Found them on the internet  Called them, and they came out the next day.  They were thorough, professional, and I would call them again!

Good experience at Home Depot for Garage disposal got backed up and we were in a pinch to get it fixed. Went to home depot for some tools. I ran into Jim (raider fan) while grabbing the wrong tools. Lucky for me Jim was an actual plumber so he talked me through what I should do. He also pointed to some washers and other implements that may help my leaking situation.

I was so happy that I stopped at this Home Depot and even was able to buy some gorgeous flowers.

My husband was able to fix the garbage disposal and the leaky pipe promptly once he was off of work. Thanks Jim for helping me out. Nice to avoid weekend Plumber fees if you can do it yourself.

First let me say, Bryan and Defender Solar Screens are great to work with.
Great communication, Timely Quote and install with Easy billing, Product not so much.  It looks good from outside and dressed up our house nicely from the outside. But that's not actually the purpose of sun screens.

The negative is more on the product.
These were replacement screens from when we purchased house in 2004.
I had previously put on Screens before we even moved in and they were a great move, Sun screens look good, and best of all. Kept the interior of house cool and shady, We could have blinds open full AZ sun and inside would be blocked from sun and still in shade. Had them cleaned a few times oven the years and it was more discoloration and age that  we decided to replace.

These were to be same protection and shading level with recommendation that frames also be included. No issue with that.

They look fantastic from the outside. Protection of inside much lower than previous and actually really disappointed these were supposed to be 90%. Quote advised that was was currently installed.
I don't know if products have change, but certainly not for the better.

Blinds will always be closed and that is huge disappointment.

updating the review... I have since received a refund from the company for all monies and purchases. Honest company, just didn't hire competent workers and need to manage financials better.

Al (the supposed owner) came out and gave us an estimate for $2000 to do two single sliders and one double slider.  Either during the installation or during the sale, Al or someone from his company told me that service for any issue will be resolved in 24-48hrs.  I wrote that on the estimate.  One of the doors (which quite frankly it must cost about 50 bucks in materials for these phantom screens) was not shutting properly.  It was always giving us a little trouble since the beginning and it finally would not latch at all.  I called Arizona Retractable Screen Solutions and when I asked when someone can come out and fix, they said they are booked and it would not be for 11 days.  When I asked why not 24-48 hours like I was told, I was basically called a liar and that I must have been mistaken because AL the owner wouldn't have promised that.   This fix would probably take about 5 mins, I am assuming, but now we have to wait 11 days for us to be able to use our screen door during the nicest weather of the year.  Beware of what this company says, and the concept of Phantom Screens is nice, but they are not made very durable.   We thought because of the price they would be.

Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each phase of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work!

Well, I am amazed that Pella has managed to fall even lower in my opinion, but they have managed to exceed my expectations (read that as feed my nightmares).  We were scheduled to finally be rid of Pella today as they were to finish an installation that has drug out over several months.  Now, I am not trying to place fault on them for the disaster we are currently living through with supply chain issues, but I will hold them accountable for consistently failing to show up when they are scheduled.  No show, no call, no service.  This is the second time we have dealt with Pella, and while the first time around it was slightly better, it still was far from good.  Fool me once.....the shame is now mine, but I will make sure to never repeat this mistake.

Worst customer service ever. They had time to group up, chat amongst themselves, and be on their cell phones but when I asked MULTIPLE times for help not only did the girl get an attitude but I waited for half an hour and never got any help before I went to the one down the street. If I have to go to Home Depot for something, which hopefully Lowe's or True Value will have me covered from now on, I will never come to this one again. The worst!

I purchased a refrigerator and waited all day for delivery (which I took a day off from work) and nothing.  No phone call, text, email.  

Then to find out that the incompetent salesperson, Miss Emily failed to order the panels.

Ok, people make mistakes.

But then, she FAILS again to remove the charge from my credit card. Not only that she FAILS again to reorder my appliance...which I desparately needed.

I called and then the idiot tells me that the refrigerator will not cost me another  $1000!!!!  So, of course I refused to buy.

I went online tonight to see that it went on sale ONE day later at 20% off.
Can you imagine???  I ordered it again, but now I lost my coupon for 24 month financing.  

This stupid girl along with her imcompetant manager should be fired!

Thanks for nothing, Home Depot!
