We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

I would give ten stars if I could. Al came out to our house and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us posted on when he would be here and the extra communication was very, very appreciated. He thoroughly reviewed our situation and advised us on how to handle/avoid a freeze up (my terminology!) in the future. I will recommend them to my friends and family and I highly recommend you call them too!!

I had an ongoing issue with my AC unit, and had three different companies out to look at it. A friend recommended Accurate Air and I gave them a call. Their awesome service starts with the nice woman who answers the phone. As opposed to all the other companies who sound annoyed to be speaking with you- this nice person is helpful and courteous and doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting a Judge Judy marathon.

Chuck is the tech who responded to my house and he was just awesome. He did extensive trouble shooting and looked at every possible issue which could be contributing to the problem. Chuck installed a new fix and also educated me on how to watch for potential problems that may arise. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. There was never any attempt to up-sell anything at all. Chuck attacked the problem almost like he was fixing his own AC- which I appreciated. He wasn't rushed and didn't have to be in and out in five seconds like so many other companies. Chuck was very thorough and did a great job of educating me on what his thought process and how things work.

As a bonus- Chuck installed my new 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. Did you know if a Nest Pro installs your Nest- you get a free five year warranty? From the standard two years- you get an extra three- just by having a professional do it. How cool is that?

I'm so glad to have found Accurate Air and Chuck. No one wants to have AC issues- but I can tell you it's nice to have the best people standing by when you have that Aww crap moment and your AC is not working.  Give them a call and see what the Best can do for you.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism shown to me.  My a/c went out on the east side of the house and I have company coming next week and I was sure it was a goner.  To my relief these guys fixed the problem and I HAVE AIR ON THE EAST SIDE.  YEA.

Ian was great. He diagnosed a furnace issue very quickly that another company had sent a technician out 4 times for. Ian also corrected the other technicians faulty work. Highly recommend American air & appliance. Quick response, after calling and very professional, knowledgeable service.

We had a wonderful experience with Señor Mist! The owner Rex, was personally involved from the initial layout  to the completion of the job. It's so refreshing to have someone take pride in their work! Additionally, the temp outside was 101 degrees  and with our new misters on our shaded restaurant patio, it was a comfortable 86 degrees. We are thrilled!!

I found Preferred Air on Yelp while I was in need of a new heat pump ac unit and I'm so thankful I did. Now I don't want to waste anymore time leaving my own 5 star review!! Daniel is awesome and so is his entire crew. When Daniel came out he asked questions and learned what was important to me and what I was looking for, which I liked!! After his assessment, he showed me pictures, gave me all my options in terms that I could understand, along with any recommendations he may have and let me make my own decisions. There was no fast talk or hard selling. He's just a personable, friendly and genuine person who loves what he does. I trust him and definitely recommend him. Daniel and his crew got the new system installed right away and even finished early. They are true professionals.

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Rich came to do a diagnostic on the ac at a home I had just purchased. Once he identified the problem he went through the options I had to correcting the issue. Rich was honest and helpful. We ended up replacing the whole unit and Rich gave us a great deal on the condenser. The unit works great and the house is nice and cool, which is great considering the heat lately. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest technician that won't try to sell you something you don't need and will provide great service.

Due to the high Yelp reviews, I contacted Bell for an A/C tuneup, which while making the appointment, I was told was on special for $39. He started outside by checking the freon and capacitor on the fan motor and told me they were fine. When he went into the attic to tuneup the air handler, the technician (Jeff) found a bad blower wheel in my air handler. No surprise to me, I knew there was a slight vibration in the unit. At that point he came down from the attic, never completing whatever he was supposed to do as part of the tuneup. He gave me an (in my humble opinion) outrageous estimate for the repair ($578). He actually tried to sell me an entire new system. After he left, I called around for quotes and 3 other companies, also with great Yelp reviews, came in at the mid to low $300 range, which seemed a little more reasonable. Needless to say, I had another company do the job the next day for $310. Quite a difference. It was obvious Jeff's goal for the day was to sell a new system. I know many Yelpers are happy with Bell, and that's fantastic. But, have you been paying too much? Lesson learned by me... Shop around and get at least 3 quotes for whatever work you need done.

A few weeks ago on a Friday when it was around 118 degrees out my A/C unit was having problems most the day and decided to use Yelp to find a reputable service company to come out and take a look. Steve's Ultimate was about my 3rd call (first two had no availability), it was about 2:30pm and Steve told me he would be there about 4pm and was right on time. He was there about 30 minutes and had me up and running again (outside compressor blower motor out). I would recommend.

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

Have used Parker & Sons for all my plumbing, HVAC, and water softener maintenance for several years.  Today I had a Plumber, Mike come to my house since I thought I had a problem with a pressure relief/ backflow valve in the back that handle the pool auto leveler.  The valve would slam shut and squeak every 10 seconds or so when the pool was filling.  Mike could hear the noise and gave me a quote to replace it for $596 including a new valve.  As soon as he started to look into it, he stopped and told me he didn't think it was the valve and it was the pool auto leveling valve. He showed me what to fix and said he rather I try that first instead of charging me almost $600 to fix the valve.  He was right and it cost me $10 in parts from Home Depot and about 10 minutes to fix it myself.  This type of honesty and integrity is what I always get from Parker & Sons. Thanks for saving me the $600 bucks, Mike!!!

Jesse came out and serviced our A/C unit with a Spring Maintenance and Tune up.  He was very knowledgeable and showed my husband how to program our A/C for best efficiency.

The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant  and got us scheduled right away.

We were very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again.  I highly recommend this company.

I gotta say we had the worst dang experience ever from a top notch rated company. We had two new units installed (3 ton and 4 ton) and the crew was sloppy (insulation EVERYWHERE), dirty (handprints on the ceiling) careless (thermostat installed not level) and inexperienced (the air was BLASTING out of the bedroom. They must have been new. We had to have the restoration team out twice to fix the mess the first crew made. We love our new AC units, and hope to never do business with this company again.
