I had a huge problem and was getting frustrated with getting different answers from different AC companies.  Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this company!

The BEST COMPANY EVER! Not only that they came right away as I was in an emergency situation but they had to wait for numerous obstacles to clear (obtaining a code to get a key from property management, then key not working and waiting for a locks man) so they can get to the fire raiser room in my building. I'm so impressed and absolutely blown away by how much Al and Steve went above and beyond that I want to recommend them to everyone! It turned out that the motor of my A/C had burned out that it will take few days to order a new one. Well, I own a fitness studio and I couldn't afford to shut it down, so they went and bought 4 huge industrial fans, set them up and brought them to my gym! I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW HAPPY THAT MADE ME! Thank you Al and Steve and company for being so awesome without even knowing me!

I had an ongoing issue with my AC unit, and had three different companies out to look at it. A friend recommended Accurate Air and I gave them a call. Their awesome service starts with the nice woman who answers the phone. As opposed to all the other companies who sound annoyed to be speaking with you- this nice person is helpful and courteous and doesn't make you feel like you are interrupting a Judge Judy marathon.

Chuck is the tech who responded to my house and he was just awesome. He did extensive trouble shooting and looked at every possible issue which could be contributing to the problem. Chuck installed a new fix and also educated me on how to watch for potential problems that may arise. I really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. There was never any attempt to up-sell anything at all. Chuck attacked the problem almost like he was fixing his own AC- which I appreciated. He wasn't rushed and didn't have to be in and out in five seconds like so many other companies. Chuck was very thorough and did a great job of educating me on what his thought process and how things work.

As a bonus- Chuck installed my new 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. Did you know if a Nest Pro installs your Nest- you get a free five year warranty? From the standard two years- you get an extra three- just by having a professional do it. How cool is that?

I'm so glad to have found Accurate Air and Chuck. No one wants to have AC issues- but I can tell you it's nice to have the best people standing by when you have that Aww crap moment and your AC is not working.  Give them a call and see what the Best can do for you.

About 2 weeks ago I had a problem with my rooftop air conditioning unit. I called Scottsdale Air and they send a technician out the following day. It was in the evening when I discovered the problem so there wasn't really an issue. The technicians Scott called me and let me know that he had arrived on scene and was going to go up on the roof and check out the problem. About 10 minutes later Scott told me that it was a circuit board and not the fan motor as I had thought. He said since I had an older unit he was going to make a call or to find the part go get it come back and fix it. About an hour later he called me and said everything was up and running and all good to go. Ive used Scottsdale Air before about seven years ago when they replaced both of the units on my elderly mother's house. Their price was lower than the other 3 beds I got. When they did that work I remember that everything that they did was designed to make our air conditioning system work a lot better. As a union plumber I recognize professionalism and pride and it's very prevalent in their workmanship. When my unit went on the fritz their name was the first one I thought of and I'm really glad I did. The units at my elderly mom's house have been working perfectly since the day that they were installed and since Scott fixed our unit it's been working perfectly. As a Tradesman myself I recognize professionalism and when Scott called to let me know the status of the job and how he was going to take care of it and that it was repaired was extremely impressive. When Mike had come out years ago to bid the two units that had to be replaced at my mom's house he was extremely personable and explained anything I didn't understand. I think Scottsdale Air is extremely easy to work with and very fair and their prices and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

I was in a bind my ac was completely out & I needed a new unit. AAA appliance was referred to me by a friend & I'm so thankful.  They were on time each time I met up with them & they did a great job. Ian is very professional & knowledgeable. They're pricing is very reasonable for a new unit!! I would recommend them to anyone in need!

Quoted me $625 for labor only to replace an in warranty single speed condenser fan motor  avoid like the plague.

Nowadays, its rare to find a courteous, honest & reliable professionals to do some work in your home.  We needed our AC & Heating fixed & we found Rich. He was referred by someone who he done some work with & had very good reviews with Severns AC & Heating.  We called & talked to Rich about the issue and he actually showed up the same day we called him even though it was after work hours!  He made arrangements and fixed our AC & Heating in a very timely manner and he even stayed later than he should have until the work was done! Above & beyond helpful!  Responded quickly and actually read my initial request for help (my son recently home from hospital & I asked for a reply in text because my phone ringer off....).  Tech was kind and accommodating.  He even RESEARCHED MY WARRANTY (without my knowing) and got me half off!!  My AC is over ~5 years and I did not even know if warranty still existed!  Tech replaced the capacitor AND checked it all out (levels of Freon, etc).  HIGHLY RECOMMEND and support this local business!

My parents had a leaking AC unit. I called Michael and he was able to help them. My Dad said Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. No more leaking!

We just bought a house 6 months ago and had no knowledge of the original AC unit here other than the fact that it was almost 20 years old. Two technicians came out and gave us some honest answers as there was standing water in our attic from the receiver unit not draining at all hence why our bathroom constantly had a moist feeling in the air. They even allowed me to take a look at it for myself. The sent out a sales consultant later that same day to go over pricing and options. We went with the AC unit from Costco, and ended up getting a better deal than expected. Parker and Son's showed up to my house bright and early at 6:50am, and got the job done perfectly by 1pm. They were kind enough to cover our carpets and flooring, and were extremely prompt and organized with their work. Would love for them to do the plumbing jobs needing to be done in our home eventually, too. I would highly recommend them into your home if you want the job done right, and in a timely manner. I'm thankful they took the stress off us from dealing with a crappy AC unit this summer to a perfectly installed unit with tons of warranty and will service it cost free the next couple years. What  relief it was to find a company with integrity and capability.  I contact a dispatch with Semper Fi at 10:00 am for a problem with my NEST thermostat.  I had only a small window of time when I could accept a tradesperson.  She made that work out.  Ryan was at my door on time, had a diagnosis (after some analysis) within a couple of minutes and was able to make the appropriate fix in short order.  The technician was competent, efficient, and friendly.  
Semper Fi is the real deal.  I'll call them anytime I have an HVAC issue and you should too.  They've served their country and now they provide great service for us!

Our heat went out 2 nights ago. A worker from George Brazil came over and did the inspection. He said the compressor, refrigerant, filter, capacitors plus labor would be $3848.28 and that the warranty on the work would be good for a year. If we bought a new unit it would be around 9000 but it would include duct work and all the other bells and whistles. Not having the money and not sure I really wanted to finance for a new unit I told him we would think about it. He wasn't pushy and he said he wouldn't be and that was nice.  So now I am sitting here in my WARM house and i still have money to feed my family, my mortgage, my car payment and utilities. All it ends up being is the blower! The BLOWER!! How can you guys that work at George Brazil check the unit if the most basic part doesn't even WORK?! I trusted this company. I trusted you and you committed the ultimate sin and I do not trust you guys at all. I don't trust you with my family, friends and anyone else who thinks they are getting a good deal and end up getting ripped off. I am so upset. My kids were cold last night when all that needed to happen was replace a new blower!!! I bet that would have cost about 1000 dollars to do right? Pathetic.

The service manager called me right after he got my email and is handling this promptly. They want to fix their mistake and that is great customer care. This was the email I got Got them and thank you very much! I appreciate you sending the copies over and apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you. I will start the refund process for 85.00 tomorrow and you should receive it in 2-4 weeks. Please let me know if I can further assist you, thanks!
