The company did a very nice job on our floors.  When finished, you will have the option of paying with a credit card at one price or in cash at a lesser price.  Be sure to inspect all of your electrical that they used when they did the work before paying.  A few days after they left and we were in the process of getting the house back together we had to call in an electrician to repair problems that they caused and did not tell us about.  We have contacted them about this but have heard nothing.

Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

Acuity  builders redid my kitchen , flooring and fireplace when i had a leak in my kitchen.   I had to replace some damaged areas and then decided to do some small upgrades to my condo.   Ken and his team were always a pleasure to work with.  Gabby is pleasant and kind and she too was a joy.   I had a small paining issue and when i talked to Gabby about it, i had a call from ken within 5 mins to schedule someone to come back and fix it to my liking.  I love the way my condo looks now and would use Acuity Builders again in a heart beat.

The Cardinal Clean team led by Luis Hernandez were outstanding! I had water damage from leaky washer, they quickly responded and began mitigation process. The helped throughout the process from start to finish. They were very professional and communicated very well about the process.  I highly recommend the Cardinal clean team for your needs.
