I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Needed balances for a window. The appraiser came to look at the job, then a couple weeks later an installer installed the balances. Pretty standard stuff. The installer called me into the room to look at the work and when I walked in he had his mask off and I had to tell him to put it on. Was disappointed with that.

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

After investigating other options for a custom design decorative glass entry door, we found Entry Brite's ad in Home Magazine, and we are so glad we did. Bonnie and Jeff are a pleasure to work with, taking all the time we needed to help us design our door insert and transom. We even drove up to their showroom in Las Vegas where Bonnie spent a lot of time with us. The door insert and transom arrived as scheduled, and the installation was professional and efficient.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a  dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. I rarely post to Yelp and when I do it is to rave about a company and not complain. This is my first complaint on Yelp as I felt a bit offended about what took place during an in home consultation.

I called to receive an in-home estimate and was scheduled to have someone stop at my home to provide information/costs on the products they sell.

I marked my calendar to have the afternoon free to take care of this project. The rep was 30 minutes late but was no problem in my eyes as things come up and I was home to see him when he arrived.

The rep arrived and refused to give me any product info/pricing because my husband was not home to listen to his pitch. After 4 different attempts to explain my husband doesn't want to be a part of the decision making with this project, my husband has asked for me to make my decision and contract without his consent, my husband doesn't need to be involved in this process, my husband specifically does not want to be involved in picking out the doors, etc the rep still refused to share or sell his products.

He had his foot in my door. He had someone willing to contract with what I can only assume about a $20,000 order for doors and potentially be a returning customer to redo all windows in a 5,000 sq ft home and he still couldn't find the salesmanship to open his bag and talk about his products...hand me some reading material...nothing.

I've never seen such poor salesman skills in my life.

I blocked off a whole afternoon of my schedule to get an in home quote to wait around for a sales guy to show up late and then tell me he can't share his products with me but could reschedule another time when my husband (who doesn't want to be a part of this) could listen to his pitch.

Well there are plenty of other companies who would gladly want my business and would beg to get a foot in my door, would show up 5 minutes EARLY and would respect that a wife CAN make a decision without her husband needing to hold her hand in the process.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because their customer service team handled it well.

I'm Very thankful for Vanishing Screens quality, speed, and cost.  Cody did an absolutely fantastic job and was very professional to work with.  

I previously spoke with a handful of other companies concerning window screens and this was the only one that took any time to explain their prices and processes with me.  They were patient and cordial on the phone which is important to me.  

They did a great job installing sun shade screens and they even came back out just to make sure everything was correct and answer any follow up questions I had.  They truly care about customer satisfaction and deliver the quality needed.

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Lifetime Windows did a great job in replacing the 13 windows/patio doors in our condo unit in Sun City West.  Professional, showed up as scheduled, they even stored our windows for FREE till we returned from our east coast residence.  Even though the factory made a minor error in the fabrication, LTW worked with us to quickly correct the situation, discovered by their installer!

LTW beat Anderson Window price by 33%... and no pressure quote, unlike AW (don't believe the adds).

We notice immediately the drop in inside temperature during that July heat.

My husband and I just completed an entire home renovation. We had multiple bids for replacing our old single pane windows for dual pane. Steve was very informative without being pushy at all and helped us choose what worked for our home and our budget. We replaced 16 windows in our 2 story home. We purchased Milgard windows which had a great warranty and came In under our budget. Window install was pretty painless, they finished a day ahead of schedule, and the installers were very easy to work with, they even let our dogs in for a water break. So happy with our choice to go with Weathersby, tackling a home renovation without a contractor was stressful enough. It's nice to have chosen a company so easy to work with and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
