Super affordable and quick. I love the new paint and excited to keep working on the exterior of my house. Its a night and day difference. My husband and I are avid DIYers but so glad we hired Classic Shades to tackle this part of our renovation. They did the job so much better than we could have and were top notch professionals.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

The wonderful ladies at Absolut Restoration helped me with a chaise lounge I purchased to reupholster for a specific client request in my glamour portrait studio. It came from a very heavy smoker's home and we were worried we'd have to throw it away. Absolut worked with every aspect from assuring me their process would eliminate the odor, and we completely redesigned the couch from the fabric to repainting all the wood. Thanks to this amazing business I have the most beautiful chaise lounge ever and everyone wants to be photographed in it! And my client loved it too!

Do not deal with this company, they will cheat the insurance company and they will do anything to get more money . The damage to my ceiling was submitted by EcoDry to my insurance company as more than $5000. but going back and forth with email with the insurance company and at the end was agreed at $900. In my opinion the damage was only around $300 since the moisture was very minimal but it took them a week with all the fan that they used to dry the so called damage. The contractor that Ecodry contracted to finish the ceiling drywall did not show up and I end up with a 6X6 feet hole in my ceiling, I have to do the dry wall myself. My insurance company will not agree with the more that $5000 they were trying to get paid. The Eco dry representative that was handling the case was Spencer Jeffers. They even sent wrong pictures that was not taken from my home to the insurance company just to get paid. Hire another company but not this one to avoid what happened to my claim, very dishonest.

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold- remediation company in the valley!!

I contacted a few companies about cleaning our upstairs (2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) carpet. AZ Carpet & Restoration had the best price and the friendliest service. Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.
WOW! What a difference! Our carpet looked fantastic and smelled wonderful! With such wonderful prices and service I will have my carpets cleaned far more often and I am definitely a life time customer of AZ Carpet & Restoration.

Where to start??? May 25th my main water pipe broke in our Master bathroom, I called Disaster Restoration (1st Response Team) to review damages and help with the 2 of water in our carpets that was in the master bedroom, hallway leading into the Living room. The gentleman Josh brought some industrial fans and humidifier that flipped our circuit every 20-30 mins and these machines with hoses had cracks leaking more water on the walls and carpet that wasn't wet (living room) This lasted a total of 6 days as the walls and carpet dried out. ($6,461.54) We were told by Josh that due to a test conducted we had Asbestos a team was coming to take care of the Asbestos and we would need to be out 6/31 to return later that day after the air quality test resulted a positive response. The Asbestos team that spoke very little English advised me and my two children that all the personal and furniture would need to be removed so they can start the cleaning. 2 1/2 hours we spent moving stuff out of the master bedroom, both bathrooms and Living room and shoved stuff ANYWHERE WE COULD! My other three rooms were so full of stuff these rooms could not be accessed. Only to be told before we left it would be a 3-4 days job and us having NO PERSONAL ITEMS TO LAST US 2-3 days!!!!! ($9,826.39) It was a total of 5 days!!! The quality air test, mind you I had to call and follow up on was completed on Saturday June 3, because the business was closed that produces the results we would not hear until Monday?!!???? Monday I finally call the office to find out we CAN enter the house to find No toilets (they put them in my tub and shower, damaging the pan) no sinks or vanities and everything stripped from the living room, bedroom, bathroom and hall... (Still unlivable) It took the company until June 7th to get someone out to look at the damages to write an estimate, it took this guy until June 12 to finalize the estimate to send to our insurance company for approval. It took Him until June 16th to meet to sign a contract that work can be completed and it is now June 29th and he has had ONE OLDER MAN in our house for the last 4 Days putting up some dry wall in a few areas in the house, adding texture to the drywall and removing the old trim and adding new trim... 4 DAYS!!!!!!!! The house is still not painted, we asked back on June 7th when he was there we wanted the 3 bedrooms painted so the house matched, he basically said it is not a priority and will not be done when the carpet is put in. The TILE IN BOTH the bathroom were NEVER CHECKED FOR WATER DAMAGE and when we pulled it up. There was water and mildew and little worms close to the water... I AM SO OVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY and the LACK of professional work they have provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A MESS!!! They do not care about their clients!!! The put a temporary lien on your home without advising you to protect their payment and treat you LIKE A NUMBER!!! I was told tonight, basically they will take their time as they have other jobs to do. We are not a priority ... For $9.8k I bet the BBB will think otherwise!!!! Bless the person that deals with them NEXT!

