The only reason I'm even giving them a one star was because the sales person, Kevin was a good guy. Professional and knew his stuff.
The general manager in Phoenix was a different story. After meeting with the sales person on Friday, my wife and I talked about it and for $17,000 we thought the price was high. On Monday morning I called the office and was told that someone would call me back to cancel my agreement.

Kevin the sales guy called and said his general manager would call me back. He called me and after we spoke for some time he offered to drop the price the two thousand I had requested. I agreed. Before I hung up he said that in order to get the discount I had two agree to two things:

1. To allow my neighbors to view my windows if requested by his sales staff.
2. Second, to write a five start review for his sales person and his company.

After a sleepless night I called and then emailed the company to cancel my order. I just didn't think that writing a review before the work had even started was right. The sales person again emailed me and said that the GM would be in touch. I told him that I preferred a simple email that said the order had been cancelled and that my $1000 deposit would be credited back to my credit card.

Still no word back from the GM.  I'm really getting a bad feeling about a company that has so many great reviews, but forces you to write a five star review in order to get a discount.

Think twice before using these guys. Prices are through the roof, and I feel that at least the GM, is a little slimy. I maybe wrong, but so far that's my experience.

We moved into a new home with a big office space but also a big open space with no doors. We contacted Southwest door and sash and they came out quickly even during the pandemic measured and gave us a price the same day. They told us that there  would be a delay because of supplies which we totally understood and everybody was going through the same dilemma. The installer came and he was fantastic he walked us through step-by-step what he was doing - our doors are beautiful - we get so many compliments.  Opaque glass  with white wood frame - it's a huge space but they made it look like I t's original to the house!     Thank so much for a great job - highly recommended!

Our installation was done with very efficiently by their outstanding team of three professionals. They were a joy to work with and were very respectful of our house and property. We we impressed by the way they worked so well together. Jessica was in touch with us from their office whenever we had questions.

Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. Super happy with my experience with LJ Neal and Sons.  I got many quotes from different window companies but was happy with their price and communication. The installation itself was seamless and my new Pella windows look amazing. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Great company to work with. Our upstairs windows, and slider look great. Can tell the difference in efficiency with heating already. We are so happy with Their work, and customer service we are now doing our downstairs windows. Our sales representative Gene is so good, and quick with answers to our questions. Definitely would recommend this company.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on

Called them for an estimate on a window screen. Two employees promptly arrived and measured. They were courteous and professional.
One and a half weeks later, after not getting a call about the estimate I called them. A woman said she had the measurements and would call me the next day. Two weeks later have not received a call. So 3 1/2 weeks later no response. Not sure if this is a brush-off from management or the woman answering incoming calls.  Very disappointing.

They installed my frame less shower enclosure without any headaches and the process went smooth, the only minor downside was no one called to set my install appointment when the glass was in stock, I had to call and then found out my glass had been in stock for a few days.  It would have been nice to be notified and possibly had the shower glass installed a little sooner but this certainly wouldn't prevent me from calling them again in the future,

Good experience. With window installation .  The nightmare began when we ordered two front doors.  We ordered two Masonite Vista Grande 24 inch wide glass doors. One with fir texture and rain glass for the main front door. To be painted red upon arrival.  I have several emails and text, Jackson Glass assured me we were getting 24 inch wide glass not standard 22.  I even gave them photos.  The second door  was to be the same door with clear Lowe glass and smooth finish. This door was supposed to match another door that is located on the same patio. To no ones fault, the order was delayed due to Covid. While we waited, I told the company I wanted to order the door hardware. Jason, the installer told me that they could get me schlage locks at a discount. I met with his wife at my home for almost an hour giving her part number and photos of the hardware.  I was I was out of town when the doors arrived.  We were told right off that the supplier had messed up and we did not get the fir texture on the front door.  Ok we accepted it since we waited so long.
Little did we know this would be the start of the worse expience i have ever had with a contractor of any kind. The wrong doors came in and were installed. They were standard 22inch!  I came home to a messed up paint job and the hardware was a brand I never heard of. So the factory messed up and to be fair the installer had with the paint due to the heat. They still have not explained why they wasted my Saturday morning picking out hardware I never got and why the hardware they gave us was installed crooked. Ok it happens. So  In an effort to speed things up, my husband and I agreed to accept the front door with the rain glass provided the paint was corrected and they installed hardware we purchased. All they had to do is get one, just ONE door right, the patio.  They could not do that either. The patio door I received was the correct 24 inch. However, once again someone messed up.  Instead of clear glass I got frosted, instead of smooth finish I got fir.  I how have two miss matched doors on my patio and the deadbolt is crooked.  I am done with excuses. There supplier issues are their problem. We did not get ANY of the doors ordered 5 months ago.  I was told the red front door has been repainted.  We have been patient and understanding with this mess.  We have told them to reinstall the newly painted red door and send us the correct patio door.  We don't now how this will end but based in our experience , we have very little confidence. Im giving them one month to make this right. If not, we will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and ROC.. I will have no choice but to use the balance I owe them to hire someone else to finally finish this mess This company had great recommendations however my husband and I cannot recommend them after our experience so far. How this will end remains to be seen and I will update this review

This company was putting flyers out in my neighborhood. They were just throwing them all over the place. I have a No Solicitors sign and that didn't stop them. My wife gave it back to them very nicely and they threatened to knock her teeth out and kick the sh*t out of her. Would you want them in your home and around your family?! I think that is a No for an answer.

Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

Holy cow. These suckers maneuver the telephonic laws like they wrote them. Blocking their numbers, several different business names, and major cold calling under the guise of appointment setting for our leader. Lord love you if you fall for these shenanigans and book an appointment or talk to them at any length.
I tried being nice to the man on the phone but it took me 12 minutes 53 seconds to get him off the phone and that's after I called out all his call center technique. (I've run many call centers and trained many agents.)
Just hang up on these fools and since you cannot block an already blocked number, call the States Attorney and file a complaint.

I'm not sure if this is a HD issue or an LG issue.  Our LG washer has pooled water inside the drum ever since we got it, causing a very foul odor.  After numerous telephone calls and even going to HD, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  Recap, and I quote what LG repair said:  Not even Jesus Christ would get a new washer because of odor; or There is no water in it now; or my favorite We don't fix odor problems.  This is ridiculous.  NEVER, EVER buy a LG product from HD.  They point the finger at each other stating it's not their problem. Well, the problem is we have a defective washing machine that has standing water in it and smells like sewer.  I have spent hours upon hours either on the phone with both of them, and even going to HD and speaking with the store manager to no avail.  HD told me if it was up to them, they would just give me a new washer, but LG will not.  Since i bought it from HD, i fell they are responsible but refuse to accommodate by giving us a new washer.  Needless to say, after numerous, painstaking hours on the phone, I  strongly urge you to shop elsewhere for a washing machine.
