I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

10/10, would recommend. These guys provided great pricing and offered great communication. Even when our windows were delayed due to COVID, they were super helpful and friendly along the way.

Where they really shined was their on site service. Their consultation and installation teams were such a joy to work with. Their installation was incredibly quick, very high quality, and all of the employees were friendly and a joy to have around.

This probably won't be our first time replacing old windows and sliding doors in an old house, so I'm sure we'll go with them again.

We've had a few projects at our house and by far the RMK Windows crew was the most professional, cohesive, and pleasant team we've ever worked with regarding home improvements. The purchase process was straightforward. The wait time was long but that's been expected during Covid times. The install, was amazing. A huge crew showed up and just managed everything like clockwork. It was really impressive. But, even more impressive was these damn gorgeous windows that made our house feel brand new. The noise reduction and temperature control has been amazing. I highly recommend. Oh, and we did have a few hiccups that required returning to our home and these guys are back today to replace a window. It's looking great. Totally impressed with the entire process.

Had Vista Glass quickly install two shower doors after re tiling. They did a very good job at a great price. Would recommend to friends and family.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I have never felt so safe in our home! These screens are amazing aesthetically and built well. The customer service is by far amazing also. There is also a lifetime warranty on all of their products so if we ever need a repair, they're always there to fix it. Invest in your safety and get these screens!

After investigating other options for a custom design decorative glass entry door, we found Entry Brite's ad in Home Magazine, and we are so glad we did. Bonnie and Jeff are a pleasure to work with, taking all the time we needed to help us design our door insert and transom. We even drove up to their showroom in Las Vegas where Bonnie spent a lot of time with us. The door insert and transom arrived as scheduled, and the installation was professional and efficient.

The door insert and transom make our home so much more elegant and light, exceeding all our expectations. We are happy campers, and we would definitely recommend Entry Brite to anyone interested in upgrading their home.

My employer found a cracked glass in one of our manager's offices. Called this company and two others, they were the first to respond, the first to come out and view the damage and the first to give us a quote. Within a week the replacement glass was installed and we were really pleased. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

My bedroom screen has been broken for months and has been such an eye sore. I'm so glad I finally called Mr. G's. They were super quick to respond and got me on the schedule the next day. The customer service was great and I was really happy with their prices.

I live out of state and needed a window replaced in our home.  Jason from Econ Windows met me at the house on time when I was in town and provided a fair price.  Jason is very responsive and always available to answer questions.  He did a great job!

We had Home Story come out to give us an estimate on replacing 2 sets of closet doors. We wanted the white wood framed mirrored kind. The estimate was approx. $2100 for 2 sets of doors. We emailed the installer the next day to ask if we could get a discount if we did 6 sets. Never heard back. We drove to the Phoenix showroom to see the doors in person and asked the same question. He promised to get back to us. So far it has been 2 weeks with  no answer. Meanwhile we found we can order the same doors from Home Depot for $275 per set--and the Home Depot mirrors are beveled! The Home Story doors are not.

Apparently they did not need our business.

We are really happy with our purchase. Rudy came to our house several times to talk shop and make sure we picked out the right windows. Dan and Kage installed them, and Joe did the stucco work. Everyone was always on-time and professional. So far everything looks immaculate and quality. For any other buyers out there replacing old metal windows with vinyl, I would HIGHLY recommend you pay extra to get the flush frame with the stucco work. We paid extra for this on 1 of our windows, but not the other. You can clearly see from the pics the difference it made in frame width both inside and out. If we ever have to replace more windows we're def going w/ the flush/stucco method since that mimics our old metal windows almost perfectly.

I want to start off by saying that Vanishing Screens is an amazing company!  I called and made an appointment to have them look at my double French doors for installation of retractable screens.  Craig came out quickly, said it would be no problem to custom fit retractable doors.  The appointment I made was for a consult but when we made the decision to move forward with the install, he said he was available right then to get started.  He had all of the equipment necessary in the workshop trailer he was pulling.  I was thrilled we didn't have to wait to get the job done at a later time.  He had the beautiful new doors installed in no time and cleaned up the area when he was finished. The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment.   It was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Vanishing Screens!

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