I recently had water staining in a few of my great room areas and called several roofers. 3 roofers did not want to even deal with my roof due to my solar panels and recommended that I call separate electricians. My neighbor was happy with his recent reroof by Geo Roofing so I gave them a call. Letty, office manager, could not have been nicer. She told me that the owner, Marshall, could go by my house within a day and assess the situation. Marshall responded and gave me 3 options: quick repair (temporary), a 1/2 reroof, and a full reroof. Geo apparently has electricians they use to facilitate the solar deinstallation and reinstallation. I opted for the 1/2 reroof and within a week the job was complete. The solar panels had required laborious forms and solar company approvals and Geo took care of it all. Their work and follow through was excellent. I cannot stress how efficient they are in the coordination of many moving parts and workers.

My insurance gave me their info so I thought they'd be reliable. I called them to set appointment but the receptionist gave me the project manager's phone number to schedule directly with him (why have a receptionist?). I scheduled for a Tuesday and took off work early to meet with Shane at 2pm. No show by 2:30 so I called the official and Shane.
According to everyone there was a schedule mix up so they rescheduled me. Great! Met with Shawn and meeting went well. He even noticed I don't have a temporary sink installed and apologized as his guys should've noticed and I should have a sink by now. I agreed. He said he'd get back to me in the next two days.
I haven't hear back from him or the office and it has been 7 working days since the estimator came to measure and take pictures. I left a message in regards to that sink but no one called back.
I simply don't understand the work ethic here. Don't you want work/money? And if you're too busy then don't take on new projects. Please don't just leave ppl waiting. I wish I had had the opportunity to wOrk with them but I am simply moving on to another company.

AVOID!
In fairness to the restoration side (we dealt with Garrett who was exemplary as was the work his team did), it's the mitigation side of Drystar which we have the issues with.
Overcharging. You get charged $153.39 for them to answer the phone. Item #1 on their invoice Emergency business call - during business hours. Yup, wasn't after hours.....
Debris hauling - by their own invoice they removed 48' of 3 baseboard and 1 sq ft of drywall - hauling/dump fees $117.85
Monitoring - Ha, whatever! We have a log sheet from one of Drystar's workers showing 3 days of monitoring. We know for a fact he never came on the middle day at all.
Customer service - oh yeah, there wasn't any. We complained to Robert Simonon about the issues we had. He wasn't interested in them. All he wanted was to get Drystar paid. Now I have no issue paying a fair price, just these weren't fair.
I brought up the fact that the tech said he'd been there monitoring when he clearly wasn't. Robert's reply, I am not sure if there is some confusion or miscommunication here. But I spoke with Alfonso and he stated he recalled doing the check ups so I am not sure to be honest. Miscommunication? How about outright lie? I'm not sure... Do they even care?
Robert's reply to our inquiry about the exorbitant hauling charge (they could have thrown it in OUR garbage bin there was so little!), We have to dispose of damaged materials and when there is demo we bill for a Haul Debris charge. In other words, here's a flat fee and we'll add it even if it bears no resemblance to the actual work done.
Machines - This seems to be a great area for adding a little extra. Per their own invoice, there's a big disparity between the 3 rooms, one which had little damage, yet was almost the most expensive to fix. We follow all IICRC Guidelines and it has been approved per the adjuster. How would we know if those guidelines were followed? Given all the other items, that quote must be suspect. And we cannot see those guidelines as the document containing them is a paid download. And, no, it wasn't approved by the adjuster for the size of equipment - perhaps the number.
We would NEVER use Drystar again. Having been over 15 years in the construction industry, contractors in the industry already have a less than stellar reputation - Drystar (mitigation side) did nothing to improve that. It's sad to say this as Garrett and his team did a great job of working with us, and doing right by us. The rest......

This company is god awful Steven told us he would take care of everything including the work done at the house only for him to send 8 different people in a week to do his job and they started demolishing the kitchen where our water damage was before insurance denied the claim so now we have to pay thousands out of pocket for that and an additional thousand for a small asbestos test that was done. Also Steven stopped responding to my phone calls and texts after insurances denied the claim but still has his representatives calling trying to charge me what they're owed fuck this company
