Branden did a great job installing a new hot water heater. He even knew how to properly install the recirculating pump. I am in real estate and have seen a lot of plumbing work. They are knowledgeable and speedy.

As a Real Estate Broker having a reliable and honest AC company to refer to my clients is extremely important.  Kevin serviced all three of my AC units today and did a great job. He showed up on time and did excellent work.  He is very thorough and extremely honest.

Great service at reasonable prices. Arthur showed up to my house early the day after Christmas and resolved the issue quickly. He cleaned my HVAC system and tested it to make sure it was working at peak performance. I would strongly recommend RMIII AC and Heating. A+

I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
Called to have my 3 units looked at and was having issues with one.
Said he could only look at one unit and not repair it. Said he was slammed today.  How would he know if it would be a quick repair or not? First of all, why would you not repair it ? Isn't that the point of calling a repair company?
Called the office to explain that when I scheduled I asked all units to be checked out and rearranged my schedule for them to come out. Finally, she said that he could check all the units and insisted no repairs would be made. Again, why are they insistent on no repairs? That is the whole point. It is $75 for the service call but they plan to leave you hanging.
When he checks the unit I was having problems with, he came in with a list of several things that were wrong with the unit which would cost $4500+ to repair but he wouldn't recommend the repairs because it's too old of a unit. Was told I need to get a new unit which they send a sales consultant to go through the various types $4K-$20K.
I decided to do a little research and ask around for another company since obviously this wasn't going well.
My son's friend's dad has an A/C company and he came over early today (Saturday morning), investigated the problem, went over with me the cost of replacement parts which were strictly a maintenance issue. It is a Trane unit which is one of the best so maintenance is all it needed. He went to pick up the parts since Saturday they are open until noon. Came back, replaced the parts, checked the freon and it didn't even need any and it instantly became cool. Parts are warrantied for 5 years so at that time, if they are problems, look at replacing it then.
$1500 and I am set for 5 years!

Back to this terrible company. Every single thing he said was not working was FALSE. He also told me it needed 11 pounds of freon at $200+ per pound so $2200 in freon alone. There were no leaks as he claimed. If I had no freon and did not get freon today, why is my house so cold now?
They push hard on new units so that's their scam. They don't want to repair anything for you. They want to rip you off!
I have to get up now. It's so cold in here I have to turn up the thermostat.

Air conditioning decided to stop working when Arizona really started to heat up.  We called Joe around 10pm on a Thursday night and he was at our house very shortly.  He immediately got to work and realized the primary problem was the condensing fan motor was shorted to the ground.  Since we are in a rental, he gave us options and advice.

You can immediately tell that Joe is a very sincere and genuine guy and we still are very thankful for his service.  We would give him a million stars if we could and definitely will recommend him to everyone!

Beware.  I contacted this company when I couldn't reach my regular company.  The company sent out a tech to my rental property and they said that my system wouldn't hold pressure and I needed a whole new A/C system for a charge of about $5500.  I then called another company who tested the system and just said that it needed cleaned and recharged.  They only charged me $150.
6 months later and still no issues.  $150 vs. $5500 - you decide!

Mark did an amazing job on the installation of my garbage disposal.  Also reasonably priced.  Will definitely call him for my Plumbing needs.  Recommended.

Derek was on it! My A/C went out in the middle of night,  and he was the 1st one to respond and able to get here the fastest! Total life saver! Definitely recommend this company if you need any service!

I called Cooler Tymes when our AC was blowing warm air but no cool air. Mike came out quickly and he was friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, and inexpensively replaced the part we needed.  It's been a couple weeks since he came out and my husband and I have noticed that the house is so much cooler! We are super excited to not have to crank up the AC so high to keep the house cool!!! Thank you!!!

These guys were extremely thorough, professional, and considerate. The vents in my very very old rental were painted over but they actually removed them to make sure they got all of the dust out of my home.

I'm already breathing better. The before and after, while alarming and disgusting, thrilled me.

They are not going to try and upsell you like other companies. Their word is their bond. And I know that's because I tried price shopping with about six other companies before choosing Suttle Air.

They responded nearly immediately after hours on holiday weekend when our A/C died. Came out next day and examined everything and provided several options and the offer to to the work with guarantee within 24 hours.

Our old HVAC company was able to wrap our home warranty into this unit replacement at low expense to us however so we used them this time.

The Best .. A Great experience If you have to purchase a new A/C unit. Gerald came out and was very through in explaining the unit and what they would be doing in the change out. All technicians were very professional and polite. I received 3 estimates on the same unit same sear and AirZona was the least by a couple  $1000.00.No kidding. I highly recommend.and Gerald brought us KK donuts on the morning of completion.  Sweet..

Our wall unit gas heater wasn't working.  Ray responded quickly, scheduled an inspection, showed up on time, repaired the heater, and charged a reasonable price.

Feels great to have found my go to heating and AC guy. Kyle is very knowledgeable, prompt to return calls/texts, schedule appointments around your schedule, and has great prices. His honesty and integrity are 2nd to none. We had a couple less then desirable companies come by in the past. Kyle exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the jobs he has done in our home. Even when we were out of town and the AC broke down in 110+ degree temperatures. Kyle came by the same day and made the repair at a very fair price.
