We had new windows installed by American Vision and we are both so happy with how it turned out. Our salesman Elias was extremely helpful and professional. Our installers Hector, Dale, Nate, Jacob, Gavin and Gill all did an outstanding job. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were during the installation process. They got everything done in a few hours, we were very pleased. Will highly recommend American Vision to our friends in the future!

If there were more stars, this company would receive them. If you need a security door, you are  at the right place. Friendly, professional service. I paid exactly what I was quoted. The installer, Conrad, is amazing. He is experienced and has mastered his craft. I highly recommend Southwest door and Sash!

Fantastic Window Company !!!  We loved our Milgard Replacement Windows we had installed in our previous home and knew we had to replace the existing ones in the new home we purchased a year ago.  It seemed like fate when we received a flyer from Tracer Windows inside that huge envelope of business offers you get in the mail every so often.  Tracer was having a Sale/Promotion at a substantial discount.  I thought I would get an estimate from Tracer and from K & J Windows who did our old house and see who could give us the best deal.  Tracer obviously won the biding contest.  Now the question was could they match the craftsmanship of K & J Windows.  The answer is Yes.  Tracers installers were equally gifted.  We are absolutely pleased with the quality and performance of these Windows.  These Fiberglass ones are a step up from the vinyl ones we had in our old house and we immediately noticed a marked decrease in how often our air conditioning comes on and the duration it runs.  Super impressed with the noticeable reduction in felt heat coming in through the Windows.  Once again very pleased with our Milgard Windows and we didn't have to have a second Mortgage to get them like the other company that everyone knows is 5-10 times more expensive.  If your looking for great quality Windows at substantial saving call Tracer Window Company, you won't be disappointed.

Joe came out to fix my in-laws' door after an emergency situation where the door got busted. He very promptly assessed and helped me to navigate the process (call insurance, door choices etc) of repair. He was diligent, professional, efficient and kind. I absolutely would recommend him for future home needs.

I had an excellent experience today buying 4 appliances with Bill Erdstein at Bell Road Home Depot.  Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Also was able to get us a discount . Thank you, Bill and Home Depot.

Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

DO NOT even think of using this company unless you want to pay for poor service or no service.  They claim that they are so busy that they cannot schedule installs less than 3 weeks out.  So you will have to wait for factory to make your door (understandable for custom door) and if the door arrives, you will have to WAIT for install or hire your own. Our door came in the wrong size as verified by owner and sales agent after I notified them that door was short.  They did not want to refund us our money or order a new door even if wrong size door was received.  They claimed that they could fix the short height problem by ordering a threshold part to go at the bottom of the door.  The part took about 2 weeks to get to them but I had to repeatedly call to try and get the part installed.  Again, they were so busy that they could not set a definite date.  When they finally installed the part, they did not finish the job properly.  The door was not cheap...about $2000. Order from anyone else because you will have to wait for these guys anyway.  And then get a good professional installer who has pride in their work.  In the end, you will have less stress and save you time from chasing this company for service!!  How would you like to pay $2000 and have your door/frame look like this?  Ordered door 9/1...still trying to get job completed properly.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Excellent customer service!!!  From beginning to end, this has been a smooth and simple process!  They called me to remind me of appointments.  When I requested text messages, they did just that!

And the fees were very reasonable!!!  

Tim is a great guy and worked to do ONLY what was needed.  He didn't attempt to up-sell me anything!  He assessed the issues and repaired them quickly at a price that was very reasonable.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

A pigeon flew into my window and broke it, which was a disappointment for both me and the (now dead) pigeon. Luckily, Jackson Glass was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called and I had the glass replaced within the week (and without having to get a new window entirely). Their prices were reasonable. They provided great service and have a very knowledgeable, responsive team!

They sent me a private message boi hooing about my review. They said they thought the problems were resolved yeta yeta. Maybe but im not revommending them to any family and friends. It wasnt just 1 or 2 things how about 5 at least. And eveytime they are thanking me for my patience. Well i had no choice. If i knew the problems i would of went with another company. He brought up how they took 100.00 off my balance. Umm i asked they didnt offer. For alk the bs stress and aggravation time rtc that was the leadt they can do. He made it sound like they did me a favor. I had both windows installed plus their balance i could of fought them in court etc or wait a ling time ti pay them. My husband could of even finished it. He said my bad revirw could bteak a company. Really. 1 review. Then do better. And you wont have to worru about complaints. Now i write to the bbb since he wrote me a whome story and of couse i had to respond. I give 5 stars when earned and thats that. After that they shouldnt even get have the one star

They may be a great company, but when you ignore a no soliciting sign, knock on someone's door, and are asked what your company does, just answer the question. Dustin was asked three times what his company did and three times he talked around the answer. When I became annoyed he called me an embarrassment and disrespectful.

Never trust a company who can't answer a simple question about what they do.

In the interest of full disclosure, I did purchase windows from these people a while back, and I do love the product. The windows are fantastic, they have held up great and they work as advertised. Top notch quality, and absolutely no complaints on the product itself.

So why, you ask, the 1-star? That's all down to the people working there and the way they conduct themselves. To start with, the sales guy we worked with was a real piece of shit. Had the temperament of a school kid, and when we called him out on trying to screw us out of a discount we were owed, he pitched a fit in front of my neighbors and threatened to walk off the property. This over a pithy 10% discount!

Not only that, but the guy had the balls to tell me, with a straight face, Tell your neighbors where you got these windows, but don't tell them what you paid, since everyone's situation is different. He seriously expected me to be coy or dishonest with my neighbors, just so he could try to screw them out a few grand more than I paid? Wow. And what's more, the asshole even pitched their referral program, so if I was willing to bullshit my neighbors, I would get a kick back after he bent them over!

Better still, the company continued to hit me up for additional business, even after I no longer had any windows left to replace. Endless cold calls, all coming from different numbers, but always the same knuckle draggers calling from the same local office. I nicely ask not to be called, tell them I love the product but don't have anymore windows, but it does no good. They keep calling. I talked to managers, I talked to supervisors, I heard every excuse in the damn book. We have new people here, and then it became, we just got new computers or we just got a new auto-dialer and we're working out the kinks, and finally, my favorite, our system crashed, we lost the do-not-call information. This went on for several years!

Bottom line, you should avoid these douche bags at all costs. Sales people are shady as hell, and the people working in their offices are dumb as a fucking post.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
