I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

I would not advise using this company. To show you the thought process of the owner her company damaged my old stove's gas valve in transport. When it was turned back on I could smell gas. I called Southwest Gas and they tagged it as a hazard. Absolut had a repairman check it out and it would be $400 to repair it. I checked with a local store and a new stove would've been $370. The owner decided to repair it because as their GM let me know I was not entitled to get a new stove. They broke several items which I understand comes with transporting items which I chose to not press the issue but to me the stove was no excuse.

Great team to work with. I had a water leak from my second story home from a broken toilet. They were professional and came out to quote the cost to repair the water damage. Andrew was very professional and walked me through the whole process. I appreciated his honesty. I was able to speak to his manager to thank him for his quick and honest responses to my questions as well. Will definitely use again for any future water damage.

I have known Ryan for years. As an insurance advisor I have sent him clients for a long time. My clients are always happy when Phoenix Flood was able to keep the claim low and off the insurance companies records. I will give a Zero star if Yelp will give that option. I called in October 4th, 2015 Disaster Restauration LLC.  because the sink in the sencond floor bathroom over flood they came rip off my floors and dry the house make holes  with the promise that everying will be fix in a couple weeks. It is now October 27th I just finally got a bill for the demolition and the Drying $4,800 after calling several times this was deliying the insurance response. I even got the insurence to called them and asked for the bill. Even though they came and did the apreassal they never send it to the insurance. Disaster Resturation slowness has affeted me because now I have to star from Zero when I realized today After Calling them that they had no intentions to move foward with the restauration in adittion they have no intention of giving me the apressal I wasted weeks, I have no floor in most of my house we can take showers ony in one bathroom. My daughters bithday was cancel because their delays this was truly a disaster because of them. They are very unprofessional. I don't recomend this company. I saw other bad reviews in 2015  and 2014 what ever good they did as a business it seems to be a long time a go. If you hire them you will regret it.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. When they come out to do their free inspection, the employee will have you sign a CONTRACT right then. If you can not read it because the signature is done via cell, the employee will tell you that is just says that he came out to your property to do an inspection. That is a LIE!! Thomas Restoration has filed OVER 25 lawsuits against people in multiple courts in a 21 months period. These people say three main things: TR never gave them an estimate, before they have them sign their contract or after. They did not know they signed a contract. TR is over charging. BUT his contract says whatever your insurance does not pay YOU PAY! Please spend the word EVERYWHERE! via chat, blogs complaints etc. Know one else should have to go through this legal expense for a contract, as bad as it is-legally counts as a contract. I am attaching the contract that he has you sign via cell phone (saying it is something else). Along with other documents to show you what I am saying is VERY TRUE!  
This is the personal experience of people I know in lawsuits with Thomas Restoration.  Look at the provided photos I attached and do your own research. To make you own decision. Good luck and please spread the word if you come to the same agreement that I have.

beware of geo roofing!!! geo roofing is a horrible horrible company!!! in early february mike peterson (geo salesman) came to my house and gave me a quote for a new roof on my house. he said they were running 2-3 weeks out. i paid them a down payment of 5500 and they gave me an install date for february 26 2019.  letty (geo office manager) called me on the evening of february 25th (the day before they were supposed to start) and told me they wouldn't be able to start until march 6th now because they were so backed up. march 6th came around and nobody showed up and nobody called me to let me know what was going on. i tried to call mike peterson (geo salesman) and he didn't answer. i left him a message and he never called me back. hours later letty (geo office manager) calls me and says all her roof workers got in a car accident and now they wouldn't be able to start until march 11th. so that day came around and guess what...nobody showed up again and no call from geo letting me know what was going on. i tried to call letty but she would not take my call. they have a receptionist screening all the calls. the receptionist was very insistent on getting my name and why am i calling. they would not refund my 5500 down payment so i had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge!!! this company is soooo bad. i just don't want this to happen to anybody else. beware of geo roofing az!!!

So incredibly disappointed with this company. They were referred to us by insurance and have made our lives a nightmare. Do NOT use this company.

If I could give less stars I would!  This company was careless and rude!  We had a slab leak. They charged us for things they didn't do. They charged for twice as many fans then they used. They took things out of my kitchen, packed them up and broke them!  They took things that they should not have and threw them away costing us a lot more money.  The brother of the owner was rude and talked down to me because I'm a woman. I will NEVER cal this company again and would hope no one else does.  My family has been in the trades my entire life and I have never seen or been treated with such disregard and carelessness.

I used the Tucson location for service.

It appears you are only valued if you are going through insurance.

They removed my cabinets (I paid them) and broke the faces when they were supposed to save them. They also were supposed to provide a quote to replace cabinets (it never came).

They said they'd finish the work after I resolve the plumbing issue. They didn't answer or return my calls for 2 weeks and my kitchen was in pieces the whole time!

Because they didn't save the cabinet faces and it was going to cost me more money, I reached out to insurance.

When I did get a response, the guy didn't want to send the photos of the damage. He told me there were too many and on multiple devices. I called the main number and he sent out a coworker the next day.

The guy came out and share some photo. I spoke to the main person and asked for the rest of the photos. He said that's all they had.

I guess he want getting me back for not wanting to work with him after leaving me hanging for 2 WEEKS.

I would never recommend this company.
