He gave me a ballpark figure on replacing mine. His confidence made me feel at ease. I will definitely be using Steven and Cool Touch for all of my A/C needs. Thank you!

Called these guys last month, and said they'd be out that day, but never showed. Went out of town and needed to find another company, and called them again unknowingly. They said they'd be out in 30 min. Texted them my address and received a text now saying they'd be out after all the other calls were finished. They then texted me asking me to call to discuss thermostats. ( I called for them to come out to service my AC unit) I advised them that I called about servicing my ac unit, and they had in their notes from the month previously. I advised them they never showed and I wasn't happy about that and wasn't going to use them after all. The guy said, ok, and hung up.

So twice now this company has said they'd come out at certain times, and never did. They also have bad customer service. I received no apology from the month previous, and for that, I gave one star.

These guys were extremely thorough, professional, and considerate. The vents in my very very old rental were painted over but they actually removed them to make sure they got all of the dust out of my home.

I'm already breathing better. The before and after, while alarming and disgusting, thrilled me.

They are not going to try and upsell you like other companies. Their word is their bond. And I know that's because I tried price shopping with about six other companies before choosing Suttle Air.

They respond quickly to messages as well.

I have been a customer since 2018 for fall and summer checks and great support.  However I had prepaid our spring/summer check for this year and scheduled our check for the first part of June. They called and said they were sick and they would call and reschedule. No call so I called and no way to leave a msg, mailbox full.  Was trying to stay supportive of the time and wait but I will move on to another company and learned my lesson of prepaying a service.

My AC stopped blowing cool air and we found Ken through Google and contacted him.  He came within an hour and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it on the spot.  His service was quick and very professional.  I would have Ken do all of my heating and cooling services when needed.  Thank you Ken!

After being unhappy with our HVAC Service Company, I tried Mountainside Air in Phoenix.  Steve came out this morning at the time they said they would be here, I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He was great, on top of that they are very nice people that provide great customer service. I highly recommend this Company.

I called for a quote for replacement of a whole AC system on Saturday night around 6pm and asked for his soonest available time for a quote. JP was able to come that same night a few hours later after all his other calls. The customer service was excellent and JP was very informative and knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a new unit that same night, and they were able to get it installed on Monday. The installation guy, Bill, was friendly and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up well after he was finished. The AC unit has been working great and the Ecobee thermostat they installed is a great feature! We used to have to set our thermostat to 71 in order to keep the hot master bedroom cool enough to sleep in, but now we keep it at 76 while we're home and 74 when we sleep. It's been one week since installation and we've never had to go below 74. This will save us a ton of money in the long run! Great experience with Pineapple Air.. highly recommended!

Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

The Best .. A Great experience If you have to purchase a new A/C unit. Gerald came out and was very through in explaining the unit and what they would be doing in the change out. All technicians were very professional and polite. I received 3 estimates on the same unit same sear and AirZona was the least by a couple  $1000.00.No kidding. I highly recommend.and Gerald brought us KK donuts on the morning of completion.  Sweet..

I was looking for a contractor to install a complete heating and a/c unit. Calling most of the directory listed companies, I could not get anyone to come out to bid. Then I ran across this new business R&R, what a find! Ray came out as scheduled and on time. He is very knowledgeable and patiently went over the details of his design. I had total confidence in his plan. We scheduled the install and Ray not once disappointed us. He made every appointment and not one late show up. Our system performs perfect! I highly recommend this business.

I called Kyle on Saturday at 11am, my tenants called me that the AC was not working I did call him and he was able the come the same day between 1pm-2pm. I was surprised that he responded to fast and was able to come and fix it  the same day. I was lucky since it seems like he mostly works  in the West Valley and my house was in Glendale.The cost of service and the parts were a little higher than I expected but I am not sure because it was repaired so fast.
