Very happy I hired classic shades! I am an out of state landlord and recieved a couple of bids. Jeff responded first and was the first to go out to my property and provide a bid. He ultimately came back with the best price and I felt the most comfortable with him because of how clear he communicated everything. There are some people who take great pride in there work and Jeff is one of those guys. He pays attention to detail and is passionate on it being done the right way. He took pictures for me every step the way letting me know what he was doing. Actually he even picked all the paint colors for me since I couldn't be there in person. The end result in the pictures look amazing. I had my property manager go do a final walk thru for me and he verified in person the quality of his work. At the very least I would have him come out to provide a bid, you will be happy you did!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I don't know where to start this review. Everyone, from Darren providing a fair estimate to Jason, their Office Manager,who responds very quickly to any questions  to Justis & Cole doing the initial work, to Mike following up the next day. I just can't say enough. They are all wonderful.
Once the Plumber Guy, Carlin, finished repairing the pipe Darren came out within a couple of hours and gave us a very fair price. He even left some fans to start the drying process. The next morning Justic & Cole came out around 8:30 to do the clean up process. Eventhough we don't have any asbestos, they treated it like we did. This was very comforting to know that they took precautions. When Mike came out he said everything was dry (per his meter) except for a small part of the carpet. He left one fan to help dry this out. Avery came out the next day to pick up the fan.
Would I recommend the guys at PureTec Restoration, you betcha! If I have a problem in the future, I will call them in a heartbeat!

I would like to Thank Absolut Restoration. They were extremely helpful on a last minute project.  Absolut went out to the building and Wow the building owner not only because they came out the same day as called but because the cleaning job was fantastic.  The customer service at the office was wonderful and handled this with complete urgency and professionalism. I FELT HOPEFULL AFTER OWNER CONTACTED MY PROPERTY MANAGER THEY DID A CLEAN JOB BUT IM STILL LEFT WITH NO PATHROOM NO ONE DOING WORK NO RESULTS.   I redacted a recently negative review due to the owner of the company cooperating  as you see I'm now re-writing this review it will not be redacted till bathroom done.  I have the paperwork that states if I use their contractor they would split deductible. ECHO dry are not taking responsibility  they put me in this position. See the mess torn up walls broken wood this is what this contractor they referred did.  From the plumming company who referred me to  ECHO Dry  ( ill get thier name too and add it..)  to this review. They referred ECHO dry. NOW A YEAR AND a HALF later just look at pictures  The contractor now is making excuses doesn't want to do job now.  RmJ took it now saying they need more money. If ECHO dry referred someone you should know the quality of work and can stand by their work . The owner of ECHO Dry  said they will no longer use them well that doesn't help my bathroom and nothing happening. I'm taking this to the media better business bureau, and going after contractors license OF RMJ My property manager who is a commercial  contractor is getting me all the info. My insurance company has been notified as well and given names of companies involved. I can't refinance my house because this bathroom is not complete.   ECHO Dry spoke to my property manager so  I agreed to take off previose neg. Review. I see  that was a mistake. If you don't have integrity you have nothing. Get a second opinion before using ECHO Dry. What's so sad is I wrote a glowing review the first time they were helpfull with insurance and their Profesional way followed safety standards were quick on the job.. lead me to believe they had my back.  Contractors name RMJ. ECHO dry did a clean job no complaints on their work but the fact they sent me a contractor who has 2 stars they did not do research. So I'm suffering and am not going to be able to refinance my house. Have no bathroom and damaged walls.

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold-  remediation company in the valley!!

AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I will definitely use them in the future for ALL of our cleaning needs and highly recommend them! Their customer service is excellent, from the person that set up our appointment to the tech!

I would not recommend dealing with Disaster Resoration LLC. I have had the worst headach getting them to send an invoice out on a very small amount of water that I had them clean. I caught the water within 20 minutes leaking out of my washing machine and called them for a quick clean up as I have infant twins and their room had a tiny piece of carpet wet. I wanted to be sure that I had zero chance of mold in the babies room.

