Great service and price. Did not try to up-sell. On time and fast installation.

Extremely disappointed in my leaking shower! They tried reasealling it and replacing bottom brackets but water still runs down and escapes! Water all over the floor.
I would not recommend them. Still trying to get resolved. Feel the manufacturer screwed up and I should be refunded.

This glass company was absolutely amazing! They answered their phones when I called, they showed up to all their appointments on time, and they installed the most beautiful shower door in my custom luxury home in Goodyear Arizona. I am so grateful to the owner Richard Craft and to the staff for supporting me during one of the biggest remodels of my life. Great job!!

salesman reels you in then you never hear from him again never comes back to see how the job is going

Unfortunately, I have found the service levels of Bird Glass and Israel to be poor at best.  I understand delays because of product shortages, I understand repairs to previously installed products don't receive the same attention as new jobs. What I can not deal with is multiple and when I say multiple I mean 7 times I was promised that someone will be out to fix a leak in the shower installed, just a few months ago.  Israel has said he will be at the house and was a no show. But more than that no even giving the courtesy of letting me know that he wont be able to show. We all have busy lives, we all have jobs and understand when things come up. What is the challenge is the constant telling me he will be there and not showing.  It effects my schedule it effects my wife's schedule.  The lack of consideration and concern for my time is uncalled for.

I do like to shop around, and I do like to enjoy my building projects, as well as make them go smoothly. I install my own windows, so I cannot speak to their install process, however, this is my second,
no-fuss purchase through Low-E windows, both delivered on-site, and I'm very happy with the result.

I wanted to write an update since I don't want someone using this company and realize they are a fraud. Jeff came to my house and replaced the rollers and worked great. He stated 3 year warranty and would come back anytime. 1 week later our door was making a weird sound as the roller was scraping against something. Text Jeff and he said he would be out but never showed up. I text him 2 more times and no response. I would save the frustration and go with someone else as Jeff is not reliable or professional.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to buy a shed that Home Depot was showing in their garden area.  Went to customer service to order it on Apr 24.  Yes, it was available.  So I ordered the materials needed to build a floor and shingles for the roof.  I, then went to a shipping service and paid them to pick up the shed.  They were to wait for my call to tell them when it would be ready.  I'd been promised that it would be that afternoon.  I paid the service.  Then, that same day I get a call that the shed was not available.  That I could pick up everything but the shed.  I asked when the shed would be available and the man told me the 26th or 27th.  The next day I call and I was told that the order was cancelled.  How could it be cancelled?  So I advised the customer service person that it wasn't cancelled by me.  She tells me that the shed is in stock and that they will pull it.  OK.  I receive no call.  The next day I go to track the order and there's nothing there.  So I call again.  These calls I make take at least 30 minutes of holding time each.  When I speak to the lady, she knows nothing about it, but tells me it wasn't cancelled.  And like the others, it will be available.  I ask her if she can guarantee that and she transfers me to Angel at the store.  I get hung up on, but Angel calls me back.  She tells me that the one available showing on the computer is the model and that the actual shed is not available.  She continues to inform me that because it hadn't sold well, they probably wouldn't get any more in stock.  I am incensed now.  I paid the delivery service in advance and will probably not get my money back.  And I will receive no shed which I need desperately.  So, I cancelled everything.  She assures me that my credit card will have no charge on it.  We'll see.  I can guarantee her one thing.  I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN.  Lowes, here I come.

I hired Sears to install a front door in October 2017, the completion date was supposed to be December 10, 2017.  The install date turned out to be January 12, 2018.  The job was terrible.  I contacted sears to let them know I was unhappy with the job.  They sent out another person on January 23 to look at the door.  He told me they would have to reorder parts and come back out to fix the door.  The last thing I asked him to do was to have sears contact me and let me know when I could expect them to come back out and finish the door.  Today is February 2, 2018 and I have heard nothing, nothing.
