Working with Dave Richardson and Mexican Tile Restoration was a pleasure. The company is dependable and each crew did an amazing job from broken tile removal and replacement, stripping to staining and sealing. The attention to detail and the respect shown to our home was impeccable. It is obvious that these people are not only knowledgeable but also love what they do. Our outdated whitewashed Saltillo tile was transformed from dated to stunning. Everyone who has seen it is amazed at the difference. I disliked the former tile so much that I had considered removing it, but now I am so happy that we chose to restore it. The new look has transformed our home into a showplace taking it from blah to ahhhh! Dave's creativity in selecting colors to stain our tiles was well worth the money we spent on this project. Thank you to each one of the artisans who made this project a dream come true!

Wow!!!  I am amazed at how beautiful my floors turned out!!  They were quick to come and estimate and quick to book and quick to do the work.  It's been over a month and I'm still thrilled!  Haven't found any 'oops' in the job.

Angel from Chaos Restoration is literally my Angel. My AC condenser in my attic was overflowing and water was dripping through my vent in my upstairs bathroom. It quickly escalated and I was so afraid my ceiling was going to cave in and the water would go through to my first floor. Angel came out seriously within 20 minutes of me making a phone call and was able to get all the drywall down and the fans drying everything out while his brother Ruben from Mosqueda Refrigeration stabilized the AC. I can't even tell you how relieved I was. They guys were all so nice and the bathroom looks brand new now. Thanks guys!

Ernie is a Five Star Guy! Can t say enough about him. He went above and beyond! If you want a guy who will respond quickly, get the job done at a reasonable price and be friendly and knowledgeable as well, then don't look any further. Ernie doesn't just do a job. He provides a service!

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

Terrible! Gabby from Acuity came out in December, said she would send me a quote that week but instead she just disappeared. After a month of me texting, vm, and trying to get a response, I finally called her boss. Within 10 minutes she then responds (where had she been the entire month I was leaving her messages) and says I have to get back in touch with the restoration company. I said they are done, I paid them, and my deductible with insurance is already satisfied. She then argues with me that insurance never does that. Well, don't know what to tell you Gabby but thats what they did and my deductible is satisfied. I just need your quote that I have been asking for over a month. She then tells me I have to sign a contract before they will give me a quote. What??!! You want me to sign a contract and THEN you'll tell me how much it costs? What a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Acuity Builders.

I wish I had read the reviews before going with this company. Terrible service in the pack up. Nothing close to the service the owner Jeff explained. No integrity! My unpack was as stressful as my house flood. Should have know wanted all the money upfront. I ended up working with the unpack team unpacking! They need to compensated me for my time. And I'm still unpacking after they left. Run don't stop.

Hi, Tavisha is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and advice person, she will always answer your questions and give you the best advice, she's on your side,  never the insurance side, finally we have someone who could help us to have a fair payment  from the insurance company thank you Tavisha!!!!

Kelly and her team are handling a major fire restoration on a client's rental property, total gut job and rehab needed and everything has been great. her team has been on time, professional, and helpful every step of the way. dealing with the insurance companyn is always the hardets part, and they have been on top pf the communication in between, wich makes my life so much easier. thanks ServPro
