I had a huge problem and was getting frustrated with getting different answers from different AC companies.  Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company!

I called about 8 different HVAC companies on a Friday looking for someone that A. I could afford and B. could get my AC system installed within 24 hours! American Cooling and Heating met both requirements! I worked with Wayne from sales / estimating and gave him all my requirements via text over the phone. Now I have worked in the new home building industry for several years as buyer so I kinda knew what I needed. Wayne recommended a Frigidaire split system, 3.5 ton heat pump and air handler and we agreed on an out the door price. American Cooling and Heating beat everyone's price. A scheduler called me and we set up an appointment for early the next morning. American Cooling and Heating was swamped so they used a third party installation company that they are affiliated with called ASAP. The guys from ASAP showed up at 6:30 am right on time and did a great job installing the system. There was a slight problem with the original air handler they had but Wayne personally delivered a new air handler and got the job back on track. The professionalism and the level of customer service that American Cooling and Heating provided is unmatched in this industry . I would recommend this company to my Mother. They are that good! If your looking to replace your AC system or you just need service American Cooling and Heating and ASAP Cooling & Heating are the A-1 guys to go too.

Tom and his entire staff have been helpful, honest, and transparent about the process as we made the decision to replace our air conditioners. The service has been top notch - they've earned lifetime customers.

I have about 12 units at my office and I got fed up with my previous A/C guy who took days to show up and then never permanently fixed the problem. I called Scottsdale Air and they were there the same day and problem resolved. Since then I always call them. In the past 6 months I had them out for 4 different units. Fast, friendly, competent and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them for my home as well.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

We needed a new register/vent installed in a room in our house. They came and gave us an estimate within 24 hours of me reaching out and they got the work done a couple of days later. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Great customer service and great work!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Wish I could give this more than 5 stars! Called this company after discovering our AC had a leak. (Chose them specifically based on the reviews of others.) This past Friday, they replaced our AC and furnace. I can't say enough about the positive experience! Very professional, very caring, very detail oriented. There was no push for us to buy something bigger and better or spend money on useless accessories. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the price was very competitive! Rich and Brenda take the time to explain what they are doing and why and answer any questions you may have. They won't sell you something you don't need. From the get-go, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Contact was amazing! Customer service was beyond amazing! (Upon final inspection, even the inspector commented on what a good job they did!) This company operates with the utmost honesty and integrity...two traits that are rare to find in today's society. Highly, highly recommend!

Can't happen to anybody but us.... 112 degrees an our a/c fails. I call Bell Air at 1:25 pm an expect to hear, we can't get to you till next week because of how busy we are. But no, I hear we will have someone there in 1-1 1/2 hours! The tech shows up (Jeff) in 1 hour, fixes are unit and we are back up bu 3:15 ( bad capacitor) Great service, great tech Jeff

I had Steve and his team install a new Bryant 5 ton Preferred 2 stage AC system last week. Complete demo and install was completed in about 8 hours. Steve and his crew had everything planned out perfectly. Old system was completely removed in 2 hours. 10 minutes later, new equipment arrived. 10 minutes later 2 more technicians arrived. A couple hours later, someone shows up to haul away all trash and old equipment. By the afternoon, my house was cooling down nicely and you couldn't even tell they had been here! The 2 stage system is amazing. You might find a cheaper quote somewhere, but do yourself a favor and pony up the extra dollars. You won't be sorry!

My daughter's AC started leaking and for 2 days, I was trying to find someone who is honest and knowledgeable. Finally, a family member told us about Michael, and we are so glad we called him. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. We can't thank him enough, and he is our guy from now on.

Our AC needed service. Their website said service is available 24/7. Even weekends and holidays. Great. Made an appointment for Sunday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Around 9:00 I get a call that explained it would be closer to 10:00. No problem. At 10:00 no show. At 10:30 I call to see what's going on. I'm told l'm next on the list but they can't say when. At 12 noon I call again. I'm told I'm next on the list. At 1:00 I'm told again I'm next on the list but they still don't know when the tech will be there and they refused to call him to find out when he estimates when he will get there. At 1:30 I get a call from a very nice woman who did a lot of apologizing and offered a free annual maintenance plan. I said I need to be somewhere that afternoon and will they be there by 2:00. She said she didn't know. I said then cancel. She was surprised I would not take her up on the offer for the free maintenance plan. I said what good is having a maintenance plan when you can't tell me when you'll be out? Needless to say we will never be calling them again. Terrible communication.

Professional, experienced, courteous and timely. I have called Semper Fi heating and cooling twice in recent months and have had nothing short of a FIVE STAR experience each time. The technicians have been fantastic. It's rare in this day and age to find a company that provides the necessary service WITHOUT attempting to upsell you or tell you that you need additional unnecessary parts or labor. The 2 techs, Andre and Daniel were not only professional and experienced, but were very courteous and willing to explain exactly what they were doing to correct the issue. I will not use ANY other company and will highly recommend Semper Fi to anyone.

I had George Brazil come out to reinstall my AC due to a roofing issue.  They came out at no cost and their crew was amazing.  Mark and Taurin went above and beyond with their service levels.  They were very knowledgeable and even educated me on issues that was even outside of their scope.  They were a pleasure to work with!
