I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I called Demers glass last week for a quote or discussion about my broken window in my home. No one returned my call, However this being a few weeks later, I'd like to say that Demers Glass has called me several times like a good professional, they apologized and explained why I didn't get a call that first time. I'd like to try this company for my broken window. These days most places don't try very hard to get your business. We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for you windows needs. You will not be disappointed!

Never showed up for the consultation. Did not call, or text. We rescheduled and he did the same thing the next day. If the company isn't reliable enough to show up for a consultation, this is not a company I'd trust to show up for the actual job. This review is being written 1.5hrs after the time he stated he'd be here.

Bait and switched on prices. Screening measurements were not correct. Project completion took a month.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I love my new security screen on my French doors.  They open easily and I can now leave the French doors open without worrying. The doors are sealed at the bottom so no creepy crawlers get in.  Once the weather gets cooler I will be able to sleep with the French doors open.  Excellent product.

This company is fantastic! The glass inlay is beautiful and you would think it's a new door. They are very professional and meticulous in their work.

We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

We had Home Story come out to give us an estimate on replacing 2 sets of closet doors. We wanted the white wood framed mirrored kind. The estimate was approx. $2100 for 2 sets of doors. We emailed the installer the next day to ask if we could get a discount if we did 6 sets. Never heard back. We drove to the Phoenix showroom to see the doors in person and asked the same question. He promised to get back to us. So far it has been 2 weeks with  no answer. Meanwhile we found we can order the same doors from Home Depot for $275 per set--and the Home Depot mirrors are beveled! The Home Story doors are not.

Apparently they did not need our business.

Requested a quote on Yelp.  Was contacted extremely quickly and made an appointment for the next morning at my house.  Was given several options for what I wanted (including an option that was much less expensive then what I first asked for a quote on).

Arrival for our appointment was prompt and the appointment was concise and informative.

Craig left with our existing two patio screen doors and returned 3 days later with them rescreened.  Pet guards were added when they were returned.

They look great and I appreciate the guarantee on the pet screens.  Cost was very affordable.

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being Sold based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white.  
This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else,  try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks,  combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better.  Do not use Lifetime Windows.

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a window that lost its seal and was fogging. They came out quickly to take measurements and give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable and I gave them my deposit. One week later, window is in and you'd never know it was a replacement! Thank you, Angel, for the quick, seamless installation.
