I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

This company is a complete joke. I requested a quote online. They responded quickly by trying to gouge me for $430 on a 30 min job. Stay away from this company.

We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for you windows needs. You will not be disappointed!

Louis promptly responded back to me and we were able to set up an appointment for measurements within a couple of days. He provided me with a window and kept me informed on his arrival time. When he arrived he was respectful, knowledgeable and provided me with a quote. His professional manner and turn around time made me glad I had chosen him to replace 7 double pane windows.  I have already shared his contact information with others!!

Very responsive and fixed our window quickly. Did not charge very much, less than a service call. Had them follow up with additional window repairs. Very satisfied with their quote and quick turn around. Honest and easy to work with. Will be using them for future repairs and highly recommend them.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Make no mistake these security screens are not cheep but you get what you pay for. They are custom made for you home and your windows then carefully installed.

My new construction home was just completed and we ordered our screens. If you don't know what you are looking for, you can't even tell they are an after market addition.

The installation crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. The screens look amazing.  They encountered a problem with the Acadia door due to some normal construction anomaly's, no questions asked they fixed until it was perfect.

My husband and I are thrilled with the screens we now feel like we can leave the windows open any time we want and not worry about our pets popping out the regular screens.  We can now safely bring the outside in for them.

Bottom line if you can afford them get them you won't be sorry!

Can't say enough good things about this company. They just finished installing a glass and wrought iron panel and screen in my entry door. It is beautiful. Love the fact the glass opens so that I can get a cross breeze through the house in cooler months. Chris, my initial contact with the company was terrific . Even though they do not have a showroom he assured me that they wouldn't get paid until we were satisfied and that if I was unhappy with the color powder coat I chose or the style they would switch it out, no charge. He also assured me that if the glass insert which opens needed adjusting in the future they would come out and take care of it. Tim the installer was great as well. He was very pleasant and had the work done quickly and cleaned up the glass and the floor before he left. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I can't wait until the weather cools down a bit so I leave my door open!

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

I live out of state and needed a window replaced in our home.  Jason from Econ Windows met me at the house on time when I was in town and provided a fair price.  Jason is very responsive and always available to answer questions.  He did a great job!

Nothing but amazing feedback about this company!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Being new to the community I had to make a tough decision on who to trust and not knowing enough about windows it made it even more daunting. Luckily I came across Freelite and the rep who helped me made it very simple to understand. They really understood what needed to be done and helped me out and the installation team was very nice and respectful.

The team at Affordable once again did an amazing job! This is my second time using this company (they replaced all the windows and back sliding door on my house in August of 2015 and did an amazing job then). The windows I ordered this time were for a new build detached garage at my house. After the windows were ordered, Jamie did a great job of keeping me up to date on their delivery date and called me as soon as they came in. There was a small mix up on the glass on the windows, part of it being my fault, but Jeff (the owner) did an amazing job on working to get that fixed and volunteered to come out and replace the glass at no extra charge. He really is a business owner that wants to make sure his customers are happy. I am still a very happy customer and will recommend Affordable Windows to anyone that asks! I submitted for a quote through yelp with this company and five others. Just about everyone got back to me but what I loved about this place is they were the ONLY company to give me an actual price in their response. I booked an appt to have my screens measured and they were out within a couple days. They did my measures on a Thursday and installed the following Monday. I love my new screen of course with this beautiful November weather and their price actually beat everybody. The install guy was nice not creepy at all...hey face it some guys arrive on creep vibes. He was knowledgeable and got it installed quickly and was on his way. Anytime I need a screen I'm calling them. If anyone needs a screen I would refer them to Vanishing Screens.

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Chris Fout did an excellent job on the home visit.  Friendly and knowledgeable.  Great product selection.

Very poor customer service.  Never receive call backs.  Broken promises on instillation dates and so many excuses.  My husband finally exploded and we got some action taken.  Is'tn that a sad thing to say.  Contract stated 4-5 weeks and after 8 weeks, the day before they were to install the door,(which had been 7th week) they said it wasn't made correctly.  They would get it remade ASAP. So what, tack on another 8 weeks?  

After 2 months we got our deposit back.  Need I say anymore.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
