I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

10/10, would recommend. These guys provided great pricing and offered great communication. Even when our windows were delayed due to COVID, they were super helpful and friendly along the way.

Where they really shined was their on site service. Their consultation and installation teams were such a joy to work with. Their installation was incredibly quick, very high quality, and all of the employees were friendly and a joy to have around.

This probably won't be our first time replacing old windows and sliding doors in an old house, so I'm sure we'll go with them again.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project.  From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch.  We had recently purchased a 1980's home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows.  The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too.  The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows.  The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed.  After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty.  The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Just had a great in home estimate done with this company.  This is our third new construction home; thus, we have had many estimates from many different trades.  BJ was by far the best sales representative we have had.  He is not only kind and courteous, but he gives you the straight talk and direct pricing.  We found him to be honest and integerable.

We love this family owned company.   They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service   Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues.  he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock  so it worked properly   our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt.  Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way    He was in and out between 45 min and an hour.  Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks.   I would recommend them to anyone. My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

Great Great Great customer service and installation! Jason was very thorough walking through his estimate as well as during the actual installation. He kept me in the loop while my window was being made/ordered. He explained what he was doing and super friendly. Corners were not cut and I have a beautiful window now. 1). Josh did a great job: listening to what I envisioned, the measurements, quote and my technical questions about the energy efficiency of the windows.  I felt comfortable with the purchase.
2). Good communication about the schedule from the office.
3).  Windows arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly.
4).  The install team was spot on.  a). They respected my request to mask up when inside the house.  My wife is COVID susceptible due to lung issues.  I really appreciated that. b) They did a great job taking out the old windows.  The contractor we used for another job left large pieces of broken glass that were dangerous to our dogs.  These guys had a system that was well thought out.
5) The windows are great, good looking as expected (from the work we did with the salesman) and you can already feel the efficiency benefit by the way the room feels.

I will use them when I replace my front windows.

Brandon and his team were great. They really went the extra mile to leave a clean workspace, and were careful with our home. They helped move furniture to get the access they needed as I have a small space.  They were great with communication, and did NOT smell like smoke (a contractor peeve of mine). My kids read stories to them while they worked (because like most kids, my kids haven't had much company recently), and they were friendly and accommodating of my kids wanting to be chatty with them.

The pricing was very fair for the quality, the windows look beautiful.  I made the right choice, and with the lifetime warranty, I don't have to worry about my windows anymore. Highly recommend!

I own a professional window cleaning company in the valley and was in a pinch to have a window screen repaired for one of my clients. Craig and his crew came through and we're able to make an exact replacement of the original. It looks absolutely flawless and they did it in probably 20 minutes. Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

do not waste money with this company. it has been a year since ordering the windows for the entire house, and just yesterday the final window was install and the installers didn't notice it was the wrong window, omg..

We had all of our windows and patio doors replaced in 2017. In the following years we had a few problems with the patio doors. Each time I called, I got in the schedule and Chris came to fix the problems. Last week, I called because rain was dripping through one of my master bedroom window. Chris came again and made sure to put caulking around the outside of my window as it had deteriorated over time. He didn't charge for his service and I was happy to get the problem fixed. I am glad that even after several years after the new windows were purchased that are keeping their word at providing a warranty on their work and on their products.

They were on time.  Courteous and knowledgeable.  Juan did a terrific job on our slider and screen.  Angel got our new window wheels installed in good time.  We were pleased with both men.  Thank you!
