Super affordable and quick. I love the new paint and excited to keep working on the exterior of my house. Its a night and day difference. My husband and I are avid DIYers but so glad we hired Classic Shades to tackle this part of our renovation. They did the job so much better than we could have and were top notch professionals.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

We had a great experience with PureTec last week. We were referred to them and Darren was a pleasure to work with- I appreciated his prompt arrival and response, thorough descriptions, and low pressure approach. I ended up learning quite a bit during our quick interactions. I would absolutely use their services if we encounter any future water damage at our house.

We had water damage in our home, called SERVPRO & they responded quickly, moved furniture/appliances, removed the water, set up fans to dry.  They came back twice a day to check progress.  Employees were efficient, very respectful & went above & beyond.  We highly recommend this company!

What a horrible experience!  This company was paid IN FULL by our insurance company!  They not only never returned all of our furniture and collectibles, but they brought expensive items back that they totally destroyed.  They did not bring back items after 16 months--including a hand-carved desk & armoire!  They have refused to reply to our Insurance Agent and to us.  Insurance fraud!!!

Great service! My water heater leaked last week, and I was referred to ecodry by a neighbor. My experience was great from the first call to the repair work! Erica was very helpful and friendly on the phone, explaining exactly what was going on, and the technician that showed up for the repair was extremely friendly and professional. It honestly looks better than it did before! Couldn't be happier!!

Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold-  remediation company in the valley!!

I swear, between a dog and a baby, my carpets are a walking nightmare. Luckily I have Yelp to lead me to a go-to business! Now that I have a baby with a sleeping and nap schedule, I have to carefully plan when people come to work on the house and the windows of time are always a pain because I never know exactly when they will show up. I did some research and realized that Arizona Carpet actually does on time appointments which means they actually show up at a specific time and they really did! I love supporting local businesses and I love that they are not only local but also family-owned who have been in the Valley forever!

When they showed up, I was pleased to see that the technician was very friendly and welcoming and someone who I would definitely trust to be in my home. You never know who is going to show up when you hire a service, but these guys hire good technicians! I even knew who to expect before they showed up because they sent me a picture of the technician and also told me that he had been background checked. I've never experienced a cleaning service who is so thorough!

As soon as I need a carpet cleaning again (which will be soon because Baby D loves to spit up!) I will call Arizona Carpet. I also like that they offer rug and tile cleaning (and they give you a free spotter bottle when they leave!)

I would definitely recommend this company! I had an upstairs bathtub overflow into the bedroom next to the bathroom, the loft, and the hallway besides the bathroom itself:(  I called Disaster Restoration they showed up right away told me what needed to be done and got it started right then. They dried all of the damaged areas in 3 days without causing anymore damage to walls or ceilings! Came to check on the progress every day on my availabilty and Zach even brought us donuts!  Thanks Al for the speedy response, Zach for the awesome customer service, and the crew who helped them with this cleanup!

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. When they come out to do their free inspection, the employee will have you sign a CONTRACT right then. If you can not read it because the signature is done via cell, the employee will tell you that is just says that he came out to your property to do an inspection. That is a LIE!! Thomas Restoration has filed OVER 25 lawsuits against people in multiple courts in a 21 months period. These people say three main things: TR never gave them an estimate, before they have them sign their contract or after. They did not know they signed a contract. TR is over charging. BUT his contract says whatever your insurance does not pay YOU PAY! Please spend the word EVERYWHERE! via chat, blogs complaints etc. Know one else should have to go through this legal expense for a contract, as bad as it is-legally counts as a contract. I am attaching the contract that he has you sign via cell phone (saying it is something else). Along with other documents to show you what I am saying is VERY TRUE!  
This is the personal experience of people I know in lawsuits with Thomas Restoration.  Look at the provided photos I attached and do your own research. To make you own decision. Good luck and please spread the word if you come to the same agreement that I have.

The roofers communicated well, did a thorough and attractive job, and considered appearance and tile match on my old, outdated tiles. They did the job contracted by a solar company, so I can't comment on cost or estimates. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars.

I contacted Stratton restoration after buying a new house needed paint in all rooms and some accent walls. A gas line for a new stove
Stratton gave me a finish  date that was not met.
Sloppy paint job over spray on fans, blinds, didn't get the accent walls  correct. Broken curtain rods ,missing screws on clothes hanging  rods,  broke a blind. did not get contract instructions correct so an another contract was established costing us another $700.
They didn't answer calls or text was very unprofessional had to complain to get anything done.
Im sorry to say that i will not use them again
It took too long to make it right.
And never got back to a job that was not done. Im sure they wanted more money to a job they gave me a quote on at the beginning of all this.

What an amazing company! From my first call with Robbie to meeting with John to meeting Marty for the start of the clean up. They were so fast to respond to our needs. We had a condo that flooded and they got there so quick and started clean up right away. They had to remove cabinets, all appliances, and furniture had to be trashed. This is now be my only go to company for restoration services asnd i highly recommend them to anyone!!!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

I had substantial damage to both my up and downstairs bathrooms. They responded immediately after being notified by the plumber (within minutes). They came to check on the drying out process daily.

Unfortunately they were not responsive to my insurance agents attempt to contact them. They told me I was supposed to turn over my first insurance check to them. Thank goodness my insurance adjuster told me NOT to turn over the check, they are were supposed to talk with the water mitigation department to be paid. The check was for the rebuild, not demolition.

My insurance company advised that the time taking to dry out and tear out was unusual and we should have been in the rebuild phase by then, not still in the drying phase, especially in Arizona! They also left nails sticking up out of the floor that could have resulted in serious injury.

After having Drake, a manager come to my property things went better, however, the demolition crew attempted to not remove everything, even after Drake had told them to do it! If you use this company, you should have Drake involved from the beginning.

They left all the demolished parts laying in my yard and the bathroom. The new company hired for the rebuild had to haul the garbage away for us. This company has much room for improvement. The punched holes in unaffected walls of both my bathrooms due to carelessness. They broke cabinet frames they were supposed to save due to recklessness and carelessness.

The company referred to us by the insurance company has been very responsive and reputable. I hope Quick restore will learn from this process to improve customer service.
