I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

chad was awesome and provided great intel. the leadtime is further out than i wanted but understandably with COVID-19.

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

Never showed up for the consultation. Did not call, or text. We rescheduled and he did the same thing the next day. If the company isn't reliable enough to show up for a consultation, this is not a company I'd trust to show up for the actual job. This review is being written 1.5hrs after the time he stated he'd be here.

Landscaper broke my window with a rock, Golden Arrow was out here the next Day for an Estimate, I called Pella Windows & Doors... They wanted twice as much and wanted to replace the entire window...You can tell Golden Arrow Glass has true skilled professionals in the trade they did an amazing job. 5 Stars! Plus, I am in Fountain Hills, finding repair people to come out here is hard enough as it is, I hope these guys take all of Fountain Hills business, its a gold mine. Good luck! I'll be calling them in the future for sure!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

After a long wait to get the screens custom made, (close to 10 weeks) I finally got them installed today by the Henderson, NV location.  Even though these are expensive,  they are head and shoulders above the quality and looks of the other option in Las Vegas that Olson Iron has. The looks alone add value to the house.  Along with making all my windows impenetrable to your average burglar, these really cut down on heat going through your windows. I have tint on  my windows but the evening sun would still heat up the windows and effectively turn them into radiant heaters  in the late afternoon sun.  After the screens were installed I felt the glass  that would normally be warm that time of day and to my surprise they had almost no heat coming through from the sun, this will save me on electrical bills in the summer months. Bottom line, if you can afford the screens, get them, they are top quality , look at it as an investment in your property and your family's safety. The installers in Henderson, NV did a great job.

We love this family owned company.   They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service   Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues.  he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock  so it worked properly   our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt.  Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way    He was in and out between 45 min and an hour.  Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks.   I would recommend them to anyone. We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

We were please with the very reasonable quote and placed an order with Mountain View Glass and Mirrors for the screens and they were installed today. They look beautiful and give us peace of mind in reducing the glass breakage we have had for years. The installation was very professional and perfectly installed.

I live out of state and needed a window replaced in our home.  Jason from Econ Windows met me at the house on time when I was in town and provided a fair price.  Jason is very responsive and always available to answer questions.  He did a great job!

Fantastic job on the two Sun tunnels that were installed in my bathroom and kitchen. They really brighten up the two darkest rooms I had in the house.  Quick response when I contacted them for pricing and they were out and had them installed in my rather oddly asked for locations without any real issues and the work was top quality.  Thanks for the great job!

I found Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors by researching (googling) local companies and wanted to check out their product. Looking to get out of our aluminum windows that conducted heat and cold, I thought vinyl windows to be the logical choice for longevity and cost effectiveness. I am very pleased with the decision to use Affordable Windows + for the job!

We installed 12 windows throughout the home my guys Dan, Kage and Brandon knocked it out of the park! They were professional, respectful and efficient and were able to get all windows installed within a few hours with having to go up and down stairs and what not. Kudos to you guys because it looked like some of these were a (bleep) to install. The finish is perfect and the windows look great.

Now having the windows installed for a little over a week, I can confirm that road noise is greatly reduced! This is a giant win for these things. Also, the darker window option (I think it allows like 40% of light in) is super necessary for sun facing windows. The light coming in is a bit bluer in hue than natural sunlight, so plan accordingly!

Overall, Affordable Windows + Exteriors is a great company to work with. The whole process from consultation to shipping communication and finally installation has been fantastic. They were very communicative and quick to answer any questions. Shipping was altered because newsflash we are in a pandemic, but I never wondering what was going to happen. Isn't it nice when companies follow through and do what they say they can and perform at a high level? Thank you for our windows!

I submitted for a quote through yelp with this company and five others. Just about everyone got back to me but what I loved about this place is they were the ONLY company to give me an actual price in their response. I booked an appt to have my screens measured and they were out within a couple days. They did my measures on a Thursday and installed the following Monday. I love my new screen of course with this beautiful November weather and their price actually beat everybody. The install guy was nice not creepy at all...hey face it some guys arrive on creep vibes. He was knowledgeable and got it installed quickly and was on his way. Anytime I need a screen I'm calling them. If anyone needs a screen I would refer them to Vanishing Screens.

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Lifetime windows is a fantastic company to work with.  From making an appointment for an estimate,  salesperson,  schedulers,  installers,  customer service are excellent.   I have absolutely no complaints.   If you would try LifeTime windows you will not be disappointed.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.
