We are a company with 21 units and we use Four Seasons for everything from general maintenance to repairs and now as the units are quite old for replacements. They come out quick and get us taken care of with little disruption to our office. I have even switched to them for my personal residence!

The A/C froze up at 11pm  last night, I called several companies that said open 24/7 these were the only ones to call me back.  After quick consult, noting that the system was thawed out and back up and running Al   was willing to come by but told me without the system acting up it would be hard to diagnose, suggesting a service appointment to give the system a thorough checkup.  I really appreciate the fact he could have ran up a charge for a visit, instead gave professional advice.  Will be scheduling a checkup soon

I was completely blown away by this company's level of customer service! Accurate Air was recommended to me by another fellow Yelper and I'm glad I took the advice. They were honest and very dependable. They knew the situation that I was in and squeezed me in as soon as possible.

My condensation line was completely clogged which caused my ceiling to leak. The tech (who was very sweet) was fast and efficient to fix it. Lord knows this is a tough job crawling up someone's attic in a thousand degree weather. Bless you, tech man. Bless you.

Awful rude employees and overpriced when another air conditioner company did it faster and cheaper. And it doesn't break down as much as when this pos company wouldn't maintain my grandmother's air conditioning

Mr. Alejandro did a fantastic job installing our Mini split, he was very professional and communicated very well about the install and process! Would recommend him to anyone looking for professional install and great service!

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

I don't normally use Facebook, Twitter or Yelp for this but I felt compelled to tell my friends in the valley that if you ever need any help with your air conditioner, heater or appliances I hope you use American Air and Appliance!  This isn't a sales pitch but I truly couldn't say enough wonderful things about this company.

They had two people to my house within 2 hours of my call yesterday. After assessing the problem, Ian the owner, explained it to me in a way that I could understand and didn't continue until I completely understood and had all my questions answered. He gave me a few options on how to go about fixing it and even recommend the easier (cheaper) way, not trying to up charge me. The two of them spent over an hour at my house fixing the drain and getting it to work properly for the evening so we wouldn't be out of air for another night.
Three guys (including Ian again) were here for 2.5 hours this morning, right on time, and fixed it completely. Ian explained it all the way thru, showing me the broken parts and making sure I understood exactly what they were doing.
All three guys were clean, professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up their mess and even left my laundry room (access to the attic) cleaner then they found it.
Bridget in the office was kind, understanding and calming when I called to schedule the appointments. She also called this morning to let me know they were on their way. She was professional and knowledgable and relieved a lot of my anxiety.
As a single woman I like to research the problem so that I have at least the basic knowledge of the appliance. I don't want to get taken advantage of or feel confused about what is happening and what needs to be done. I never felt taken advantage of nor felt inferior. If anything I feel they gave me a phenomenal deal financially.  Truly a phenomenal company and I will only ever call them for all my needs.

I just got home and my house is COOL!!!

Daniel was awesome! He was able to come out the next day and was able to solve our AC leak quickly and affordably. Also, unlike many AC companies I have used before, I believe Daniel was honest and gave his best price! Also, he was very patient and answered all my moms questions, and she had a lot of them.I will definitely be using Preferred Air Again!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

This past weekend my daughter called us to ask if she could turn the a/c on.  I told my wife I had so I figured the fuse blew.  Upon arriving at home, I checked the a/c fuse and it hadn't tripped.  I checked the main breaker and it was fine.  I was in a panic.  The a/c is dead.  Saturday night and Sunday I was worried about how we're going to pay for new air conditioner.  I had already Yelp'd for asomeone to contact for a/c repair and saw the reviews for Murrieta Air Conditioning.  I'll call them first thing Monday morning.  Monday morning I get up to see what rebates are available for new air conditioning at Socal Edison.  There were some available but only through certain contractors.  I Yelp'd their Platinum service provider for the area and read numerous reviews of the type of service I was trying to avoid.  The thought of spending $4000 - $6000 for a/c right now was not what we wanted since I'm retired and the Mrs is without employ since 2 weeks ago.  I contacted Rich Monday morning and he was as assuring as it can get.  It's usually not the a/c but we'll see...  I'll be there about noon after my 11 appointment.  He arrived exactly as promised and within minutes identified a loose mangled wire under a poor black electrical tape repair (No, I didn't do it!!).  Can you imagine the relief I had.  (No, you really, really can't).  Rich proceeded to check the freon and verify there was no hard start issues and found all was fine.  All done for less then most trip charges with no repair.  This is where you should have your a/c repair work done, hands down!!.  Friendly, fast, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, service with a conscience.  Thank you, Rich.

We called on a Friday night at 6:15 to just leave a message for Monday. To our surprise, they answered and said they would send someone out in the morning for no charge. We were shocked. Chris arrived promptly as promised and realized it was just our thermostat we installed over summer. We didn't realize we had to set the heat settings differently for gas vs our electric air. He had it fixed within minutes and didn't charge us a penny. Yelp users get that wonderful benefit. Be sure to mention you saw them on Yelp. Now, I feel I'm a good judge of character. Chris was genuinely caring and honest. Our unit is almost 18 years old, so it's getting to be that time to do. Guess who we will be calling? Yep. Bell Air. Thanks!

Steve and his team are great! He was incredibly prompt, he kept me educated as he did all of my service and install, and was so kind! It's a small thing, but he loved on my dog and remembered her name.

The best is he fixed the problem I had, serviced my AC and heating and kept me educated along the way! Steve has a life long customer!

My parents had a leaking AC unit. I called Michael and he was able to help them. My Dad said Michael was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. No more leaking!

I am very disappointed in Parker & Sons.  They are way over priced and did not offer to help me in any way. Their technicians are paid on commission therefore they want all the money they can get.  I had them come to my house two times for AC issues and not once did they wear any protective footwear when they came into my home (like their commercial shows).  For the ac issues all they did was want to sell me not one but TWO new units for 15,000.00 when my one unit is working fine.  Then they said they would give me a smokin' deal and sell me just the one for 6,500.  They even offered to throw in a cruise if I went with them (so the cost of a cruise is included in the cost of everything). I had them also come out for a gas hot water heater issue and again was WAY over priced and did not offer me any reasonable solutions. I got a new gas water heater for less than HALF of what P&S were quoting, with less hassle too.

Don't fall for the $17 check up. They claim you'll need all these repairs. Get the check up and get a second opinion, you'll be surprised what you don't need for repairs. It's amazing how there's no bad reviews on his website and they're rating is so high. They've been removed.
Shame on the owner for using a sacred military term to lure in the military and patriotic Americans who want to support our military. Don't fall for it. Forget the military discount their prices are insane to begin with.

Worst service I ever had for HVAC service. I spent two weeks freezing because of poor service personnel and no management assist. That was Jan. Today, mar 1, I was screwed again by having a checkup cancelled with no notification.

STAY AWAY from this company. Very, very dissatisfied here.
