Best Windows Installations in United States

A big thanks to Greco Roman Construction Design for the great service and installation of my Milgard Trinsic windows. Walter's knowledge and great advice with the window replacements was extremely helpful in our decision making. The install team (Jeff, Kari and Drake) is a talented team of professionals who worked very well together. They did an amazing job. We had one window that was in a very tight spot, but that was no trouble for them. The next day Freddy arrived to do the painting touch ups.  He was very meticulous, and it shows in the finishing quality.  George was on sight to review the top-quality results. When it comes customer service and quality of the installation, this team went above and beyond for us! We have had many compliments from our neighbors,  I won't hesitate in recommending the Greco Roman team.

Would like to find a phone number for this company, west star windows. They installed our windows in 2005 and did a great job but we now need some work done on the patio door lock.  Thank you!

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Hired Jeremy because I was referred to him through Jim and Dawn from Home Depot.  Jeremy came to remove the shower door and I paid him half of the agreed upon fee.  However, when trying to get him to come back and install the new shower door the guy kept rescheduling and he was not proactive with his communication.  I'd have to message him to ask what time he was coming and then he would have excuses why he couldn't come that day.  Lots of good contractors in Phoenix but this isn't one of them.

I can't say enough about this company! They recently replaced my sliding glass door and I am very pleased. They were incredible, everyone involved throughout the process was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They definitely know what they are doing. I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors!

I called multiple mirror and glass companies and couldn't get a call back. Raben glass was very responsive, they answered my calls, came out and gave me a free estimate for 2 large bathroom mirror installations, a replacement on a broken mirror closet door, a new tiled bathroom glass door installation and now they are coming back to put a new glass door on my guest bathroom shower. They are professional and kind and the workers took their shoes off/wore shoe covers when entering my home. They were quick and very good and precise. The one bathroom glass doors we were afraid would not fit and it is very easy to break when installing into marble and they were careful and made everything look good. They called me back with quotes and immediate schedule times. The over the phone staff is so accommodating and quick. I would never use any other glass company besides Raben glass. Their pricing is great and their customer service is on point. Thank you again for the great service.

Randy took a deposit in January for $8000. Continually's promised our doors would be replaced and it never happened.

David went the extra step to make sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

Had to replace a patio screen door. Rep came out and measured for door. Took weeks for it to be made. Then when it came, it was put in backwards,out of plumb by 1 1/2, wouldn't close properly, screen material was loose. Eric the rep was rude and seemed to not know or care when concerns were brought up. Didn't have a vacuum to clean up. Took 1 1/2 hours to complete the job and charged us $70 more for thier mistake.

Jonathan is super professional and I highly recommend his services. He answered all messages immediately, installed new glass on my doors quickly, didn't add any extra fees to his quote, and the results look awesome! Will definitely use him again for future needs!

Explained the process if replacing windows.  Reasonably priced.   Installers were professional.

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment for a quote and confirmed but the person never showed. Rescheduled and the guy who provided a quote was rude the entire time. Wouldn't recommend.
