Best Windows Installations in United States

I have an older home and was worried that the windows were put in incorrectly by the previous owner. Slider door guru came to my home and inspected the windows thoroughly for defects. After determining that my windows were actually good quality and installed correctly, they gave me tips on how to maintain them. This was all done as a courtesy.

They did great work on installing a new slider for me. Communicated well, looks and works great and they added the customizations I needed. Definitely will be using them again for future work.

Excellent service and we love our doors! We got a quote for double entry doors and security doors as well, checked a few other places and the quote was comparable to the others so decided to go with Vision. So glad we did! We just had two large bathroom mirrors and a large shower door installed by Glass Doctor. Nick and Steven just completed the installation. They did a FABULOUS job. Very professional and polite along with a great installation. Highly recommend going to the Doctor for your glass needs!

Brandon was really helpful and friendly! He was well informed, professional and knew just what to do to make my slider work perfectly! After they contacted me and informed me that the door had a 3 year warranty on it and offered to fix it the door was replaced.  I am now a happy customer. It fits, looks great and works wonderfully. Good customer service !

Peak Windows reached out to me again after my negative review, and very kindly handled the situation politely (and re-sent their quote). THANK YOU for your quick communication! Disregard my prior review:
Asked for a quote via email so that I could bill the insurance company from a delivery gone wrong.
They replied to my Yelp message, but ceased all communication after the initial response.
Not sure what happened, but it appears you will have poor communication through this company. Good luck!

So I am absolutely terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane.  I utilized his services earlier this year for some new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door, and I could not have been more pleased.  I've done a lot of renos to my place, so I've dealt with a fair share of people, and he absolutely stood out to me.  When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him.  He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door (which I thought I was going to have to go with yet another company for)!  I gave him all of my concerns, and he had an answer for every single one.  He even said to me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't.  You don't need new unless you really want them.'  That floored me; you rarely ever get that kind of honesty!  I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him.  And I could not be happier with the work he did.  He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.  

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged.  And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

Well I was referred to this company by another glass replacement company that does not do second floors. I call and a woman answers and says hello rather short. Not Hello ABC Glass , etc. how can I help you ....and then proceeds rather rudely to say I am with a customer, give me your number and I will call you back after I am done with this customer. Never called me back. Don't think I want to work with a company if this is the way they welcome your call for new business. Shame on you.

We had our shower glass door done by them, they had a reasonable quote and were always in communication with us via Yelp. We had to delay the measuring because we hadn't finished our shower tile, but they were patient and come out once we were done. It took about 8-10 days for the glass to come in, and they offered 1 time slot for scheduling. They did the work quick and we've had it about 2 weeks now and it's doing great. We love the look of it and it was a pretty smooth process!

I reached out to the company for a quote for a client. They were quick to respond and had a very fare rate for the work requested.

The owners followed up on my issues and took care of everything promptly. We are happy with the finished product and enjoying the kitchen remodel.

They used a dirty tactic last week to get my case closed with the Registrar of Contractors by having their brother Justin Jobe who they told the Better Business Bureau isn't even part of their company show up in their place for the inspection. Here's the thing, Justin Jobe was already told that he wasn't allowed to come back to my house and it was all done so that I would deny access. The ROC investigators had already told me to involve law enforcement, but then used it against me by closing my case against Haven Construction when their brother Justin Jobe of Grayson LLC came in their place even though everyone knew he wasn't allowed on the property. I've added more photos because now the foundation is cracking my floor tiles and expanding the crack in an exterior wall too.

The guy told me not to buy this unit sold at Home Depot but to buy one from Parker and son. Parker and son wants $7,000.... This was $1,200 + 500 to a guy to install it. Saved me $5,300 by not listening to the guy working at Home Depot... I don't get why they buy these, stock them and then not try to sell them....