It is now mid August. The date of service was early June and I am still battling for them to get an invoice out to my insurance company for payment. They are threatening to put a Lean on my home for non-payment and I called them today to speak with them about payment as my insurance company is trying to pay but in order to do that they need the invoice however, Debbie was not only rude but said the invoice would be sent when she got to it.

They are so willing to threaten me with a Lean on my home because I have not paid yet I cannot get out of them what I even owe for payment!

The repair department comes after the cleanup and dry-out and I already have their invoice. Their invoice was almost $2000.00 to put some doors back on and 2 toe kicks on my cabinets and clean the tile and floor. WOW! Half that invoice is surcharges and minimun overheads that you do not know anything about but they kept assuring me saying. Don't worry, your insurance is paying for this so why would you care? Well, maybe because I would like to retain my insurance coverage after this claim?

The repairs were two weeks after the cleanup. Yes.. that really means that 20 minutes of water cost me 3 weeks of dealing with fans, people in and out of my house and repairs! RIDICULOUS and the customer service representative was so rude! This was an overkill but they continued to tell me that this was a category 2 cleanup and they had to go this route even when I denied certain services. I would recommend some other company that will not deal with their customers rudely and threaten them with Leans when they cannot even output an appropriate invoice.

The roofers communicated well, did a thorough and attractive job, and considered appearance and tile match on my old, outdated tiles. They did the job contracted by a solar company, so I can't comment on cost or estimates. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

We would like to highly recommend Stratton Restoration. They really helped us rebuild our home after an unfortunate fire accident. Stratton has very professional and courteous staff, sub-contractors and workers. We especially would like to Thank Lance White and Max Dutcher.
From planning to completion, they were there to offer valuable suggestions. Their ability to coordinate the entire building process made everything run smoothly and efficiently.

They handled our job with utmost sincerity and dedication. Our questions and concerns were always given their immediate attention as they made us feel that our home was their number one priority.

What an amazing company! From my first call with Robbie to meeting with John to meeting Marty for the start of the clean up. They were so fast to respond to our needs. We had a condo that flooded and they got there so quick and started clean up right away. They had to remove cabinets, all appliances, and furniture had to be trashed. This is now be my only go to company for restoration services asnd i highly recommend them to anyone!!!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

Do yourself a favor and keep shopping, you DO NOT want to hire Quick Restore.  I screwed up and jumped into hiring this company because my plumber referred me (I'm guessing now was solely to receive a finders fee from QR) and I didn't want to take the time to research abatement/emergency service cleanup companies- BIG MISTAKE.   There is a laundry list of reasons not to use Quick Restore:  
-QR charges you/insurance for stuff they didn't do (I was billed for removal and reinstallation of my reverse osmosis system - I don't own an RO system).  
-For work QR is unwilling/unable to do, they quote you high prices to hire experienced sub-contractors but then choose the cheapest, most inexperienced workers, presumably hired from Home Depot parking lots, to complete the work and QR pockets the savings.
-They make constant mistakes in both their estimates and the work they do forcing you to closely monitor and document everything.  I strongly recommend taking before-and-after pictures so you have proof, otherwise they will argue that it was done correctly.  
-They drag their feet on repair work, be prepared to constantly follow up to remind them they still have work to do.  It took QR a full year to finish the repair work on my kitchen after a drain line backed up.  
-They overcharge for the equipment they temporarily leave in your home.  In many cases it would have been cheaper for me to go out and buy brand new equipment versus renting theirs ($50+ a day for floor fans/dehumidifiers, $100+ for a cheap plastic laundry sink)
-They put very little effort into getting insurance company approvals.  They will send one email and then make you pester the insurance company to pre approve the work so it can get started.  For the price these guys charge, they should do a much better job following up and explaining to insurance why specific work needs to be completed.  
-Very little effort when it comes to matching existing tile, countertops, etc.  Be prepared to do this yourself or end up like me with wonky, mismatched replacements through your your home.

The one good thing I can say about Quick Restore is everyone that works there is very nice, but unfortunately the issues I had with these guys far outweighed their niceness.  Trust me and choose someone else, you'll thank me later.
