Best Windows Installations in United States

A big thanks to Greco Roman Construction Design for the great service and installation of my Milgard Trinsic windows. Walter's knowledge and great advice with the window replacements was extremely helpful in our decision making. The install team (Jeff, Kari and Drake) is a talented team of professionals who worked very well together. They did an amazing job. We had one window that was in a very tight spot, but that was no trouble for them. The next day Freddy arrived to do the painting touch ups.  He was very meticulous, and it shows in the finishing quality.  George was on sight to review the top-quality results. When it comes customer service and quality of the installation, this team went above and beyond for us! We have had many compliments from our neighbors,  I won't hesitate in recommending the Greco Roman team.

Would like to find a phone number for this company, west star windows. They installed our windows in 2005 and did a great job but we now need some work done on the patio door lock.  Thank you!

Chuck from UC Glass came out and replaced a cracked window. Rather than just do the putty around the pane he did the entire window frame. That's above and beyond what needed to be done. Chuck pointed out a problem with other windows which was and is a concern. I appreciated his input and plan on having him come back to do all the windows in the guest house. Chuck is honest and very helpful. I would recommend him and UC Glass to everyone. Thanks Chuck!

Billy showed up on time and had a mask on. Even though he was not able to do my project he stayed and explained my windows to me and how everything works just for me to have some knowledge about them. He was very nice and polite. I would use him in the future if I needed a window replaced. Thanks Billy!

Had my storefront window vandalized and needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. I called Square One Windows and they came out to my business within an hour of calling. Veltry, owner and installer, couldn't have been nicer or more easy to work with and the window was ordered and replaced within 24 hours! I now have a window guy I can always count on. Thanks again Veltry!

Very, very poor service, communication, and organization!  Riley came to my home to give me a quote to replace some windows.  He stated I would receive the quote that afternoon (July 2019).  I did not receive it, I waited a week called, he said his office would get it out that afternoon.  Once again, checked spam folder etc....nothing.  Called a few more times....why?  It was measured and finding a Milgard window company seems difficult, many I called only sell to contractors.  So I finally get hold of Riley again.  I told him if I did not get a quote that day I would assume they did not want my business!  No call.  But stupid that I am, I called again today...spoke with someone in the office who was pleasant and did at least return my call...Riley cannot even find my measurements said I probably should go with another dealer.   This is definitely not a company who wants your business.  AVOID!

Super cheap! Cheaper than any other company out there! And there glass and quality was better than the competition! They even cleaned the windows for me! I will be  contacting them to do another project in my home. All I can say is wow! Keep doing what you're doing Raben!

This company sold me the worst windows I have ever seen. I have had issues with the windows six months from the install. The windows warped and leaked into my home. I have tried several times to get the Simonton Windows fixed under factory warranty. Well three years later they have told me they lost the order two times. No showed two times and now they are to bring out trim instead if new windows. Simonton Windows blame Payless and Payless blames Simonton. Well as of today I will be ordering Anderson Windows. I have had them in several places I have owned in the midwest and never had an issue. I really hope people read this
post before doing business with with company.

I contact Mountain View Windows and Doors via the Yelp page giving them all the information about some replacement doors.    Measurements, photos, detailed information etc.  I get a reply with a notice they will give me numbers the next day.  Well, that never happened.  I waited a week and then contacted Mountain View Window and Doors AGAIN asking about my quote and they just ignored my message.  Not a good way to do business if you ask me.

I used this company to install a retractable screen door to my back patio. Eric came and measured my door and then returned about 10 days later to install it. He was professional, quick, and very helpful showing me how to use it.
I thought he was terrific! And, the product is just what I needed.

Jonathon is a really nice person, which is making me a tad more lenient with this rating.

Horrible communication. This company was extremely difficult to work with after we paid our 50% deposit. They told us that after we paid our deposit, the door would be ready in 15 business days. Once it was clear the door was late, they never communicated with me and I constantly had to check in for the status.

35 business days later, I got a text the door was ready for install.  They scheduled install and said they'd be there between 8-9 am. At 830 am I got a text saying the installer was sick and we had to reschedule.

The morning of the rescheduled  install, Jonathan said he'd be a little late, after 830.  At 11:30, he still wasn't there but a potential customer of his showed up at my house to pay him a deposit. This is extremely unprofessional to give a clients address. Jonathan wasn't even there! The random customer finally left after waiting 45 minutes.

The day he was supposed to install,  he lied over and over about where he was. He constantly said he would be here soon or  on my way it's pretty clear he double booked us and hoped we were gullible enough to believe it.

Finally showed up 4.5 hours late with the wrong glass!!!  They put our order oh wrong. We had to wait a other few weeks for the new glass.

The install didn't go well. It took 10 hours because our slate floors are uneven so he had trouble getting the door to line up. The actual final door is  wonderful , although we have to have our  handy man come out to fix a ton of the areas around the door.  

There we're holes / gaps where air and bugs could get in. It took 3 more weeks to get this fixed.

Beautiful end result but would not recommend

I rarely give 5 starts, but I could not think of a reason not to. My first time window buying, I got about 4 quotes, all pretty similar in cost, but Mario from Empire was great to deal with. He responded quickly and answered every question I had always setting my mind at easy about a big or little detail via phone call, text or email. I was a bit nervous the night before install, but it went great, the guys were hard working, clean and respectful, no issues whatsoever. I have a few more windows to replace later and will def reach out to Mario and recommend to friends, very professional and competitive.

There are some nice people that work here. Unfortunately I didn't get one of them today. If you go to the paint department stay away from Nancy. She has major attitude, is rude and has no clue what customer service means. Reported her to the manager so hopefully she'll get the training she ignored or forgot. Left and took my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment for a quote and confirmed but the person never showed. Rescheduled and the guy who provided a quote was rude the entire time. Wouldn't recommend.
