Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. They did a great job replacing some glass shelving in our kitchen cabinet! Easy to work with and fast.

These guys are great! I needed a new door installed and was able to schedule with them a few weeks out. There was a minor sent back because one of their guys went down due to COVID, but the delay wasn't too long. Also, I appreciated the way they communicated this with me and I am sure with their other customers as well.

Any, I eventually got the door installed, and they definitely did an excellent job. It took them a little longer to install because of the location of my doorway, but they got it in.

They also installed a security for me as well.

Overall, I'm happy with the overall service because they were highly responsive and very professional guys on the job. I would recommend them.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ive never had better service!!! Ricardo showed up with a crew to do follow up repair on previous door install and when he left every concern I had + some I hadn't noticed , had been taken care of.

They did what others couldn't do, and they did it well! You get what you pay for with these people. They might not be the cheapest, but they do the best job. You will not need to worry about their workmanship, letting them into your home or whether they will show up or not. Tami is great to work with and all the guys who have come out to our home we're fantastic!

Our artificial grass was melting. I called Lines Sunscreens and Jenna understood the urgency of the situation. She was very friendly and expedited our request to have sunscreens installed sooner than the regular schedule.

The installation guy was in and out in no time as well.

I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. I am only able to speak to our experience with glass replacement and emergency board up. We had an window broken at our home on Thanksgiving and had to get an emergency board up and window replacement.

The board up was great-- quick and on a holiday. 5/5.

The window replacement has been awful. We were supposed to get a replacement within a week, and the appointment day came and went with no communication. We followed up multiple times, and got a text back saying he'd be there Monday to install. The measurements on the window were wrong, so he said he could install Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, I reach out in the morning and afternoon. No show, no contact, nothing.

If you need an emergency board up, these guys are fine. But if you need a reliable window replacement and professional communication, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Zac arrived late for our appointment but called to explain his GPS had misled him. This was not unexpected as many others have encountered this same issue. He was later able to use a high-tech tool to accurately measure our roof. His price was not the cheapest, but it was reasonable, and the system and 50-year warranty were the best. We are looking forward to an uneventful project.

Had a door, sliders and most of the Windows replaced. I usually don't do reviews whether a good or bad experience. This has been a nightmare dealing with lack of job completion and debris left at the job site despite taking the final payment. Multiple phone calls. Emails and pictures. Windows and doors leaking when it rains causing interior damage to the home. Still to this day have leaking issues of doors. Molding falling off Windows. Beware!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
