Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. We just finished up a bathroom remodel with new shower doors. We selected Wesley's glass after meeting Peggy. She came in and helped us pick the right product at the right price. The installation was on time and quick with the results all we could hope for. We are very happy we selected Wesley's glass.

These guys are great! I needed a new door installed and was able to schedule with them a few weeks out. There was a minor sent back because one of their guys went down due to COVID, but the delay wasn't too long. Also, I appreciated the way they communicated this with me and I am sure with their other customers as well.

Any, I eventually got the door installed, and they definitely did an excellent job. It took them a little longer to install because of the location of my doorway, but they got it in.

They also installed a security for me as well.

Overall, I'm happy with the overall service because they were highly responsive and very professional guys on the job. I would recommend them.

Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

We used them for our church front doors, and bathroom doors.  They came when we asked them too, right before a wedding was to start, finished before the guests arrived, and cleaned up so no one knew they were there.  They had to come back this week to finish doing some other doors we had asked them to do and again they showed up on time, finished quickly, cleaned up, and the price was the lowest we could find for the same work to be done by other companies.  I would highly recommend their service.

Wonderful family owned business!  Debbie is above & beyond friendly on the phone.  Victor came out to our rental house the day after I called for service, and worked around our tenant's schedule.  Took the sliding screen door, repaired it, then brought it back.  They are easy to communicate with and seem like truly honest people.  Unbeatable prices for the work they do!

I will definitely be using them in the future if I need it!!

Worked with Britt on getting moving wall window system installed. Had Nate and George for the install team. Very conscientious and meticulous, cleaned up thoroughly each evening. Finish work is spotless and it looks like the house was built with the system already in. Not inexpensive, but feel we have a superior install and product thanks!

Appointment went well with sales lady, she was great. I knew they were priced higher but wow. I didn't think much of it until another contractor I was talking to quoted me to install Pella windows. We had looked at the Impervia fiberglass windows as one of the options. Pella quote was (rounding off here) $51,000 and change...competitors price to install Pella Impervia windows $32,000 and change. How in the world can someone else buy YOUR WINDOWS and install them for almost $20,000!!!!!! Cheaper!!!!!!! This is not even respectable and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Worst experience I have been through. I own several rental properties in the valley and gave these guys a shot.. big mistake, after I was quoted for the glass, I had to call 4 different times to get the final amount. The glass was installed on a Friday, and I had 3 voicemails on my phone by Wednesday (as I was on vacation) for immediate payment or else a lean would be placed on my property...5 days, counting the weekend and Memorial Day Monday. After I called back telling them of my experience thus far, no apology was offered. I let them know that I would pay them when I received the bill which I was told they would email to me.. What do you want to bet I don't see that for another week if ever? There are plenty of good glass companies in the valley; I tried these guys out so you don't have to. Be warned and go with someone professional, it's certainly worth the few extra bucks.

I am only able to speak to our experience with glass replacement and emergency board up. We had an window broken at our home on Thanksgiving and had to get an emergency board up and window replacement.

The board up was great-- quick and on a holiday. 5/5.

The window replacement has been awful. We were supposed to get a replacement within a week, and the appointment day came and went with no communication. We followed up multiple times, and got a text back saying he'd be there Monday to install. The measurements on the window were wrong, so he said he could install Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, I reach out in the morning and afternoon. No show, no contact, nothing.

If you need an emergency board up, these guys are fine. But if you need a reliable window replacement and professional communication, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Joe was incredibly knowledge and gave me a great lesson on roofing 101. The guy is passionate and cares about informing the customer.

Illuminations replaced 2 windows & a door with a 14' x 9' sliding door and a window to match the door.   We had a plumbing pipe to work around, otherwise the door would have gone across the entire wall.  The team is great to work with and very professional.  Even with a couple obstacles, they were flexible and worked around them.

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
