We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

I had a fantastic experience with American Cooling and Heating. I called on a Sunday afternoon in July and a technician (Al) was at my door in less than an hour. Al quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he had the part on his truck. Al fixed the problem in less than an hour and I was back to having a cool house!  The next day a manager (Scott) called me to let me know that he had talked to my home warranty company and was able to get everything paid for by the home warranty company. I can whole heartedly recommend American Cooling and Heating. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Al and Scott are assets to the company. Thank you for making a bad experience (no air conditioning in Arizona in July) a great experience.

**Update: almost 3 weeks later:  I had a separate, unrelated issue with my air conditioner today.  I was so happy when my home warranty company, once again, said I could contact American Cooling and Heating to fix the problem. Scott answered the phone immediately and took the report. He dispatched Al again, who was out within the hour and fixed the problem with friendly, fast service. The repair cost was reasonable and once again, I don't have to worry about my air conditioner. Love this company and Al and Scott!!

Fast, knowledgeable, and honest.  These guys don't work on commission like the other rip off companies.

As promised I received an estimate to replace the return ducting to take care of the noise problem.  I accepted it and they came out the next week.
The noise problem is now taken care of and they found another problem. The original installer (Arizona TradeMasters - see separate review) put a 5 ton air handler in the crawl space for a 3 1/2 ton unit. That's apparently OK with Trane but they're supposed to set the air handler properly - so it moves air for a 3 1/2 ton unit, not a 5 ton unit. They didn't do that which contributed to the noise problem. Scottsdale Air reset the air handler and did the same for my other unit at no charge.
The work was done efficiently and professionally - I'm very happy with my service.

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Called to schedule an annual check up and got an answer right away. Turns out it was the owner who answered and immediately got me on the schedule for a 2 day turn around. Tony was professional and informative about the check up.. will definitely be using him for future needs!

During the recent hard freeze, our heating system didn't seem to be working properly. We called this company and they were slammed because of the weather.  They promised to come out - and they did.  It was in the evening and well past their normal hours, but the owner showed up and took care of the issue.  He had the house warming up in no time.  Excellent customer service.

Wow! These guys are on it. We purchased a misting and heating system for our back patio. Rex came out and gave us a great sales presentation with no pressure, and we were off. It's only been a week and the heaters have been installed and the misting system is going in next week. So far this team has been very responsive and professional. I will add to this review with pictures once the job is complete. I have no doubt the final product will be amazing.

Daniel was awesome! He was able to come out the next day and was able to solve our AC leak quickly and affordably. Also, unlike many AC companies I have used before, I believe Daniel was honest and gave his best price! Also, he was very patient and answered all my moms questions, and she had a lot of them.I will definitely be using Preferred Air Again!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

What NICE people, starting with Brenda, who scheduled my appointment.  Our AC fan stopped working and with a 15 year old AC unit, I KNEW most repair places would likely just tell me that the whole thing needed replacing.  After reading other Yelp reviews, gave Brenda a call - she scheduled Rich and Michael to come visit.  They arrived on time, and promptly set to work in the attic to determine the cause of the problem.  A burned out IC board.  Rich brought the board down and showed me, as well as the VERY dirty filter which was SUPPOSED to have been changed by the last people who serviced the unit last year.  He and Michael were very personable and very knowledgeable.  Rich said they'd have to get the part from the warehouse and they'd be back the next day to install that and a new filter.  And that they did, the board was the most expensive part of the repair - I thought their labor charge was very reasonable and I was so happy for the honesty of the transaction, not trying to sell me something I did not need.  We will most definitely call on Rich and Michael for our next furnace or AC needs!

I had called Bell on Christmas Eve, I was in Sun City West visiting my Mom.
When we  had returned home and the Heating system was not working. I was giving  a 2 hour time frame.  In 15 minutes Jeff the Tech called and said he'd be there in 15 minutes. I had outstanding service. The problem was very minor but a few adjustments and everything was ok.

It's hard to find people you can trust nowadays.  Fortunately for me I have had the opportunity to work closely with Steve and Irene and they have always been straightforward and honest.  You can't go wrong with Steve's Ultimate Air.

My parents had a leaking AC unit. I called Michael and he was able to help them. My Dad said Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. No more leaking!
We will use Desert Chill for future needs.

I have absolutely no understanding for large companies that charge outrageous amounts of money for freon for an ac unit. I will not name the tech that came to my home because he needs a job just like anyone else. I will say that when he gave me Parker and Sons' price per pound,  and he saw how blown away I was, he then told me he could probably reduce it by 100.00 per pound. That would have been a 30% savings.  I sent him home.  Today I was charged 150.00 per pound.  That's less than 25% of what Parker & Sons wanted. Do not call Parker & Sons for freon. You will get ripped off.

It's been about 2 months since my installation. Could not be happier with the superior customer service received. My installers/techs were Omar, Christian & Jeremy.  The sheetmetal work by Omar was a bonus I was not expecting & it looks amazing. Great care of my home was taken & masks were worn . I recomend Semper Fi for all your heating/cooling needs. From my quote with Froy to the installation by Omar, Christian & Jeremy , Semper Fi was the right choice for me & will be for you as well. Please tip your installers for their hard work.

Calvin and Jose, great guys, very professional, extremely detail oriented. They arrived on time, took great pains to cover and protect everything in the house. Once that was complete they went to work preparing to test the ventilation system for leaks. The system was good, so carefully cleaned and sealed everything, took all the grills outside and washed them off, and after putting everything back together, ran anther test. They difference between the before and after tests, about a 55% improvement in the air flow efficiency.  Money well spent, strongly recommend George Brazil.

We have been using George Brazil since they installed our HVAC system about 5 years ago and did a great job.
Since then we have had them out regularly for service checks, never any problems, just don't want any problems.
We have always felt safe and always very pleased with the service tech's that have come out, however today we had a new tech, Charley. As I mentioned above we have always been very pleased but Charley really went above and beyond, he asked if we have ever had our duct work checked and/or cleaned, and the answer was no. He asked if he could take a little extra time and look them over. Needless to say the duct work has a buildup of dirt/dust/dog hair... Charley also mentioned that SRP was offering a substantial rebate on duct work testing and repairs, he then mentioned how the testing is performed and what repairs will be done.
No pressure to do anything, he simple mentioned some of the other services GB offers and how duct cleaning, testing, repairs, may help with the systems performance, and help reduce some of the dust that is coming through the system.
