The company did a very nice job on our floors.  When finished, you will have the option of paying with a credit card at one price or in cash at a lesser price.  Be sure to inspect all of your electrical that they used when they did the work before paying.  A few days after they left and we were in the process of getting the house back together we had to call in an electrician to repair problems that they caused and did not tell us about.  We have contacted them about this but have heard nothing.

The service and professionalism that was shown John was outstanding. My tile is almost 10 years old and looked every bit of it. Today it looks brand new. I highly recommend this outstanding work.

Angel from Chaos Restoration is literally my Angel. My AC condenser in my attic was overflowing and water was dripping through my vent in my upstairs bathroom. It quickly escalated and I was so afraid my ceiling was going to cave in and the water would go through to my first floor. Angel came out seriously within 20 minutes of me making a phone call and was able to get all the drywall down and the fans drying everything out while his brother Ruben from Mosqueda Refrigeration stabilized the AC. I can't even tell you how relieved I was. They guys were all so nice and the bathroom looks brand new now. Thanks guys!

I give Ernie a 10+ for communicating in a timely matter . He showed up on time and was very respectful of my home. Did a great job and cleaned up as well and was very pleasant person.

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

I had a broken water heater in my garage and used Synergy Restoration to do the repair of damage.  They were extremely reasonable in price, worked with schedule, and I'd highly recommend them.

I purchased a home in March of this year knowing I would need to have some work done on my new home. I contacted Matthew at Acuity Builders and we met to discuss my plans. After one meeting I was happy to know work would start in a short amount of time. The work was completed as promised, on time and at the budget/estimate price that was as quoted. I moved into a new home and the painters left tiny spots of paint all over my brand new tile. Cardinal Clean came in and cleaned my whole house, it looks so beautiful and clean now. They spent all the time needed to do the job right. Anthony and Edgar were polite, thorough, and just did a fabulous job. Anthony knows his stuff and I was so impressed with how he went over every bit of my tile to make sure that it was done well. They made sure to put all my furniture back where it was. I would definitely recommend them!!

I had, what the insurance company told me, was a small water loss. After having a number of contractors come by to look at the damage, I was told there was much more damage than the insurance company originally paid for. The insurance company had offered $2250 for my repairs. I hired Property Claim Adjusters, and they were able to get the insurance company to pay$31,564.23. Wow! These people are experts dealing with the insurance company. In the future, I will call them first.

Say if insurance doesn't pay then you don't pay, then they help the insurance company deny you then sew you for the bill, never would use then ever
