I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

10/10, would recommend. These guys provided great pricing and offered great communication. Even when our windows were delayed due to COVID, they were super helpful and friendly along the way.

Where they really shined was their on site service. Their consultation and installation teams were such a joy to work with. Their installation was incredibly quick, very high quality, and all of the employees were friendly and a joy to have around.

This probably won't be our first time replacing old windows and sliding doors in an old house, so I'm sure we'll go with them again.

We recently had new triple pane windows installed by RMK windows. We recently moved into a home built in the early 1900's. I'm pretty sure the windows were close to that old, so it was not a simple job. I couldn't have been more impressed! The process was seamless from start to finish. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable, but the crew that did the install were the true stars! They were efficient, fast and their work was impeccable. They were always respectful of our home and time. They showed up when they said they would and kept us apprised of when they would be done. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and took it with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. I can already feel a difference in the temperature of our home.

I had projects that weren't appropriate for this company, but the two guys who showed up checked all my windows anyway for free. As a female first-time home buyer, I appreciated the check. Great company -- would call them again!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We recently had all our windows done with the security screens.  Not only do they look beautiful we feel very safe.  I am so happy. They aren't cheap however you can't put a price on your safety.  We live in the Phoenix area. I would recommend this company and if you can afford them get it done. Worth the investment.  The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.  I loved working with Carey  the Manager very nice  and the installer Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable.  They really want you to be happy with the product.  LOOK INTO GETTING THEM!!

We just had a stain glass panel installed on the front door. The door looks amazing. The stain glass installed by Kevin, was professional and impeccable. I would recommend this company for anyone wanted to enhance the entrance to their home.

My employer found a cracked glass in one of our manager's offices. Called this company and two others, they were the first to respond, the first to come out and view the damage and the first to give us a quote. Within a week the replacement glass was installed and we were really pleased. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

This should be less than one star. These guys are horrible. Made appointment weeks in advance and they cancelled the day of, with no concerns. Hire at your own risk. I was able to find a higher rated company who actually apologized for My bad luck and had a technician out there for my original appointment with Freelite. Maybe I should have the Freelite guys give a call to learn how to properly run a business

Wow!  From start to finish this company did a fantastic job. Had one patio door and eleven windows installed. It was a big job and I was/am very impressed. The salesman, John, was extremely patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The owner, Jeff, came out himself and did the final measurements. Their install team was experienced, polite, and clean. Bill, their customer service rep came out throughout the install and then  week later to make sure everything was going to my expectations. IF in the event I need something or have an issue in the future I'm confident they will have my back. I still have some windows to do and will definitely be giving them a call when I am ready to get that started.  Thank you!

Requested a quote on Yelp.  Was contacted extremely quickly and made an appointment for the next morning at my house.  Was given several options for what I wanted (including an option that was much less expensive then what I first asked for a quote on).

Arrival for our appointment was prompt and the appointment was concise and informative.

Craig left with our existing two patio screen doors and returned 3 days later with them rescreened.  Pet guards were added when they were returned.

They look great and I appreciate the guarantee on the pet screens.  Cost was very affordable.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

Great team. Great windows. Wife is thrilled.
She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a window that lost its seal and was fogging. They came out quickly to take measurements and give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable and I gave them my deposit. One week later, window is in and you'd never know it was a replacement! Thank you, Angel, for the quick, seamless installation.
