Found this company on Groupon and scheduled an estimate for my bathroom shower remodel. Also got competitive bid from Gilbert Glass. While both companies were very professional and polite , the quality and price of Nelson Glass was OUTSTANDING by comparison!! Beautiful work !!

I've been using Mirage Glass & Mirror here for the past eight years and they have done dozens of jobs for me in every home I've ever owned. I'm also a contractor who uses them it has experience using them on over 100 jobs in the valley. They've done everything for me from mirrors, table tops, shower closures, shelves, stairway railings, glass walls and the list goes on and on. The owner Rich craft is one of the best business owners and knowledgeable class people you'll ever meet! He's exceptional with people, has the image and design and he's reasonable on your pocket book, always working in my budget and spending my money as if it's his own!

Latch did an amazing job in my new house. I did a whole house remodel including my back yard. The final project was everythingI imagined.

I was referred to Isreal and Bird glass from a contractor friend. I would echo other people's comments that communication is a challenge. I had to call him a week after we were scheduled for install to remind/reconfirm. The install went ok but was not sealed properly. For 6 weeks I called and texted Isreal to complete the job. He didn't respond for 3 weeks and then scheduled a time and he no showed and didn't call. He didn't respond for another 3 weeks and then we finally scheduled a time and he AGAIN no showed and no call. Throughout this time we couldn't take a shower without water getting all over our floor. I finally had to call another company to fix and finish the job. I like supporting small businesses but I also want to get what I pay for. Isreal - very disappointed as I was hoping to give you a strong endorsement.

I do like to shop around, and I do like to enjoy my building projects, as well as make them go smoothly. I install my own windows, so I cannot speak to their install process, however, this is my second,
no-fuss purchase through Low-E windows, both delivered on-site, and I'm very happy with the result.

This was my first time contacting the business.
The representative who answered my phone call was not very approachable. They seemed frustrated with the questions I was asking in regards to a quote and old information listed on the website. I am giving this a two star review because they were able to answer my question, I need to shop somewhere else.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to have $1500 worth of blinds ordered and in stalled by homedepot.  
1.  Ordering:  good, the lady who ordered was good, but after that was all dow hill.
2.  Paying  for measurements:  the person to come and measure was Real baad.  He called at 7:45pm to set time, not during working. They he didn't suppose to do, calls only during working hour, LIES....... ans they would take of it.  LIES... continue reading.
3. Delivery of blinds.  They told me the blinds would be delivered at my back garage door, no, no... two delivered front door, one back door, WOW.  I called to explain I was missing blinds and when would they be delivered.   They told me Thursday of the week, nothing.   I called  and told them I didn't receive.  They looked up my order said the computer shows Friday next day, nothing delivered again.  I called again and they said Saturday, nothing.    You can imagine how I felt now.  Didn't get until Monday the next week.   They did the ordering and made more excuses on way delivery wasn't done on time or correctly -Bad customer service
Installation: They promise that the installer would call during work hours  to set up time, again lies,, no he called again at 7:45, during my dinner time which  shouldn't be used for other things.   I asked why he calling so late, he said that's when he makes his calls ummmm.  Homedepot said it wouldn't happen again, but again it did.  Pooooooor customer service
4.   I will NEVER use Homedepot for any more projects. Their unreliable, make up excuses (lies) to cover for installers, delivering and they're unreliability.  One star is all I can give, if a negative 1 is possible I would give.  Its a bad time to give bad service.

Called Sears to get an estimate on A/C replacement cost, the representative shows up tells us we have to make a decision Today, if not all of the discounts that he can give us, will expire once he leaves if we don't sign contract. This is EXTORTION, ridiculous high pressure sales technique!!! Don't call Sears it's a waste of time, they only re-brand other manufacturers equipment and hype that it Sears, the pricing started off at double 4-other bids we received for same equipment!!!
